Arranged for an early booking and ended up arriving before that -- my room was ready and waiting for me. The staff are friendly, helpful and remember special requests. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurants food can be ordered at the rooms and brought to you via a waiter. The next morning before checking out, I found one of the staff members washing my car at no charge. I tipped him for his trouble! I would stay there again!

Dinner and breakfast was really great. Satisfying and was served with a perfect smile. The Fireplace really kept us warm

There was no electric blanket and there was a roof leakage on the hallway. The Aircon was not working as well, we had to change rooms to take a shower

Beautifully presented and the grounds were amazing. The staff were so accommodating and genuinely helpful and nice. The onsite Spa facility is a must also.

Als Zwischenstation auf unserer Südafrika-Rundreise war diese Unterkunft mehr als ausreichend, das Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt, das W-Lan war etwas schwach. Die Anlage um die Unterkunft war etwa ungepflegt, Tisch und Stühle im Außenbereich waren in keinem guten Zustand.

Hier könnte man in allen Bereichen etwas verbessern!!

The staff are very friendly. The room clean, downstairs would have been easier. But loved being in the trees listening to the birds. It was great having a clean car in the morning, by a very friendly staff member who proudly informed me that he had cleaned my car!

I called the premises to book a room and it was cheaper via Booking.com. Knowing that booking sites take their cut I felt it would be in your interest to offer me a better price.

Didn’t get the room I booked. Air-con didn’t work, despite having reported it to staff. This is problematic seeing that it is the middle of the summer! All calls made to the contact numbers provided remained unanswered.

The rooms were neat and tidy

Need dustbins in the rooms. The only dustbin was in the bathroom, but very small Only coffee, etc was supplied. No water? On the second day? Only when we arrived.

Restaurant, meereizende vriend liep er lichte voedselvergiftiging op

Nettes Restaurant anbei. Notstromgenerator um auch bei Gewitter oder Load Shedding Strom zu haben. Wir haben ein sehr großes Zimmer erhalten. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war generell sauber.

Unser Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen. Der Teppich dort könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden sowie das Bettzeug erneuert.

Very bad experience. Smelled like doom. No breakfast even though we paid for it. No security have to fully dress exit and enter manual gate to street to access car. Narrow stairs. Hear neighbors and restaurant music

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The property is spacious with lots of little outside areas to sit.

The Butler service was not available when we had an issue early evening and the reception was also closed earlier than we were led to believe from the information given in the folder in the room. We would also have appreciated being able to order a good coffee early morning. Despite these small issues, the friendly staff when available, made our stay a happy one.

This was my second time staying at Cranberry overnight, and the customer service was fantastic as usual. The room was good with great facilities, but I had booked the deluxe family room, and I guess was expecting a little more. The wi-fi was strong and fast, which is a huge plus. The floor was fully carpeted and there were some pretty rugs.

The carpets where smelly and the room was a single bed while I booked a double bed,, the rooms where not clean at all

The place is absolutely incredable!!! So very beautifull! All the staff are friendly! The food are really nice! The rooms are really nice!!

Considering the distance between the rooms and the parking, we would appreciate some assistance from the staff to move our luggage ..... One negative though....... my wife found a unknown pubic hair in the bath and refused to use it...... that's a big NO!!!!.
