Ich hatte eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Herrn Mohamed Gouda, der durch seinen hervorragenden Service und seine Freundlichkeit einen tollen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Das Essen war sehr lecker und bot eine große Vielfalt, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Aile dostu, temiz ve olanakları fazlasıyla memnun eden bir otel. Çok verimli ve sorunsuz 7 gece geçirdik. Özellikle çocuklar için çok iyi düşünülmüş alanlar mevcut. Konaklamamız esnasında otel içerisinde büyük bir alanda lunapark açılışı denk geldi ücretsiz bir şekilde faydalandık. Çalışanları yardımsever ve erken check-in imkanı sağlayan resepsiyon görevlisi İslam ve yönetimden Mohamed Bey ‘e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

La struttura è fantastica c’è davvero di tutto, non penso di aver mai visto qualcosa di più bello sia in termini di divertimento che qualità della struttura. Torneremo presto a trovarvi grazie ancora di tutto.

La poca educazione e poca sensibilità di certi addetti all’hotel acqua blu dove si accede dato che sono due hotel adiacenti

منتجع رائع جدا للعوائل وأخص بالذكر العوائل العربية. يتوفر بالمنتجع جميع احتياجات الأطفال من فعاليات نهارية وليلة كذلك التنوع في الالعاب المائية اضف الى ذلك الأمان جميع النواحي ... ومراقبة الألعاب وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة. جميع الأمور سهله وبسيطة لعائلة المنتجع وأخص الأخ محمد جودة من ساعة وصولنا الى المغادرة يتواصل واتساب للاطمئنان. التنوع في الأطباق في جميع الوجبات رائع. واشكر كريم يعمل في كوفي الاستقبال على سعة صدرة وتعامله الراقي مع الجميع وزملائه. النظافة ممتازة سواء بالغرفة او الالعاب المائية. والحلو في المنتجع انه بإمكانك تدخل المنتجع الاخر والقريب منه جدا وتستمتع بالاجواء والفعاليات والالعاب المائية. ومن حرص إدارة المنتجع تتوفر عيادة طبية داخل المنتجع. والبشرى الحلوة الي بيزور المنتجع انه خلال اسبوعين تقريبا سيتم افتتاح الالعاب كهربائية ميكانيكية رائعه. شكرا لجميع العاملين والقائمين على المنتجع. يستحق الزيارة مرة أخرى قريبا ان شاءالله

صراحة الي ماحبيته في المنتحع ان وجود الخليجين كان قليل جدا جدا واعتب ع إدارة المنتحع لعدم توفر دعاية واعلان للمنتجع. قلة سيارة الغولف من وإلى المنتجعين.

اعجبنى مستوى الخدمة الرائع و التفانى فى اسعاد النزلاء و وجود الكثير من الانشطة و الخدمات و مستوى النظافة المؤظفون كلهم رائعون بلا استثناء و يحاولون بكل الطرق إسعادك و تلبية طلباتك طوال الوقت منتجع رائع بحق يستحق الإشادة و كل الشكر لكل القائمين عليه

لن اقول لم يعجبنى و لكن هى اقتراحات للتحسين: زيادة عدد الجولف كار او سرعة تواجدهم تحسين امكانيات العيادة و بالاخص فى الطوارئ لان ابنتى الصغيرة تعرضت لجرح قطعى اسفل الوجة يستلزم جراحة 7 غرز و لم اجد دكتور يتعامل مع الحالة التى تحتاج الى جراحة تجميلية و لم يتوفر تعاقد او سيارة تذهب بى الى مستشفى و اضررت الى البحث عن سيارة تقلنى الى مستشفى شرم الشيخ لخياطة الجرح الاكو رائعة جدا و لكن صعود 6 طوابق فى بعض الالعاب امر مرهق جدا و انتظار الأدوار مضيعة لبعض الوقت حصر وقت الالعاب VR. و السيارات الكهربائية فى وقت العشاء يتحتم عليك الاختيار بينهم و تاجيل العشاء الى وقت متاخر

هذه هي المرة الخامسة الي في هذا الفندق فندق جميل جدا عمال التنظيف رائعين وسواق الكولف كار كذلك ممتازين موظفي الريسبشن برود لايلائم حجم عملهم

أود تقديم شكوى بشأن أسلوب تعامل أحد موظفي الاستقبال ويدعى محمد، حيث كان تعامله معي يتسم ببرود شديد وعدم التعاون. فقد اكتشفت وجود ضرر في سيارتي، ولا أستطيع الجزم إن كان قد وقع داخل الفندق أم خارجه، لكنني متأكد أن هذا الضرر لم يكن موجودًا عند عودتي إلى الفندق ليلًا. كما أن آثار الاحتكاك كانت باللون الأصفر، مما جعلني أشتبه في احتمال أن يكون الضرر ناتجًا عن إحدى الدراجات الهوائية الصفراء الموجودة في الفندق. عند توجهي إلى الشخص المسؤول، أُبلغت بأنه يؤدي الصلاة، فانتظرته حتى عاد. طلبت منه مراجعة كاميرات المراقبة للفترة التي كانت فيها سيارتي متوقفة، إلا أنه أخبرني مباشرة بأنه من المستحيل أن تُظهر الكاميرات الضرر، وهو رد غير منطقي؛ لأن المطلوب لم يكن تصوير الخدش نفسه، وإنما التحقق مما إذا كانت أي دراجة أو مركبة قد اقتربت من السيارة أو احتكت بها. في المقابل، قام الشباب العاملون كسائقي عربات الغولف بمساعدتي باهتمام وروح أخوية جميلة، وكان تعاملهم أفضل بكثير من تعامل الموظف المسؤول. بعد إصراري على مراجعة الكاميرات، أخبرني الموظف أن الأمر ليس بالسهولة أو السرعة التي أتوقعها. طلبت منه فقط مشاهدة التسجيلات وإبلاغي بالنتيجة، وبعد نحو ساعتين أرسل إليّ رسالة يقول فيها إنه لم تمر أي دراجة بالقرب من سيارتي. وبصراحة، لم أقتنع بهذه النتيجة، خصوصًا أنني لم أشاهد التسجيلات بنفسي، ولم أحصل على شرح واضح للفترة التي تمت مراجعتها أو زوايا الكاميرات التي تم فحصها. أنا لا أتهم الفندق أو أي شخص من دون دليل، وإنما أطالب بحقي الطبيعي في مراجعة جادة وشفافة لكاميرات المراقبة، وتوضيح ما حدث لسيارتي، مع التحقيق في أسلوب تعامل موظف الاستقبال محمد، الذي لم يُظهر الاهتمام والتعاون المتوقعين من موظف يعمل في فندق بهذا المستوى

В целом отдых понравился. Прекрасный персонал, отличное обслуживание и уборка, большая и ухоженная территория. Единственный большой минус — питание: выбор довольно скромный, а особенно разочаровало отсутствие нормальных свежих овощей — те, что были, часто были не первой свежести. Для нас это заметно испортило общее впечатление от отеля.

The property was conducive for a family holiday, the rides and the food and so much to do. The beach visit is also a super cool addition to the experience. The kids loved it and made friends there.

I had a mix up at check in, because of the age and number of my kids that led to an extra charge of $1,000, which was not something I planned for. I recommend being very clear and detailed in your booking because merely renting a big enough room that can accommodate your group doesn’t work here if you haven’t perfectly disclosed the age and number of your family group.

Öncelikle Resepsiyonda karşılamada ve diğer sıkıntımızda İslam kardeşim her konuda bize inanılmaz yardımcı oldu. Spa deneyimimizi organize eden Nahla ve masörlerimiz Nur ve Nurhan ile güzel masaj deneyimi yaşadık. Yine lbrahim Mahmoud bize yardımcı olan personellerden , Yemekler çok güzeldi .Odamızın temizliği gayet iyiyidi. Aqua ekibi keyifli deneyim yaşamamızda ellerinden geleni yaptı. Ailecek gittiğimiz tatilimizi keyifle tamamladık .Tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed as a family of five with two daughters aged 6 and 7. Our spacious accommodation had two separate rooms each with its own bathroom – perfect for privacy and comfort. The Aqua Park is excellent for children and adults , with many pools and slides . Note that some larger slides require a minimum height of 120 cm. The Neverland Show is an impressive international-level production. The hotel also provides a shuttle to its beach with a restaurant – check the shuttle timetable in advance. Above all ... the service was outstanding . Special thanks to Mohamed Gouda , Reception Manager; Abdallah and the reception team , Zaki Mohamed Lifeguard Manager, and his team , and Osama , Room Service Manager , for their exceptional care and service. The food has improved significantly since our previous stay, with excellent variety and authentic local desserts. The hotel, pools and public areas were very clean and well maintained. Day visitors from other hotels can also enjoy the Aqua Park for approximately $55 per adult and $27 per child, including food and towels, with lockers available for a small fee. We also noticed that the hotel is developing a new area next to the main building, and we are curious and excited to see what new facilities and improvements will be available in the future.

Wi-Fi was stable, but download speed was limited , especially for guests who use streaming or a TV box , most TV channels were local , TVs can accept USB HD for playing movies from home. Pool-towel policies in Sharm can be strict, so keep track of your towels and towel cards, as a missing towel may result in a charge. neither of these of this small points affected our overall excellent experience.

The hotel itself is very clean, the facilities are good, and the service in most areas was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, and there was plenty of food with a good variety. The aqua park and pools are great for families with children, and overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and our stay.

The rooms feel quite old and did not always seem as clean as we expected. Room-related service was also weaker than the service in the rest of the hotel. Throughout our stay, only one very small tube of shampoo was usually provided, even though we are a family of four. When we asked for more, we were again given only one small tube, and on one occasion we were told there was no more shampoo available in the hotel. On another day, the towels were removed from the room and were not replaced. Our room was also very far from the reception, restaurants and aqua park. There are small vehicles that drive around the resort, but they are not always available and sometimes you have to catch one as it passes. In the August heat, walking these distances with children was quite difficult and uncomfortable. We also felt that the evening shows on the children’s stage were not very suitable for the age of our children. During the afternoon snack time, one employee was serving several food stations at the same time. He did manage the orders, but we often had to wait a long time until he reached the specific station where we wanted to order.

Just need loyalty programs for regular guests for disconnect and seasonal offers

Very friendly staff, particularly Mr Gouda and Victoria were extra helpful. All other members also made our stay so pleasant.

The music quality outside is not the best, I would also consider refreshing the playlist

المسافة التي بين غرف الفندق و المرافق مسافة بسيط لم تكن كبيرة ولكن مرهقه بحيث انك تحتاج تستخدم مرافق المنتجع و تعود الى غرفتك في اليوم اكثر من مرا

التكييف بالمطاعم كان ليس بالمستوى المناسب (حار)

So much to do for the kids. Stunning features, you will not be bored. The staff are truly amazing, they go to every length to make your stay comfortable. You cannot fault the aqua park and activities.

I’ve been to many of these 5* hotels and it’s not European standards. Rooms were fantastic in size but the maintenance needs checks. They should be unclogging the sinks and baths regularly and giving it a little elbow grease and it will remove the limescale built up.

Tanti scivoli

L'albergo lontanissimo dal mare, non sicuro per i bambini (alcune parti cadono a pezzi), in reception abbiamo aspettato 2 ore la nostra stanza, internet non funzionava, appena ti allontani dalla stanza wi fi non va, i fili di ferro in mezzo la strada senza nessun segnale, i bicchieri e piatti in giro per l'albergo (un giorno abbiamo aspettato 24h per portare via il cibo che era sul lettino bordo piscina, e i corvi hanno spalmato il cibo sulle sedie che sono state pulite superficialmente), buona parte del hotel è ancora in costruzione con gli operai che lavorano con le ruspe accanto alle piscine. Per il divertimento serale dei bambini ci sono 10 macchinine VR e le file lunghissime (in 3 ore che è aperto al giorno riesci a fare 2 giostre). I bagnini chiudono alle 13h per un ora almeno per la pausa pranzo alcuni scivoli, e wake board aperto solo 1,5h in mattina e 1,5 pomeriggio, praticamente file lunghissime per tutto.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel, aqua park, facilities and atmosphere were excellent, but what really made our holiday special was the staff. A very special thank you to Mr Mostafa, the Reception Manager. He was absolutely outstanding and helped us so much throughout our stay. He was extremely attentive, professional and genuinely cared about making sure we and our family were happy and comfortable. I really appreciated the way he looked after us — exceptional customer service. Also a huge thank you to Mahmoud from Housekeeping. He is a top man and did an excellent job every day. Our room was always spotless, clean and well looked after. All the lifeguards and other members of staff were fantastic as well — always friendly, welcoming, attentive and ready to help. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. A wonderful experience and a fantastic hotel for families. We would definitely love to come back!

Honestly, nothing. We had an amazing stay and were extremely happy with the hotel, facilities and service. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The service was excellent throughout the entire hotel, especially Mr. Hamed at the reception, and Mostafa Hamdy. Special thanks to Saad, the lifeguard at the swimming pools, and Mostafa Mansi at the lobby café. The service in the dining areas was excellent as well, thanks to all the service staff, supervisors, and chefs. Inshallah, we will be back again. الألعاب المائية اهتمام العاملين نشكر كل العاملين من الاستقبال الى عامل النظافة وهذا يدل على حسن الادارة والي يعجبني ان في تطوير للمكان

Thanks for all staff,it was amazing trip. Special thanks for Mr Abdolrahman from reception,also for all front office team ,all of them were profisional . Last but not least,thabks for the accountant (sorry i forgot his name) he is so friendly and helpful man ,the man with glasses. Mr Mostafa also ( the waiter) he was so kind man. Also Mr.Mahmoud the second waiter, has the best service. Pick albatros has best team ever,the smily baker and alao chef Ashraf. I appreciate all of theae top service, see you next year.

سهولة الوصول لجميع الخدمات بالفندق

تسجيل الدخول استغرق ساعتين تقريباً وتسبب ذلك بعدم الاستفادة من اليوم الاول حيث ان المسابح والالعاب المائية تغلق الساعه 6 مساءً. مسبح واحد صغير حتى الساعة 8 مساءً حضرت للفندق تقريباً 2 مساءً وتم تسجيل دخولي ورقياً ولم استلم الغرفة الي الساعه 4:30 مساء. وحسب افادتهم انه يوجد نزيل لم يسلم الغرفة. نقدر ذلك. وقت الخروج من الفندق التشيك اوت استغرق اكثر من 45 دقيقه.

منتجع متكامل ونظيف و شامل كل شيء الأكل والمشروبات والسناكات والالعاب المائيه كبيره جدااا تلعب حتى تتعب الخدمه ممتازه جداااا العاملين من أفضل ما رأيت يعملون جميعا لاسعادك

كل شى أعجبني فعلا مكان للترفيه للعوايل و الاطفال

Établissement magnifique et très complet . Personnel extrêmement gentil et au petit soin. Tout est pensé pour que vos enfants passent un excellent séjour. Mes fils ont adorés . Nourriture excellente . Vous pouvez manger sans craindre l’indigestion. Tout est bien soigné et les chambres sont magnifiques et bien spacieuses.

Tout était parfait simplement en été la chaleur descend vers 19h et toutes les piscines sont fermés à ce moment là

Piaciuto quasi tutto, tranne qualche comportamento di alcun indipendente

Non ho apprezzato il comportamento di un ragazzo che indossava la maglietta bianca della guardia ieri sera in portineria. Dopo avergli chiesto indicazioni per la farmacia più vicina, al mio ritorno ha iniziato a farmi domande personali e inopportune, come cosa avessi comprato in farmacia, che tipo di medicinale fosse e come si chiamasse la farmacia. Ho trovato questo atteggiamento poco professionale e gli ho fatto notare che si trattava di informazioni personali che non era opportuno chiedere in quel modo.
