Die Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal. Ebenso das reichhaltige Frühstück.

Zu wenig Kleiderbügel und das Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Ebenso hat uns der Ausblick nicht gefallen, da wir direkt auf ein anderes Haus geschaut haben, dementsprechend war es immer Zimmer eigentlich immer dunkel.

Algo a tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida es que hay que subir una cuesta para llegar y no tiene ascensor para subir a las habitaciones.

Tutto, e’ un un punto strategico di Porto. I proprietari, Carla e Riccardo, sono di una gentilezza difficile da spiegare. Sembra di essere coccolati. La colazione è Top. Abbiamo avuto modo di pranzare nel ristorante della struttura e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo.

Avrei gradito un frigorifero, considerando che beviamo acqua fresca anche d’inverno….

Das Hotel liegt zentral, so dass man Porto gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben mögliche Stadttouren vorgeschlagen bekommen. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und individuelle Wünsche gern erfüllt. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man einen tollen Blick über Porto und den Douro genießen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Avevo contattato la struttura che era disponibile per fare il check in anticipato dato che saremmo dovute arrivare alle 8 del mattino, ma il nostro volo è arrivato in ritardo e siamo arrivate in struttura alle 11.30! Si trova all'interno della zona a traffico limitato e in una posizione fantastica con tutto a portata di mano! Dall'esterno non si capisce che è una guest house perché é collegata con l'ingresso di un enoteca/ristorante rinomato e spessissimo si trovano fuori persone che guardano il menu! Per entrare in struttura si devono fare una o più rampe di scale in salita e non c'è ascensore, per cui se si hanno bagagli pesanti è meglio fare attenzione! Il direttore della struttura ci ha accolte calorosamente offrendoci un ristoro (cornetti, caffè, vino, birra, o qualsiasi cosa avremmo chiesto) nel suo ufficio che è STUPENDO ed ha una vista bellissima. La camera era pronta e siamo potute entrare subito, anche se la nostra stanza era in una posizione leggermente arretrata avevamo ugualmente la vista sulla città vecchia e sulla cattedrale. Le dimensioni della nostra camera erano piuttosto contenute e c'era solo un appendiabiti disponibile, ma per un soggiorno breve è più che sufficiente. Le dimensioni del bagno sono invece decisamente generose rispetto alla camera! Nella stanza c'era una comoda sedia a poltroncina che però dovrebbe avere dei feltrini più spessi perché è molto pesante e per spostarla va strusciata e fa molto rumore. Ho apprezzato la pulizia e il kit di benvenuto con bollitore e the. Letto piuttosto comodo, che per me che soffro di mal di schiena è fondamentale! Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione vista la vicinanza con locali storici e pasticcerie rinomate aperti anche al mattino presto.

La notte il rumore proveniente dalla camera superiore è stato decisamente molesto, si sentiva soprattutto spostare in continuazione la poltroncina della camera da una parte all'altra.

En üst kattaki odaya denk geldik ve asansör olmadığı için bavul taşımak özellikle yokuşları çıktıktan sonra zor oluyor ama maalesef heryere asansör yapılamıyor…

The service from the hotel manager was exceptional. His recommendations for places to visit for food and for views and general tourist attractions was spot on. Honestly cannot thank him enough for making our days in Porto so brilliant. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The restaurant food is fantastic and we enjoyed a wonderful meal with beautiful wine on our 2nd night at the accommodation. Highly recommend. The parking is so close and reasonable. Will definitely be back

Da hospitalidade e atenção do responsável pelo hotel, Ricardo, da excelente localização e do café da manhã.

Cuidado em alguns detalhes, excesso de aromatizador de roupas e falta de inspeção diária do funcionamento dos equipamentos.

Ricky war der liebste Gastgeber den ich je hatte - sehr zuvorkommend und fürsorglich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hatte eine große Auswahl zwischen frischem Obst, Eierspeisen, Brötchen, Croissant und vielem mehr. Das Zimmer war super - ich war viel früher da als der eig. Check in möglich war. Während ich beim Frühstück war wurde mein Zimmer geputzt und ich konnte dieses im Anschluss gleich beziehen. Für ausreichend Sightseeing Tips wurde auch gesorgt. Allem in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in Porto. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

I found the place amazing. The room, the location but in particular the staff were amazing. So helpful and you get great suggestions for places to eat and see. If you are staying in porto you cant go wrong staying here.

Établissement très pratique pour visiter Porto, au cœur de la vieille ville tout en étant proche de la gare et de la ville haute Petit déjeuner très copieux Le personnel est particulièrement à l’écoute et est toujours près à rendre service, pour exemple ma femme souhaitais du jus de pomme pour le petit déjeuner, ils ont été en acheter et nous l’ont apporté, le lendemain une carafe de jus de pomme était préparé pour nous. Vraiment merci pour votre accueil Pour le parking, si vous êtes en voiture, ils ont un accord avec un parking à 5 minutes de l’hôtel, c’est le plus simple.

Er zit een wijnbar in het hotel, personeel is allemaal top, locatie is top, kamer is top! Zeker de aangeraden eettentjes van Ricky bezoeken, we hebben fantastisch gegeten.

Het enige wat ik me kan bedenken is dat het bed wat hard voor ons was, maar eerlijk gezegd was alles gewoon hartstikke prettig.

O hotel é ótimo e muito bem localizado. Banheiro grande e limpo. Nosso quarto era amplo, o sr Ricardo se manteve em contato antes e durante nossa chegada, sempre solicito e educado. Nos auxiliou com o estacionamento .Nao tomamos cafe da manha no hotel por opção. Mas nos recomendaram locais proximo na rua das flores - Floresta Cafe- que era um otimo cafe, bem servido. A localização do hotel é excelente, cercada de restaurantes renomados - com restaurantes estrela Michelin - e inumeros estabelecimentos restaurantes e tascas muito boas e de preços acessiveis. Estamos muito perto de várias atrações turisticas, super tranquilo de fazer tudo a pé.

Nao encontramos frigobar, talvez poderia estar presente dentro da acomodação. Nosso quarto era no primeiro andar e apesar de estar cercado de bares, tinha um isolamento acustico bom para barulhos da rua.

We needed only one night here but were made so welcome by Carla, the manager. Excellent location. Very good sized room, lovely big spotless bathroom - with a proper door as we like not the new frosted glass thing that happens these days! There's a charming wine bar on the ground floor as well as the hotel's main bar and eating space for breakfast. Great vibes, all excellent!

Супер локация. Выходишь из дверей отеля прямо в центр Порту. Сам отель небольшой , с интересным дизайном. У нас был небольшой номер,но очень чистый , с удобной кроватью. На завтрак мясная и сырная нарезки, выпечка, кофе, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, яйца или йогурт,на выбор. Все понравилось..

К сожалению в номере были некоторые проблемы с сантехникой и дверью на балкон. Они были оперативно решены. В качестве компенсации хозяева приподнесли нам бутылку портвейна . Большое спасибо.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, ruhige Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangsort in alle Richtungen. Und die Drinks sowie die Desserts unten in der Bar sind absolut lecker!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We had only one night here as we were in transit, but we were very well looked after. A few days earlier we stayed at the sister hotel, Charm YoursPorto in Gaia, where we very much enjoyed staying for several nights in the room with a delightful, tiny balcony, at the top of the building .They didn't have a room for us there for our final night but Carla, the charming and extremely competent manager of both hotels, fixed us up at sister hotel Alibi which made things much easier for our final night in this beautiful city. Spotless room with very nice bathroom and a beautiful view.

Wir waren auf glutenfreies Essen angewiesen. Das hat super geklappt. Die tolle Einführung zu Beginn und die Wllkommensgeste haben wir sehr geschätzt.

El hotel está genial ubicado y el desayuno es muy bueno. Es la segunda vez que íbamos y el trato de Ricardo sigue siendo excelente. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Muy lindo estéticamente, y el restaurante abajo suma a la experiencia.

Los pisos hacen ruido al pisar, tanto el propio como el del piso de arriba. El espacio es algo pequeño y no tiene frigobar.

Unglaublich freundlicher Empfang mit Sekt oder Tee etc.. Der Chef hat sich mindestens 20 Minuten Zeit genommen, um uns auf dem Stadtplan alles anzukreuzen und um Tipps einzutragen. Die Lage ist nicht zu topen. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche super und die Weinauswahl hervorragend. Die Kellner sind an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Die Zimmer sind klein, ohne Schrank nur offenes Regal (wie oft in einem Stadthotel) aber super sauber. Nur zu empfehlen und bei einem wiederholten Besuch Portos wieder mein Hotel. Herzlichen Dank!!!

אהבנו את הצוות הנהדר במלון, את המיקום, החדר היה יפה ונוח.

אין מעלית... הגענו עם 4 מזוודות (טיול של 3שבועות) וזה היה עבורנו מבאס להטריח ולבקש טובה שיעלו ויורידו לנו אותם לקומה השישית... ובכלל מעייף לעלות כל פעם 6 קומות ברגל... לשיקולכם.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel in einer Seitenstraße direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wobei es ein dichtes Netz an Stadtbussen und Metro gibt. Die historische Straßenbahn fährt nahe des Hotels ab. Für die Anreise kann man vom Flughafen den Bus oder die Metro nehmen und entscheidet so ob man bergab oder bergan zum Hotel gelangt. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine traditionelle Gaststätte mit hervorragender Küche und netter Bedienung. Hier wird man als Hausgast besonders höflich und herzlich bedient. Das Frühstück wird auch in diese Räumen serviert und ist hervorragend. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut in in vielen Variationen im Angebot. Uns hat besonders das umfangreiche Angebot an Brötchen und Croissants gefallen und die große Auswahl an frischem Obst die täglich wechselte. Ich möchte hier ausdrücklich auf das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal im gesamten Haus hinweisen. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, und waren mit dieser Kombination sehr zufrieden.

Es hat einmal geregnet ... :-)

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in bester Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Die Damen vom Housekeeping waren immer freundlich. Es war auch kein Problem, eine zweite Bettdecke zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichlich und qualitativ einwandfrei. Es gab eine große Auswahl von süßem und salzigem Gebäck, die legendären Pastel de Nata, Schinken/Käse und jeden Morgen eine große Schüssel mit geschnittenem Obst. Orangensaft, Kaffee/Tee und auf Wunsch Eier oder Joghurt. Und dann noch die Dachterrasse... Unser Lieblingspunkt für einen Aperitif, bevor es zum Abendessen ging. Das größte Highlight war aber der Manager Ricky, der sich mit so viel Hingabe, guten Tipps und einer großen Portion Humor um uns gekümmert hat. Haben selten einen so herzlichen und bemühten Gastgeber gehabt. Wir würden auch 15 Punkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Vielen Dank! Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt für uns.

Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Porto. La posizione é strategica per recarsi in ogni parte della città. Le camere seppur non grandissime, ben organizzate, confortevoli e arredate ottimamente, buoni gli impianti. La nostra in particolare aveva un bagno molto spazioso e comodo e una grande finestra sui tetti di porto e sulla Cattedrale. Colazione meravigliosa, abbondante, varia con una graditissima ciotola di frutta fresca, cornetti, panini e pastel de nata; salumi, formaggi, uova e tanto ancora che noi non abbiamo ordinato perché piuttosto sazi. Caffellatte e cappuccino molto buoni, ma in generale tutti i prodotti erano di ottima qualità oltre che un piacere per gli occhi. Ma il top del top é stato il servizio, sia in camera, sia in tavola con vettovaglie e tovagliato di ottima qualità. Un plauso in particolare al manager Riccardo, sempre sorridente e disponibile, oltre che molto professionale, é soprattutto una persona che ha a cuore il benessere dei suoi ospiti.

Su ubicación estratégica para moverte por la ciudad, neuralgica para paseos y traslados por metro y tren. Ricky, la mejor predisposición para recibirnos y ubicarnos espacialmente en la ciudad. Excelente disposición para consultas fuera de horario de atención personal en el establecimiento.

We arrived late to Alibi with 2 large boxes with our bikes in. We walked into the wine bar part of the hotel and were met by Joao who immediately helped us with our bikes and helped with carrying them to our room. For the rest of the evening he was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The wine was delicious. It happened to be my birthday and the manager of the restaurant very kindly brought me cake and a candle, a very considerate touch. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony overlooking the street. We ate at the restaurant at the back of the hotel the following evening and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was provided the next morning in the very attractive restaurant area. The woman serving the breakfast (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) again was incredibly friendly with an amazing smile & the breakfast was the best we had in Portugal.

Difficulty getting to location

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur du centre historique de Porto, dans une ruelle typique. C'est très joli ! Les chambres sont très propres et parfaitement équipées, le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très très copieux, servi par Ricky qui est très professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. Le restaurant est un très bel atout de l'établissement également car la cuisine y est très savoureuse et le service très chaleureux.

Très bien situé dans le vieux Porto, à portée des principaux sites intéressants de Porto. Nous avons tout fait a pied. Parking couvert à 3 min à pied. Qualité de l’accueil, du petit déjeuner. Literie excellente, silence.

Absolument tout ! La localisation, la propreté des lieux, la décoration soignée et épurée, le petit déjeuner délicieux et la gentillesse et amabilité du staff ! Je recommande a 200%! Encore merci a Carla et Ricardo pour leur sourire, et tout le reste 😊
