部屋がsea viewでとても綺麗だった。温泉も清潔で、タオルなども用意されていて、気遣いを感じた。日ごろの疲れから解放された。

夕食は手の込んだ料理が次々と運ばれてきておいしかったが、もう少し温かいものが欲しかった。

サービス精神がすごい！ 気分よく過ごせました。

プールは、少し配慮がなかったかも。 メインではないから良いけど。

The location is very convenient with beautiful views. The room was comfortable. The hotel arranged our sand bathing experience which was super convenient

We were disappointed on arrival to be told that even as guests we could not have dinner in the hotel as it was fully booked. This was very poor with no warning that we needed to book in advance. Fortunately we had our own car and went to an excellent restaurant in town but it was necessary to drive as taxis not easily available. The breakfast was totally Japanese cuisine which was undoubtedly very good but a challenge for Europeans.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und am schwarze Strand war wunderschön. Das kleine onsen mit Aussenbad war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr gepflegt!

Eigentlich Nichts. Der Pool hätte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient.

Einfach alles ein komplett stimmiges Gesamtkonzept. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist im japanischen Stil und einzigartig bisher gewesen in einem eigenen Raum mit einem eigenen Kellner. Sowas ist schon richtig nett.

Leider gab es eine Staubschicht im oberen Schrank Teil. Das dürfte nicht passieren bei dem Preis. Da war die Hausdame wohl körperlich zu klein, um dahin zu schauen.

All seemed a bit regimented, surprised to be told that we couldn’t dine in the hotel as fully booked, not usual for guests to be turned away. Everything seemed to be run on a time table set by hotel. Maybe our lack of understanding of how a Japanese resort hotel works? They did recommend a very good restaurant in town but couldn’t fix taxi so had to drive. Pool had not been cleaned and suspect little used as national guests all prefer the spar pool. They did organise trip to sand bath, a great experience . Breakfast was purely Japanese food and a challenge for Europeans

The property is very well located a short taxi ride from the train station, with a very good view, the sound of the ocean in the room, nice onsen and access to the beach. We had an issue with our ferry booking to yakushima that the staff with real effort sorted for us and the staff generally were friendly and helpful.

I couldnt find a walk forest adjacent to the property and there arent food options in walking distance.

Niezbyt przyjemny zapach w pokoju (nie wiem czy z centralnej klimatyzacji czy kanalizacji). Hotel jest dość stary i nieodnowiony.

海岸の崖の上に建っており部屋からの眺望はすばらしい。 朝食は丁寧な和定食で、オプションに焼きたての海苔、薩摩汁などがあり、豊かな朝ごはんだった。 ホテルは築50年くらいらしいが、きれいにリノベートされていて、清潔・オシャレな印象。同時にところどころに、昭和のホテルの面影もあり、新しさと懐かしさが同居していて、楽しめた。

こちら側の事情で、チェックアウトの日、早朝に出発せねばならなくなり、朝食をとれなくなった。事前にその事情をお話して、おにぎり、サンドイッチのような簡単なテイクアウトはできないかと相談したが、できないとのことだった。 ルーティンにないことだろうから、できなくても仕方がないとは理解しつつも、何か柔軟な対応をして頂けたらありがたかったなぁと思う。

ロビーがゆったりでき、アメニティ、食事、スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。

部屋は少し、歴史を感じました。コンセントが少し少なく、位置が使いたいモノから遠いと感じました。

施設等何も問題なし。 温泉街中心から少し離れているので夕食を付けていない場合、温泉街中心に車で食べに行く事になるが、指宿温泉には代行サービスがあるのでアルコールを飲む人はそれを利用すると便利．(温泉街中心から約1500円ぐらい)

We had a fantastic stay here. During our stay all our breakfast and dinner are in Kaiseki style. We love the food they serve. Onsen is superb! Personally I love the outside onsen because it's cold on your head while you're soaked in onsen and the view is fantastic! The room design is old but still good. There's free coffee and infused water at the lobby. The downside is there's only one elevator that makes it difficult to transfer with luggage especially for big groups.

리셉션의 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 직원들은 손님들의 애로사항을 잘 듣고 도움을 주기위해 무척이나 애를 써 주셨습니다. 객실은 연식이 다소 있지만 바다 전망이 아주 좋습니다

Das Hotel hat einen 70-iger Jahre Charme und hat eine tolle Lage mit eigenem Strand mitten in der Natur.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren zwar nett, aber doch sehr reserviert.

Chambre magnifique, vue splendide, onsen interieur et exterieur somptueux, petit dejeuner incroyable.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The first night we did the Kaiseki fixed meal with the pork shabu-shabu. The presentation was beautiful and a wonderful selection of regional specialties. It was a very "Japanese"meal as was the preset breakfast. This is a great introduction to trying different foods. The staff are very attentive and helpful about explaining the food and how to eat it. It was a wonderful experience. We had the Japanese-Tatami mat room facing the ocean with a great view over the pool and bay. Good for sunrise photos. The outdoor pool was closed for the season but you could swim at the beach below. The indoor and outdoor onsen were nice with the outdoor onsen having views of the bay. As other reviewers have said the resort is a little dated but it is very clean and rooms spacious. Comfortable beds, yoga room, laundry and spacious lobby with panoramic views of the bay. The area had a lot to offer if you are active. Cycling, hiking and sandbathing as well as a visit to the Chiran Peace Memorial (very moving experience)and Samurai residences. Recommend doing sand bath in morning as afternoons very crowded. Opens at 0830 hrs. Hotel has shuttle to baths starting at 3:30pm. I would recommend staying here because the staff are all so helpful and pleasant. English spoken well by several staff members. Safe covered area for bicycles and motorbikes-just ask staff.

Would like to have option for "western" breakfast choice and not preset Japanese menu. I felt it was a little wasted on us as although we tried items on the first morning as an experience we would have liked a simpler menu for the second day. The food was so beautifully presented by not to our taste.

早餐很豐盛，服務員會說中文，服務很周到。 有到砂樂會館沙浴的接駁車，可以在飯店購買入場券以及大小毛巾後直接前往。 然後到了會館，憑券兌換浴衣。 晚上還有免費玩花火(仙女棒)的活動。

離市區有點遠，周邊沒有便利商店。

There was nothing we disliked but we did find the ‘Novelty Breakfast’ included in the b&b price a little challenging, however the Japanese customers next to us seemed very happy.

We arrived from Hakata yesterday, after checking in to the hotel we went to the sand bath, Royal hotel provided shuttle service to the sand bath facility, we explored the sand bath and followed by soaking in the hot springs, than we took a walk back to the hotel, there are no restaurants on the way back to the hotel, I guess all the restaurants is around the Ibusuki station, since we are staying for two days, we will relax on the hotel outdoor hot springs that facing the sea, excellent view and relaxing. If you want to relax and experience the sand bath this hotel is excellent. The breakfast is traditional Japanese style than was delicious.

食事とロケーション。 ちょうど、種子島宇宙センターからのロケット打ち上げがあり、きれいに見えました。

Wifiがなく、充電器のコードをつなぐこともできなかった。フロントに聞いたら機器を貸していただいてよかった。 空調の調整が難しかった。リモコンがなかった。

景色がとても良いです。ロビーに着いた時は夕暮れ時でしたが、開聞岳とともに夕日に美しく映える海がとても綺麗でした。部屋からの景色も素晴らしいです。 ホテルから少し歩けば、波打ち際まで降りて散歩を楽しむことができます。海に降りる道では、かわいい蟹がお出迎えです。 館内温泉も気持ち良かったです。

温泉、部屋の広さ、部屋からの景観、朝食、1泊の値段に満足です。いいホテルです。

台風の中到着が18時前にも関わらず、（夕食手配を忘れて予約してしまったのに）無理をお願いしました。ありがとうございました🙇お部屋も雨風を心配して下さり、料金そのままで、安心な部屋に変更して下さりました。料理も非常に美味しかったです❢

スタッフは近すぎず、離れすぎずで質問には的確に正確に対応してくれます。館内は少し古さを感じますが、部屋やレセプション、レストランなどはとても素敵です。またこのホテルのおすすめは夕食や朝食のすばらしさです。お泊りになる方はぜひこのホテルでの食事をお勧めします。これまで経験した事のない感動体験をされる事でしょう！

This was such a wonderful getaway. Very relaxing, great food and staff. Booked for 2 nights and ended up extending for 2 more.

The Ebikes were a bit too expensive to justify renting. Would have been nice if they were more affordable.

スタッフさんが皆さん優しくて丁寧でホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。 朝食付きでしたがご飯も美味しくて満足！ デトックスウォーターがあったり、ビーチ散歩のためのランタン、ヨガルームなど、女性に嬉しいサービスが多々あった。 ビーチに出るようのビーサンなどがあればありがたいです。 素敵なホテルでした！

食事がとても美味しかったです。 特に朝食は日替わりで10品ほどの小鉢が並んだお盆と鍋物がテーブルに用意されており、これだけでおなか一杯になります。 飲み物、ごはん、椀物などは、ブッフェスタイルですが、お粥や卵かけご飯で少し頂くのが精いっぱい。 大女将もスタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良くて、僅か２泊でしたが、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 あと、温泉ですが、お湯がとても澄み切っていて、湯の華に衛生感を持てない私としては、大満足でした。

We loved it. The hotel is built on a cliff right over the beach and offers great vistas of Kagoshima bay from every window. The room was spacious and clean. Wonderful Japanese breakfast. The staff was professional and attentive (special thanks to Para) both at reception and at the breakfast service.
