Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Perfect location to stay for last day of trip to save any drama getting to the airport

Lack if help with bags on arrival

Great hotel in convenient location. Fantastic breakfast and service!

Always a great place to stay after a late arrival into Bali. Comfy beds, clean facilities, great pool and good breakfast!

Ok for a night Close to the airport

We arrived very late for our check in The next day they called 11:50 for the check out

The staff were very helpful, sorting a car to the hospital very early in the morning, was no problem They were happy to store our surfboards overnight Premium lounge was nice , food drink, well looked after

Very clean and very quiet at time of out visit

Nothing

Excellent location between the internet and domestic terminals. Staff were excellent being friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, with a huge selection in pleasant surroundings. Despite being next to the airport it was very quiet.

Nothing

The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. We really liked that that they gave us a room with airport view. My husband was thrilled since he loves aeroplanes.

We took breakfast at an extra cost which we didn't mind however despite that there was an infinite selection of food (literally) most of the pastries and sweets were all stale and dry! Kids section pancakes dry, croissants hard, cinnamon swirls stale.. bread dry! . It is a pity cause not only they are inedible but a lot of food is thrown away.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Location was great Staff friendly and helpful Buffet breakfast was amazing!!!! Was able to store our luggage was great!!!

Everything was FANTASTIC!!!

Breakfast was excellent

Nothing. I have no complaints.

At airport

The staff were very helpful and friendly and welcoming

Modern rooms with great amenities

We had a wonderful holiday at the hard rock hotel. The location was very central and easy to get around. Food- lots of options and a good standard. Pool was amazing and so fun for the whole week. Kids club-my 6 year old begged to go back after his first day. Really glad we upgraded to a family courtyard room so the kids could play outside each morning.

Food and drinks certainly did add up at the hotel compared to outside. The room smell from the air-conditioning wasn't pleasant.

Brunch du matin incroyable! Lits très confortables. Facile d'y accéder à pieds depuis l'aéroport.

Rien.

Staff, facilities, location

Very close to airport.

More signage to locate the entrance.

Friendly staff, comfortable clean spacious suite. Plenty of options for breakfast.

Nothing

Location to airport, ease of check in and check out, comfy beds, very quiet

Die premium Lounge war sehr gut!! Danke für das kurzfristige Upgrade.

Easy to walk from the airport

As my flight arrived after 10pm, I chose this hotel at the airport, which is literally a few meters away. The hotel staff is super friendly and even helped me with my heavy luggage. If you need a hotel for a quick stop near/at the airport, I recommend this one. I would def. come back for that.

Perfetto, comodissimo e colazione molto abbondante, qualunque cosa tu voglia la troverai

So Convenient right at the airport ! Rooms were soundproof/ great way to spend our last night / day relaxing before flying home. Restaurant had fabulous food and the buffet breakfast was amazing !

Proximité de l aeroport

Rien

Directly at the airport

It’s not clean enough.

Exactly what we needed for a late flight.

The decking around the pool was unsafe. My 2yo had an accident and the staff were unprepared. Need a better pricing system when there is only a few hours required before a flight.

It was convenient. I chose it because it was close to the International airport. , the short 2 minute walk to International departures, Security didn’t start until 5am, check in was at 4am. There was another way to walk to departures, it was 10 minutes. Other than the below issues, the hotel staff and facilities were great. Bed very comfortable. Disappointment with room power failure, they didn’t even offer any discounts or voucher.

The power went off in the room during the night. I had a 7am flight and couldn’t turn the lights on when I woke up. The room was cool, and didn’t notice the aircon wasn’t working. The “Engineer” came to fix it but had to go out to look or fix something else’s but I couldn’t wait for him and had to check out. Also, the short 2 minute walk to International departures, Security didn’t start until 5am, check in was at 4am. There was another way to walk to departures, it was 10 minutes.

The location was fantastic. Out one door of the motel and you are in the International Airport - so great. Lovely and clean, comfortable and quiet also. Good selection of food.

Proximity to the airport.

inside the airport

pool closed early or may have been non operational when we went

Proximity to the domestic airport

I landed after midnight and getting to the hotel from the international terminal was a bit tricky. It was close enough but there were areas I had to pass through which didn’t have enough signs or directions to the hotel and no cctv cameras. As a solo traveller, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience for me, walking from arrivals to the hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, great food, and so accessible to the airport

Nothing

Location. The rooms are well appointed. Comfy bed . Great for transiting at airport . Extensive buffet breakfast . Restaurant open 24 hours. Very convenient and good value for money

Nothing

Cibo buono

Nulla

Great hotel. Amazing breakfast.,

Perfect location to stop and chill before our late flight out of Bali as we had to check out of our villa in the day time. The property is perfect, to drop your bags, chill by the pool, eat, have a few drinks and watch the planes fly in at the rooftop bar and shower before heading down a corridor into the international airport (so easy!)

Nothing!

Siisti. Ystävällinen henklökunta. Ihana uima-allas.

Jonkin verran lentoliikenteen melu häiritsi yöllä.

Very convenient & only went up from there once you entered their accommodation

The walk from the airport and during a hot sunny afternoon

Being at the airport is so convenient Food was great, rooms very comfortable
