Kyukamura Ibusuki

以前も宿泊して食事が良かったので、こちらを選びました。お盆シーズンとは言え、ちょっとお高いなとは思いましたけど、食事の内容をみたら妥当な金額だったと思います。部屋で遊ぶものも用意されており、家族でウノをやって楽しかったです

部屋にお風呂がなかったので、そのうち娘が生理になったりしたら泊まるのは難しいのかな？と思いました。 部屋のエアコンが音の割に効かなく、扇風機が欲しかった。あと、温泉の脱衣所にあるトイレが少し臭いがしたのが気になったのと、脱衣所の床に落ちている髪の毛や水滴が落ちていたので、モップがあったらいいのになと思いました

大浴場から砂蒸し温泉場に行けて、砂蒸しがとても気持ち良かったです。 窓から見える海の景色が美しく、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

海が近く癒された。

夕食の配膳は皿をバンバン音を立てて置き、隣のお客さんと態度が違った。私の何が悪かったのでしょうか？ 浴衣も色々カラフルな良いのがロビーにあるのに説明なく、部屋の地味なやつを使用した。 お風呂で他のお客さんが着てるので気付く。 チェックインの時にしっかり説明すべきでは。 布団も夕食中に敷いといてとお願いしてたのに、 敷いてなかった。わざわざ来てもらうのも悪いから、自分で敷いた。旅館に来た意味なし。 砂風呂も楽しみにしてたのに、対応が暗いが、 若い女子にはニコニコ写真を何枚も撮ってあげて

食事が豪華で食べきれないほどだった。少しボリュームを抑えたメニューがあっても良かった。

酒店临近海滩，早晚餐都很丰盛，味道好极了，尤其是一边吃，一边欣赏窗外的美景，非常完美！砂浴真是妙不可言，温泉更是消除疲劳抚慰人心的好地方。

房间里有淋浴的话就更完美了

シャブシャブの豚肉がとても美味しかったです。 砂風呂もあり直ぐに入れて、良かったです。 部屋の窓から、波の音が楽しめました。

朝食のバイキングの種類がもう少しあればいいと思いました。

スタッフの方の対応がとても温かかったです。 チェックインの説明もわかりやすくかったです。砂風呂を楽しみにしていたのですが、本当に気持ちよかったです。 お食事もすごく美味しかったです。 スイーツを持ち帰れるのがとても良くて食べすぎてしまいました。 翌朝、指宿駅までタクシーをお願いしようとしたのですが、電車時間をお伝えすると無料バスを勧めていただき、重たい荷物も積み下ろししていただけて、とても助かりました。 高齢両親と小さい孫がいたので、畳の広いお部屋すごく良かったです。

もっと施設を楽しみたかったのですが、足湯や散歩できなかったのが残念でした。 お部屋のドアの開閉が少しかたかったのと、トイレがスリッパを少し横に置かないと開け閉めしずらいのがほんの少し不便でした。

食事がとてもとても充実していて、大満足です テラスの足湯も最高でした！ 部屋の鍵が2本あったこともとても良い点です！

편안한 분위기 / 저녁의 낭만적 야경 아래서 즐기는 족욕 / 모래찜질 온천 _ 힐링의 시간 바닷바람 소리를 가까이 들으며 즐기는 휴식의 시간이 너무나도 행복했습니다. 바닷물을 이용한 온천수가 좋았어요.

수 차례 온천욕을 할 경우, 바스 타올과 세면 타올이 부족했어요.

The hotel offer black sand bath (at 1,100 yen) and onsen. There are a lot of different style of yukata for ladies to choose from. Dinner was delicious with a Japanese pork set and some other buffet option. The sea view was nice.

The pillow was too soft.

The seaview is good. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is polite and helpful when laying out the futon. The black sand bath is an interesting experience. The dinner and breakfast are yummy!

The only sernack is that there is no attached bathroom.

Shuttle service is a plus factor. Staff and facilities are met with expectation

Rooms are clean. well thought with all the supplies provided in the room. Food is very good. The location is good with a few good restaurants near by.

The onsen is a bit disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff - extremely good customer experience. Extremely spacious room, very clean and with spectacular view.

There have been too many large and small bowls and dishes used in the dinner ( the food is quite good) - I am so sorry for the waitresses who have helped to clean up the table. If the hotel can try to think about use less dishes, plates and bowls, it will save a lot of efforts, water and energy to clean them, ie it will be much environmental friendly and cost saving. The staff will be happier too. The are some pictures of the Japanese air force near the entrance of the onzen, perhaps it’s just a personal feeling, it reminds us the horror of having war, thinking about so many peoples die during war time and even nowadays 😔

Free shuttle transportation next to the JR station. the room is very spacious with the wonderful seaview.

Go buffet, wide variety of food provided.

Very good breakfast buffet for all japanese wishes and western wishes. Rotemburo and Onsen. Possibility for sandbath with surcharge. Free Shuttle Bus 3 times a day with timetable to the station of Ibusuki.

The dinner was very good, but too much.

Pro - offer unique hot sand onsen until 9pm, must try. Room is clean, specious, if you select sea view, you get best sun rise view from the sea. Inclusive dinner and breakfast were nice. Public onsen is as good.

Con - description of room at booking.com is misleading, indicating as a room with private toilet and bathroom, but in fact, only private toilet and no private bathroom. Only public bathroom in this hotel. Much misleading here for those not familiar with Japanese onsen hotels.
