Unavailable elevator from the ground floor to the reception area. Dormitory had no privacy curtains.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Location was not far from where the Aerobus dropped me off, I also took a subway to arrive. This location is associated to another nearby hostel where they co-host events for visitors staying, which is an excellent way to meet others while traveling. Everyone was super kind and for the most part facilities were clean, granted it is a hostel so things can get messy. Personnel were busy at work to make it comfortable, I stayed in the 4-bed dorm, totally recommend if you want more space, it also had a balcony area which was nice. The room also had climate (AC) unit, so it stayed cooler during the peak of summer. They have a kitchen and there is a nearby health store which is great! I would consider staying here again or recommending to others that just need a place to rest at night and will be out all day.
Listen, when I first arrived - tired those stairs with my luggage were BRUTAL! If you are staying at the hostel, bummer to let you know I do not believe they let you use the elevator, it'll be on the first floor so be prepared for that. It may also be an accessibility concern for folks. Otherwise, no issues that I can recall at this time.

各ベッドにカーテンの仕切りがない。 管が太く大きいタイプの南京錠でなければ、ロッカーの鍵が閉まらない。

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Mi estancia fue corta, en una habitación para 6. Los lockers son grandes. (Deben llevar su propio candado), me gusto que habia servicio de lavanderia. Hacen actividades en el Hostal cercano y es muy cool poder conocer a más personas.
Fui en Verano, hacia calor, y solo había un ventilador en la habitación y era de piso. Dormi en una cama de arriba así que el calor fue un poco incomodo la primera noche. Podria haber más baños.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026It was a very clean, nice and open building with a great kitchen and communal area, with a little terrace out the back and a balcony out from the communal area. The toilet and shower blocks were numerous so I never had to wait to use them and they were also detached from the rooms which I found a plus. You could have your washing cleaned and dried for 6 euros and a kitchen area for cooking and a fridge to use for food and drinks. The staff were my favourite point of focus as they were all super chilled and down to earth and great to get on with
The showers ran hot and then cold. Sometimes they were just cold and the drains drain away too slowly so you’re always standing in a puddle. This also meant that even tho the floors are cleaned every day they get dirty quickly

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l’Hostel Born. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel adorable, toujours agréable et disponible. J’ai également beaucoup aimé le dîner proposé, qui est une très belle attention et rend l’expérience encore plus conviviale. ❤️
Le seul point négatif concerne le comportement de certains voyageurs qui laissent leurs affaires un peu partout dans les chambres. Cela peut être gênant pour les autres occupants et rendre l’espace moins agréable.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The staff were super friendly and helpful. The kitchen was large and well equipped and there was never a wait to cook. The rooms , bathrooms and showers were clean. The terrace was a great place to hang out.
The room was warm (but not unbearable)as the air conditioning seemed to struggling to keep up with the hot temps. There was a fan but the circulating air couldnt reach all the bunks.

Forse l’unica cosa è che c’era poca privacy nella zona notte, se ci fossero state delle tendine sarebbe stato meglio però dalle foto già si vedeva che non c’erano quindi va bene così

Siendo agosto un mes extremadamente caluroso no logro entender como no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. He pasado una pésima noche por esta situación, durmiendo capaz 3 horas.

Got my phone picked and the hostel Borne community was super kind and helped me navigate the situation safely and made me feel so comfortable far from home. Returned here within same trip because I knew it was reliable and good vibes. Beds also very comfortable.

A special mention to the Brazilian receptionist, who was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. It’s also a great place to meet nice people from different countries, which made the experience even better.
