The location is great and the staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient.

The room needs a complete overhaul. Both the room and bathroom felt dark, dated and in need of refurbishment. Although it was clean, the overall environment didn’t feel comfortable or relaxing.

Be forewarned, no kettle or coffee machine in standard rooms. The girl at the desk was lovely. She gave us a few extra towels and a kettle to boil water.

Room with basic amenities. A few hooks around the room, especially in the bathroom, to hang things, would help a lot. Including breakfast would have been nice.

Bathroom not really clean, towels smelled, needed more, one queen bedding in room not clean. Couldn’t use that bed.

The staff weren't very friendly The fridge had been left unplugged, so when we opened the door it stunk, so I didn't want to use it. The bath plug kept popping out, so couldn't take a bath. One of our queen beds was so soft (for our liking), so we didn't use it. We hadn't requested a ground ground room, we were on the 1st floor. I assumed that was due to the price we paid. However, when I asked later what the price would have been for a ground floor room, I was told it would have been the same price. Then I was told ground floor rooms had been available, so why put us on the 1st floor. We discussed this with the staff and he said "I'm very sorry for all of that"

Filthy room.Water from shower in room above ran into our carpet. Rusty tub plug,air filters choked with dust,microwave tray still dirty from previous user. Housekeeping tried to enter,without even knocking, hours before checkout. no cups for cheapest coffee pods. Front staff unwilling to make restitution. Rude staff lady on evenings. Fixtures like lamps look like they were rescued from the dump.Sheets were threadbare. DoNOT stay here. Gives Canadian hospitality a bad name!!

-No pool (advertised a pool) -Beds too soft, no support -Lighting poor. Very dark inside. -Did not have our garbage picked up our towels replaced once. Asked for towels, none came, got some in the office.

Not much to like... The staff at check in were nice. Ample parking was available. That's about all I can say that is positive. Oh... when I couldn't get the tv to work, the staff person did come after 20 to 30 min. to get it working. I guess that's a positive.

The access to upper level rooms was a very narrow steep staircase. The walkway (deck) to the upper rooms was narrow and 'iffy'. Dead bolt but no latch lock on the door. The bed was saggy and squeaky. The bed spreads were visibly stained. The furniture was obviously old and worn. The room smelled musty. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. No breakfast options. Very complicated tv/sat set up. Couldn't even power on the tv with the remote. Never again.

Très "central". Emplacement parfait pour trouver un restaurant à 21H, pour visiter le marché et le pont couvert, la Kicking Horse River etc le matin. Chambre un peu vétuste mais très bon rapport qualité/prix.

At reception the staff were not particularly welcoming, indeed I would say that their attitude was one of indifference. The rooms, though clean, are old as is the furniture and the only chairs are not comfortable. The price asked for these accommodations was excessive and the room was certainly not worth the price charged.

I liked that since I was driving late and wouldn't show up till after hours they left me a key so I could get into the room

It's affordable and has easy access to everything; the only issue was that there was no power due to the storm and fire happening in BC at the time.

Due to the power outage in BC, we didn't enjoy it.

It was in need of repair, a deeper clean, updated bedding, and more hooks in the bathroom. It is quite shabby and smelled of body odour. The front desk man was friendly and helpful but the guy he sent to help me figure out the tv didn’t have an adequate command of English to answer any questions. It was also the most expensive hotel we stayed at on our trip across the country and by far the least impressive. Also-it was dead of summer and pool was drained🙁

Wife didn’t like it but for myself it was within a 100 yards of a microbrewery, a distillery, a Mexican restaurant, a cannabis shop and a lovely cafe for breakfast. Rooms a bit dingy but what more could a man ask for.

Terrible shower, tv only had one channel tried to change it multiple times got a dead screen. Staff needs to remember that they’re providing a service that I’m paying for they could learn to be a little more polite.

Was close to places for eating and drinking, site seeing too. Lots of parking. It was clean.

The bed was aweful. Squeeked like crazy, kept hubby up everything I rolled over. Mattress was in desperate need of being changed. It was clean. There was only 1 paper cup for my husband and I to use for coffee in the morning. We had to use a plastic glass for a hot coffee.

It’s very cute on the exterior and makes you feel safe. Pet friendly!

The rooms need maybe some brighter lights near the mirrors felt dark. Slight updating but the old school vibe is nice too.

It was off the main highway

The room was filthy with hundreds of flies. I told the staff that the room was full of flies and they couldn’t have cared less or showed concern. Did not attempt to help or ask if we wanted to change rooms. We booked this hotel expecting to be able to have a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed, which was never disclosed. Very disappointing for the price paid. Would not recommend

I don’t think it’s that clean. I saw a random hair on my pillowcase so I don’t know if it was changed. It’s a very old facility too.

Hübsches Motel - leider ist der W-Lan router mit der schieren Menge an Teilnehmern schlicht überfordert. Teilweise bekam man keine IP mehr oder die Verbindung war extrem langsam.

Les instal·lacions no tenien res a veure amb les fotos, i la brutícia saltava a la vista. No vaig estar gens còmode.

La ubicacion.

La limpieza podria mejorar, tuve que pedir el cambio de toallas blancas, presentaban un tono marrón. Las camas muy incómodas , hacen ruido, horribles. Moqueta del suelo muy sucia. No hay limpieza diaria a pesar de que lo indican en la reserva. Articulos de aseo muy escasos. Me dieron una habitacion en planta alta a pesar de haber solicitado habitacion en planta baja.

Great location easy to get to.

Beds were horrible. Got to room and the door was wide open. Asked management about it they said it was cleaned that morning. So 6-7 hour with door wide open no bugs could enter or rodents. Whatever for price can’t complain too much
