Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Room was clean but smaller. Good location because its nearby taksim square.
Behaviour of the staff at the reception. They do not respect the visitors. The house keeping does not respect time schedule and often forgets to put tissues and sometimes forgets to put slippers in the room. The small room refrigerators always produces noice which makes it difficult to sleep. I asked to change the room twice because of this reason and roof leakage. The room was changed twice but leakage of roof due to water was really something i did not expect at all. Reception is often helpless. Only the person in the morning has the authority to do some changes if asked by visitors. The afternoon and night shift reception cannot do anything and postpone it to next day if visitors ask for solutions of problems of the rooms. Tap water was also so dirty.

تلشيئ الذي واضح وملفت للإنتباه هو أن الاثاث والديكور قديم ويحتاج إلى بعض الصيانة

Vermeiden irgend eine Reservierung an diesem Hotel.. Den Weg vom Hotel zum Taksim platz verlangte einen Personen mit gute Kondition. Ältere leute weg von diesem Hotel zum reservieren. Essen sehr schlecht am Frühstück Buffet. Mangeln am besteck und Teller

Room spacious. WiFi brilliant. Cleaning staff regular and professional. Taskim square, metro at 5 minutes walking distance. Food outlets nearby. Takeaways allowed into the room. Excellent quality services and beautiful city.

Мы жили в 4-местном номере на последнем этаже. Мебель старая, ремонт старый. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе, вода, полотенца и тапочки. Холодильник тоже есть, но за ночь бутылку колы не охладил. Всё это не критично, т.к. мы были в Стамбуле проездом и целый день гуляли по городу и в номер пришли переночевать. Мы проживали одну ночь. Утром на постели увидели клопа. И сразу после завтрака уехали.

Tenia que viajar sin ducharme, porque no tenia el agua caliente. La habitación no tenía nada de luz natural, porque en 10 cm de la ventana hay pared de otro edificio.

Zimmerservic nur an 1 von 5 Tagen. Hier und da kleine maengel. Bei Abendessen weiß man erst was es gibt wenn es aufm Tisch steht. Ein steiler Berg liegt zwischen Hotel und UBahn (dafuer kann das Hotel nichts)

I book big room was so comfortable with all miror front off my bad style is ok ofcorse need little thinks 2 need but for this price what I pay with brackfast and location realy recommend 2 all travelers ❤️

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Also ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll.. İch kann hier nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur kleinsterweise gut bzw. sehr gut bewerten kann. Dieses Hotel ist der reinste Horror! Die Zimmern sind so alt, dass sogar der Laminat abfällt und die es mit Teppich versucht haben zu verdecken. Badezimmer coller Schimmel und Kalk, Wände fallen ab, Bettbezug stinkt und hat überall flecken, Balkon richtig dreckig! Personal super unfreundlich! Wir haben den Personal gebeten den Balkon sauber zu machen, weil anscheinend es niemand angefasst hat, keiner hat aber etwas gemacht. Ich habe den Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es eigentlich Rauchverbot gibt, jedoch der komplette 4. Stock nach Rauch und vorallem nach Cannabis riecht und es hat keinen Interessiert.. 5. Stock hat nach Gas gerochen, dies habe ich auch dem Personal gesagt und hier wurde auch nichts getan.. Die Wände sind extrem dünn, sodass ich in der Früh aufgestanden bin, weil ich dachte, die neben an sind in meinem Zimmer.. Also als Zusammenfassung: Geht nicht in dieses Hotel und verderbt nicht euren Urlaub!
