どの観光地も近くて、いったんホテルに戻って休むこともできてロケーションは抜群でした。また、朝食もトルコ料理がふんだんにあり、満足です。

部屋は清潔でしたが、シーツがもう少し新しいといいと思った。

Por dónde podría empezar. El desayuno además de tener que pagar por ello a la hora de coger la habitación, era todos los días ello mismo desayuno( buffet pero siempre lo mismo cosas que no se podía día desayunar tan temprano… Las sábanas eran malísimas de esas sábanas que son impermeables y se pegan al cuerpo. La habitación que hemos contratado con la que real mente es 😏😏 te hacen truco turco. Al parecer no es real ni la entrada del hotel. Inteligencia artificial Todo

Хотелът е на топ място, близко до Султанахмед,ако ви интересуват историческите забележителности.Същевременно уличката е закътана и шума от трамвая не беше неприятен. Специални благодарности на Кристина ,която работи на рецепция ,за милото отношение и грижата по време на целия ни престой.

Закуската можеше да е по-богата ,да има бъркани яйца и други видове тестени закуски ,както и пресни плодове.Манджите ,дори и не опитахме.Не видях микровълнова ,за да се претоплят закуските ,но може и да има ,но да не съм я видяла. Имаше човек от персонала ,който грубо ти отнася чинията и гледа да почисти ,дори и да не си приключил със закуската. В банята има оставен препарат ,който не е ясно какъв е-шампоан ли е ,душ гел ли е -добре е да пише .

Мне всё очень понравилось! Персонал был вежливым, доброжелательным и отзывчивым. Отдельно хочу выразить огромную благодарность Миладу! Он очень хороший и отзывчивый человек, помог мне с тяжёлым чемоданом и вообще очень помог в моей ситуации. Было приятно встретить такое человеческое отношение и заботу. Большое спасибо, Милад, за помощь и гостеприимство! Однозначно рекомендую!

Some of the facilities like bathroom and toilet were not up to the mark

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The room was a bit small, but overall the hotel was nice and in an excellent location. It is very close to major tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and the museum, all within about a 10-minute walk. Overall, a good choice for a short stay.

Staff were very good and tried everything to make our stay pleasant but the facility didn’t allow this. Special mention to Cristina who was simply amazing and did her best to help.

The hotel was extremely disappointing and did not live up to its advertised 5-star rating. The room had no wardrobe or proper storage, which made a nine-night stay very inconvenient. The window was only partly covered, allowing streetlamp light in throughout the night and bright daylight early in the morning, seriously affecting our sleep. The bathroom was in poor condition, with exposed electrical wiring near the sink, which felt unsafe. Worst of all, we experienced cockroaches in the room, which caused considerable stress and discomfort. Overall, the accommodation was far below the standard expected and certainly did not provide the relaxing holiday experience we had paid for.

I massaggi della Spa rimettono al mondo specialmente per noi che abbiamo approfittato di uno scalo lungo per visitare la citta e preso l hotel solo come punto di appoggio per qualche ora.

It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was a lot of mold. Furthermore, the bathroom does not have any ventilation. One day it was raining and the water got in our room by the heating pipes.

Only location of building is good, because everything is near hotel.

There is very big issue with cleaning of the rooms, hotel breakfast and outside noise. Room was very bad, not properly maintaned, walls are damaged, there is a lot of moisture in bathroom,bathroom sink is in terrible condition. Sink leg was broken, shower head not working, wallpapers are damaged.. Also every day at 1 or 2 AM there is very big noise from near buildings, its impossible to sleep. And than breakfast, every day was cold and same choice of food. Or if you came 8:30, there is nothing left for eat, because there is no refill. Every day was sausage, boiled egs, one choice of cheese, pommes and thats it. We ate only one day at hotel, all other days we went to the restaurants.

Останавливались в этом отеле с мужем уже не в первый раз. Очень удобное расположение, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями! и на очень оживленной улице, не страшно возвращаться в отель даже в 2 часа ночи, чего не скажешь о многих улицах Стамбула, т.к. в других отелях мы тоже бывали. В отеле есть русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшен Кристина, которая быстро и очень благожелательно помогает со всеми вопросами: от добавить в номер стул, до как лучше куда-то добраться в городе. Весь остальной персонал англоговорящие, но тоже во всем помогали. Также хочу отметить чистоту в отеле, попросили заменить лейку, чтоб лучше был напор воды, сделали в тот же день. Номер был не большой по площади, но это стандартный размер комнат в исторической застройке Старого города.

The location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok and the room was always clean and comfortable. We had a great time there thanks to Christina, Kenan and Younus and the cleaning staff.

الفطور كان سيئ جدا كان دائما بارد و متكرر و ليس متنوع و السرير كان صغير جدا كما أن أحد الموظفين، وهو قصير القامة وممتلئ الجسم ويعمل في منطقة الفطور، كانت معاملته سيئة جدًا. كان يرفع الصحون والأكواب من الطاولة قبل أن ننتهي من تناول الطعام، وتصرفاته مع النزلاء كانت غير لائقة وأشعرتنا بعدم الترحيب

Очень хорошее место! Отдыхали с сестрой 5 дней в двухместном номере. Места хватило, раздельные кровати, небольшой шкаф, зеркала, полки для вещей, душ👍 каждый день проводилась уборка, приносили чистые полотенца! Персонал очень вежливый, говорили и на английском и на русском! Местоположение шикарное, около трамвайной остановки Гульхане, сам парк тоже в минуте ходьбы! И ещё очень много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности! Завтраки каждый день были одинаковые, но мы довольны. Хорошо наедались. Чай, кофе, соки, вода - можно набирать в течение дня в любое время! Всё понравилось!!! Когда выселялись, получили памятные подарочки, очень приятно! Будем рады вернуться снова!!

There was the excellence service and location. Included breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly. Despite we arrived before check-in time, we've been allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place, so we had much more time to browse the city.

Me gusto todo, Es un hotel sencillo, pero super cómodo ,hambientadado con detalles de buen gusto. La habitación bien equipadas, la ventana de la nuestra daba al Parque Gülhane, Todas las instalaciones impecables, cuentan con ascensor.El desayuno tipico turco muy completo, productos frescos y sabrosos bajabamos a desayunar entre las 8 y 9 hs y habia de todo..Por otro lado cabe destacar un servicio que no todos los hoteles tienen, ofrecen jugo agua y cafe las 24 horas , las veces que se desee consumir ,La ubicación es inmejorable,, a pocas cuadras de las principales atraccionea de la zona, es posible llegar a pie a cada una de ellas y tambien al transporte publico que funciona de maravilla. Destaco la atención del personal, su amabilidad que supera las barreras idiomaticas y culturales para que la estadía sea espectacular Una mension eapecial para Cristina que nos peemitio dejar el.equipaje hasta el.horario de salida de nuestro autobús y nos entrego un recuerdo a cada huesped

It was very difficult to use shower. Very untidy. So so disappointed. On the bedsheet there was spots. Bad table with mirror was in bad condition. It was repaired, but when master came we were in the room half worn and he opened door with his card. It was unpleasant

O hotel e os quartos precisam muito de manutenção. Tudo é bastante antigo e descuidado. O quarto não é confortável e parece sujo, encontrei chicletes colado no controle remoto da TV. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar. A cafeteira quebrou e eles simplesmente não serviram café. Os funcionários são gentis, mas infelizmente a estadia não foi boa, por isso não recomendo. Existem muitos outros hotéis na redondeza como opção.

​Sehr gute Lage und tolles Personal! Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Tram ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr nett – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Baris!

​Zimmer viel zu klein und ständige Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein. In dem Zimmer, das wir eigentlich gebucht hatten, gab es überhaupt keinen Schrank, um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Baris hat uns dann zwar nett ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, in dem ein Schrank war, aber auch dieses Zimmer war sehr eng und der Schrank extrem klein. Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis: Die Zimmerkarte hat ständig nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten jedes Mal wieder runter in die Lobby laufen, um die Karte neu aktivieren zu lassen, weil wir sonst nicht ins Zimmer kamen. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich.

Gostamos apenas da localização e dos funcionários que são gentis.

Às instalações não são confortáveis. O quarto é muito pequeno, mal dava para colocar as malas no chão e o banheiro é minúsculo, com um box que deixa metade do banho para fora, inundando o que deveria ser área seca. A pia do banheiro é muito pequena, com uma bancada que não cabe nada e empoça água (pia com lodo). O café da manhã não atende a um público internacional, só tem café solúvel, não tem nenhuma fruta e nenhum alimento quente e nem onde esquentar. Os ovos cozidos são deixados frios, dificultando muito a remoção da casca. Não tem tomada no banheiro, na mesa de trabalho e nem próximo ao espelho.

Были в этом отеле 27-28 июня, забронировали в этот же день, цена приемлемая, такие же цены как 2 года назад, девушка Кристина в ресепсионе очень любезная, расположение отеля очень хорошее, все рядом, завтраки большой ассортимент, спокойный, чистый, все прекрасно работает, кондиционер, фен, душ, кровати хорошие, шторы толстые, все чисто, аккуратно, вода, сахар, кофе в номере, очень довольны остались. Спасибо, обязательно ещё вернемся🤗

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. Their helpful attitude really made me feel at home. Having a complimentary breakfast included was a wonderful bonus to start the day, and the overall atmosphere is very laid-back and relaxing. The absolute best part of the hotel is its location in Sirkeci. It is just a short, easy walk to major landmarks like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapi Palace. Being so close to the tram station made navigating the rest of Istanbul incredibly easy.

Excellent location, the staff at reception speaks good english and very helpful. The rooftop is a fantastic opportunity. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast is delicious, tea and coffee is available all day.

Завтрак однотипный и довольно таки на любителя. Душ в отеле был ужасный, не было даже дверки закрыть, после душа все было мокрое. Иногда горячей воды не было. Номер очень тесный, маловато места.

Hotelul este situat în centrul comercial cu acces rapid în zonele de interes, parcare aproape (cu plata -20e pe zi ), zona de băuturi răcoritoare și ceai deschisa nonstop, personalul foarte amabil.

Un alojamiento cerca de la estación, limpio y con un personal super amable. Las habitaciones son algo estrechas para abrir bien las maletas, pero eso es normal. El baño tenía espacio suficiente. El desayuno es modesto pero suficiente.

La estrechez del cuarto, pero si se dejan las maletas cerradas no hay problema. Aunque no lo recomendaría para alguien en silla de ruedas, no sé si tienen cuartos adaptados.

Первый номер был ужасно грязный, после изменения номер все было отлично, но на полу была иголка с ниткой, кондиционер плохо работал. Еда однообразная.

Не дорогой и уютный отель. Все есть для комфортабельного отдыха, очень вкусный завтрак. Доброжелательный персонал, быстро отвечают и могут помочь в случае возникновения проблем. Было очень комфортно)

Если хотите провести больше времени в отеле, берите номера по больше. У нас был маленький номер, чисто для сна и помыться. Если оставаться на долго, нужно приобретать номер по больше и с выходом во внутренний дворик.

Район отличный, всё в шаговой доступности. Номера небольшие, но стоят своих денег. Персонал супер 👍🏻постоянно помогали были дображелательными. Чай просто отменный, очень атмосферное место

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit, den ganzen Tag Tee und Wasser in der Lobby zu trinken. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war gut.

Das Frühstück wurde in der Lobby aufgebaut, so dass Zigarettenqualm häufig von der Terasse vor dem Haupteingang auch während des Frühstücks hereinzog. Die Tische war nicht sauber. Das Geschirr klebte schon fest. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Obst. Verschimmelte Tomaten, ungewaschener Eisbergsalat und schlechte Gurken, die fast alle Feuchtigkeit verloren hatten, wurden angeboten. Dieselben Lebensmittel hat man tagelang auf dem Buffet gefunden. Die Zimmer waren klein. Sitzgelegenheiten waren in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte bequem erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Istabas maziņas, bet ja vajag tikia pārnakšņot, tad tā nav liela problēma. Pa logu var dzirdēt tramvaja džinkstoņu agrā rītā, bet nav tā, ka nevar gulēt. Naktī ārpusē kluss. Jebkurā laikā viesnīcas recepcijā var padzert tēju un sulas.

Gribējām izmantot pirti bez maksas, bet tā arī trīs dienu laikā neizdevās atrast brīvu laiku - katru reizi, kā interesējāmies par iespēju izmantot pirti bez maksas, tā bija aizņemta ar citiem klientiem (spa pakalpojumi - masāžas utml. ir par maksu).
