Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Sijainti huippu, loistava. Julkinen liikenne kulki vierestä ja auton sai maksutta pihaan parkkiin. Pyörillä myöskin pääsi hyvin kulkemaan kun oli omat pyörät mukana, ois kaupunkipyörätkin tainnu ol siin lähettyvillä. Ja rauhallista nukkua kyllä vaikkakin baari/karaoke oli samas talossa vähän niinko.
Sälekaihtimet rikki ja sit verhot laitettiin nipsuil kiinni joten sen jälkeen ei verhoja viittiny avata päiväksi auki enää..Liian valoisaa nukkua,kun oli lomalla ja herätykset ei aamu seiskalta :). Pytyn vieressä jotain vettä ja hana hölsky..Oltiin vko majoittumassa, muutamas yös ei olis haitannutkaan asiat. Palohälytys kertaalleen majoituksen aikana kuten edeltävässäkin forenomissa Leppävaarassa. (Siten et piti ulos lähteä majoituksesta).

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione un po' fuori dal centro ma a soli 5min di metro e vicino a un ottimo 24h. Ottimo il forno a microonde e la cucina in comune, che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa.
Pulizia non ottimale, qualche capello/pelo nelle lenzuola.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene un supermercado 24 horas abierto justo debajo por lo que puedes comprar cena fácilmente. Si que está alejado del centro de Helsinki pero nosotros alquilamos las bicis del ayuntamiento y el trayecto es increíble, de mis cosas favoritas. Esperaba a que llegara el atardecer para poder volver a casa con la bici. Además tiene un parque muy cerca que es de lo más bonito que he visto en la vida.
La ducha forma parte del baño por lo que mojas todo pero bueno tampoco pasa nada.

The "kitchen" in hotel room is barely usable (limited space and someone triggered a fire alarm/full building evacuation while cooking, likely due to poor ventilation), coffee/sugar was provided only for 1 night despite a 3 night stay, sauna is basically non functional (barely warm, limited hours). Laundry room needs improvement (average quality detergent, dryer basically useless). Communication is robotic with no personal touch (fully automated check-in/out system)

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Buona la posizione a due passi dalla metro per raggiungere il centro città. Il quartiere è ben fornito di supermercati aperti h24 e un centro commerciale aperto fino a mezzanotte. Frigo capiente in camera. Rispetto ai prezzi di Helsinki, vale il rapporto qualità prezzo.
La camera non era molto pulita, in particolare uno dei piumoni presentava delle grosse macchie. Dal bagno proveniva un odore un po' sgradevole.

I had big problems with opening my room door. There was a problem with the door. I had to ask to Change my room, which was done. But I experienced delay in entering my room the first night which was very annoying as I was tired and had to wait until door could be opened

Ausstattung, Zimmer - alles sehr alt und abgewohnt. Föhn war nicht vorhanden, erst nach Nachfrage per Email wurde am nächsten Tag ein Fön bereitgestellt. Der Kühlschrank war so laut, dass man ihn abstecken musste. Gesamt ist das Hotel bzw das Gebäude hässlich und abgewohnt. Die Bilder täuschen.

The room was basically clean, but it could perhaps benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. More detailed instructions regarding taking out the rubbish would also be helpful, particularly indicating where the waste disposal area is located. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant and successful.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Spacious. Great to have a kitchen to save money on food. Amazing location and even a beach 15 minutes from the apartment. Comfortable beds and a big TV were nice. Could easily spend a week or more here.
If you're going to have this absolutely terrifying €2500 fee for tripping the fire alarm.. I suggest putting some signage around the kitchen to help guests avoid a situation. Short stay guests will have little clue where to locate the quite well-hidden exhaust fan buttons, or know how hot and fast an induction stovetop can be. I had to intervene to help some guests who were unknowingly producing a lot of smoke with their cooking in order to save them this exorbitant cost. I shouldn't have to do this. Of course it is the guest's responsibility, but especially with people coming from all kinds of backgrounds, it would be good to show a bit more care here for your guests as I'm sure most staying here cannot afford this fee.

NO REPETIRÍA LA ESTANCIA DEBIDO A: No estaba limpio. La comunicación con el personal fue nefasta. No respondían los mensajes en 4 días. Prometieron ofrecernos un secador de pelo y nunca lo trajeron. Les pedimos papel de baño y no respondieron … luego nos dijeron que lo compráramos nosotras …. En fin… atención horrible… Los ascensores olían a pipí.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026La ubicación es muy buena. Está cerca de un supermercado abierto 24 horas donde tienen una máquina de café muy bueno por sólo 1 euro. Y también de un centro comercial con algunas cosas interesantes. La estación de metro y las paradas de autobuses están muy cerca. El apartamento está limpio y las camas son cómodas. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena si se reserva con antelación.
Las habitaciones no tienen sofá, como decía la descripción. Para lavar los platos hay que usar el lavabo porque no hay fregadero. El frigorífico hacia mucho ruido.

Oli aika lämmintä, ikkunaa oli vaikea saada auki. Kun ikkunan sai auki kuului liikenteen melu. Tulin 17.7, 18.7 ostin aamiaisen Picnic. Menin Picnic, en saanut. Ei ollut sinne tullut varausta ?

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location is great, as there is a 24/7 grocery store in a 3 minute walking distance. There is a lot of free parking spots, so no need to book the reserved parking spot. Room is clean and large. Short walk to the metro/underground station.
Beds could be more comfortable, and are always two separate beds. Cleaning is a minus (including having to do dishes, taking out the trash, and moving the furniture back together to avoid paying a cleaning fee. The parking spaces are very tight, so be very cautious when parking, to avoid scratching your car.
