Staff were courteous. This is an old hotel and if you can get by that it is simply a great value budget hotel.

Narrow staircase, more so as, people leaves their large suitcases outside in the passage way. On occasion the lift does not work, so you have to carry your luggage up the narrow stairway. With the luggage in the narrow passage way, this makes it a lot more worsened!

The room was full of tiny cockroaches, and the room looked more like a storage room than a hotel.😡😡😡

I didn’t like anything over there

It's located in a good neighborhood, close to bts. And food shop. Shops and amneties nearby. The view of the city from the window is absolutely stunning. The amount charged was decent.

It's very dirty. Cockroaches all over, very dirty bedsheets. The furnitures were old and almost broken. One of the door had no locks or latch, thus it was closed with the help of a tea table. The washroom had very poor drainage system, water doesn't pass even after 12 hours. It's remains like a pond. Even one of the light was also not working.

Defekte Wasserpumpe. Schaltet dauernd ein und aus, und gibt daher laute Geräusche ab. Dies auch Nachts.

للأسف يفتقر هذا الفندق لعدة اشياء ومن اهمها مكتب الاستقبال لا يوجد ترحيب بالضيف بينما متعودين على سماحة وطيب التايلنديين. الخدمات ضعيفة جدا. اتوقع يرجع السبب إلى قدم الفندق.

I checked in saw dirty bed sheets dirty pillows dirty bathroom. Dirty towles no coffee machine. I sacrificed my cost couldnt stay there went searching for another place

The room was full of cockroaches. When I told it to the reception their reaction was only this: It's normal, cockroaches are in every room here. If it is so normal then they should mention it in the advertisement. I wouldn't book this accomodation if I new it. Also the old receptionist was very rude.

The location is in the middle of pubs and clubs. 7 eleven in 30seconds walk and transport option like Tuk Tuk and taxi always available

First before go to the room let me talk about the staff. never encountered rude person like the lady from that property. Does not say hello or anything. always sleeping like she is on vacation. sometimes alone and sometimes with someone that looks his boyfriend. the rest of the staff it is not far from this description. secondly the rooms. as soon as we enter the room we found cockroaches in the bed. who allows cockroaches to stay in a hotel room without proper disinfestation? was so bad that we had to kill some with fear of jumping on us at night. They didnt clean our room the entire stay. Luckily was only 3 days. If you find anything with similar price go for it. use this property as last resort

The continuous noise coming from upstair, it was whole stay time. That was really annoying. Not suitable for sleep

The receptionist is very rude and is only interested in being on her phone all day. She also engages in bad gossip about customers. No cleaning service. Place is dirty. The receptionist problem has been there for the last 5 years. Location is ok.

Location 💯% Great budget hotel with nice staff , big room TV fridge basic bathroom no complaints , My Go to place when ever visiting Bangkok outside lots of bars clubs and Prostitutes 😁👌 dont mind all the noises.... thee end of this street huge park called Benchakitti Awesome park near by must visit

Really loud noise from aircon (?) meant it impossible to sleep. Manager said hotel full so couldn’t have another room, said I should use ear plugs! Not willing to give me my money back because I’d booked it online.

Same as always - again I booked through Agoda got yo the hotel and it was overbooked - took me to another location around the corner - dirty full of insects crawly I told them they done nothing Pay the extra 200 baht a night - get a nicer hotel
