Hotel 4 yıldızlı olup bence 5 yıldızı hakkeden bir Hotel .Temiz ve güleryüzlü personelleri ile dolu dolu 4 gün geçirdik ailece.Hotel sahibi gayet nazik ve kibar bir beyefendi .Hergün odamız temizlendi çarşaf ve havlularimiz değişti.Kahvalti gayet zengin ve doyurucu.Konum olarak çok güzel heryere yakın olması ve tramvay ve otobüs durağının yürüme mesafesi olması ekstra avantaj .Ben çok memnunum kaldım bütün hotel çalisanlarina ve özellikle hotel sahibinin oğluma gösterdikleri ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve bir dahaki İstanbul tatilimde yine tercihim hotel İnter Hotel olacak🙂🙂

Camera spațioasă și ft curată, locația aproape de tramvai, 10 minute până în bazar,parcare gratuită. A fost super OK. Market lângă hotel, parc de joacă pt copii la 5 minute, localuri cu mâncare tradițională la 5 minute.

Micul dejun lasă de dorit.

Завтрак понравился. Кафе расположили возле бассейна, очень колоритно. До исторического центра 9 остановок на трамвае. Трамвайная остановка расположена неподалеку. Рядом расположена историческая городская стена.

Хотелось бы, чтобы ресторан в отеле был бы круглосуточным.

لقد كانت إقامة رائعه جدا شكرا شكرا للطاقم المضيف الاكل رائع والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة وجيدة جدا والموقع ممتاز لكل الأماكن السياحية سوف اعود الى الفندق في الزيارات القادمة.

Завтрак сложно назвать завтраком - тарелка с двумя кусочками сыра/колбасы/огурцы и маслины. Бассейн не работал, сауна/баня тоже была закрыта.

The room was really lovely.

Some of the kitchen staffs could be nicer.

Sauna and hamam downstairs were an excellent addition, after a day of walking around, it was a lifesaver. Great massage from Gulya, she was kind enough to let me pay afterwards. And she was great overall. The hotel allowed me to do late check-out free of charge, which was AMAZING and it was so kind of them. The room was spacious and clean. 10 min on the trolley and you are by Sophia!

The breakfast wasn't very impressive, but did a good omelet. I'd say if it weren't rainy, I'd go elsewhere.

From the moment I arrived, the issues began: • I was electrocuted by the hairdryer, which is a serious safety hazard. • I had to be moved to another room, which smelled strongly of cigarettes all night. • The shower was broken, the room was filthy, and almost everything inside was damaged or in poor condition. I have photos that clearly show how bad it was. • The breakfast was disgraceful – extremely limited food, and even hair found in the dishes. This experience was absolutely not what was promised on your website. The photos and descriptions are misleading, and guests are being sold a false image of this hotel. For the amount I paid for two rooms, I could have stayed in a much better property elsewhere in Istanbul. I am therefore requesting a partial or full refund, as well as an investigation into this property to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response within 7 days. Sincerely,

Incep prin a intreba pe cei care au scris in comentarii"pe inde au mai fost cazati si ce i-a facut sa scrie asa de bine desore acest hote....cred ca au facuto sa-si ia si altii teapa nu numai ei,si acum sa incep cu ce nu m-ia placut....in prima seara m-iau dat o camera in care nu finctiona nici televizorul nici caldura asa ca am inghetat pana dimineata.....a doua zi m-iau schimbat camera cu una mai decenta dar nu foarte calduroasa...hotel ffff.vechi vopsit cu pensula cat de cat sa se mai cazeze cineva in el......cred ca cei care vin la cumparaturi in zina Fatih.....in descriere spun ca au piscina dar zona de piscina este folosita ca loc de luat micul dejun,mesele si barul pentru mancare sunt aplasate in lovul sezloangelor...au apa in piscina dar faci baie daca ai costum de urs asa frig este in incapere si apa de 12 grade ca la chiuveta,o sa pun poze cu locul de mic dejun...in care se vede piscina mesele si daca nu te trezesti la.prima ora sa prinzi acel ceva la mic dejun mai bine nu mai mergi....nu mai aduc nimic sa completeze din saracia lucie ce o ofera......in camera ai doar cana de fiert apa si apa nu cafea nu ceai,totul vechi si revopsit pe alocuri murdar si cu mucegai,prosoape,lenjerie,perne,saltea vechi dar curate.....asa ca pe departe este un hostel neingrijit nu il poti numi hotel si mai ales de patru stele,aviz celor care citesc in comentarii ca asa m-iam luat si eu teapa....

الانترنت لايعمل وبعدها تم اصلاحه وكان سيء جدا المكيف لايعمل في الغرفه فثد حار الافطار سيء ولا يوجد تنويع وبارد مثل البيض

Lokacija je mirna .Parking.Tramvajska stanica blizu.Doručak dobar.Osoblje uslužno.Sobe se čiste svaki dan.Sve pohvale.

Za doručak nema kafe ,što bi rekli poslije u restoranu dodatna naknada.Ali imaju ostali napitci.

Det var lugnt hotell inget bullrande ljud 2 våning dem gav oss inte så hög.

Jag tyckte det var inte rent på golvet alls bara dammigt trots att jag hade skrivit innan att mina barn har dam allergi det var mycket dammigt överallt på golvet lister bakom sängerna trots att vi sa till dem att inte städa och gå inte in i rummet dem gjorde det efter 1 dag det är bra att vi har våran pass bredvid oss det går inte att lita på alla hotellerna i Turkiet dem har öppnat till och med kassan och tittat inuti det kan hända vad som helst i den hotellen personalen lyssnar inte på dig gör som dom vill. Aldrig mer vi bokar där. Priset är bara rimligt och billigt inget mer.

Tres bon accueil propre et confortable par contre le sauna hamam sont gratuits mais on ne peux jamais y aller car reservation massage prioritaire donc pour moi ce n'est pas gratuit, personnel accueillant et souriant.

Location was perfect for walking to all the sightseeing places. Room was good, bed was comfortable & facilities in the room were good.

Very limited choice for breakfast & they only provide cold breakfast. Only thing warm was toast, tea & coffee. Everyday it was cold boiled eggs, salad & bread.

It was Ok. Wed booked for one night just for spa and swimming pool before a 2am flight to relax in the day. The pool was closed for some reason although it was within the opening hours, very disappointing. Sauna was nice, it also had a Turkish bath and showers and a small gym. This was all decent. Room was basic but had all you needed, but older decor

Genel olarak iyi oda gayet temiz, çarşaflar gayet temiz, oda konforu kaliteli mini buzdolabı var tv ünitesi mevcut su ısıtıcı banyo malzemeleri hepsi var sadece sabah kahvaltısı iyi değildi tabaklara konulmuş ve streçlenmiş şekilde veriliyor herkese açık büfe değildi isteyen istediğini alamıyor ikinci konaklamam orada ondan önce ki seferde tam açık büfeydi her türlü kahvaltı çeşidi mevcuttu belki de bu seferlik böyle birşey tapmışlardır bilemiyorum... Oda konum olarak gayet iyi bir otel...

Das Hotel hat maximal 2 Sterne. Es ist alt, stinkt unheimlich. Pool ist kaputt. Die Auswahl vom Frühstück - gekochte Eier, Brot , Oliven , 3 Käsesorten. Im Zimmer die Badewanne alt und schmutzig. Der Vorhang alt und schrecklich. Nur das Personal an der Rezeption, in der Sauna und Putzfrauen sehr nett und freundlich. Ich empfehle keinem in diese schreckliche Gegend zu kommen...

The location is good and the room was clean.

I could hear the baby crying for two hours in the room next to me, and the shower head couldn’t be fixed at an angle.

Consiglio questo ottimo hotel per un soggiorno a Istanbul. Camera ampia e silenziosa, personale disponibile e professionale, hammam a disposizione dei clienti, parcheggio sotto la struttura, Mezzi di trasporto adiacente all’albergo. Unica nota negativa la colazione non propriamente adatta ad una clientela europea.

desde la recepción, todo fue un servicio estupendo, un hotel chico, pero muy bien ubicado, 50 metros de los trenes buena ayuda para dar opiniones y consejos de espectáculos, nos recomendaron un restorán y resulto genial, un espectáculo otro dia en un barco lo mismo y viajamos a Capadocia a los globos y todo funciono desde la ida hasta volver al hotel

Well…where do we start! The hotel pool was situated in the middle of the breakfast room and was so cold you would need a wetsuit to swim in it. The staff in the Turkish spa in the basement sat smoking in front of customers and the no smoking sign. The facilities were tired and needed refreshing. Our first experience of breakfast was coming down after a coach load of people who had cleared out all the food and when we complained the staff shrugged and couldn’t care less. Breakfast was very limited options and amounts put out were frugal.

What's to like when the smell is trying to kill you?

The whole place smells like cigarettes, including the room. The staff were rude and dismissive when I asked for a room that didn't smell like cigarettes.

Das Hotel ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen, dementsprechend ist der Zustand des Hotels. Die Badezimmer, die Zimmer sind teilweise stark abgenutzt und kaputt.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it is a 3-star hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The first night the room and the pillows were smelling terrible. However, they changed the pillow covers for the second night which I actually could sleep. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend this place.
