浴槽、トイレなど水回りが清潔。ベッドメイキングも丁寧にされてた。

2回のためか、うるさい車やバイクの排気音はよく聞こえた。

建物自体はそんなに新しくないと思いますが、水場を含めてとても綺麗にリノベーションしてあるので、快適でした。空気清浄機（加湿・除湿可能）があったのも助かりました。コーヒー無料サービスもいいですね。

廊下が中庭に面しているので、部屋を出るといきなり暑い・寒いが迫ってきます。部屋数に比べてエレベーターが2台しかないので、チェックアウト時間にはかなり混み合ってなかなかエレベーターに乗れません。駅からも多少歩きます。

スタッフが優しく対応してくれた。

ツインにの部屋に泊まりました。洗濯機、レンジ、冷凍庫も完備されていて便利。サービスの朝食もパンとスープ以外にも一品料理やゆで卵も準備されていて、満足でした。

喫煙場所のすぐ近くでバキュームカーがホースを片付けていた。

朝食のクロワッサンが美味しかった。２４時間コーヒーサービスがある。洗濯機や充電器など、細かいけどあると便利な備品がそろっている。掃除が行き届いていて、快適に過ごせた。駅から徒歩で行けるのもよかった。外国からのお客さんも多く、こどもとのよい思い出になった。

Great area lots of shops around. Took 5 minutes to walk there from train station, lots of options around the property for food we tried a few and all reasonably priced. Shower is over the bath which may be an issue for some people. Great pressure when having a shower. Lots of amenities available. Free breakfast was simple but adequate. Free washing machine in the room was amazing beds firm but not to firm. No free bottled water but that’s ok. Getting to Disney you need to take the train one stop then catch the bus which is ok people will help you if you ask.

Aircon was not great had it on as low as I could get it to go and it took ages to cool down , but it was a hot day.

Clean but too small

They sent me a wrong address and we arrived to another hotel , then we took taxi to go again to the right location and they refuse to return back the taxi fees and this is thier mistake!!!

コスパが大変良かった。綺麗な施設で周りの音もあまり気にならなかった。各部屋に電子レンジがついているのも良い。コンビニは道を挟んだ向かい側にある。飲食店も多く、GUも近くにあったため助かった。

風呂の栓がゆるくなっており、10分でお湯が全て抜けてしまった。朝食はおいしかったが、あまり種類がなかった。

静かに仕事に集中できた。

きゅうではあったが、しょくじは、つけてほしかった。

ディズニーの前泊で使いました！ 朝食もついていてパークも車ですぐつくのでよかったです！

Could do with a shared communal space

部屋は清潔かつとても綺麗です。 連泊させて頂いたのですが、いつお願いしても綺麗にベッドメイクをしてくださいました。 駅からは徒歩5〜7分ほどですが、道中に色々なお店が立ち並んでいるのでホテル食にも困りません。 スタッフの皆さんはどなたも親切で温かい方々です。 ディズニーランドにも車で15分ほどのアクセスで何かと便利で快適なホテルステイを楽しませて頂きました。 朝食も美味しかったです。

Manque de fruits et peu de jus de fruits variés. Manque de vaisselles et ustensiles pour faire la cuisine dans la chambre. Oreillers trop mous, il en faudrait au moins 2 par lit ou plus fermes.

Soggiorno perfetto! Pulizia, ottima colazione e posizione strategica Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La prima cosa che salta all'occhio è l'ottima pulizia delle stanze: impeccabile, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa a spasso per Tokyo. La colazione è ottima e offre una marcia in più per iniziare la giornata con la giusta energia. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale: fantastico, estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Un altro punto di forza assoluto è l'ottima posizione. L'hotel si trova a brevissima distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana (Nishi-Kasai), il che rende incredibilmente facile e comodo spostarsi e girare tutta la città. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Ci tornerò sicuramente nei miei prossimi viaggi a Tokyo!"

Excellent! Twin Room with Extra Bed was large enough for 4 small children and 2 adults. Our room unexpectedly had a combined washing machine and dryer! Also the small kitchen had an induction cooker and we could borrow a frying pan, plates, etc for no charge to cook some of our own meals! Nice area. Only 5min walk from the station. A short bus ride from the lovely Kasai Rinkai Park. Breakfast was great! We ate way too much each day. Some of the food items rotated each day which added some variety.

The Tozai Line trains were full almost every time we rode which we didn't experience on other train lines.

Praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit eigener Waschmaschine im Zimmer, klein wie eigentlich überall in Tokio, aber alles relativ neu eingerichtet, schick und sauber. Frühstück ist nicht besonders abwechslungsreich aber völlig ok, Kaffee free rund um die Uhr prima. Die Lage ist auch gut, 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn von da 20 Minuten zur Tokyo Station. Direkt gegenüber ein FamilyMart, Seven Eleven um die Ecke, jede Menge kleine Kneipen am Bahnhof, für 4 Tage Tokio ideal.

Der Lüfter im Bad geht nie aus und brummt die ganze Nacht im Hintergrund, das ist bisschen anstrengend, wenn man geräuschsensibel ist.

Location is fantastic. Always love staying in this area because of accessibility, food, and shopping locations. Everything is walkable, and it's not as chaotic as other locations in Tokyo. Stayed at a single room this time, and it was big enough for me. There was enough space to open a mid-sized suitcase by the hallway, but others might find the room on the small side. But then again, it's rare to find big rooms in Japan. The bed was comfy, the lighting good, and the bathroom kept spotless. Cleaning is done every 2-3 days unless you request it. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Some staff can speak English well. The check-in was a bit weird for me. I was told to wait until after 3 PM by this one guy (so I just waited). Meanwhile, other guests (who had arrived shortly after me) were already being processed for check-in the moment they arrived, even though it was still before 3 PM. I had to go back to the front desk and speak to a different staff member who immediately processed my check-in without any fuss. That was just odd.

Aside from that minor inconsistency during check-in, my stay was good. Stayed for a total of 6 nights here this time around. Even though the breakfast was repetitive (I already knew that from a previous stay), I kind of like it. Most hotels would not even provide breakfast at all for this price.

A super comfortable hotel with everything you need for a nice few days stay. Everything was provided/available, the room was comfortable, location was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gentle and friendly staff. They are so helpful and welcoming. Washing machines and dryer are so handy. Very well located not so far from the centre and also the metro subway. Will surely come back for my next trip. ☺️

Great hotel in Nishikasai, very close to the metro station, and far away from the crowds of central Tokyo. Very friendly staff, brand new installations, and a very nice breakfast buffet. Our room was very high up, so nice views and super quiet. Room was superbly clean, and great Wi Fi connection, which we needed. Nice neighborhood, too, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just beside the hotel. Great price for value, especially compared to other hotels available in Tokyo.

The room was on the small side, especially the bed, when it is offered for two people.

Lovely hotel - all new and very comfortable, room equipped with all needed services and amenities. Location very comfortable too, few mins away from a metro station on a central line. Good price/quality choice, indeed. I only had one night and had to leave very early in the morning, I just wish I had stayed longer!

The location is excellent. Very close to Nishi Kasai metro station. The morning breakfast spread is also good.

The room is really congested. If you have 2-3 large bags, there is no space to move around.

J'ai bien aimé la propreté du lieux, le fait que, les chambres est tout les équipements nécessaires.

Le matelas et le coussin sont trop dur, un coussin est censé être mou pareil pour le dos, c'est censé être confortable or ça n'a pas été le cas, j'ai tellement trouvé ça inconfortable que j'ai du annuler ma deuxième réservation dans cette hôtel malgré le prix abordable. Autre point important, le petit déjeuner est tout simplement basique, j'avais pris avec petit déjeuner parce que je pensais que ce serais dans le style japonais, pas du tout, c'est un petit déjeuner très très basique européen.

全体的に綺麗だった。朝食に、数種類のパンと、ちょっとしたサラダ、ポテサラ、グラノーラ、ヨーグルトがあり、飲み物も、牛乳、リンゴジュース、麦茶、コーヒーなど種類が多かった。部屋から少し遠くにスカイツリーが見えた。

少しの振動で揺れるベッドはセミダブルで、大人2人は狭かった。

ロケーションが最高！！ 最上階に泊まりましたがスカイツリーとディズニーを一望できました！！ チェックインチェックアウトも簡単で楽でした！

3人での宿泊だったのでルームキーを1枚ではなく2枚用意して貰えるとありがたいです、、、、 それ以外は文句なしの満点でした！

O quarto era espaçoso, as camas eram ótimas, a vista era linda. A roupa de cama era ótima, o banheiro era grande. Iluminação era boa, havia bastante espaço, refrigeração era boa. Tudo muito silencioso. Havia máquina de lavar e secar dentro do quarto. Os recepcionistas eram muito gentis e educados. O metrô ficava bem próximo. Muitos comércios nas redondezas.

O café da manhã era todos os dias a mesma coisa e havia pouca opção para quem é intolerante a lactose.
