Our stay was exceptional!! The staff were so friendly, cleaned our rooms every day with fresh bottles of water, prepared lunch packs for us for our self drives and ensured we were always good. The food here was amazing and organised. The amount of animals that came up to our doorstep as well shocked me as you can see from the pictures below and if you did just want to do a sunset game drive you can spend the morning relaxing and go for a walk along the fence line for Kruger Park we saw a herd of elephants our first night. Rihann was our guide for our game drive and the owner of the lodge, he was extremely knowledgeable and we got to see so many animals. Even in the cold weather we still had a great time!

Bellissima struttura inserita nel parco: impala, kudu, gnu, zebre e giraffe incontrate semplicemente girando in auto. Lodge raffinato, arredato in stile, con estremo gusto. Richiesta l'organizzazione di un safari diurno all'ultimo minuto, sono riusciti a soddisfare la nostra richiesta in poco tempo, tra l'altro con una guida eccezionale. Ottima colazione che soddisfaceva anche la richiesta di una colazione senza lattosio. Un'ultima nota di merito per la cordialissima ed efficiente responsabile della reception.

Mvuradona Lodge exceeded all expectations. Beautiful lodge with stunning and spotlessly clean colonial-style rooms, delicious meals, and the most welcoming team. The game drives and the peaceful atmosphere, with zebras, kudus, wildebeest, warthogs and more right around the rooms, made it the perfect African experience. If you want real hospitality in the bush, this is the place. 10/10

La suite est grande et belle. Le cadre est magique avec la vue sur le parc et les animaux qui viennent à quelques mètres pendant les repas. Ambiance intimiste (peu de chambres). Le boma après les dîners permettant des discussions avec les autres clients et l’hôte. Le petit déjeuner servi à l’assiette délicieux.

Pas pu profiter de la piscine il faisait trop froid.

La route pour accéder au logement est pratiquable mais quand même un peu cabossée L harcèlement par message pour réserver des activités (je pense que ça doit être des messages automatiques mais vriamznr j’ai reçu peut être 4 ou 5 messages par rapport à ça )

Le dépaysement, l'accueil, les repas et la glacière petit déjeuner lors de notre morning walk dans le bush. La présence des animaux à proximité et le calme.

Les formulaires a remplir pour les menus du petit dej ou du repas, cela rend impersonnel , peu de choix pour les repas. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité toutefois - self service pour les boissons à tous les repas ( breakfast et dîner) - le service à table manque

Charmant petit lodge avec une jolie vue sur le crocodile river et fréquenté par des impalas, girafes, zèbres etc. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le lit de très bonne qualité. Les repas sont très bons et ils préparent des petits déjeunes à emporter pour les journées safari. Nous n'avons pas testé leurs safaris mais ils sont sûrement très bien. Café et thé à disposition toute la journée.

La struttura è situata all’interno del Marlot Park, a circa 20 minuti dal Kruger. La conduzione è familiare, non ci sono molte camere ma sono di ottime dimensioni e molto pulite. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno organizzato il Safari.

Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an super wohl. Die Leute dort sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, wir haben für unsere Self-Drive Safaris üppige Lunchpakete bekommen - Kühlbox, Thermoskanne mit heißem Wasser - alles war vorbereitet. Die Lodge liegt inmitten der Natur, man kann am andren Ufer des Flusses die Tiere beobachten.

Liegt 20 Minuten vom Crocodile Gate entfernt und man bekommt eine tolle Snackbox, wenn man früh zum Park aufbricht. Zebras, Giraffen, Böcke, Kudus und Schweine waren teilweise direkt mit uns auf der Terrasse.

The lodge offers a fantastic stay defined by the genuine warmth of the hosts. The breakfasts and dinners were always delicious. The room was spacious and met all our needs.

Tudo estava muito bem

Het uitzicht op het Kruger park en de dieren die rond de accommodatie rondlopen was fantastisch. De safari die wij hier geboekt hebben met guide was ook super, de guide hield goed rekening met onze wensen en heeft ons 2 onvergetelijke dagen bezorgd. Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.

Het bed was een beetje hobbelig.

Sehr nettes Personal. Haben für uns Aktivitäten gebucht, vorher angefragt. Gaben hilfreiche Tips. Unterkunft und Lage ist was besonderes. Tiere kamen regelmäßig vorbei. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nachmittafsssafari mit dem Guide von der Unterkunft war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Er hat viel erklärt.

Wir haben zwei gute Nächte hier verbracht. Betten gut, Zimmer super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles im Kolonialstil, very British. Die Tiere komme alle bis zur Unterkunft.

Das Essen war nicht so lecker wie in anderen Rezensionen gelobt. Der Blick auf der Fluss wird durch einen Stacheldrahtzaun getrübt. Bestimmt notwendig aber man sieht ihn immer.

Wir haben die letzten drei Urlaubstage auf der Lodge verbracht. Im Nachhinein wären wir gerne auch noch etwas länger geblieben. Das Personal und die Besitzer sind sehr höflich hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Essen hat vorzüglich geschmeckt.

Jag hade en otrolig vistelse på Mvuradona. All personal var så trevliga och fick mig att känna mig som hemma. Jag älskade läget på boendet och att man kunde gå på promenader och titta på djur. All mat var jättegod.

Ein Paradies für Tierliebhaber. Ständig kommen Impalas, Gnus, Zebras, Kudus odet Warzenschweine vorbei. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in den Kruger. Essen und Getränke zu fairen Preisen in der Lodge erhältlich. Lunchpaket für Ausflüge wird ebenfalls vorbereitet.

Zimmer sind nicht groß und Bett war recht hart.

O cheiro do quarto me deu alergia e o ar condicionado não estava gelando. Menu do jantar não nos agradou.

Die Lodge ist wunderschön am Crocodile River gelegen, selbst vom Pool aus hat man eine gute Aussicht darauf. Das eigene Chalet hat alles was man braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Melissa und auch die beiden Manager sind sympatisch und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird, wenn man früher auf Safari geht, in einer Kühltasche mitgegeben. Man hat bereits in der Lodge selbst eine eigene Tiershow mit vielen Tieren. Das Abendessen was man extra dazu buchen kann war ebenfalls hervorragend. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Gerente/dona da acomodação muito simpática e prestativa. Facilidade na obtenção de bebidas no local, jantar bom. Convívio com os animais no local.

De kamers zijn prachtig, stijlvol ingericht evenals de centrale ruimte. Er lopen allerlei dieren zoals gnoes, Elands, varkentjes tot aan het deck van het zwembad. Uitkijk op de rivier. Het eten is goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wifi had beter gekund op de kamer.

Quarto muito confortável e limpo, localização muito boa (acordávamos todos os dias com animais próximos ao lodge) e o atendimento da Estelle foi muito muito bom (ela nos ajudou em tudo e sempre foi muito educada).

O Wifi é um pouco fraco no quarto (nada demais, só um ponto que poderia melhorar).

De services van het personeel was super ! Zij krijgen absoluut een dikke 10 voor alles wat ze deden. Ook de maaltijden waren erg goed.

O quarto era maravilhoso, espaçoso, cama muito confortável e um silêncio ótimo para dormir. O café da manhã era incrível e o jantar também muito bom, sempre variado e com opções vegana. O staff era muito atencioso, preparam um banquete para nosso safari matinal! Além disso, tem os animais que nos visitam pela manhã e final da tarde! Enfim, tudo incrível!

Lodge e stanza molto accoglienti in stile coloniale. Calma e tranquillità e tanti animali che arrivano direttamente vicino al patio mentre si fa colazione. Cibo nella media e buona colazione. Personale molto accogliente e cortese. Seconda volta che torno e lo raccomando.

La strada per arrivare è decisamente dissestata.

I liked pretty much everything, beautiful set up, facilities and location. Very quiet, clean, comfortable. Meals on site nice and good quality, and very kind staff in charge.

The only thing I would mention to improve would be the internet connection at the rooms, at least at mine, slow. Rest of the property wifi seemed to be good.

It felt like home away from home. I was completely relaxed. The animals approaching the deck was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were always smiling and happy. The owners are just incredible. We were so well looked after and the hospitality was impeccable.

Bien avant notre arrivée, l’échange a été fluide et nous avons pu très bien prévoir le voyage. Tout le personnel a été absolument fantastique et très gentil. Les gérants ont su être à notre écoute et répondre à nos attentes. Les chambres étaient également très belles et fonctionnelles. Ce fut vraiment un établissement parfait pour un premier voyage en Afrique du Sud. Les repas étaient extrêmement bons et peu coûteux Mention spéciale aux dames qui s’occupent de la logistique et du ménage, qui ont été extraordinaires

De locatie. Dicht bij 2 poorten van het Krugerpark. Maar vooral de service van het personeel en eigenaren. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze vlucht was geannuleerd waardoor we een extra overnachting nodig hadden. Helaas was het volgeboekt (anders hadden we graag nog een nachtje gebleven). Maar ze hebben ons geholpen met zoeken naar leuke alternatieven. Daarnaast ook zeer behulpzaam bij de lekke band die we op onze doorreis hadden.

De ligging is perfect, aan de rand en uitzicht op de crocodile river. Heel rustige omgeving en leuk om gedurende de dag allerlei dieren te zien. Onze kamer was zeer ruim met veel comfort. Ontbijt en diner zijn voortreffelijk. Goed personeel met veel aandacht voor de gasten. We kunnen deze lodge zeer aanbevelen.

Toll hergerichtetes Zimmer, schöne Location und eine schöne Badewanne! Der Park ist ziemlich ruhig, perfekt zum abschalten und man darf spazieren gehen und überall sind Tiere.

Leider harte Betten und das Personal am Frühstück konnte kaum englisch, was das bestellen sehr erschwert hat und auf Hinweise daher nicht geachtet wurde (Frühstück ala Card). Zudem muss man den Kaffee selbst in einer French press oder als Instant Kaffee zubereiten.

Die Lage direkt am Crocodile River war wunderschön. Es kamen immer mal Tiere vorbei, um zu verweilen und sich einen Leckerbissen in Form von Trockenenfutter zu holen. Das Essen war auch richtig gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Pool war eher nur zum Abkühlen. Das sah auf den Fotos etwas größer aus.

Beautiful place with wonderful owners. You are always surrounded by wild life and it is amazing. Food was absolutely delicious and they packed us a huge breakfast pack for the days we had activities. They They plan everything for you and keep you updated at all times. They even decorated our room for my husband's birthday. Loved every minute of it

O hotel é acolhedor, quartos confortáveis, a cama e travesseiros são bons. O quarto é limpo, o café da manhã é delicioso, os jantares são de qualidade por um preço justo. Nos dias de game drive eles preparam um café para levar que é farto e gostoso. Os animais que chegam na prioridade são um show a parte. Adoramos a experiência.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und wurden bei allen Aktivitäten unterstützt. Wir haben alle Ausflüge direkt über die Unterkunft gebucht und es hat alles super funktioniert. Sogar bei einem Platten haben die Gastgeber unseren Reifen zur Werkstatt gebracht und diesen reparieren lassen…einfach toller Service!!! Das Essen vor Ort ist super, wir haben jeden Abend dort gegessen.

The animals in the park, the nice food, the clean room, private game drive organised by the hotel.

There was a change in our travel plans and we had to shorten our stay by one night (more than three weeks in advance). Nevertheless, we had to pay for the night. I know that this was stated in the booking conditions. But we would have appreciated some leniency here.

Die Lage der Lodge ist einfach perfekt. Direkt am Crocodile River kann man die ersten Tiere entdecken. Mit etwas Glück besuchen einen tagsüber Zebras, Giraffen und viele andere Tiere direkt am Pool. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Der Marloth Park wächst ständig und vermittelt zwischenzeitlich das Gefühl eines Vergnügungsparks. Würden uns viel mehr Ruhe im Park wünschen, damit man mehr von der Natur hört.

Direkt mit Blick über den Fluß in den Kruger NP konnten wir schon von der Unterkunft aus Elefanten, Rhinos usw. sehen. Im Garten der Unterkunft kamen viele Tiere wie Zebra, Impalas oder Giraffen vorbei. Das Essen war phantastisch und die Crew sehr freundlich. Zimmer top sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Great location to watch animals right at the river and also to do safaris into the Krüger. The food at this place is insane! We stayed 4 nights and tried out different dinner each day and everything was delicious. Many vegetarian options also. Breakfast ist also super hugh and has a great variety! Safaris are super knowledgeable and comfortable. You have also animals right at the lodge and they occasionally a bond fire. All in all a dreamy place where we would return to any time!!

I had a marvelous experience at the lodge! I arrived by car, coming from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, and found it easily. The staff were very friendly and helped us organize perfectly our safari drives, considering the time we had and our preferences. The food was so delicious and practical, we decided it was better to have all our meals there. In the days we woke up early to do a drive in Kruger National Park, they packed a complete breakfast kit to take with us. Lunch and dinner were great as well, being served in a courtyard with a beautiful view of Crocodile River. The rooms and amenities were great and beautifully decorated with traditional local aesthetics. Good for relaxing after a long drive in Kruger Park, which is only 20 minutes away (Crocodile Bridge Gate). They did my laundry there. I always felt safe. The lodge is inside the Marloth Park complex, which has its own gateways. The animals that roam the grounds are docile and naturally inhabit there, never presenting any threats. They are a wonderful spectacle. You can even walk the fence that separates Kruger Park from Marloth Park. My father was 70 years old and loved everything as well. I definitely recommend it to everybody!

Lodge dall’atmosfera rilassata e magica, all’interno del Marloth Park con zebre, kudu, facoceri che vengono a farti visita. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, buono il ristorante, belle e accoglienti le camere. Posizione strategica sul Crocodile river a 20 minuti di auto dall’ingresso del Kruger; quest’ultimo lo si vede anche dal Lodge e mentre bevi una birra seduto su un comodo divanetto potresti scorgere qualcosa in lontananza:)

Avrei forse preferito un minimo di coinvolgimento da parte del personale, con qualche piccola attività serale….banalmente osservare le stelle scaldati dal bellissimo braciere all’aperto che invece alle 20 era gia spento

Everything was perfect. The facility and location were excellent, and the staff was always available to meet all our needs, consistently going above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful—and they succeeded. The rooms were beautiful, decorated in full African style, allowing us to fully experience the safari atmosphere. The tours we organized directly with them were great. Both the food and the setting were excellent.

From the moment we arrived at the lodge, we were made to feel completely at home. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our stay memorable. Every smile felt sincere, every request was met with efficiency and grace, and their knowledge of the area truly enriched the experience. The facilities were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, blending luxury with the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated. The common areas were perfectly maintained and offered comfort without ever losing that authentic atmosphere. The game drives were expertly guided, with an incredible balance between adventure and safety, and each outing brought unforgettable wildlife encounters. Even between excursions, the lodge provided plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas. There was absolutely nothing to fault – every detail was spot on. This is a place that clearly takes pride in what it does, and it shows. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and a deep appreciation for the team that made it all possible.

Melissa e tutto lo staff sono stati fantastici. Hanno organizzato tutto per noi e sono stati gentilissimi. Il lodge è molto bello e la posizione è ottima per la sua vicinanza al parco Kruger. Tornerei molto volentieri.

The hosts and staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and booked activities for us as well as provided packed lunches if needed and a selection of delicious breakfasts and dinners. Our accomodation was luxurious and we could sit on the deck watching the passing parade of animals and at night sit around the boma talking to other guests. We would go back and stay again -we loved it.

The staff and owners of the lodge were all outstanding hosts who made us feel comfortable in every way. Melissa in administration was very efficient in answering all our questions and advice and booking our wonderful accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone at Mvuradona Lodge. We loved that the animals walked around the property at their leisure and that it was on the river where you could here the hippos grunting and see lions, giraffe and elephants along with many bird species across the river.

The staff and the luxury of our king room with all we needed.

Our four stay here! Incredible food and service. Close to Kruger Park. Can’t wait to come back.
