Somos un grupo familiar de 6 personas. Pedimos habitaciones contiguas y el hotel nos las otorgó. El servicio de transferencia desde y hacia el aeropuerto es puntual y eficiente. El personal es amable. El desayuno es muy bueno.

The hotwater situation at the 2nd floor was less then ideal, in the one bathroom it never got really warm and in the other it let it’s own life one moment to hot next moment “cold”

The hotel was clean and modern. It was just night for an overnight stay as we had arrived from an evening flight. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a decent spread.

Wasn't able to avail of the free shuttle service as they only came in 1 hour intervals and we just wanted to check in to the hotel already so we went ahead and booked a Grab ride.

Hotel espectacular, experiencia inmejorable. Personal super amable, limpieza excelente y servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fantástico. Proporcionan bastante agua gratuita. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Baño grande con ducha y bañera por separado. Desayuno fantástico, muy completo y súper rico todo. En los alrededores hay todo tipo de comercio, desde fast food, a centro comercial, 7 eleven y todo lo que puedas necesitar. Zona un poco alejada del centro pero te permite llegar rápidamente al aeropuerto, así que si eso es lo que buscas, este es tu hotel(cada hora hay una salida) Importante llevar efectivo para el depósito, que te lo devuelven según hagas check out si todo está bien.

The hotel was lovely-spotlessly clean, attractive and welcoming. The swimming pool was a great size. The bars and restaurants had good food and drink. What was outstanding was the staff. They were extremely professional and welcoming, making sure everything went well for our stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel. It was an excellent location for the airport.

Il bagno dovrebbe avere una porta a scorrere, così come è adesso difficile muoversi, mancavano assolutamente le amenities in bagno, forse dimenticanza dello staff.Un 5 stelle non deve fare quegli errori, e anche la colazione non merita le 5 stelle

Great facilities - pool was beautiful and restaurant on site was a real bonus. The shuttle to the airport in the early hours of the morning was excellent. Far better than getting a taxi. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and I will recommend it to other colleagues and friends.

Efficient service and very accommodating staff. The facilities on site are amazing1 Steam room, Sauna, Pool, Jacuzzi, pool side bar service. All the meals at Eat Drink Love were delicious with elegant presentation and first class hospitality.

Rien à dire

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, which is why we chose it. It also offers good value for money. The breakfast is nice. Room was clean. Staff was very attentive.

The hotel could not provide a baby bathtub, which was surprising and disappointing. The AC was very noisy and did not cool the sleeping area properly. The airport shuttle runs only once an hour, and after waiting 40 minutes upon arrival, we eventually gave up and took a taxi. This was especially disappointing as the free airport shuttle was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Die Kopfkissen waren für mein Empfinden viel zu dick. Als ich nachgefragt habe, bekam ich ein etwas besseres (flacher und weicher) Danke!

Nice modern hotel in a great location for an overnight stay close to the airport. We stayed for 1 night on 2 occasions. Firstly following our arrival in Thailand from Vietnam & again the night before our early flight home. The hotel is clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle service very convenient. There is a shopping mall & an outside food market 2 mins walk away which was great as you don’t feel trapped in the hotel as you do in some airport hotel. I would recommend.

Navetta comodissima e puntuale. Piscina disponibile. Palestra molto ben fornita e pulita. Staff molto preciso e attento alle mie necessità. Consigliato sicuramente per la comodità nella vicinanza all'aeroporto e navetta compresa. Colazione molto ben fornita con prodotti freschi e preparati al momento. Consigliato.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Choice and food were excellent. Room was very nice, bed was so comfortable. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower, very clean No noise at all. Loved the shuttle from the airport, no charge and easy to locate.

A pleasant hotel conveniently located for the airport. We liked the pool and the garden area. The hotel restaurant was OK, but nothing special. Their papaya salad was one of the worst we ever had in Thailand. It was quite expensive for what it was.

Après avoir séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels à Bangkok, The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi est clairement celui que je préfère. L’hôtel est très beau, moderne et surtout impeccablement propre. Notre suite était magnifique, très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. La piscine est également superbe et très agréable pour se détendre. L’emplacement est excellent : à environ 15 minutes de l’aéroport Suvarnabhumi, tout en étant à proximité de nombreux commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, varié et de qualité, et nous avons également très bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Enfin, le personnel est agréable, accueillant et professionnel, ce qui contribue vraiment à la qualité du séjour. J’ai essayé beaucoup d’hôtels à Bangkok au fil du temps et, pour moi, The Park Nine Suvarnabhumi est tout simplement le meilleur. Beau, propre, confortable, bien situé et avec d’excellentes prestations. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

The breakfast is rich, with chefs cooking warm dishes on request. The staff is lovely and kind, they prepared a few surprises for our honeymoon. We also loved the pool, and the shuttle bus service, which was provided free of charge and was punctual.

Gratis airporttransfer, grootte van de suite, uitstekend en gevarieerd ontbijt, perfecte locatie tov vliegveld bkk. Wij hadden suite met twee slaapkamers en die was geweldig met heerlijke regendouches, 2 ligbaden, een complete keuken, airco en zelfs een wasmachine.

A Bit far from the lift

We booked for our family 2 rooms and when we got to the hotel found out there were not enough beds, when asking for an extra bed they tried to charge us with extra money although we booked for the correct number of people. Only when involving customer support at booking.com they agreed to even discuss possibilities. Bad service.

Very convenient for airport. Free shuttle included. Restaurant food good quality and open until 10pm. Vegetarian options available.

Staff were a but brusque when we checked in

GOOD HOTEL, WITH A SURPRISE The hotel has all the comfort you would expect from a conference hotel near the airport. The fitness studio is quite well equipped for a workout, although it is a bit small. On the other hand, the pool is long enough for proper swim training. What really came as a surprise was the quality of the food. I stayed at the hotel with my three children, and normally at least one child has a problem with the food. Not here. The pizza was Italian-style good, with not too much cheese and oregano. It was clearly made by someone specially trained for it. The burger with fries was (according to my 11-year-old) one of the best burgers ever, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (in other words, perfect). The massaman curry was very tasty, with the lamb truly braised in the curry. I do think, however, that it is not ordered often enough. My chicken in soy had an elegant, light flavour and was more Chinese than Thai. Very tasty. For dessert, the ice cream was the best. We tested vanilla (a very good standard) and macadamia (very good). We also enjoyed the lavender creme brulee (very good). The chocolate mousse was good too, although the ice cream served with it was better than the mousse itself, which was a little firm. All in all, the experience was so good that I took ten minutes to write this down as a compliment.

Proximity to the airport was fantastic without the noise of a busy air space. Restaurant was outstanding.

深夜着でしたが24時間運行のシャトルバスがあり、大変助かりました。案内の方がいらっしゃるので場所も分かりやすかったです。 部屋は広く使い易いレイアウトでした。 スタッフの方々も親切です。 朝食はどれも美味しかったのですが、特にドライフルーツなど自分で入れるお茶が珍しく、楽しめました。 また機会があれば滞在したいホテルでした。

素敵なバスルームなのですが、シャワーの際、床が滑りやすいのでやや注意が必要です。

Loin de métro

Hôtel situé à proximité de l'aéroport avec un système de navette gratuite. Très pratique si, comme nous, vous êtes juste en transit pour retour au pays le lendemain. L'hôtel est très agréable, avec un personnel disponible et une magnifique piscine. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent et très varié.

Il n'y a qu'une navette par heure et le point de rdv n'est pas aisé à trouver. Il faudrait bien insister auprès du client sur le fait que le meeting point est à l'intérieur de l'aéroport car nous attendions bêtement à l'extérieur dans la chaleur et le bruit avec nos 3 jeunes enfants. Nous avons surtout été très choqués par la facturation du nettoyage d'une serviette : mon fils ayant renversé un peu de mon café sur la table de chevet, nous nous sommes empressés de nettoyer. Quelle erreur ! Il nous a été réclamé 120baths car "le nettoyage devait être externalisé" ! Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons été extrêmement surpris de cette demande, tant dans la démarche que dans l'incapacité à nettoyer quelques tâches de café sur une serviette ! Ils ont accepté de faire un geste quand nous avons exprimé notre surprise, et nous ont fait une remise de 50%. Ce n'est clairement pas pour le montant, dérisoire s'il est converti en euros, mais la démarche n'est pas du tout adaptée et nous a fait repartir avec une énorme déception sur l'hôtel. Pour cette simple raison, nous ne saurions le recommander.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung mit Nähe zum Flughafen optimal. Toller Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr große Zimmer. Shuttle Service war auch sehr praktisch und lief optimal.

Excellent alternative to the Hyatt at the Airport at less than half the price and similar accommodations. Airport shuttle is on spot, clearly marked and very efficient! I will certainly stay again!

אחלה בית מלון אם צריכים לשהות בבנגקוק באזור של שדה התעופה. ממול למלון יש מרכז קניות עם מסעדות, רק יש לקחת בחשבון שנסגר יחסית מוקדם.

לקחנו את שקית הכביסה וביקשו מאיתנו לשלם על זה כשעזבנו. חבל שהם לא מציינים בחדר שזה עולה כסף. בכל מקרה, שילמנו על זה והמשכנו הלאה.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was so close to the airport so we didnt have to spend hours on the road to get to the airport to catch our flight. There is a lovely big shopping centre almost opposite the hotel so location was also very good
