The location is very convenient, close to every thing; beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, Phuket City, etc. The staffs are very friendly, helpful. The Hotel is new, beautiful, clean; good ambience where you relax and enjoy your holidays.

Service et accueil incroyable, la terrasse avec piscine a une belle vue sur un petit port!! Un plaisir de loger ici pendant 2 jours.

C’était un peu loin de tout, mais très accessible en taxi ou si vous louez un scoot/voiture

Le fait de ne pas être informé que certaines chambres dont la nôtre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir d’accès , donc pas de lumière, pas d’aération. Mon mari est asthmatique ,il a passé la nuit dehors. L’idée c’est juste de prévenir pour pouvoir choisir en pleine connaissance , il faut informer qu’il y a une partie des chambres qui n’ont pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur .

I had a visa-related issue and arrived 3 days later than my original check-in date, which was beyond both my control and the hotel’s responsibility. Despite this, the hotel was very understanding and extended my stay by one day free of charge, which I truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Overall, I had a very positive experience thanks to their flexibility and professionalism.

Honestly, there was nothing significant I didn’t like. The only inconvenience was related to my delayed arrival due to a visa issue, but the hotel handled the situation very professionally and even compensated it with an extended stay, which I highly appreciated.

We were given a room with a sea view which was very nice. The staff were all very jovial and very helpful, even arranging our taxi to the Airport on departure. There is a large supermarket across the road for all essential supplies and twos7 Eleven stores within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is well maintained and painted.

The breakfast menu is very limited and a bit boring. The hotel is a bit out of the way and there are very limited restaurant options nearby. We relied mostly on ordering food in by Grab (the quality of which was excellent). The pool is small and really just a plunge pool for a dip when it gets hot.

It felt safe. It was mostly clean. They accommodated my 4 am check out time. The staff was nice

It was noisy as there is a main road in front, even if my room didn’t look into the road you could hear the traffic all night long. There was no natural light in the room as the window faces a hallway. The only natural light came from the bathroom, which bled into the room as the toilet “wall” is a frosted glass and you cannot fully block the light from the bathroom window. The location is the middle of nowhere, you have to drive everywhere. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The staff was nice but only one of them spoke good English. Also, the towels would disappear, I started my stay with 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and 2 pool towels but they took the hand towels the first day and never replaced them, and the other two some days I’d have 1, some days 2, and one day I only had 1 pool towel, no bath towels. So strange

El personal es muy, muy amable. La atención de todo el equipo fue perfecta. El desayuno es rico, ofrecen varias opciones y cumplen con tus solicitudes. Además, la atención está estandarizada: quien sea que te atienda lo hace siempre con mucha amabilidad.

Las camas no son cómodas. La playa que aparece en las fotos no es apta para bañarse y el olor es muy fuerte. Además, está bastante lejos de las zonas turísticas, al menos a 30 minutos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la ducha resulta incómoda porque el espacio es muy reducido. En general, nos percatamos de otras opciones por menos precio y mejor ubicadas y con más amenidades.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit großem bett. Dazu waren die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Baden ist zwar nichtvor Ort möglich aber nicht weit entfernt gibt es gute Möglichkeiten

It is a nice place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Its a good location to enjoy your vacation. It's by the water so you can hear the waves and see the sunrise with no effort at all.

Pool war eine kleine Badewanne, kein Strand, kein direkter Strandzugang, viele Zimmer im Barackenstil, wenig Privatsphäre, ein Kingsize-Bett konnte nicht angeboten werden

The coastline of the hotel is quite dirty, almost impossible to swim due to the water and rocks, which made me to visit other beaches.

Superb. That was a huge surprise. The hotel is new, offers fantastic comfort, AC is located in a way which prevents a direct flow on your head or ears ;) The staff is super nice, the views are fantastic. The place is peaceful, not far away from the Phuket Old Town. There are restaurants and streetfood nearby, two 24/7 shops (including 7-Eleven). Simply wow for a peaceful time far away from Patong ;)

Les employées étaient adorable et très réactive. Les lits étaient confortable. La terrasse est vraiment Belle, assez de transat. L’hôtel est très propre ainsi que les chambres L’hotel est parfait pour les gens qui veulent un séjour au calme, repos complet. La gérant a était d’excellent conseil pour le night market

L’hôtel est bien, cependant il devrait préciser que les chambres ne disposent pas toutes de fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un couloir et nous étions obligé de fermer le volet à chaque fois car tout le monde pouvait nous voir sinon. L’hôtel est très mal placé, il n’a rien au alentour, c’est très difficile de ce déplacer dans ce coin là, nous sommes resté 3 nuits (initialement nous en avions pris 7) et avons fini par partir car c’était compliqué de pouvoir rester, le soir le restaurant ne propose pas de restauration, ce qui est dommage car pas grand chose aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié du tout, nous avons droit à 4 versions d’œuf et du café pas très bon.

Desayuno muy rico, en las mañanas se veía el amanecer super hermoso y la limpieza muy buena, un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

La ubicación tal vez no es la mejor ya que no esta muy cerca de la zonas turística sin embargo es un lugar muy Bueno si lo que buscas es relajarte y disfrutar de una buena vista.

Virkeligt fantastisk personale, der så ud til de hyggede sig og var glade for at være på arbejde. Altid smilende og hjælpsomme. Sengen var helt fantastisk. Morgenmaden var til 5 stjerner. Dejligt stille og roligt sted. Ingen larm om natten.

Excellent location and a peaceful place to chill, with a nice sea view and a good American breakfast. There’s a convenience store (SuperCheap) just across the street, and the internet is fast — perfect for work or uploads. Easy access to many popular beaches, Phuket Town, good restaurants, spas, supermarkets, and motorbike rental shops. The bedding was excellent! Definitely worth the money, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Good Location. It is a nice place to relax and chill. We enjoyed looking at the sea and taking sunrise photos as well. It is also convenient to have SuperCheap convenient store across the street, so buying things is not an issue. The room is new, clean and cozy. Wifi is fast so working remotely was not a problem for me. We had a good American breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. Its definitely worth the money. I can't wait to visit once again.

The seaview is really nice. It is a small property ideal for relax and rest. The room 100 is the best. Very close to the sea and in the morning the view is stunning

The picture of the rooms and the property is quite misleading as the majority of the rooms don even have windows. The expected facilities were non existent and I think it barely deserves three stars. The parking facility in the front of the hotel is good for 3-4 rooms.. Expedia, why you are not testing the properties and providing an honest description and verification of their claims? It is the third time in Thailand that those claims have been proved inaccurate and misleading in some cases as well. We expect Expedia to provide an honest audit and not to work in cahoots with some problematic facility owners. It’s unacceptable! After an half hour debate with the hotel I was updated and the window was behind the toilet bowl, with a patio doors to the front. Nice view and missed opportunity

Everything! The staff were so friendly and the manager was always available and helpful to every guest. They even celebrated my partner's birthday with cake, they're so kind and thoughtful! The facilities are well kept and clean, even the outdoor pool despite the wind and leaves. The location is also really handy, there's essentials nearby like a late opening supermarket, and it's quick and easy to get to sightseeing and day trips from there. It's also on the water and near local fishing but not loud.

The things I didn't like were down to personal preference rather than a reflection of the standards or lack of something on the hotel's part. I'm from Europe and live in Australia, I like a lower intensity light in the evenings and I found using the bathroom light instead of the main light the best way to have this :)

The hotel has a small swimming pool with good view to the sea. Breakfast is decent. Room was tidy and clean every day.

It is a pity that there is no view for our room in our 4 nights stay.

Coffee wasn't my favourite maybe a coffee grind machine would be the answer Booking.com gave the hotel other dates to my confirmation and pat the manager had to find alternative accommodation for our first night.

Good for our purposes, travelling on to ferry for other islands. No beach at location but excellent beach at Ao Yon 200bht taxi ride. WiFi good, staff very friendly, owner new and keen to improve.

I’ve never felt so welcome! Best hotel owner ever! The hospitality is amazing! Beautiful view and very good and tasty food in the restaurant. Love this place!
