It was clean and in good condition. Had a bathroom, microwave, small fridge and tv with many cable channels.

Bathroom didn't have plunger.

No breakfast available. Clean and comfortable for a budget motel. Great value in my opinion!

When I checked under the bed before leaving, to make sure our toddler hadn’t left anything behind, I found an old empty chips bag left under the bed that housekeeping hadn’t gotten from a previous guest.

It was quite clean, value was amazing. Staff where really helpful, like when they printed my Canada parks pass!

The road noise, and train noise was somewhat sleep interrupting, but that is out of the inns control.

The front desk person was so rude and swore and laughed when he was speaking to me.

Needed to be a rocket scientist to operate the TV. Had to un clog the drain in the sink before we could use it, Didn't feel like waiting to have someone show up to tell us: "They all are like that!" Lights had different/wrong bulbs installed therefore the switches over-heated in a minute, which burned the user. Was told you can occupy the room at 4 PM. Wasn't expecting the room not to be ready until 4:30! If check out time is 11 why so long to prepare the room for the next customers? Was told couldn't have a room on the main floor as they are saved for people with pets, except there were people that didn't have a reservation or a pet got one on the main floor. The stairs to the second floor are not "user" friendly if you are 60 or older. The coffee should be in the room, not at the bottom of the stairs, as well, why couldn't there be real coffee instead of instant in an insecure jar where everyone puts the germy hands! Was told the price was $138, until we registered and got a bill for $180!

one light bulb over sink was out, and had to go to lounge for coffee, but overall good stay

Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, however good place for a sleep. That's all.

With the light coming under our door I was scared to open it as I thought it could be the stairway to heaven!

The room was clean

The building was old and shabby. The noise barrier from the room above was non existent. When some one above walked, his every step made unbearable noise. Rest and sound sleep was not possible until late night. This owner should not sell rooms on downstairs. It is almost a crime to put people under this condition and charge a hefty price.

I got into the bed and I started iching and when I looked I had bites all over my neck and back so there must have been bed bugs in the bed. The pillow case and towels were stained and the room smelled of smoke. I have never been in a place that is so disgusting

The room was exceptionally clean. All white bedding & new laminate flooring.

This is no fault of the hotel but the person in the room above us had a very heavy foot (walking around alot) and it kept me awake until about 1 a.m.

Bed was great

Water pressure and temperature consistency in the shower were both poor. Water went from normal temp to scalding without warning, then back to normal again, multiple times during one shower.

We were up very long driving in the dark but still arrived before front desk closed (midnight) and no one was there. Tried calling multiple times without answer. We didn’t get a room which is the worst news after driving 6-7 hours. Do yourself a favour like we didn’t and read the reviews. Stay away from this place.

I was called at 10am on the morning of my check in and was told there are "no more pet friendly rooms" and my reservation was cancelled. Zero assistance given. Why allow rooms to be booked that don't exist? Why *charge* my credit card for the full amount? And Booking.com is not the problem. You could say on your website or on Booking.com that people *must* call direct if pets are staying. I ended up staying at the Super 8 a block away and paid $313.00 (with 'discount'!). I was genuinely afraid there. It was like the Bates Motel. My dog makes no noise and does not make a mess. I would have paid a massive deposit to stay in a regular room; if anyone could tell a dog stayed there, keep it.

Cleanliness was good and staff were great.

There was an extremely worn out sofa (sofabed?) that I would not sit on if you paid me and needs to be replaced. Also, there is zero soundproofing as it is an older hotel. It sounded like the person staying above us was going to stomp right through the ceiling. So loud! Everything literally rattled when he was walking (stomping) around. Obviously that’s not his fault. But it woke us up from a sound sleep. The hotel is just old and built with zero soundproofing so be prepared for noise if the person staying above you is heavy footed or you’re a light sleeper. Spend the extra money if you can and get a newer hotel that has guest comfort in mind. If you’re looking for economical bring good ear plugs or get a room on the second floor.

The pillowcases and sheets had a small amount of pet hair on them. Linens must be professionally cleaned when it is a pet friendly room. Floors, baseboards and door were dirty in spots.

They did not offer breakfast. Legendz nearby is v good!

The rooms were nice and cozy! Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice given that I’m used to pillows in hotels that are terrible, the location of the building was great, super easy to find, lots of food and stores within 5 minutes of the property, the location was quiet. Overall it was a place to stay for the cost for a couple of nights.

It’s a bit outdated, I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was as pictures of the rooms online are definitely outdated! The shower head is definitely outdated and the water temperature was weird as it always fluctuates from hot to cold and didn’t stay overly consistent. The computer desk chair was also ragged and falling apart.

It's a very clean reasonably priced accommodation. Easily accessible from the highway. We prefer to stay on the ground floor for easy access to the room.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff. Comfortable guest room. Tea/coffee available in the lobby in the morning.

The water flow and water pressure in the shower could be better.

Was affordable stay

Room was quant and clean, having all that was needed for an unexpected overnight stay.

The bathroom shower faucet and shower-head can really benefit from a replacement. The water gushed and splattered out in various directions causing a lot of displaced water. The door to the suite had some difficulty opening and closing, with a modernization of the door hardware possibly overdue.

Not far from hyw and price point was good.

Very clean but there were some ware spots because of age here and there. But still good value.

There were mouse droppings everywhere. I hadn't noticed until the next morning. The wifi was unstable and we weren't told which network to use. Worst of all was the thin walls and we heard every footstep from the people upstairs, as well as when their toilet flushed and when they used the shower. What a terrible hotel/motel.

The room was outdated, a little paint can go a long way. However, it did the trick and was a good price

Was clean and comfortable

Budget friendly, very basic clean room. Towels and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Mattress was in good condition and comfortable.

The furniture (chairs, fridge,etc) were very dated snd in need of repair/cleaning. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room.

I wasnt expecting much. Pretty standard motel. However I have to give it a low rating just for the water pressure in the shower.

Staff doesnt know how to do customer care. No greetings. Zero customer service. Rooms are not clean at all. Stinky / they need to check the bed. After we sleep so itchy whole body. Toilets not flushing properly. In there page they mention room amenities and things . I need to ask from them.

Updated hotel rooms. No longer the old flower beds with stained carpets, but instead modern looking rooms.

We had two rooms and the toilets in each room was wobbly and moved when sitting on it.
