Superb! Am fost absolut incantati de Park Hyatt Vienna. Intreaga echipa ne-a depasit asteptarile! Sunt mai mult decat profesionisti! Sunt alesi pe sprânceana! Sunt atenti la detalii, inteligenti, manierati, extraordinar de draguti si binevoitori. Hotelul este imoecabil, camerele superbe, spatioase, curate, cu bun gust decorate, curatenia impecabila. Mesele excelente, atat de breakfast, cat si de dinner. Nota 10!

Lage top, Personal freundlich, Zimmer Einrichtung zu spartanisch, geräuschvolle minibar mit aufkleber, wo man unter dem Möbel diese abschalten kann! Haben also schon viele Gäste deshalb reklamiert. Ist absolut inakzeptabel. Badezimmer nur 1 Waschbecken und klein. Unmöglich zu zweit im Bad zu sein.

Exceptional service in all areas. The waiter exceeded all expectations by preparing typical Austrian breakfast plates and explaining them to us when we asked about typical breakfast customs. No better way to start the day.

Room was beautiful. Service at breakfast last attentive servers. Our Server was distracted with talking to other staff members. We had to put in our own order and then we had to also pick it up from the chef. Pretty lame for the price of the room.

Park Hyatt Vienna is not just a hotel - it’s a complete travel experience. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, every member of the team makes you feel genuinely welcome. This is, without a doubt, one of the finest Hyatt properties on the planet. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant rooms, beautiful architecture, and a perfect location for exploring Vienna. The pool and sauna facilities are absolutely perfect - peaceful, luxurious, and the ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Alessandro from Room Service was simply outstanding. It became almost funny because every time he brought us something, we’d remember one more thing we needed and send him on another trip. Not once did he hesitate - he handled every request with a genuine smile and incredible warmth. That is exceptional service. Nadeem, the bellman, was equally wonderful. He helped us load all of our luggage as we checked out for the airport. A special thank you to Cheynne, who welcomed us with such a warm smile during check-in. She even personally showed us to our room and gave us a thoughtful tour, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The restaurant team was equally phenomenal. Roman, Jann, and Leila all delivered outstanding service throughout our stay. Leila went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the restaurant, lounge, and bar, making us appreciate the beautiful facilities even more. It’s rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness of the entire staff are second to none. We travel frequently and stay at many luxury hotels around the world, but Park Hyatt Vienna has set a new benchmark. We cannot recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return.

I believe this is the best hotel in Vienna, centrally located the room was immaculate and beatifully decorated , the breakfast was beyond excellent. Highly recommended !! it's a must if you visit Vienna.

The overall feel of the hotel was elegance which suited Vienna. The rooms were very comfortable and well thought through with their design as every detail was thought through for the end user.

The lighting system was a little too sophisticated and could be simplified.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk concierge provided exceptional service throughout our visit. They were always friendly and helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever needed and even printing our tickets for the Musikverein (Golden Hall) concert, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the breakfast staff provided attentive and professional service every morning. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The Park Hyatt Vienna was the highlight of our trip. The location was incredibly convenient for the best on-foot exploration of the old town. The rooms were elevated, spacious, and as we went during a heat-wave thankfully well equipped with AC! The pool, spa, and gym facilities were top-notch and were enjoyed daily during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was easily one of the best we've had while traveling. If we ever come back to Vienna, we wouldn't think for staying anywhere else.

Early for work starting at the Park Hyatt Vienna The location and the house make their own case. Park Hyatt – a pre‑Art Deco bank reborn as a living room… for those who like their spaces grand. Completed in 1913, at the very end of Vienna’s late Art Nouveau era and already carrying the geometric discipline that would soon become Art Deco, the building later became the headquarters of the Österreichische Länderbank – a financial giant with unmistakably fragile feet in the interwar years. Its architecture reflects that moment perfectly: marble, allegories, vault‑scale ceilings, and a confidence that belonged to a world which still believed in its own continuity. Today’s redesign leans into that heritage: past glory, a touch of joie de vivre, and the unmistakable charm of a place built for capital but now enjoyed for comfort. Vienna has one of the highest densities of top‑end hotels in Europe – a blessing and a challenge. When major congresses or global events hit the city, everything sells out. But in the quieter stretches between them, remarkable opportunities appear. Timing wisely, or bringing your points (many of them), can place you in one of the most impressive locations Vienna has to offer – a former bank headquarters turned grand living room.

I have just returned from a trip to Vienna and had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt. What an amazing hotel, I enjoyed a room that was far bigger than the floor plan of my house and it felt (and was) utter luxury. I have never stayed anywhere quite like it and I fear that any other hotel I stay in again will never quite feel like the Hyatt. All of the staff are wonderful, the extras in the room were such a nice touch and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was in another league and nothing was too much to ask from any of the staff. I'd return tomorrow if I could! I would like to give a big shout out to Vivian who is incredible and such a credit to the Park Hyatt, she is everything you'd want and need from a member of staff! I'm so sad to be home!

We had a pleasant stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna. The hotel is centrally located among posh shops, restaurants, and famous cafes in Vienna. The staff was welcoming (not haughty) and informative, letting me know the artist behind some of the large paintings. We stayed in a deluxe room which is a pretty good size and comfortable. The decor was lovely with elaborate tiles and wall coverings. The breakfast had a good variety of dried foods (granola, muesli), fresh fruit (passionfruit to strawberries), cold foods (salmon roe caviar and toasts), and hot foods (sausages and frittatas). Globalists can order from an a la carte menu including eggs Benedict and avocado toast. I would stay again when in Vienna.

We arrived a bit early 1320. We checked in , left our bags and were reassured that our room would be ready soon. 1515 we were shown to our room. The room was comfortable with good air con. Bed comfortable. We had drinks in the bank bar which were really good. Excellent base to explore Vienna. Easy to get Ubers around the city,

Hotel and a room was very nice, but front desk service was very poor , front desk was very unprofessional, was telling us that rooms will be ready in 10-15 minutes, but we wait for 2,5 hours

The hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing. The staff were very professional and welcoming and our room was lovely. We loved the thoughtfulness of a delivery of chocolates as our first time visit as World of Hyatt members.

This is undoubtedly the most luxurious Hyatt experience I’ve ever had. The service from every single person we encountered was impeccable - polite, friendly, solicitous without condescension. The room was so luxurious, huge especially by European standards. Best breakfast service ever - buffet with option to order off menu (including truffled scrambled eggs!), high quality food, elegant presentation, amazing variety, and 5-star service. Unreal pool in former bank vault - quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I stayed at this place from 5/24-27. We had 2 rooms on family trip at Vienna. One of the room AC was not working. Next day after speaking with front desk ( Mark). He moved to different room. They also provided fan. Another room AC was fine for 2 days and last day it wasn't working. I woke up at 2 AM and spoke to Mark. He suggested to talk to the Manager. He also mentioned several rooms have AC issue and they are moving people around. Next morning I spoke to the manager( Sibbir Hossain). He said ACs are working and no issue. The fact is Mr. Sibbir didn't even have courtesy to express his apology and flat out told me ACs are working. This hit me. He is lying. I was not looking for any freebies( Breakfast, etc). I have filled a complain with Hyatt They are looking into it. Right before this place I stayed at Hyatt London. What a wonderful experince. My concern is manager's honesty. Personally, I think Mr. Sibbir is not a right person for this job. He is from Bangladesh and could have mentality that people looking for any freebies. I am not the racist. I humbly request Management to put some European honest person as the Manager.

I stayed at Park Hyatt Vienna during a work trip and had an exceptional experience overall. From arrival through departure, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist in any way they could. The level of service stood out and made a lasting impression. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Although my particular room overlooked a wall and did not offer much of a view, the size of both the room and bathroom was impressive, especially for a standard room category. The bathroom in particular felt exceptionally large and elevated the overall experience.Exceptional Service and Hospitality, Minor Air Conditioning Issue Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained the level of hospitality and professionalism you would hope for from a luxury property. The service culture seemed genuine rather than transactional, which is something frequent travellers notice and appreciate. My only criticism would be the air conditioning. Either it was not functioning properly during my stay or it simply was not powerful enough, as the room remained warmer than expected. While not enough to significantly impact my overall impression, it was noticeable. Overall, I would highly recommend Park Hyatt Vienna. The attentive staff, spacious accommodations, and overall guest experience made this one of the stronger hotel stays I’ve had, and I would gladly return.

Preferirei una stanza con buio completo (la mattina entrava purtroppo un po’ di luce). Suggerirei una temperatura dell’acqua piu calda nonché un maggiore controllo sugli ospiti che non mantenevano un silenzio adeguato (addirittura con videochiamate).

Absolutely exceptional stay.! The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. They even kindly allowed me to stay beyond the official check-out time, which I truly appreciated. The level of service is impeccable — truly top class. Every detail reflects professionalism and sincere hospitality. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vienna. The hotel itself is a magnificent historic building that beautifully reflects the elegance and spirit of the city. You can truly feel the atmosphere of Vienna throughout the interiors, the ambiance, and the overall design. Breakfast is fantastic with an excellent selection and outstanding quality. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything here is truly of the highest level, and I’m very grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and outstanding service. I would absolutely choose to stay here again when I return to Vienna.

-يوجد درج قبل المصاعد لا ادري اذا كان هناك وسيلة اخرى لمن لديه صعوبة لكن سيكون مزعجا لكبار السن ومن لديهم مشكلات. -الغرفة بعيدة جدا عن المصاعد -الإضاءة ضعيفة في الغرفة -السعر مرتفع جدا مقارنة ربما يكون ذلك عائد للسبا وحوض السباحة لا أدري لكن أنا لا أستطيع الاستفادة منها وبالتالي أشعر أني دفعت لشيء لا استفيد منه مقابل فنادق أرخص وجودة وموقع جيدين. *الاستقبال عند الرغبة في تمديد الاقامة: لطف في الاجابة لكن مع عدم معرفة ولخبطة واضطر لاعادة المعلومات كثيرا لم يجدوا حجزي في كل مرة اتواصل معهم في البداية رغم انه موجود ومؤكد وضعت ملاحظة تمديد في نفس الغرفة ليلا صباحا رفض الموظف واخبرني ان الغرفة الأخرى اعلى واصر على انتقالي انتقلت وكانت الغرفة اسوأ واضيق طلبت تغييرها وكان هناك تعنت رغم لطف الرد وكان ا.يزن متعاون جدا ولكن صعبت ادارتهم علي الأمر كثيرا طلبت العودة لغرفتي مع اني حزمت حقائبي و كان ذلك مزعج واخذ جزءا من يومي رفضوا عودتي لغرفتي وظلوا يعرضون غرفا يقولون أنها أفضل ولكنها اسوأ المعلومات التي يقدمونها لم تكن دقيقة ولم يقدموا حتى تعويضا عن الازعاج وتضييع الوقت والجهد الذي تسببوا فيه وبعد الحاح عدت لغرفتي! التعويض الذي صرحت المنجر لخدمة النزلاء تقديمه قهوة او فاكهة! اشعرني بالاستهتار وعدم تقدير الضيف! باختصار خبرة التمديد لم تكن احترافية ابدا ولاول مرة تحصل لي بهذا الشكل!

Das Gebäude an sich ist aus meiner Sicht schon toll, insbesondere innen detailreich und überlegt gestaltet. Diesen Eindruck hatte in von der Lobby über den Lift bis ins Bad (übrigens gigantische Duschhandtücher von hoher Qualität) meines Zimmers. In gleicher Weise positiv habe ich den Kontakt mit den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern erlebt. Freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit. Bestimmt einer guten Schulung geschuldet aber meiner Ansicht nach auch Ergebnis eines guten Auswahlverfahrens. Gym fand ich gut für ein Hotel. Frühstück für meinen Geschmack sehr besonders aufgrund der originellen Vielfalt und der Präsentation. Preis/Leistung jedenfalls angemessen.

Bellissimo palazzo storico, centralissimo. Personale gentilissimo, preparato. Ristorazione molto buona. Spa piacevole, con la piscina accessibile ai bambini. Camere spaziose. Ottimo servizio transfert da aeroporto. Taxi sempre disponibili.

Acqua della piscina leggermente fresca per i miei gusti. Servirebbe avere una rampa di accesso dalla hall alle ascensori per i passeggini, anche se il personale è molto disponibile. Maggiore varietà di piatti al ristorante per chi resta più giorni.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Vienna early Jan 2026. As a Hyatt globalist- I was upgraded for both my rooms to the next level of room. Both were superb ! Yazan at the front desk was exceptional! When we asked about what there was to do at the hotel- He gave us a tour of the hotel and went through its history as the national bank. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner , and even arranged a wonderful wine and chocolate treat in our room for our anniversary. Anya from the front desk arranged some dessert and drinks for our anniversary at the Bar. Little touches- but that’s what made it so very special. Kudos to the entire team!

We had the perfect stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is centrally located and near the Spanish Riding School which we were visiting. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful and very high tech. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless. I would like to recognize the following employees for their excellent service: Ana at the front desk; Joseph the doorman for his helpfulness and big smile; Gallina the housekeeper, Alan the bartender for his off the charts cocktail making skills; Christophe the bar manager for his friendliness; and Stefano the concierge for setting up our free afternoon with tickets to the Belvedere to see works by Gustav Klimt. This was our first visit to Vienna and a milestone birthday for me. The hotel honored my birthday with champagne and chocolate cake upon arrival, a delightful surprise after our long journey from California. Thank you so much for making our stay incredibly special.

This was my 3d! stay in this magnificent hotel, the best property we stayed at during our trip. The staff is exceptional. Their response to any request was immediate and very helpful. Karim was so professional and so fun at the same time! He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service .I love the pool and spa area. This visit we enjoyed pastries at the café several times, amazing. Hope to stay in this amazing hotel when next time in Vienna.
