My room was directly opposite a 4 lane major road - very noisy The air conditioner was extremely noisy The bathroom was unacceptable - tiles/grout not clean The toilet did not flush waste away - very poor

The safe did not work as the battery was low.

No anúncio descreve “café da manhã “ porém em nenhum momento diz “incluso” o que na pressa vc acaba fazendo a reserva achando que o café é inclusivo. Pagamos 300 ZAR p/ tomar café (2 pessoas) . O preço não é tão caro, mas fiquei frustada de achar que tinha pago a hospedagem com café da manhã. Zero problemas só fica a dica pra se atentar a esses detalhes

Breakfast selection could be improved especially on continental , add fruit , cheese , cold meat. Coffee machine needs to be fixed. Room coffee needs to be upgraded to better brand ; current house of coffees brand taste awful.

Staff training is abysmal. I was called awake by someone at the restaurant because they could not close their POS system due to a system error and thought it was OK to wake me so I could try cancel my order (which is not possible anyway). There was clearly no manager on duty because all the staff were unruly.
