X10 Seaview Suites at Panwa Beach

We stayed 6 nights the hotel is very clean the room is very big and the pool in the hotel is nice the atmosphere is was very nice and the staff was very supportive

Only the stairs but we was staying in the first floor which was fine with us but the stairs to the big pool was too much and no elevator

لا يوجد افطار وبعيد عن اماكن الفعاليات والوبي غير مكيف ولا يوجد اصنصير لكن الاقامه فيه مريحه جدا

Traumhafte Lage an einem menschenleeren Strand. Tolles Zimmer mit luxuriöser Ausstattung (Innenpool), perfekte Matratzen, fantastische Aussicht. Perfekt!!!

Emplacement exceptionnel pour qui recherche le calme et la proximité avec la plage et des restaurants. Le staff est vraiment disponible H24 et fait tout pour répondre à nos besoins. La literie est super ni trop ferme ni trop mou. Les appartements sont spacieux et la vue à couper le souffle 🙂 La porte de salle de bain a une porte en verre et les WC qui sont à l'intérieur de la salle de bain ont également une porte en verre...donc pas top pour l'intimité. La piscine à débordement est magnifique et sa proximité avec la mer est génial pour alterner entre les 2.

Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas bien à notre arrivée et cela pendant 2 jours. Néanmoins le staff a réagi plutôt rapidement. L'appartement est spacieux mais les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur par rapport au prix payé pour la Thaïlande.

Staff we’re awesome Great views Mega clean and tidy Pool is amazing

Main pool no step 1.0m drop in and out not good if your old, we saw one old lady fall inn and bruise her ankle badly. Pool in villa has no timer and pump is near dining table constantly blowing the jets very very noisy and the pool is only 500mm deep once sitting there is no view. Lots of stairs not good if your old Room curtain runners hard to close, Mixer in the sink seized at the furthest away point from the front. Pool lounges and villa chairs no cushions very uncomfortable.

Vue magnifique sur la baie. Belle plage, accessible uniquement aux resorts donnant sur la baie. La résidence est magnifique, l’appartement est très bien, lit confortable avec choix d'oreiller soft ou firm, un vrai plus. Le personnel super agréable.

Beautiful view, clean pool, huge room with kitchen annex and separate dining area, very spacious with lots of closet space, both shower and bathtub, very easy private access to the beach. Lovely staff and free kayaking service provided. Laundry available at a small charge. Easy check-in and check-out.

Not for some due to quiet location. Not many restaurants accessible by foot (but those around were excellent). Panwa Beach itself around the aquarium area totally dead and neglected with many closed places.

I liked the excellent staff and the beautiful view from the window.

The room did not match the price. We booked it for the balcony pool, but the water was icy cold, so we couldn’t swim. The air conditioners were older than me and blew smelly air. Early in the morning, drilling started in the neighboring room. The room itself had cracks and stains on the windows, making it hard to enjoy the sea view. Overall, the hotel is far from worth the price. There are other hotels nearby with the same view — I recommend considering those and checking in advance whether the pool is heated.

This hotel is such a find! We stayed in two rooms as a multi generational family. The 2 bed suite was up a fair amount of steps which are not for the faint hearted in the heat of the day - so fair warning! the room was clean, well laid out and had a lovely balcony with great views of the ocean. The second room was the pool suite - which we loved. The balcony had exceptional views (there is a little bit of building work going on next door to the left but it didnt interfere with our stay) .. the pool was small but did the job of cooling you down, - the kitchen and small dining area was cute and functional. You got a few soft drinks and water on your first night complimentary and this was welcomed after a long journey. The beds are super comfy, and we realised after staying in several other hotels during our stay, actually the very best beds we had! Pillows were soft and there was plenty of space in the whole room. Lots of wardrobe space, a TV and sofa with coffee table. Bathroom was equipped well and large... shower was great bath we didnt use but a great touch. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially as my card didn't work to pay, they were very patient! The communal pool is literally right above the beach so you can choose what you would prefer, but there are no beds (that we could see) on the beach, and the pool has very few beds and parasols, we were only there for 3 days so it was not a huge issue - but bear in mind. In the reception you can cook yourself toast and get coffee and soft drinks - although we didn't. The staff can order you Uber/ transfers etc and trips too. The steps... there are lots... if you forget something from the pool to the 2bed apartment - you will know about it! The area..a really lovely little area of Panwa, we turned left out of the hotel and ate in the Green Mango restaurant for dinner one evening which was literally a tiny little home based restaurant with sunset views... the foods was delicious but ... be clear about level of spice required ha ha... We ate Breakfast and dinner in another restaurant to the right and down the hill, and had breakfast in a cute little upstairs restaurant further around... there is not huge amounts in the area unless you walk a fair way, but there is enough to keep you entertained, with a Pharmacist, supermarket, beach bars, massage, beauty, laundry, tour operators, tourist shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The area is reasonable priced for food and drinks we discovered later! But this hotel is well worth booking ahead as prices go up.. fabulous beach, fabulous beds, excellent for a chill few days.

Property was tired - cracks in walls, toilet didn’t flush properly and the rooms were barely decorated with little charm.

Luxury apartments with very nice staff. You can rent a kayak for free and go the the nearby island. Definitely recommended.

We could stay here forever The location is second to none – the beach is pristine and exclusive, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The infinity pool, right on the beach, provides breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The nicest place I’ve ever stayed in, especially for the price. The location is excellent if you’re trying to get away from the busy beaches, it feels very private and exclusive

The only thing is there are no breakfast options, though the suite is equipped with a basic kitchen (it needs a toaster though!)

I absolutely loved it there. Place looks amazing 😍. Right on the beach with fantastic pool. Staff were incredible! There's absolutely nothing I can fault in this place!

WOW! This was a non forgettable apartment! Perfect view very dreamy, staff was very very friendly the room was perfect more than perfect, it was on the beach the pool was more than perfect, 1000000/10. Very helpful staff. we also had an small pool in our balcony which was also beautiful and perfect, bed very comfortable. Kitchen very helpful. The apartment is on a hill so places such as patong beach and bangla road are very far. On the hill there are many massage salons very good price also if you want to take a bike, many options there and supermarket also 500 meters.

Lots of lizards and other small animals, the cleaning team must close the doors while cleaning the rooms because all the small animals come inside.

We had an issue with the a/c 3 out of the 4 nights, but the staff were very responsive and fix the issue in the end. Also, one of the privacy blinds was missing in the private pool which affected privacy. It should be fixed. Room 42.

Great restaurant on beach 100m from the property

No restaurant or bar for breakfast or even drinks. But not a major issue

The peace and quiet of the beach, away from the tourists, a virtually deserted beach, the comfort of the bedding, a place to recharge your batteries.

Unfortunately there are building works going on and there is a lot of noise in the morning. We had a view of the building works and the noise and despite our request we were not moved to another room. Off-centre location, no breakfast service, staff not trained to give us advice on nearby addresses... we had to fend for ourselves. They should have adjusted the price or informed their customers about the work being carried out next door.

All were great, the cooling was inadequate, we had to be relocated to another room as we were covered in dust due to the construction site next door.

Great views, polite and attentive staff (Donald especially, thank you), great access to the beach and a pool in the room. It’s not right in the center of Phuket which means that it’s a little drive to all restaurants/attractions but, on the plus side, it feels very private.
