Лучший из лучших! Только вернулись, сразу села за честный отзыв. Начиная с ресепшн - МЕЛИСА девушка задала настроение, помогла с каждой мелочью и неожиданно нам значительно повысили категорию номера. Сам отель - территория не огромная, но достаточно большая, есть аквапарк, миницентр (ЕКАТЕРИНА аниматор просто умничка) питание прекрасное, но мой совет - идите в снек бар он работает по принципу а оч карт, мясо там есть всегда, даже гамбургеры не с котлетой а с прекрасно приготовленным мясом. Выбор салатов и горячего на мой взгляд, лучше чем в ресторане. Программа развлечений - на высоте, чистота в номерах, минибар пополняется ежедневно. Если важен алкоголь - здесь и пиво бутылочное туборг и вино эгейское хорошее и коктейли бармены умеют делать 👍. Мы живем в Анталье, объездили все побережье и бывали в очень многих отелях, сформировался список любимчиков и сегодня к ним добавился ЖУЖУ. Раз в две недели проходит ЖуЖу фест - вскрывают огромную бочку с пивом 🍺, ставят мангалы, диджеи и живая музыка. Реально жаль было уезжать и мы ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО вернемся. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ, НЕ ХУЖЕ ПРЕМИУМ ОТЕЛЕй, а где-то и лучше за очень разумную цену. Лайфхак - слева от пляжа, если смотреть на море , идите к скалам, по тропинке перебирайтесь через валуны к тупиковому дикому пляжу - все вдоль моря минут 10 ходьбы. И вы увидите самый инстаграмный скрытый пляж с отвесными скалами и островами на побережье.

Шикарная спа зона, массажистки балийки, но цены чуть высоковаты, в других отелях подешевле. Я делала массаж у Аю - отлично 👍. СПА отелю не подчиняется, они сами по себе. Бассеин теплый крытый, и в релакс зоне приватный открытый. В общем и там нам понравилось, за исключением цен.

Все очень достойно. Приветливый персонал. Спа центр требует реновации. Очень вкусное и разнообразное питание . Персоналу отдельное спасибо, поселили в улученный номер без доплат . Еще раз приедем.

Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und hat eine ideale Größe. Das Angebot ist sehr reichhaltig. Man kann aus vielen Aktivitäten auswählen und es wird nie langweilig.

Das Buffet ist etwas zu groß und darunter leidet die Qualität meiner Meinung nach. Manchmal war es am Pool sehr laut wegen der vielen Animationsangebote. Das Ausflugsangebot war leider sehr dürftig und sehr teuer.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour de deux jours au Jojo Hotel Palace. L'accueil a été irréprochable et le personnel s'est montré particulièrement professionnel et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Le cadre est agréable, propre et propice au repos ou au travail. Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter

L'accueil du personnel : Rien à redire, l'équipe est tout simplement remarquable. Le personnel s'est montré à la fois chaleureux, disponible et très professionnel du début à la fin de mon séjour. ​La restauration : Les repas proposés étaient un véritable régal. La cuisine est soignée, savoureuse et offre un très bon choix de plats qui mettent en valeur la qualité des produits. ​L'espace et le cadre : Les infrastructures sont spacieuses, propres et très bien entretenues. On y trouve un cadre propice à la fois à la détente et au travail, avec des volumes confortables et agréables à vivre. ​Les activités : Les animations et les activités proposées sur place sont bien rythmées et permettent de se divertir agréablement sans s'ennuyer.

Restaurants, activités, plage et piscines sont plutôt bien.

Balcon de la chambre inexploitable, il donne directement sur les climatiseurs donc très bruyant et chaud.

- The rooms, especially the ones facing away from the pool, are quiet and pleasant for a good night sleep. You don’t hear much noise even during the day. - There is an indoors playground with staff entertaining the kids and organizing multiple activities during the day. There is also a nice outdoors playground. - The food is really good especially the Turkish variety. I don’t recommend anything that is not Turkish because they’re not really good at international food. Likewise, most desserts are just sugar: They look yummy but you’ll be disappointed in the taste. - The pools, the water slides, the beach and everything else is amazing.

- Restaurant can be a bit messy and noisy because the buffet is huge. The staff sometimes rush to take away your dishes even before you’re done. - The shops, photos, kids rides, and anything else that is not included in the “all inclusive ultra” are extremely expensive. It really feels like they are ripping you off. I recommend you avoid these “extra”: you can just go on a short walk outside the resort and you’ll find plenty of shops there. As for the kids rides, you don’t really have much choice if you have kids.

Долго и тщательно выбирали отель для отдыха с маленьким ребенком и кажется не прогадали) Из плюсов: - Большая и зеленая территория отеля, вы сможете найти как веселые шумные развлечения, так и тихие уединенные места; - Много развлечений для детей: площадка, клуб, аниматоры, аквапарк, бассейн-лужица, дискотека по вечерам; - Хорошее питание, огромный выбор, но лучше брать гриль, свежие овощи, фрукты, крупы и гарниры без соусов, все таки жара и толпа; - Нам достался тихий номер с видом на терассу и море, правда при заезде пришлось настоять на этом, т.к. хотели дать номер чуть похуже. В номере супер вентиляция и кондиционер; - Отличные коктейли в барах, снеки, кофейня у пляжа и напротив главного ресторана кофе и пироженки; - Много занятий в самом отеле, на нижнем этаже есть магазинчики, развлекательный центр, каждый вечер шоу. Мы даже выходили в Бельдиби, ничего особенного, зато вид на горы и деревушка с сувенирными ларьками; - Красиво и эстетично, за территорией тщательно ухаживают, общие зоны намывают, цветы, зелень и чистота.

Минусов немного, но они связаны скорее не с отелем, а природной особенностью региона и поведением туристов: - Неудобный вход в море, сам пляж песчаный, а на входе камни, прям валуны. Хорошо, что есть пирс и слева от пирса чуть подчистили и там меньше камней; - Почти всегда нет свободных лежаков. Мы приходили на пляж в 07:30 и просто скидывали полотенца на якобы занятых лежаках, и до 10 утра даже никто не приходил)) Это говорит о том, что люди занимают лежаки с ночи, но отель это никак не контролирует. Так что ложитесь смело на любой лежак, а умники пусть ищут место на пляже когда придут; - Мы отдыхали в конце июня, а конце отпуска чувствовался наплыв народу в связи с сезоном. В ресторане на ужине становилось сложно найти свободный стол. - Много курящих, но это бы не напрягало так сильно, если бы они не курили в том числе у детского бассейна; - К счастью, мы не отравились и не подхватили ротовирус, однако с этим столкнулись другие отдыхающие с которыми мы познакомились. Выбирайте питание с осторожностью и следите за тем, чтобы дети не пили воду из бассейна.

Очень красивая локация!!! Guest relations работает отлично, быстро реагируют на просьбы.

Номерной фонд не в очень хорошем состоянии, слабый интернет, уборка весьма поверхностная, несмотря на то что всегда оставляли чаявые.

1) Вечернее шоу очень красивое и приятное, проходит в удобное время. 2) Разнообразие еды хорошее, нам, как людям, которые не любят масленное и жареное, всегда был выбор рыбы и овощей на пару. 3) Бассейн большой, чистый и много лежаков вокруг. Местные работники, которые предлагают услуги развлечений не навязываются, что комфортно. 4) Разнообразие алкоголя, коктейлей и дневных закусок хорошее, было что выбрать на каждый день.

1) Запах в номере - жаренной еды, видимо, откуда-то с вентиляции или с улицы, хотя окна всегда держали закрытыми. 2) Кондиционер в номере с минимальной температурой 23 градуса, то есть ночью спать жарко. 3) Так как отель находится в горах, вечером на улице очень влажно и если возвращаться с моря/бассейна после +\- 16:00, то купальники на улице не высохнут, а других вариантов нет. 4) Что удивило, было очень маленькое разнообразие фруктов, даже никаких ягод: яблоки, груши, персики, арбуз. 5) В столовой недостаточное количество работников. Даже утром, когда было немного людей, мы никого вокруг не видели и никто к нам не подходил. В принципе, работники за баром итд, плохо говорят (или вообще нет) на Английском и складывалось недопонимание. 6) Развлечения и занятия в течении дня проходили почти в одно время, то есть, если хочется захватить все активности (или даже пару) , это невозможно. 7) Платные услуги отеля, такие как массаж и кальян, необоснованно дорогие (например, 35 евро за классический массаж, это самое дешевое. 170 евро какой-то супер-комплекс на одного человека). 8) Вечером поздно вернулись с поездки за пределами отеля и не успели на ужин, но как гласит предоставленная информация, закуски работают 24/7. Когда мы захотели заказать бургер, его нельзя было взять с собой, а надо было сидеть в ночи «в ресторане». Других полезных закусок не было, только фастфуд.

Great venue and facilities....

Each day, the music at the pool was consistently loud and not enjoyable. Also, there was not a single spot outside where you could enjoy without someone smoking .... it was Awful 😖

Красивый вид с балкона. Большой номер и ванная комната. Уборка без претензий. Вкусная еда и ассортимент блюд. Напитков достаточно и алко, в том числе Айран супер. Аква-аэробика отлично. Пляж чистый. Все аккуратно. Спа и массаж прекрасный. Не лакшери, но замечательно ухоженная территория и даже аквапарк. Молодцы. Отличная спокойная пятерка для семей с детьми отличный вариант).

Простите, но лепешки гюзлеме не профессионально, не по-настоящему, для туристов. Ела местные. Но это малюсенький минус)

Second time here. We love this place. Especially nice in May if the weather is nice. Then there are few people and plenty of space on sun loungers. Lots of food, snack bars and good drinks!

When my son fell ill with diarrhea, the doctor saw him immediately and provided an antibiotic prescription without delay. This level of care is exceptional. • Staff Highlights: A special thank you to Alexandra (International Officer) for her excellent service and assistance.

• Health & Hygiene: We were extremely disappointed with the food quality. It caused severe food poisoning for my son, who was ill for the duration of the holiday, and caused stomach upsets for both my wife and me. This significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the trip. • Property Condition: The rear of the hotel is currently undergoing major renovations. As a result, the beach was not there to be enjoyed , which was not clearly communicated to us beforehand. • Entertainment: There was a noticeable lack of entertainment and activities, making the evenings feel quite dull compared to other resorts

Niestety, codziennie w hotelu były organizowane różne spotkania firmowe, z ogromną ilością uczestników, którzy w porze obiadowej i kolacyjnej dominują w restauracjach. Hotel był całkowicie zdominowany przez uczestników imprez firmowych (byliśmy 7 dni). Miał być hotel wakacyjny a jest to hotel businessowy. Codziennie dziesiątki ludzi z zawieszkami na szyi, którzy przy śniadaniu, obiedzi i kolacji prowadzą głośne rozmowy biznesowe. Gdybyśmy byli o tym wcześniej poinformowani to na pewno skorzystalibyśmy z innego hotelu.

De accommodatie had alles wat we nodig hadden. We hadden een geweldig verblijf! Het eten was lekker, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hielp je waar nodig! Er was voldoende ruimte en dingen te doen. We hadden een heel goeie ervaring. Dankjewel!

Отличное расположение отеля. Находится в горной «чаше» на территории тихо и практически безветренно. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Отель видно после косметического ремонта, номера в хорошем состоянии. Отдельная благодарность гостевой службе. Сотрудница Александра старается максимально вникнуть в проблему и главное! Помочь. Приятная зона спа, чисто комфортно, действительно очень теплый бассейн.

Еда категорически не соответствует 5 звездам. Т.е. Вы точно не останетесь голодными, ассортимент еды конечно представлен ( пиццы, переваленные макароны и сгоревшая на гриле рыба и мясо птицы.) К сожалению ( по моим ощущениям) отель подбирает дешевый персонал на кухню , поэтому еда не вкусная, плохо приготовленная. За 8 дней пребывания ни разу не было морепродуктов ( никаких), красной рыбы , мясных стейков. Вино из ресторана категорически Не рекомендую! Редкостная отрава. Кофе из автомата - по качеству, как растворимый. К счастью есть кофейня( открывается с 10.00) где варят неплохой кофе. Сладости ( опять та же проблема с персоналом) однообразные, приторно сладкие и не вкусные. Короче, если вы едите в гастрономический тур- то Вам точно не сюда. Если насладится природой , ландшафтами и закатами- отличное место.

Das kalte Essen, obgleich es hätte warm sein sollen. Der unaufgeräumte Strand. Der Staub unter dem Bett. Die insgesamt sehr laute Lage des Hotels / Zimmers. Das nicht stimmende Abend-Entertainment-Programm. Unser aus dem Hotelzimmer abhanden gekommenes Ladekabel, nach der „Raumsäuberung“. Der überteuerte und nicht quittierte Taxitransfer zum Hotel und zurück zum Flughafen. Die überteuerte Taxifahrt hin und zurück nach Kemer, ebenfalls nicht quittiert.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Turkey. I am a very experienced traveler and have stayed in Turkey many times, but I have never seen anything even remotely close to this level of disappointment. The biggest issue is the food — or rather, the complete lack of anything edible. For eight nights straight, I was basically hungry. The quality is extremely poor, the variety is non-existent, and the whole setup gives the impression that the food is being recycled from other hotels and passed around. It is honestly disgraceful. The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. What you see advertised is simply not what you get. The overall condition of the hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. This is not a place for отдых — it feels more like a failed attempt at running a hotel. I strongly urge people not to stay here. Spend a little more money and choose a proper hotel instead of wasting your time and ruining your trip. I genuinely hope the owner sees this, because what is happening here is unacceptable. This is not just bad — it’s a complete embarrassment.

Great food selection and an amazing location. The hotel is very well organised inside, so you don’t feel crowded even when it’s busy. We enjoyed the spa facilities - hammam, relaxation rooms, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The second bathroom in our family room would benefit from some renovation.

It is little bit away from the city. And the honeymoon suit needs to be maintained all tomes. It should be two different rooms not only one room.

Excellent value for money. Ideal place for family with kids. Loves the pool and beach facilities. Really enjoyed the daily sport activities and the evening entertainment programs. Food was amazing and drinks were good quality as well. All in all I would come back and I never go back to the same place normally. We were seriously considering to extend our stay the last day. The entertainment crew is good as well, really nice people. I particularly enjoyed the Kangoo Jumps training 💖

The entire experience was amazing. The location was sublime… island holidays will be a thing of the past. The beach and pier are amazing and spent the day in one of their enclosed pier gazebos… was certainly worth the price… just added to the amazing experience. The facilities are phenomenal with so many options for everyone, young and old.

The food buffets are endless with too many options to choose from… the only minor criticism is that they can include some western diets as it mainly caters to the Eastern Europe and Middle Eastern type of diets… certainly nothing wrong with the food but some variation would certainly improve the feedback from those outside the region. The spa allowed children in which did make it not as relaxing and peaceful as wanting. This needs to be addressed by management.

The location is perfect close to Antalya. Its between the mountains and a village so no noise hotel around. Food is good generally. The majority of staff is good and friendly. Pool is huge. The territory is not huge which is good everything can be reached easily. Cleaning is very good.

Only 2 special days for dinner like seafood and turkish food, rest days is repetitive. Lunch is almost the same everyday but its enough to eat full and everything is available from duck to beef liver. Turkish desserts are poor quality, not only they are not made from pistachio like it is supposed to be, the nuts inside are barely found. We have a problem with stuff members couple of times one was rude at the bar, another one did not take our order 8 minutes before the closure of the cafeteria. But guest relation solved the last issue. And the first issue was solved but other colleagues apologizing for their rude friend. Music sound is very loud, my kid and other children were covering their ears and some parents and elderly people were leaving the show.

Pool temperature

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and the experience was below expectations considering the amount paid. There were no real activities for children—only very limited options that do not match the hotel's category or price point. The food was very average and repetitive on a daily basis, lacking the variety and quality you'd expect from a hotel in this range. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the language barrier. Most of the staff only spoke Turkish or Russian, and even the reception staff had very poor English, barely understanding most sentences. This led to many misunderstandings when requesting services or asking questions. In addition, we had a serious issue at check-in. The hotel claimed our reservation did not include the correct number of guests. I spent two exhausting hours between Booking.com and hotel management trying to resolve the issue—with no luck. In the end, I had to pay an extra €480 to check in. The responses from the property manager were vague and unhelpful, with conflicting information that made the situation worse. There were also some unreasonable practices, such as charging for children's play areas—e.g., a small popcorn for €2, and a game of billiards for €5. This made the children feel excluded unless we kept paying extra. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for families, especially those with kids. The experience was frustrating, not comfortable, and definitely not worth the high cost.

Very nice property located away from the busy road. Incredible views of the sea and the mountains, comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms; the property is very large and has everything you need for a nice vacation by the beach; nice staff; great entertainment at night. Food was excellent as well! We'll be back for sure!

No iron in the room - have to pay to get anything ironed; some of the sales people were to aggressive trying to sell their products and services. Area around the property is run down, noting to do in town.

We liked the location, the beach and the food was great. You have everything you need in one place.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. We also didn’t like that all the staff was speaking to us in Russian even though we are not Russian. It would be better if English was the first choice always.

We had a perfect holiday! The hotel has a very large territory — every morning started with a 3 km walk and a super tasty iced coffee! The cocktail selection was wide and varied, and all the drinks were delicious. The food selection was endless (I gained 2 kg in 4 days!). The desserts were outstanding — every cake was a work of art. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant — 10/10. Our room (1201, on the 2nd floor) had an amazing view and was incredibly spacious. The music at the pool area was so good and fit the atmosphere perfectly — it really added a special vibe! Compliments to the person who put together the playlist! The foam party was also a really fun surprise, and the DJ did a great job! The nightclub wasn’t operating, and while the daytime activities were very enjoyable, it’s not really a place for partying. We felt truly welcome, and it was clear the staff put their whole heart into making guests feel good. The hotel is luxurious, spacious, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. We were very satisfied!

A small observation: we missed having a beach/pool bag in the room to carry things like sunscreen from the hotel room. It was a bit bothersome that conversations were always started in Russian, even though we’re actually from Estonia and don’t speak a single word of Russian!! Since it’s a very large complex, there are always some areas that need work and maintenance — during our stay, there was major construction happening on the beach, so we didn’t spend time there. Of course, it’s understandable that maintenance and construction work need to be done.

Food was very varied and pretty good. Room was very nice. Location was very beautiful. Most staff was friendly. Overall a pretty chill and relaxed experience. Diving center looked a bit empty and without character at first impression, but was actually a very good experience.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. The room was very big and cleaned well every day. Food and drinks were a high standard. Loved having lunch at the pool and beach bars. The spa was really good and all the family enjoyed their treatments. Our teenagers had a lot of fun in a safe environment.

While the rooms were comfortable they appeared a bit worn with some dodgy repair work. But it did not impact our stay. We are in the Italian restaurant one night and it was really bad! I would avoid as you have to pay extra for this. As it was the start of the season the beach was not fully set up and the night entertainment program was not fully up and running which was a shame.

This hotel was very beautiful and amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice and polite. Me and my family had a very amazing time. The food was great. There are lots of different options of food throughout the whole day you will not get hungry there. The room we were in was very nice and fitted us perfectly very clean and lots of space. the location was a bit far from antalya main city, but we were not looking to leave the hotel much, so we didn't care too much. Unfortunately, the kids' club was not great. My daughter went there twice and hated it she said they only spoke in another language the whole time. They had a list of different activities but they never did them and were closed most afternoons and opened again at night what kids goes to disco at at 21:00 or a movie at 21:30 at night maybe my kids sleep early but that's very late. Also, the swimming pool was so loud with music that you could even hear the music from the rooms I couldn't even read at the pool was so loud. But apart from that was a good experience

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The concierge and guest relations team were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless—special thanks to the lovely cleaning ladies for their attention to detail. But the true star of our stay was Muhammed, the bartender at the lobby bar. His warmth, professionalism, and charm made every visit to the bar a highlight. He remembered our favorite drinks, always greeted us like old friends, and brought such a positive energy to the space. An absolute gem of a person and a total star! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values top-notch service and genuine hospitality.
