The sliding door in the toilet needs greasing.

It is very quiet and comfortable. Everything is updated and almost new. The pool is very clean and right next to the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner meal we had was exceptional.

The water heater is our room is not working. Facilities are a little bit out of date already, like the sink, tables, and there was no socket near the bedside.

We had a good stay at Tagaytay Country Hotel. The place is nice, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a good option if you want a peaceful place to stay in Tagaytay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend it.

Breakfast was decent but could be better. The longganisa and tocino were quite fatty. And both were sweet. Garlic longganisa would have been a better complement to the sweet tocino.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious. I booked two rooms (superior and deluxe studio) for 5 pax but we could have fitted in the deluxe studio which, according to the staff, fits 6 guests. However, in bookingdotcom, it only says that it’s good for 4.

There was an event in the ballroom and the noise and music could be heard in the room.

I accidentally stained the bedsheet, and the front desk is asking me to pay 950 pesos for compensation. I will to pay but 950pesos ??? Not too much ?

The surroundings were beautiful and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly yet professional. We had problems with our room and were able to find a more suitable room for us. Although we have to share the room (four of us), it was big enough to accommodate the four of us.

The rooms we had originally booked for us were full of moulds. The wardrobe doors, inside the wardrobe and the bathrooms (ceilings and walls) were covered with moulds. The floor in the shower flooded when you take showers.

The shower heater is not working. Kuya maintenance tried to fix it but after 30 seconds of using it, it wasn’t working again. Iam at room 114 and i can hear noise from the outside.

That breakfast is excellent. Staffs were cordial and respectful. Beds are maintained clean everyday. Close to everywhere. I highly recommend this lodging.

Accessing some areas in the vicinity needs payments, not complimentary. Makes stay less pleasurable. There’s always room for improvements.

When we checked in, there was dirt on the pillow The first receptionist was friendly but the guy was not When I ask for something, you will feel that the conversation was not friendly. When I was waiting for my 1k refund from a deposit, there was no initiative to give it. Dont know if there was an endorsement or it was just the guy receptionist

Decent hotel that is pet friendly. Spacious room that can accommodate more people. Breakfast is included. Though pets are not allowed inside the dining room, we were allowed to eat outside (just in front of the dining). Parking staff/ Security and staff who assisted us with our rooms were friendly.

Room given to us is a bit outdated but comfortable enough for a stay. There are other new/modern rooms. Receptionist during our check-in seems a bit serious/not welcoming but other staffs are friendly.

Some staff are not cheerful enough to greet the guests specifically the lady staff at the reception.

I specify in booking.com with pwd and filtered wheelchairs during the booking process. However, booking.com offered a room that is located in the lower ground. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are high. I needed to coordinate the frontdesk to move us to the ground floor and upgrade the room so we could be accommodated. Instead of getting the upgraded room to a discounted price in booking.com, we ended up paying more. Quiet frustrating. Booking.com needed to work on their booking tool.

We loved our stay in this hotel, they are pet friendly and all staffs were very kind, always greet you with a big smile. I never saw a staff not smiling. The cr was also big, we will come back again in this hotel :)

I just heard a comment from one of my family member the bunkbeds are kinda too low, they bump their head 😅

Overall the staff is very helpful and the property is well maintained so I would definitely recommend them.
