We had a comfortable one-night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and everything was well prepared. Breakfast was fair with a reasonable selection. Overall, a good stay.

- the staff - the staff - the staff I don't want to generalize it but there was this lady when we were checking out, and she wasn't willing to give us the receipt, telling us that booking.com or the third party that you book from should give it to us, furtheremore. she was't available at her desk when we were checking out so we had to wait 10minutes before she came, to be specific she was a young Indian lady fairly long hair

The price crazy for what you get

We like the location its close to fast-food and restaurant also in gasoline station. There's a swimming pool that my son really like it .But we noticed there's a yellow stain on the drawer. Break fast is not Bad ,scramble eggs is kinda dry

This property is typical of Holiday Inn Express.

The toilet paper was quite thin and beds were not as comfy as comparable Holiday Inn Express properties. Also, the towels were rather thin.

An outstanding hotel with great facilities. Beautifully located in a very picturesque part of Canada. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spa. A tremendous spot for families.

Needed to use the laundry facilities. The washers stunk and one of the dryers was out of order. The dryer that was working didn’t work that well. I dried one load twice on high and the clothes were still damp. I ended up spending twice as money as I should have to complete two loads. Most of the staff were not very friendly.

We stayed here for an overnight stop during our Rocky Mountain adventure honeymoon. Room was spacious, with two large king beds. Room was clean, AC was great! We were placed next to the laundry room for guests, and while we did not hear any machinery, we did hear the congregation of people back and forth from the room. Complimentary breakwast was a welcome bonus in Canada, and well equipped, but eating from paper plates and wooden cutlery to reduce washing felt a bit un ecological. Pre warning - the hotel is not in downton Golden - so it you intend on visiting the village - you’ll need to take your car.

The lift was out of service, and we had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs. The reception staff seemed clueless and offered no assistance.

Though I was excited about staying here, it has to be the worst IHG property I’ve ever stayed in. When traveling on business I grab a quick English muffin and coffee. This was a leisure trip that I’d hoped to eat breakfast and relax. So let’s start there. Breakfast area had no more than about 20 any day I visited. Two are manning this area and yet the replenishing of most breakfast items have to be requested. The “scrambled eggs” are cooked and cut in the pan like big squares and tossed around. Intended hot item are not hot, bread is hard. Somehow my phone reverted back to home time and I got to the area one morning with only 20 minutes til the end time. Most everything was gone or had very little so I grabbed cereal, a banana and coffee. I was watching the television while eating and the attendant reached right above my head and turned it off. I felt bad before the person at the front desk because the day I checked in there were about five people waiting to check in and she was the only employee. Two days later there were about 5 to 6 checking in and again one attendant. At that time, there was very upset guest, apologizing to the front desk clerk stating that at $500 a night you would think there would be more than one person. Rooms are surface level clean but the furniture is dirty and stained. There aren’t many choices in town and this place knows it. Shame

Etwas überraschend war, dass das Personal auch das Frühstücksbuffet nutzte. Die Lage war sehr gut für die Weiterführung unseres Roadtrips, jedoch weit entfernt zu Downtown von Golden.

Room was dirty. Towels from pervious guest were left in the tub. We were only provided 2 towels for 2 adults and a child, when we asked for more they were out. They did offer to move us rooms but they didn’t have the same size room available and there was no discount offered for downsizing rooms because we booked through a third party website.

Clean facility with good breakfast options. Though the room faced Canada 1, the road noise was barely heard.

price was a lot higher than similar properties around it.

This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The furnishings in the room are very outdated- the drapery is old, the lamps are old (the charging ports in the lamps did not work), and the couch and chair were very dated. Our biggest concern was the bad smell in the hallway and our room. Stale/musty/smoke smell that was quite strong. One day housekeeping made one of our beds but left the second bad and couch unmade. The front desk staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable but I would not stay here again due to the smell.

Frühstück: für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, teilweise wechselnde Frühstücksangebote. Sauber. Großer Fernseher, großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, viel Platz. Kleiner Supermarkt neben der Rezeption mit Lebensmitteln. Gäste Wäscherei.

Duschkopf verkalkt und veraltet. Zimmer hellhörig, Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen! Beleuchtung im Zimmer eher schlecht.

Très vaste chambre familiale, équipée d'une kitchenette et d'une table pour manger. Guest laundry à disposition et efficace avec des pièces disponibles à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner très correct, parking gratuit sur place, hot tube pour se délasser d'une journée de marche.

It was comfy, it was clean, breakfast was decent, coffee was reasonable, parking was fantastic, it was in a great location as far as being close to restaurants, convenience stores etc..

Pool wasn't in service but that isn't on you guys. Housekeeper was a little creepy, I was out training, and he approached her and asked if I was her husband she said yes. That was totally fine, but then he allegedly kept coming back, about five times trying to ask questions, asked about her bags, asking about me etc. I mean at minimum he was over reaching a little past just being friendly.

We stopped here on a trip from Calgary to Kamloops, as it’s about halfway. The hotel lobby and breakfast room have been updated. The room we were in was not updated. Older tv (not smart, no wireless connection). Older furniture, etc. BUT, the room was big, the mattress was comfortable and it was very, very quiet. The price was expensive, considering it’s March and it’s Golden BC (not exactly a tourist destination). I’d look elsewhere for value.

Badkamer met WC wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. Je moet er om vragen. Ontbijt is zeer basic.

The room was clean, the hot water was strong, and the heater worked well. The hotel doesn’t automatically provide disposable items like toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it’s best to bring your own, but you can always ask the front desk if you forgot. Breakfast met the basic expectations, and I appreciated the self-serve hot water and coffee. The room also had a microwave, and the front desk service was very good

Ontbijt is altijd prima bij Holliday in. Nu ook. Jammer dat de pannenkoekmachine kapot was.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Trans Canada Hwy, ca. 45 Minuten zum Yoho Ntp. Es ist neueren Datums, sauber und gepflegt.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und uns davon deutlich mehr versprochen. Man sollte sich wohl vorher ins Gedächtnis rufen, dass Frühstück in den USA / Canada keinen hohen Stellenwert hat, was leider schade ist. Holzbesteck, Plastikbecher, -schüsseln und -Teller. Am Ende wird alles weggeworfen. Sehr kleiner „Frühstücksraum“. Hier wäre Luft nach oben. Die Bilder auf der Homepage täuschen leider.
