Quizás el hotel es un poco viejito, la televisión no se veían los canales, el aire acondicionado

La ubicación,el excelente servicio.

Hay unos mínimos detalles que se pueden mejorar como: Pintura, enchapes de los baños y duchas, mantenimiento de los aires acondicionados, vajillas de la cocina platos, vasos, pocillos.

Hallo ich habe für zweiTage gebucht und mir wurde bei der Ankunft gesagt das mein Zimmerni nicht zur Verfügung steht da Strassenarbeiten sind und kein Strom und Wasser da ist . Ich musste in ein andsres Hotel umbuchen das ca , ein Kilometer weiter weg war . Indem anderen Hotel musste ich 3000 Pesos bezahlen und die Taxi Gebühr für die Fahrt zu den andefen Hotel . Ich habe jetzt zweimal bezahlt wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück ? Können sie mir bitte weiterhelfen .Mit freundlichen Grüssen

Vlakbij het koloniale centrum. Op wandelafstand. Gratis drinkwater.

Kleine, zeer sobere kamer. Er werd gezegd dat er een zwembad was. De eerste dag was het water vies en smerig. De volgende dag stond er geen water in. Dus dit was geen toegevoegde waarde, het wordt wel zo aangeprijsd. De eerste ochtend was het ontbijt sober, maar voldoende; de tweede was er al geen fruit meer voorzien. Tussendoor viel de lift ook nog eens in panne...

No son exactos con los precios, el desayuno es hasta las 10:30 pero no le informan eso a los huéspedes , no tienen agua de tomar disponible

La proximité avec le quartier colonial le port et le quartier chinois

Pas de wifi, ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, j’ai dû réclamer ma serviette de bain, lavabo cassé faut surtout pas s’appuyer dessus et fenêtre qui ne pouvait pas se fermer donnant sur un patio

Le petit déjeuner était très bien et la location également , à 1 minute de la zone coloniale.

La conversion à un taux réellement désavantageux du prix en dollars alors que je travaille en RD et n'utilise donc que les pesos (le prix avait 10 dollars de différence!). Booking m'avait annoncé le prix en pesos, en conversion honnête mais j'ai dû payer le prix majoré. Et le pire, est que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine d'une saleté incroyable et jamais nettoyée durant notre séjour!

Bien ubicado. Pude guardar el carro en cochera. Tiene buen desayuno.

El inodoro filtraba agua al suelo

tremenda ubicación y cuenta con ascensor para alcanzar los piso superiores

el primer día tenia acceso a internet pero ya el segundo día no. Además el televisor no funcionaba. Aunque se reporto no hicieron nada por resolver aun estando esos servicio en la oferta de alquiler. Otra cosa reserve a un precio y me cobraron mas solo por usar la tarjeta de crédito, detalle no especificado al momento de realizar la reserva.

The location ia nice. However at nights, you need to be cautious.

They charged me 100 dop more than the booking price (already adding taxes and fees of Booking).. This is the main reason of my calcification. The receptionist Jose Miguel says that If I had a concert, reach the owner. The AC was very old. If you make it cooler, it begins to make a strong sound. Cleaning need to be improved.

Ik heb al meerdere beoordelingen over dit hotel geschreven.Voor mijn huidige verblijf had ik een pas gerenoveerde kamer met onder andere een nieuwe matras, koelkast en gordijnen. De kamers zijn nu ook voorzien van kluisjes. Zoals al eerder gezegd het hotel heeft een perfecte locatie om de Zona colonial te verkennen en vanaf het terras op de bovenste verdieping kijk je uit op park Inpendencia en in ingang van Calle El Conde. Op het terras wordt vanaf 8 uur ook het ontbijt geserveerd. Mijn beoordeling is gebaseerd op prijs kwaliteitverhouding natuurlijk kun je niet hetzelfde bij Discovery verwachten dan als bij een hotel van 100 euro per nacht en duurder.

Eigenlijk voor mij persoonlijk niets

De locatie ten opzichte van de Zona Colonial en een goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Het terras op de bovenste verdieping is een plus. Verder gratis WiFi door het hele hotel

Cuando llegue a registrar mi reserva me dieron una habitación con dos camas pequeñas que tuvimos que unir para poder dormir y muy pocos canales en la televisión.

Prijs kwaliteit is prima. Goedkoop overnachten en ontbijt (indien voorradig) wordt op verzoek gemaakt en gebracht. De locatie is super, in Zona Colonial, El Conde (winkelstraat) Parque Independencia.

Het gebouw is al wat ouder natuurlijk, maar niet minder leuk. De kamer die ik toegewezen kreeg had best wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en zag er wat "poor" uit. Badkamer idem. Onderhoud is hier niet het juiste woord, maar vernieuwen/renoveren past beter.

La limpieza , suelo completamente sin barrer y con tierra más que polvo

Puedes conocer toda la zona colonial caminando desde este hotel y lugares para comer y tomar la bebida de preferencia.

Todo nos gustó: amabilidad,céntrico, rico desayuno, limpieza de la habitación, buen tamaño, tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador, parecía un minidepartamento! Hasta frigobar/pequeña refrigeradora. Excelente! En cada piso tenía dispensador de agua para tomar a cualquier hora.Excelente ubicación: cerca a la avenida El conde ( calle peatonal),lugares para comprar ,tomar,comer ("Chicharrón Light", riquísimo). En hotel estaba casi al medio: entre la zona colonial (catedral primado) y el malecón (obelisco Santo Domingo).Una "bodega" para comprar (se llama "colmado" en República Dominicana) en el primer nivel,al lado del hotel ( el señor Pedro muy amable para vender).Finalmente, todo el personal A1, destacando a Renzo (recepción), Odeysi(desayuno) y Beatriz (limpieza).

Todo nos gustó. Tal vez que justo la piscina en la terraza estaban limpiando y ya no pudimos usar. La próxima será!

Los chicos de recepción son muy educado y hacen muy bien su trabajo. He ido varias veces y siempre brindan un servicio excepcional.

A very good 3-star hotel next to Zona Colonial, the old historic area of the capital of Santo Domingo. Zona Colonial is safe, visible police and security during the day and evening. You can visit among others the buildings from the Columbus period, starting year 1500. The hotel has an ATM in the lobby. The room was clean and everything was working fine. There is also free wifi in the hotel and a pool can be found at the top floor of the building. The staff is customer friendly. The lift worked as it should be. Maybe 50 meters from the hotel you have taxi stands. Of course you can use UBER services in most of the capital. The hotel is an excellent choice for the budget traveler.

The building needs a fresh paint outside.

La camas pudieran ser mejoradas, pero lo que no me gustó para nada es que fui por la piscina y no servía. El desayuno debería de ser un poquitico mejor.

Agua y parking disponible. Perfecto de ubicación para visitar la zona colonial.

Excellent knowledgeable and fast customer service with a smile. Room was as expected, clean and everything worked fine, free wifi included. Inside the hotel was in good condition, the lift worked as it should. The is an ATM in the lobby which is very convenient. At the upper floor there is a small pool and restaurant. All shops, galleries, restaurants, churches, supermarket and parks of the Zona Colonial are within 20 minutes strolling distance. The Zona Colonial is the old part of the Capital of Santo Domingo and you can see and visit the old buildings from even the Columbus period of year 1500, more than 500 years old. Almost all building are in good condition. In the evening there is live street music in the street and parks. There is enough visible security and police in the street, also in the evening. So I had a safe feeling. About 50 meters from the hotel you can find taxis or you can of course book Uber. The room price is very reasonable for the budget traveler.

The outside of the hotel building needs some fresh colourfull paint.

The service was friendly and to the point, excellent customer service. Everything worked fine: air, fans, refrigarator, toilet, lights, doorlock, lift etc. Free wifi. Inside the hotel is an ATM. I felt very safe in the hotel and neighbour hood, the Zona Colonial which is the old centre of the capital with a lot of historial buildings. Enough visible security/police in the main areas of this part of the City during the day and evening. Everything, from colmados, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, galleries, casino, supermarket, parks etc are within walking distance of 20 minutes. In the evening you have live street music. Taxi is 50 meters further or you can call a Uber. It is not a luxury hotel but for as little as 1500 pesos a day tax included (25 USD) you get a decent and quiet room. So, I recommend this hotel for the budget traveler.

It is an old building and the outside needs a nice fresh painting. However the inside is well maintained as far as I could see.

Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones y, al llegar, nos encontramos con unas condiciones que no se correspondían con lo esperado. En una de las habitaciones había una humedad muy importante en el techo, claramente visible y en un estado preocupante, lo que daba una sensación de falta de mantenimiento e higiene. Además, ambas habitaciones no estaban suficientemente limpias. La limpieza general era deficiente y el estado de las instalaciones no cumplía con un estándar aceptable para un alojamiento de estas características. Esta situación afectó negativamente a nuestra estancia y nos generó una gran decepción, ya que habíamos reservado esperando unas condiciones adecuadas de comodidad e higiene. Consideramos que el alojamiento no cumplía con la calidad anunciada y solicitamos que se tenga en cuenta esta reclamación y se valore una compensación por las deficiencias encontradas.
