Reggeli unalmas ugyanaz minden nap. Szoba :függöny leszakadva, ágynemű szakadt, ablak rossz állapotban, törölköző nem szívja a vizet, fürdőszoba penészes volt a csempe.Erős intenzív macskahugy szagú szoba. Szoba szám 506 volt. Említettem a panaszomat a recepción hogy nem ez volt a képeken hirdeteskor. Válasz nagyon régi képek sajnos. Mondtam hogy becsapjak a turistát nem szép dolog. Sokat rontott a vakációban. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

Espantoso hotel, un asco las habitaciones con olor a cloaca, las paredes se caían a pedazos. Moho y hongos en el baño. Las sabanas y toallas manchadas y malolientes. Decepcionante. Lo peor es que no accedían a cambiarme de habitación. NO coincide con las imágenes que publican UN ESPANTO! No alquilen en este lugar!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im VIVA Deluxe Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. ❤️ Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage – perfekt, um Istanbul zu entdecken. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir konnten vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die herzliche und freundliche Art des gesamten Personals. Wir wurden immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen und bei Fragen oder Wünschen sofort unterstützt. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und nicht einfach nur wie ein Gast. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und wurde täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Nach einem langen Tag in Istanbul war es schön, in ein ordentliches und angenehmes Zimmer zurückzukommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! ❤️

The manager was very kind, helpful and listened to our concerns. The location was also convenient.

Unfortunately, we experienced many problems during our stay. We did not receive the Deluxe room that we originally booked and paid extra for through Booking.com. We initially had very strong-smelling pipes and water leaking from the toilet, so the manager kindly moved us to another floor. However, the problems continued. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust everywhere and dirty windows. We found socks belonging to previous guests under the beds, hair on the towels and blood-stained bedsheets. The most serious issue was what appeared to be bed bugs, and my child was bitten all over. My child was also sneezing because of the dust. This was particularly concerning as we were travelling with two children. Although the manager was kind and tried to help us by changing rooms, we had to repeatedly report and chase these problems throughout our stay. I also requested compensation because we did not receive the room we booked and paid for, but the property refused. They said they had provided us with breakfast as a solution, but breakfast was already included and paid for as part of my original Booking.com reservation, so this was not compensation or an additional benefit. Overall, the accommodation was very different from what we booked and paid for, and the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance were far below what we expected from a Deluxe room.

Hotel ma wspaniala lokaluzacje. Wszedzie blisko. Pokoje dobrze wyposazone. Czysto. Fajna restauracja , mozna przyjemnie spedzic czas wieczorem, bardzo mili kelnerzy. Pyszne sniadania, urozmaicone , jest w czym wybierac.Obsluga hotelu genialna! Szczegilne podziekowania dla Dede i Samed💙

الحمام سيء جدا وروائح كريهة منبعثة ويحتاج صيانة- الغرفة قديمة جداً-نجف مكسر - مطلة على سطح مكيفات- فطور بسيط ومتكرر - مرور يومين قبل أن يتجاوبوا في تغيير الغرفة- الغرفة الجديدة لم تكن على قد المأمول لذلك غادرت الفندق قبل نهاية حجزي بيوم - طالبتهم بأجرة اليوم الاخير ولكنهم رفضوا- قلت لهم كلامي مع بوكنج- خرجت وحجزت آخر فندق فاخر جدا بنفسي من يوم 30 اغسطس حتى 5 سبتمبر

الغرف مساحتها ليست حقيقية مثل ما هو مدون في تفاصيل الغرفة .. سكنت بغرفة رائحتها غير جيده وصغيرة وغيروها اليوم الثاني ، الامر الثاني الألحفة نظافتها سيئة . هناك نقطه خطيرة لمن لديه اطفال باب النصعد من الداخل ما يتقفل يعني تشوف المصعد وهو طالع ونازل

Location – The location was excellent.

Room – Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy, as it faced industrial machinery that generated a constant, loud hum. The bed was uncomfortably firm, and the room had a strange chemical smell—likely from pest control spraying. When I went to the front desk to complain about the chemical odor, I was told, "We can't do anything about it today—please come back tomorrow." I returned the next day with the same complaint, only to receive the exact same response: "Sorry, we can't help you today—please come back tomorrow." Breakfast – Since I'm a regular guest at this hotel, I've noticed that the breakfast menu has been significantly reduced over time. I understand this is likely an effort to keep prices stable amid rising costs and high inflation, but the cutbacks are quite noticeable.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Fenstern gebucht habe eins ohne bekommen dazu kommt das es sehr laut war man konnte sich nicht ausruhen! Über die Sauberkeit will ich erst garniicht reden die betten waren mit Laken überzogen die flecken und brandlöcher hatten . Im Badezimmer war ein unnormaler Geruch. Nie wieder werden wir da übernachten es war die reinste Katastrophe wegen meinen Kindern war ich gezwungen weil wir keine alternative Lösung hatten.

Die Lage ist wirklich top – sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Straßenbahn sowie andere Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in der Nähe. Besonders praktisch ist die Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für einen Städtetrip in Istanbul ist die Lage wirklich ideal. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit perfekter Ausgangslage, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Das Personal Herr Amin und Herr Turul waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Добрый день. Togrul i Fehmin очень приятные ребята. Хорошее обслуживание и внимательные.

Нам все очень понравилось! Расположение отеля просто отличное: рядом метро, трамвайные остановки, водный транспорт, рынки и главные достопримечательности. При этом цена очень приемлемая. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Номер и ванная комната были очень чистыми, уютными и комфортными. Нам с друзьями было очень удобно здесь остановиться — отель превзошёл все наши ожидания! Отдельное спасибо сотруднику ресепшена, который помог найти просторное такси до аэропорта. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

Leaking pipes in the bathroom

The location was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast area was nice and the food was satisfactory.

Infortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations based on the pictures and information provided when I booked. When I arrived I was given a room with small bathrooms linking from the ceiling, and the room itself was quite old with a smell. I asked to change it and I have to say that the staff were very polite and helpful. They offered me another room which was definitely better than the first one. However, the second room had also some issues. The ventilation was very poor and there was a generator right next to the window which was quite noisy and distruptive. Another disapointment was that I had booked a room with city view, but I was given a ground floor room with no view.

It's location being so close to the tram station and many tourist locations is the only good thing about this hotel that being said there were many hotels in that area and your better off spending your money in one of those

The room looked nothing like the pictures the wallpaper was falling apart the bed frame was leaning off the walls, some lights weren't working, the doors had large cracks going through them even the shower wall was cracked. Another thing that completely baffled me is the room door not having a lock the only form of protection you have is a door latch which still opens the door a decent amount, one day me and my mom were just sitting on the bed which is in direct view of the door and my mom didnt have her hijab on and some guy opened the door no knock nothing just scared the hell out of us and when we told the hotel staff all they did was look confused and apologise. Another thing was the bathroom the ceiling was kind of open to the vents and stuff above it which made it super comfortable to take a shower because a camera could easily be hidden up there without you knowing. Honestly just a really uncomfortable experience not worth the money. no matter how cheap it is you shouldnt compromise on safety. I didnt get photos of the bathroom but i promise you a gas station bathroom is 10x better

Lokacija. Svaki dan je spremačica čistila.

Veoma mala soba. Kupatilo još manje. Krevet razvaljen i katastrofa za spavanje. Star namjestaj i dotrajao. Vrata na sobama previše lupaju. Loša izolacija. Čujete ljude u drugom sobama. Nije bilo kućnog reda. Svaki dan su neki od gostiju do dva sata ujutro galamili po hodnicima i uznemiravali.

Das Personal war super unfreundlich und haben mich echt schlecht behandelt. Ich kann und werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall nicht weiterempfehlen können.

2 Menschen com Personal waren maximal unfreundlich und die bettdecken haben irgendwelche bettmilben oder so. Meine freundin hat am nächsten tag einem Juckreiz.

Good room

They were trying to scam me. I booked a beautiful room online, that was quite cheap. But they wanted to give me an ugly room, dark with no window and no furniture. I needed to discuss for hours until I got the room I booked. I would not book again or go there direkt and let me show the room first before I pay. But online is no cancellation possible.

Skvělé ubytování blízko centra, čisté a za velmi dobrou cenu. Personál byl moc milý, vždy ochotně pomohl, a pokoj byl také skvělý. Určitě doporučuji.

Комната совершенно не соответствовала описанию. Она была как минимум в 4 раза меньще чем на фото, постельное белье не свежее, кондиционер похоже старше моего папы, работал со страшным грохотом, а без него комната размером с кровать нагревалась через минуту. Первое желание было уйти сразу же как я это увидела, но было 10 вечера и искать что-то с учётом, что мне нужно было ехать в к 8 утра в аэропорт не имело смысла. Не рекомендую это место категорически

Понравилось абсолютно все! Уже не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Месторасположение отличное,самое лучшее. Рядом вся транспортная развязка, и трамвай,и паром и метро и автобус. Завтраки разнообразные и сытные,вкусные. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь всем. Рядом кофейня Laperia -очень вкусный чай,кофе и дружелюбный Умут. Вернёмся к вам в следующем году обязательно.

Ingen opfyldning af vand, med mindre det blev sagt. Ingen kaffe kun the breve. Meget støj fra naboer og gangen trænger lige gennem.

Konumu gerçekten çok iyi ve ulaşımı oldukça kolay. Personelleri son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Birkaç yıldır İstanbul'a her gelişimde bu otelde konaklıyorum ve her seferinde aynı memnuniyetle ayrılıyorum. Odalar her gün düzenli olarak temizleniyor ve hijyen konusunda da oldukça başarılılar. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Tek olumsuz bulduğum nokta ise kahvaltı. Son birkaç yıldır eski kalitesini koruyamadığını düşünüyorum. Bu konuda bir iyileştirme yapılırsa otel çok daha başarılı olacaktır.

They didn’t allow me to have breakfast on the first day, even though I was only 7 minutes late. Second, some of my clothes those were from zara went missing from my room. All the furnishings in the room were very old. The bathroom was in a terrible state. Also, the breakfast wasn't really good.

Everything was perfect! The first thing we said was: “Why didn’t we find this hotel earlier?” We were traveling from Kyiv to Batumi. Because of the long waiting time at the border, we decided to stay in Istanbul for two days. Booking.com showed us Viva Hotel Deluxe, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. We liked everything: very good location; clean and comfortable room; good Wi-Fi; air conditioning worked very well; tasty breakfast with many choices; early check-in, late check-out and luggage storage. This was very helpful for us. The breakfast was a big surprise. We expected a simple breakfast, but it was a real buffet with many fresh and healthy options. Everything was clean and well organized. A special thank you to Toghrul from the reception. He was always kind, friendly and happy to help. He answered all our questions, gave us an iron, water, tea and everything we needed. He also helped us with information about the transfer. His service was excellent, and he made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping team who worked on 29–30 June 2026. The room was perfectly clean. I stayed with my 15-year-old daughter, and cleanliness is very important to me. Thank you for your hard work, your smiles and your care. Finally, thank you to the whole team. A hotel is not only a building—it is the people who work there. Everyone we met during our stay on 29–30 June 2026 was kind, professional and helpful. We will definitely come back and will happily recommend Viva Hotel Deluxe to everyone. Thank you very much! ❤️

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. For this price, I think this hotel is amazing. Some people expect a luxury hotel, but this is not the right way to compare. If you want a five-star luxury experience, you should choose a different hotel and pay much more. For us, everything was more than enough: a perfect location in the heart of Istanbul, a clean room, a great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent service. I stayed here with my 15-year-old daughter, and we both felt comfortable and safe. We would happily choose this hotel again.

В номере большая удобная кровать, спалось отлично, если учесть что приехали на два дня в Стамбул, что получить впечатление, поэтому находившись улицами Стамбула, сн был великолепный. СНАЧАЛА нас поселили в 2 местный номер, но в нем сильно воняло и мы попросили нас пересилить, быстро отреагировал менеджер и переселили в 3 хместный . Прекрасный завтрак, фуршет
