It was value for money .

The basin had no plug/ stopper . A mat/ shower foot towel to get out on infront of shower. There was no milk for the coffee ! There was no rond plug/ adaptor for the heater . It was very cold and wet , and needed a heater .

The woman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming

The bedding was not good and the blanket was old and torn up a bit

There was no charging pots only 1 plug connecting the TV, blanket is very lite and small as it eas extremely cold ,the aircon came to the rescue.

The bed in 18 will have to be checked as it won't be good in the future. It was bit uncomfortable but didn't worry much.

Secure, clean and close to the airport.

There is no wi fi at our room. The wifi doesn't reach inside the room. And we weren't given password. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom not even those small bottles.

The room was dusty and stuffy inhaling unclean air all night and the blankets were old and didn't smell fresh 🤧 oh my god the bed was super uncomfortable was like a stack of 🧱 it's noisy there were girls screaming and laughing all night

I liked the warmly welcome from the receptionist and when I requested an extra blanket I was given without any hesitation.Also the cleanliness of the place outside and inside the rooms. It's very close to OR Tambo International Airport

I contacted the hotel to enquire whether it would be possible for me to remain in the room for a little longer, as we were aware that check-out was at 10:00. This was due to an urgent meeting that had been scheduled that morning and only required an additional 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I was informed that an extension would not be possible, and halfway through the meeting I had to relocate to the lounge, where the network connection was not ideal. Other than this experience, I always enjoy my stay and have otherwise had very positive experiences.

I love the staff lady she was very sweet she made me feel at home.

I had to kill cockroaches inside my bed, the was so much dust in pillows I had to lay my jacket and slept on top of it coz I was scared. Couldn’t even have a proper sleep coz the was even some weird insects inside the coffee mug which I didn’t even get to use. I’m mad this came now after a month, horrible service.

The reception lady, Palesa was so nice and welcoming

The was no mat outside the shower, water sprayed outside the shower and we didn't have a mat to step on or anything to wipe the water with. A lot of people fall in the shower because of such, a wet floor is very dangerous.

The guy at the reception desk as very welcoming and friendly.Enough parking, clean room and great assistance from staff when needed.

The property is actually nice but the standard and queen room are all same only thing different is one is one the first floor and expensive

What I liked about this place is that everything is very professional. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

공항에서 가깝고, 무엇보다 가성비가 최대의 장점이고 체크인 시간도 탄력적으로 적용해서 밤늦은 시간 체크인도 가능했음

가성비가 좋은 만큼, 상대적으로 시설의 세세한 부분에 대해 관리가 다소 소흘한 점이 보였는데, 예를 들어 샤워 부스의 유리문이 제대로 안닫겨 물이 화장실로 센다거나, 샤워 헤드가 오래되서 연결부에서 물이 옆으로 세는 점 등이 아쉬웠다.

Risky Area

When we arrived the rooms were very clean, clean bedding and the location easily accessible. The staff was also friendly.

I left the key on day 2 and asked for our room too be clean however when we came back in the evening the room was not cleaned. Other guests were making noise midnight but we called the reception and this was sorted.

The location with respect to the airport, even if the whole area is dodgy.

The bed sheets were not very clean. There was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower.

I like the place is very clean and the service is very good.The receptionist doing great work humble,respecting and loving also the cleaners,really appreciated

What I didn't like is when we arrived there to sign in they told us our room have reserved , that hurt me very bad as we were 3 had to share 1 bed with the child.but atleast they make sure Saturday moved is to the family room.But next year please don't do that to us again because we are coming back

Have two plates in the room, connect the tv 📺 the opeview HD to get at least more channels on the TV. Get and extender for the wifi so that the signal is strong even in all the rooms. Your rooms are clean and neat.parking secured.your beds are so comfortable 👌

Was given a queen deluxe which had nomicrowave and fridge instead of a King Deluxe Room I had booked for.I only got to move to the right Room on the last night.

My room in particular Q02, was not what i hoped for, no bar fridge in the room, no aircon, no milk sachets, insufficient sugar sachets i had to to drink black coffee, no microwave and yet the one in the kitchen is far, no spoon, no glass, plastic cups provided with a cheap tiny plastic teaspoon, 1 channel on the tv which is sabc3,,,

They were fixing the room next to mine, so it was very noisy. Additionally, there is no fan in the suite, it is hot, and there is only one power outlet.
