The hotel is very beautiful good location and closed to the airport and there free shuttle service both ways, like this hotel it’s very new as Hilton took over this hotel in January this year and the hotel has golf courses 18 holes and the swimming pool is very beautiful and and has two restaurants one of them Italian restaurant and other all day dining so we have freshly prepared food and breakfast was great, the service was led by a lady restaurant manager Khun Emmy and her team, as well as the kitchen team. And during lunch we were well taken care by the supervisor Khun Fon who was very kind and friendly. We celebrated a friend’s birthday at the Italian restaurant Tetto and had a gorgeous view of the golf course at night ( night golf available except for Mondays). We were greeted by Khun Nai and his service team. They prepared a nice area with a “Happy Birthday” greeting on the wall which was a nice touch. The local sous chef Khun Prei was most helpful with his recommendation and understood very well the Muslim friendliness of the food preparation which we appreciated very much. Our Thai friends were also very impressed with the dining experience here. Thank you to the whole team who made our stay so relaxed, welcoming and most memorable. This is our first stay and we will definitely be back! This is our new favorite spot in Bangkok!!!

The lobby bar at the Hilton is always an amazing experience with amazing service. Jin, Mia and Nam not only provide amazing service but great conversation and interaction as well.

A special thank you to K.Name and K.Namnueng for their outstanding service. They were both warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the dessert selection. Their recommendations were excellent and helped me choose desserts that I truly enjoyed. They were attentive throughout my visit and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The combination of delicious desserts, a relaxing atmosphere, and the exceptional hospitality from K.Name and K.Namnueng made this visit memorable. I highly recommend visiting the Lobby Lounge if you’re looking for quality desserts and excellent service.

My wife and I are staying at the Hilton property near the airport here in Bangkok because we have an early flight out in the morning. We just paid a visit to the lobby bar and received exceptional service from Mia, Jin, Namnuey and Pery (hopefully I got the spelling right on all of their names). We ordered a couple of drinks and had a couple of appetizers, everything was very good with my margarita being exceptional. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done!!!

Spectacular property within 20 minutes distance from Airport. They have their own Airport Shuttle every hour which is super convenient. The property has a huge golf course and plenty of water bodies. This adds to the hotel's allure. The service is exceptional. Highly recommended. I will definitely book this one on my next visit.

Located close (about 14km drive) to Bangkoks main international airport, this hotel provides a break from the bustle of the city. There is an hourly free shuttle service between the hotel and airport. Overlooking a golf course, the hotel is quiet and relaxed. The amenities are far superior to the typical airport hotel, with spacious, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. It’s an elegant hotel and popular golf resort. Most importantly, it’s quiet. No traffic noise. A chance to actually get some sleep. The staff are attentive, the food is decent.

Our stay here was unplanned as we were unable to leave Bangkok as a result of the trouble in the Gulf. Our flight was cancelled at 4am and after a breakfast at the airport we made our way to the hotel for the first of six unscheduled nights. What a fabulous place. Lovely, spacious rooms, beautiful scenery, great food, fantastic pool. The thing that makes this hotel though is the staff. Some teething troubles were evident - the hotel only became a Hilton in January and the transition was maybe not that smooth. Coupled with an unexpected influx of stressed tourists trying to get flights out, there were a few minor issues, mainly experienced by us in the restaurant. Some staff were unsure as to the menu, courses arrived at different times etc, but the food was in the main delicious. Jumper and Nut did everything they could to sort out issues. But the stars of the show were the amazing Emmy and Ohm, two of the kindest and calmest people ever. They both deserve a payrise and a holiday. When we finally left for our flight to Japan, London and then Edinburgh, I actually felt sad to be leaving them, and there were hugs all round. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, especially after a few days in the wonderful chaos of central Bangkok. 20 minutes from the airport, it is perfectly situated for a break before a long flight. We'll be back!

I rested here my first night upon arriving in Bangkok after a 40+ hour journey from the U.S. I couldn’t have picked a better place to recover (at least partially!) from jet lag! The property, set on many acres of quiet, residential greenery and bordering a vast golf course, shuts out all outside noise and ensures a tranquil atmosphere. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. My room was fantastic—impeccably maintained, high-tech, and incredibly comfy. The bed and pillows were a perfect firmness for me. I essentially crashed as soon as I entered the room, so I didn’t have any time to take in any amenities or dine at the on-site Italian eatery—I slept from 2pm to 4am! But next time I come, I’ll be sure to stay conscious for longer. I did appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle, though. This was an excellent and highly affordable Hilton stay, and the company should be proud to now call this place theirs.

From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like royalty. From the front desk, the concierge and everyone is so helpful to make sure you have a comfortable stay. At the spa, Nong is THE BEST!! She listens to your request And actually does what you ask. Just the right amount of pressure requested. She is professional in every way from greeting you at your arrival, to making sure you’re comfortable, and listening to your request. I can’t wait to go back!

The Hotel was very good,as it was colose to the airport and had a short transport time. The atmosphere was wonderful. The rooms are huge and nice furnished (but need ab bit of renovation) and the cleanliess was excellent. The Staff was excellent and very customer friendly and especiailly Emma and her team at the citchencraft, super nice and professional If you like a good and quiet Hotel near the airporrt take this. We will definitely come back.

The girl with short hair at the counter was lovely and provided excellent service. She served the welcome drink, explained everything clearly, and even opened the door and put away my shoes for me.

The dining experience at the Italian restaurant Tetto was absolutely perfect. Firstly, the service was exceptional, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was isolated from the noisy streets outside, making it feel like a paradise. All the dishes were prepared to specification and tasted impressive. I particularly enjoyed the pizza and pasta; the pizza was genuinely freshly baked, and the taste of the pasta was impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. It offers great value for money and is perfect for friends or family gatherings.

The massage was amazing. She hit every knot with perfect precision and strength. One of the best massages I have ever had.

On the way back from Koh Samui, we spent two more days in Bangkok. We chose the Hilton, not far from the airport. It has a lovely swimming pool and an excellent Italian restaurant. We had a Deluxe Suite with a view of the golf course. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Thank you for the good service.

This is the previous Meridien Hotel which came under Hilton starting 1/1/2026. Not much has changed since the Meridien days; Hilton signs are now prominently posted although your rideshare will still only feature Meridien. In the hotel, there is no more “lounge service”, other than all-day drinks in the lobby bar area. The rooms now have the standard Hilton toiletries and video playing on the TV. Talking about the TV, I think Management should consider at least putting one international news channel (CNN, BBC or Al Jazeera) on offer. We had a nice suite upgrade with a massive balcony overlooking the golf course; just beautiful! The bed is great and the place is super quiet. The new operator is still settling in; our second room took hours to become available. Difficult to understand what happened; first it was a check by the room supervisor, then a soap dispenser to be installed and then no more news. We had to ask three times and the room finally became available after 4pm. Also, room service billing did not work on the first evening and I had to pay through credit card. Finally, the room key card did not work anymore for one room after the first night. Teething problems, probably. The property has a nice breakfast buffet with changing spread and good seating in- or outside. One outside is next to the beautiful pool area. I can recommend this property if you want a stay outside Bangkok, maybe even a convenient one for an early morning flight out of BKK. If you play golf, even one more reason to come here. The course offers night golfing too.

Le Meridien Airport Bangkok was a very pleasant experience! The hotel, facilities and services were all excellent! Beautiful design, well appointed lobby & restaurants and comfortable rooms with good view of a golf course/nature! From welcome at car-port to check-in to room escort and restaurants… all was top notch due to wonderful employees! As a Titanium Elite Member I received proper recognition and benefits. There was no upgrade to a suite due to “not available” but I know there were suites available as per Marriott and all OTA’s booking engines; However it didn’t matter as I just stayed about 20 hours! I received a deluxe room on floor 6th which was very nice, super clean and comfortable, The only thing I was surprised is that there was no in-room hot coffee available; just hot tea! A special thanks to all employees who were taking care of my short stay but specifically Khun Tania from reservations who accepted my Club Marriott booking. Khun Jane at reception was wonderful and went out of her regular duties to assist me wrapping a gift box by organizing gift-paper and then wrapping the box; wow! Also thanks to Khun Beer who welcomed me at the car port. I also met the Director of Food & Beverage Mr. Andrea who was very kind and so was Mr. Stefano the Chef of Vavola Italian Restaurant. The Manager Khun Nine and waiter Khun Pooh were also super nice and professional! The food at Vabooa was top notch with delicious pizza and beef carpaccio! The restaurant is very beautiful and cozy! The ladies at the lobby bar (day shift) were outstanding and so lovely! Special thanks to amazing Khun Mia and she makes great cocktails and thanks to “little Bambi” (Baam)! Sadly I forgot the names of the evening shift ladies (2) but they both equal super nice & amazing and management should recognize them as well ( evening of December 20th). Sadly I realized that this hotel will change to another hotel brand on January 2026 thus no more Bonvoy privileges! Good luck to all the employees!!!

A good hotel to stay at close to the airport, especially if you want to do a round of golf before your next flight. A free shuttle provided to and from the airport. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms and comfortable beds.

I had spent one month in Hua Hin at a fitness camp with basic accommodation. The Le Meridien was supposed to be a 2 night luxury break before our return to Ireland. Service simply was terrible from our arrival until our departure. I had booked a grand suite which was a beautiful room , modern, clean and comfortable. The amenities however lacked a 5 star experience. We had a large bath for example but no bath salts to use with it . The coffee machine was extremely dated and not fit for purpose . Breakfast was good although service again was terrible. On our second morning we sunbathed at the pool for nearly 3 hours and again received no service until my wife actually had to go inside to request water . I went for lunch which was a mistake but to sum up my experience, there were 3 customers, 3 waiters and one chef . The staff managed to lose my order initially, then managed to bring the wrong food to my table. To order a drink in the mainbar also took forever. Everything was so bad that on the second evening we actually took a taxi to Mega Bangna to dine and have drinks . This was the first time staying at a Le Meridien resort and 100% will be my last . I notice that Hilton are taking this place over so hopefully they will actually spend money on staff training as my experience was simply awful.

Long walks to the rooms

The hotel is located about 30 Min from the airport. Driving time to hotel not much shorter than to City of Bangkok. Public taxi fare was 500 Baht. They offer free airport shuttle but you should inform them in advance. I’ll received pick-up confirmation time and place. But nobody showed up there. After 45 Min. I gave up and queued for a public taxi. The concierge apologized that the driver was late and missed me because of the heavy traffic. But heavy traffic is the usual condition of this airport. Room: I booked grand deluxe golf course view. The room size is nice and modern. The bathroom has walk-in shower and tub. There is one sink on a marble counter. It is very difficult to use as you can not stand close. There is no space for your feet. And it is very low. And I am not tall. The description of the room includes tea and coffee making facilities. But there is no coffee machine offered nor instant coffee. It was a hard fight to finally get a coffee maker. The concierge who apologized for the bad airport experience helped me very much in this case. View: in the morning I was able to look from my balcony in the 6th floor. I can see a bit of the golf course but the eye catcher are old buildings and the highway in the distance. Not what I expect in a golf resort. Dinner: there are 2 restaurants. I chose the Thai and international one. The other is Italian. The staff was very helpful and the quality of food good. Water is not offered for free what is unusual here. The price they ask for bottled local water is rather expensive. Breakfast: very nice international buffet with egg station. Good selection of fresh fruit. Pool area: pool is located right next to the restaurant. For a 5*rated hotel the size is on the smaller side. There are a couple of Lounge chairs offered. They are not the comfortable ones. No nice tops offered. A few daybeds are there too. But there is little sun protection and the cushions have a lot of stains. Not very inviting to use. Pool service is offered. Again no free ice water. A small bottle of local water (0,25l) is 95 Baht plus 7% tax and 10% service charge. Language skills of most of the staff is poor. A few speak English well. Staff try to do its best. It is managements responsibility. Summary: it is not a 5*hotel. It is not a resort. It is a conference hotel. For an airport hotel it is too far away from the airport. There is nothing in the area to do except of course the Golf club. The hotel will not be a Le Meridien hotel after 1.1.2026. It will become a Hilton brand hotel.

The hotel is about 20 minutes drive away from the airport. Guests are collected (free of charge) by the hotel and are transported to an oasis of luxury and serenity. We have stayed many times here on our way to Hua Hin and again on our return before the late BA flight. It is always a pleasure. The rooms are large and super clean. The restaurants are both excellent, but what makes this hotel stand out (apart from the golf course) is the amazing staff. Everyone is so helpful and that is what makes this hotel so special. This December will be our last stay before the hotel is under new ownership. I hope our stay in January will be just as good. It definitely will as long as the wonderful staff stay the same.

Fantastic location (very quiet), staff are incredible. Beds very comfortable, rooms very clean. Plenty of complimentary water in the rooms too. I had 2 nights here, one at the start of my Thailand trip after landing in Bangkok before my flight the next day, and one night at the end of my trip again for my flight the next day. The only downside to the last night was my room was a connecting room with another guest. The door was locked so no security issues, just that we could hear eachother (pretty much everything from flushing the toilet chain etc). Perfectly fine for just sleeping though.

Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi is a stylish and modern hotel in a perfect location for Bangkok Airport. The property looks great, the rooms are spacious, and the overall design is impressive. It really has the potential to be one of the best airport hotels in the area. However, a few things made our stay less comfortable than expected. The air-conditioning in the lobby and main areas was freezing — far colder than necessary, to the point of being uncomfortable. In our room, the AC wasn’t working properly and stayed stuck around 19°C. Maintenance only came by around 10 PM to fix it, which wasn’t ideal after a long travel day. The shower also kept fluctuating between extremely hot and very cold, making it difficult to use. Food and drinks were surprisingly expensive, even with our membership discount. Much higher priced than comparable airport hotels in Bangkok. Overall, we loved the look and location of the hotel, but the maintenance issues and pricing took away from the experience. With improvements, it could easily be a top choice near Suvarnabhumi.

It was beautiful but much further than we thought from the airport also our room has a terrible smell from the pipes or air conditioning it was hard to breath we were on the 4th floor. We told them some one else was complaining too . They need to fix it

For the past 5+ years this property has been my go to property for staycations due to its location, staff and more so, its highly professional management. Although I have 1 last stay booked for next month I’m truly sorry to see this property deflag on 01 Jan but hopefully the Owner will retain staff to be continued in its high standards of professional hospitality.

Absolutely amazing Hotel! Staff members are very polite and freindly and proving exceptionally good service. Golf Course is right next door which makes it very easy to play in the morning time which you can still catch the flight back in the afternoon. Very close to the airport (15 mins) that makes it a perfect Hotel for golf lovers.

Abbiamo pernotatto una notte per la vicinanza all'aeroporto perche' avevamo un volo la mattina dopo presto e siamo rimasti incredibilmente sorpresi della bellezza e grandezza della struttura, dei servizi, della comodita' della camera. La navetta all'aeroporto super efficiente, la prossima volta se ci sara' rimarrei anche due notti!

L'hotel non e' per chi vuole visitare Bangkok ma per chi ha esigenze per la vicinanza all'aeroporto, questo va considerato anche se non e' un difetto.

ik had gehoopt op mijn eigen tijd te kunnen uitchecken voor de prijs dat ik er voor heb betaald. het was een dure kamer, en ik moest er uit om 12u de volgende dag ook al moest ik voor op mijn vlucht daar wachten tot 21u30. ik kon gelukkig om 14u uitchecken nadat ik toestemming had gegeven om member te worden van The Marriott. toch nog altijd veel te vroeg in mijn opinie na zo'n prijs te hebben betaald. al de rest was wel perfect in orde en heb genoten van mijn verblijf.

I always stay at Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa whenever I come to Thailand for training. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service is always warm and attentive. The staff go out of their way to make every stay enjoyable. The location is also perfect — very close to the airport, which makes it super convenient for my work trips. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent but the staff at the restaurant were quite rude especially the ones in the noodle bar, one of them was taking our photo while we were getting food during breakfast p. There was also one staff who was hiding in a grass and peeping while we were relaxing by the pool.The ladies cleaning our room were very pleasant though.

A perfect blend of peace, relaxation and work I could get. The food, location and the support staff is more than nice. Advantage of being near to airport, gets complementary shuttle to airport and MegaBagna. We had a conference scheduled here for a week and it went very smooth with the ballroom flexibility, amenities and support staff. Would highly recommend this to visit for both personal and Business.

The location to the airport is excellent. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable with views of the gold course. The breakfast and coffee is superb!

Everything. This resort may have been built mid century, but it is still elegant and beautifully maintained. Great location for the airport, yet far enough away to be tranquil. Great service, amazing buffet breakfast to rival any we have had around the world. We had massages in the spa soon after arriving, followed by cocktails and canapès. It set us up for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Hard to fault this one. Perhaps the not so pretty pile of rubbish on the far side of the Golf Course. Detracted from the beauty of the experience.

This was our second, and definitely not our last stay at this property. The staff were fantastic. Welcoming, helpful and always polite. The rooms are beautifully furnished and have every amenity a family could need. The food at Favola is some of the best Italian food I’ve experienced in Thailand. We love this place.

There is nothing to not like, and I’m not even a golfer.
