Some of the staff were quite rude (no etiquette, unwilling to help and smile was optional). AC did not work in one of the rooms so we had to switch upon arrival.

В целом все хорошо, даже и вернусь если нужно будет в тот район. А так какой то окраинный район, прогуляться куда то не получилось вечером. На такси до цента и ТЦшек пробочно. Персонал хороший, номера вполне, но было душновато . Странная система кондиционирования. Завтрак отличный, бассейн норм, сауна средненько но и этому рады были.

Завтрак отличный, разнообразный, за 4 суток проживания не утомил. Бассейн в порядке, парная и хамам средние.

В номере был холодильник, но минибар был пуст.

A bit far from the city, it has a nice spa center, but be carefull, because in order to use the pool you need a swimming cap. The sell you one for 100RMB, which is excesive.

I was traveling in China and could not make cancellation for the booking with my smart phone. I still got charged for not staying in the hotel for a single day!

Almost all. After 4:30 - 7pm, Hotel proved good food in front of the hotel. I like it very much. Really value of money.

A bit about wifi

When we checked in at 2am, we couldn’t get a double room. However, Ted on reception was excellent and gave us a great solution. Ted gave great customer service and made our stay here a great experience.

I initially booked the hotel for just one night, but ended up staying for four. My room has been generous upgraded. I was placed on the top floor, where I enjoyed an amazing view of the city. The hotel team provided excellent service throughout my stay, and special thanks go to Jennifer in the Executive Lounge. She kindly helped me print over 80 pages of documents, which saved me so much time. She has also seamlessly arranged my prolonged stay with everything thing I needed, including a generous late check-out, even before I'd thought to ask for it. Another highlight I absolutely loved about this hotel is that it practically shares an entrance with the Metropark Lido Hotel, which boasts one of Beijing’s oldest Western-style lobbies. This lobby area is a true gem, housing several excellent Chinese and Western restaurants as well as souvenir shops. By walking through it, you’ll reach a quiet, cozy bar and restaurant district tucked away in a charming corner of the downtown area. Best of all, you can explore all these spots without leaving the hotel area nor dealing with Beijing’s usual traffic hassles, making it perfect for enjoying with family and friends.

While the hotel room’s facilities feel a bit dated, the exceptional value it offers makes it still a great place to stay.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The food in the restaurants inside the hotel was good and reasonable price. Check in was a bit slow. Concierge desk was very helpful in answering our questions. Distance is a bit far from downtown.

The hotel receptionist made me feel welcomed although she spoke limited English, but the willingness to help has made me feel at home.

Laundry prices were pretty expensive. Couldve bought a new tshirt for the price of what they ask just to wash it.

Rather disappointed in this hotel. For being the plaza and comparing to other plaza locations, I expected this to be near top tier but it was medioca. On arrival the room wasn't the cleanest, and although there was fresh towels each day there never seemed to be a wipe down of surfaces as on arrival they were dirty with dust, the wardrobe had lots of scum on it. The mini bar in the room was empty, with no drink and the fridge did not work. The hotel was filled with children and walls were not very thick so constantly were waking up to kids running screaming through hallways and doors slamming. Selected this hotel parshly for its repuation of plaza and for the pool however one is not allowed in the pool without a swim cap - this was not advertised anywhere.

We liked the location as it was close to the Art Centre which was well worth the walk to get there

Really can’t fault the hotel, apart from it was frequently difficult to communicate. The staff tried hard but it was often difficult to get across the full understanding of what I wanted help with.
