Everything as usual.Staff are wonderful and so helpful and friendly.Like our second home is the Kusnadi.

The entire Staff were kind, friendly, respectful and couldn't do enough to please. Friends stayed there around 5 years ago. They spoke very highly of the hotel and encouraged us to stay there but it just didn't meet the standard they or we expected. I got the feeling that maybe the hotel had become a little run-down at some point and a great attempt to upgrade gardens, rooms etc was underway.

Sadly the bed was very uncomfortable. I had problems with my legs from day 2. I didn't realise what the problem was until we left the hotel and the issue with my legs improved. The wardrobe door creaked loudly every time we opened or closed it. The towels were not bright white, instead very dull.

Désagréables odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner très bon au niveau des plats salés et fruits frais mais les viennoiseries sont dures et rassies. Les tortues dans le petit bassin semblent à l'étroit, surtout sur le petit carré installé pour qu'elles puissent sortir de l'eau se reposer... Il leur en faudrait au moins un autre, voire un bassin plus grand 🙏

No towels first night

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Drinks and meals good value for money. Nice surroundings.

A little dated

The location is great in Legian. Pool is lovely & when just adults - it’s pleasant. Many pool chair hogs that stake their spots ( sometimes table & deck chairs) early in the day & for most of the day despite not swimming. Staff are exceptional. Food is a good standard & prices very reasonable.

Proximity to everything

Asked for a ground floor room but was given upstairs room

Breakfast was good but had to mention hot food was a bit cold at times. Rooms are getting a bit outdated but still comfortable . It's a lovely cheaper hotel, location is great. Massage in house is amazing .

La douche de la salle de bain sans porte ni rideau. La pièce était inondée après chaque passage. Et le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’était pas toujours fourni (manque de boissons, certains plats vides…)

location was excellent, close to everything. food was delicious didn't have breakfast, but lunch and dinner were so good no need to go looking elsewhere. pool was very welcoming and the gardens around the property were stunning.

Quiet hotel in the middle of Legian busyness

Nice and central easy to walk to beach and garlic lane... plenty of eateries in area.

The steep steps to top floor... but thats not hotels fault. Got used to them but need to go slow.

The Kusnadi Hotel is in a great location with the excellent Lume Kitchen & Bar nearby, the pool is fabulous and the rooms are set in a lush garden.

We stayed only 2 nights and in check-in were told we would need to move rooms for second night So we packed up ready to move and went shopping and when we came back they said you don’t need to move. Also needs more umbrellas on the sunny side of the pool.

Very relaxing and quiet if that is what you want.Staff are all so helpful.Breakfast was very good and not busy.

Both us and my daughter stayed in rooms where the bathroom door scraped on the tiles which made a bad noise.Hope we didn't wake guests downstairs up in the night.Other than that the hotel is great.

Large rooms but very basic. Pool and the grounds were very nice.

Bathroom very basic and dated

We love the location of this hotel, it is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The gardens and swimming pool are lovely and well maintained. We prefer smaller, traditional style hotels, and this hotel fits that perfectly. Our room was recently refurbished, nicely decorated, clean, and very quiet during the night. Staff were lovely, and very helpful. Food in their restaurant is very good, food and drinks well priced.

The WiFi in our room was pretty much non-existent for the whole week. The toilet paper is not on rolls, more like tissues, and didn't fit in the dispenser. Would have been nice to have a small sofa or armchair in the room.

The gardens were gorgeous and immaculately tended. The staff were amazing.

The rooms that were booked weren’t available when we arrived which was disappointing as the booking was made and confirmed many months ahead of time. We had to wait 3 days to move into the booked rooms.

Our family has had the most enjoyable stay here at Kusnadi! Staff are amazing! So very accommodating & friendly!

Can’t fault a thing!!

The staff were exceptional and such lovely people. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The essence of Bali ,clean , happy staff and caring. GREAT POSITION.

Hidden away off a busy street it is very quiet. Fantastic pool and gardens. Very helpful staff. Large buffet breakfast with fresh cooked eggs and pancake station. Reception organised driver for tours which were excellent. Great location for bars and restaurants.

Our room was a little tired and needs some TLC.

Lovely location set back off the road so very quiet inside the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Some rooms had updates. Pool great size and lots of sunbeds. Food and drinks delicious and very well priced

We stayed in a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spacious and we really enjoyed our balcony overlooking the garden. The pool area was lovely, and we often had it to ourselves. The gardens were immaculate and the hotel was quiet at night. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to plenty of great restaurants and shops.

Both of the bathrooms in our cottage were in desperate need of renovation. Both had terrible drainage, leaving us ankle-deep in water by the end of our showers. Safety deposit boxes were available at reception, but a safe in the room would have been more convenient.

The staff , food is great and well priced, located is good.

Our original room 102 was extremely small, the bed taking up most of the room, but we changed to room 103 which was terrific, bigger bed, much bigger room - the location of the property was perfect for us!

Bathrooms in both rooms flooded each time the shower was used

Convenient location. Quiet considering its location. Good breakfast. Very good massage at a very good price
