The indoor and outdoor lounge area, clean room and bathroom.

Rude staff at checkout, no one was at the checkout counter, approach the food/kitchen counter right next to the checkout counter, the staff rudely told me to go wait at the other counter for someone to come check me out… uncalled for

The hotel listened to complaints about noise and installed access doors to the ground floor entrances. This has resulted in guests getting a good night's rest. I commend the hotel for listening and doing what was required. I had an excellent night's rest which is rare fir the first night away from home.

Because, I had a good night's rest and the food was excellent, there is nothing to complain about.

The basin was blocked. Full of water while you try to wash your face and brush your teef! Not good at all. Pillows really need attention. More medium filled Pillows will do. Not everybody can sleep on ekstra soft pillows. No blankets available and it was very cold. Otherwise everything was just fine.

There was no assistance offered at reception for carrying the luggage.

On my last stay was given room No., 170(I think?) which had an interleading door to the next room. The occupants of that room were very noisy until 11.45pm. which prevented me from sleeping and I had an early rising time the next day. I recommend that sound proofing be applied However, this will not deterred me from staying there again.

We had Continental and it was good.

We given room 170 which had an interleading door to the next room. Unfortunately the occupants were noisy until 11.30pm which result in a bad night 'sleep. I suggested that sound deadening material be applied to both interleading doors .

Everything was what I expected and staff was friendly and professional. The lavender shower soap-form is innovative! I liked it.

The staff are super friendly and supportive. The pick up and drop off to the airport was so smooth and done so efficiently. In the morning the team prepared a breakfast for us to takeaway since we did not make it in time for breakfast. The room and bathroom was clean and comfotable.

I often stay here in between travels due to the close proximity to the airport. Great location.

Cleaning staff not considering the guests. Very loud conversations and shouting in the passages, so much so that I had to call reception to report it. It should not be something a guest should report if the staff has been trained to be considerate of guests.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 am following a disastrous late flight from Cape Town and missed connection. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had tea and coffee making equipment so I had a few hours of good sleep. The next morning the receptionist let another stranded passenger and me use their landline phone for 50 minutes to rebook flights. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff were lovely. Access did require a 10-minute drive from and to the airport but these were efficient and the drivers were exemplary.

Improve on your website information

This trip was for my husband and not myself. He does loads off courses for work and he could not stop speaking about how better this hotel has been. He has enjoyed the food, the comfort of the bed and most definitely the staff who has accommodated him by taking him to and from the hotel and to the course building. He definitely said he'll be back.

Not that is really was a problem, however if you want to eat at the restaurant go early. The restaurant is busy.

Location was close to the airport and work place I had to commute to was 5mins walk away. Breakfast had a good variety for the price and complementally coffee machine was a huge WIN.

Shower had mold like build up in corner and ventilation in the shower room wasnt too good. Shower also didnt completely turn off which found annoying.

The service is a bit bad, from the kitchen staff because only scrambled eggs were prepared for us in a white bucket, me and my colleagues couldn't even ask for Omellet. Then there's this guy who just entered our room without knocking telling us that we are making noise, the "assistant manager" open with his own card. I think they are not ready for large number of guests hence they are still on 2star ranking, he is always patrolling as a guard on the passages.

The breakfast was great , great location, near the airport if you're flying out.
