Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Ottimo albergo, sicuramente di alto livello. A pochi minuti dall’aeroporto.

Excellent facilities and perfect for the airport.

Nothing

Rien

Struttura bella, vicino all’aeroporto, servizi per ogni necessità

Easy check-in and welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed and good shower facilities. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. We went for both lunch and dinner, and the quality was excellent - all meals were hot and tasty. We received a loyalty discount and early check-in, which made our stay very affordable.

It was all really good, except perhaps the surrounding area. It isn't possible to walk the streets due to numerous hazards. You're very reliant on drivers rather than your own two feet.

Amazing facility. Close to airport less than 2 min drive to airport was sooo good

Proximity to airport Breakfast Helpfull Staff Clean comfortable room

No pillow menu - i like a foam firm pillow.

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, direkt am Flughafen gelegen

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Location near the airport simplifies connectivity to other destinations within the country and friendly staff

A bit rundown facilities, linen and towels need renewal, food quality and variety for the brakefast is not the best.

A very tired, old hotel—it’s in desperate need of a major renovation! For now, only the famous name remains. The pool is shallow. We chose the location solely because it was near the airport before our flight home.

everything was perfect for our day wait until we had to catch a plane home

the room had no towels and only one tea cup- we were given towels later

5mins from the airport, very friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely pool and just chilling space

2 minutes from airport, staff waiting for us at airport, good communication on whatsapp. Nice pool area, we enjoyed 2 hours of massage at the spa by the pool after check out to kill time before checking in to our next hotel. Breakfast included, pretty good spread. Overall great value for our first night in Bali as we arrived pass midnight.

Low pressure in shower

Good hotel near the airport.

Food is ok not very good for a hotel of this class.

easy and close to the airport

Ottima posizione per l'aereporto

Lovely facilities, friendly staff, easy transfers between hotel & airport.

Breakfast is done really well and the room was nice, good for a quick stay if you arrive late into Bali and want somewhere convenient to rest!

Very comfortable hotel airport. Close to airport and Kuta with easy pick up location. Was able to check in early, rooms were clean and bed was very soft and nice.

L'établissement été incroyable ! Le restaurant été bon et pas chère

Certaine finition pas correct

Comfortable bed, great shower, lovely restaurant

Tap in the bathroom was extremely loose and we needed to ask for hand towels and tea coffee and creamers (there was one)!

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

Large space in the room could have fit other comfortable furniture.

Easily accessible and clean

Nothing

Good breakfast. Good pool, close to the airport.

Location. Close to airport.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment.

Very friendly staff, enjoyed hotel facilities

A/c in the room

I needed a sleepover after a late flight, before moving to the resort in Ubud and it was an easy, convenient, comfortable place near the airport. Great communication on booking a pick up form the airport, even when the flight was delayed.

The breakfast was not so bad.

I didn’t feel comfortable in this hotel. The room was very basic and the furniture is very tacky and used. It’s okay if your flight gets cancelled or delayed and you need a hotel for just a night. It’s in one of the busiest streets of Bali so you should consider that to go anywhere you will be stuck in traffic. Fortunately we stayed for just a night. Don’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Close to the airport

The room i was given had adjoining rooms on both sides and I could hear everything being said and done in both rooms. It was not a pleasant stay. There was no safety deposit box in my room, even though it advised there was one in the wardrobe - room 3031. I booked a king room but it was not available when I arrived. They said they gave me a comparable room.....it didnt feel like it.

Great value!!

The bathroom amenities (conditioner) was empty and the shower taps were a bit tricky!! But overall was good room and staff lovely.

Good location and handy for a one stay while transiting

Had to pay for each transaction along the way instead of putting charges on the room - annoying and meant extra bank charges

Good room

Spa and massage area - understaffed and left me unattended three times to attend to walk ins. Finished massage early - terrible value for money. Waited at the restaurant for 1 hour for our dinner to be brought out - they had forgotten the order.

Allowed very early check in as we were only staying for the day before late flight

very convenient for transit accommodation

very basic average quality rooms and facility for the price

Gemakkelijk dichtbij de luchthaven

We had the Presidential Suite and it was lovely

Waiting to check in took too long

Staff most helpful, very clean and close to the airport

we had a baby with us so having somewhere to spend the day before a late night flight home was perfect. being close to the airport meant there was no rushing.

Great location beside the airport Very friendly staff On time airport shuttle

Room only small and not spotless Food on room service was not great. Meatballs very poor tasting, tomato sauce too sweet.

The pool was gorgeous and lit up beautifully at night time. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and polite.

Schöner Pool und Außenbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Sitzgelegenheit. Mini Shop im Hotel.

Man konnte im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen. Nur A/C. In unmittelbarer Nähe um das Hotel keine wirklichen Essensmöglichkeiten. Grab Fahrer sinnvoll.

Good

Staff and facilities were amazing. The location was also easy for airport transfers.

The room was perfect for a short stay

The smell of jet fuel was a bit overpowering but hey opposite the airport

Staff, food, room

Smell in bathroom and no communication about the facility things like the gym, etc.

A very convenient hotel right next to the airport. Perfect for your first night in Bali if you arrive late. It doesn’t feel like an airport hotel at all, it’s well maintained and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended!

Nothing

The pool is delightful. Bed is super large and very comfy with good AC. Cheap to get a taxi to and from the airport if you are travelling early or late. Lots of sun around the pool.

Room smelt a bit damp. Hotel drinks on the higher side but to be expected.
