The hotel's theme was really interesting, and it was in a great location. All the necessary amenities were provided. I especially appreciated the beverage machine, which was available during the day.

The room was small, but I think that's standard for hotels in Japan, so we have nothing to complain about. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the breakfast, as they served the exact same thing every day with very little to choose from.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la petite buvette où il était possible de prendre une boisson gratuitement toute la journée. Mes enfants ont aussi aimé le jeu pour attraper des peluches dinosaures.

El desayuno. Entiendo que es oriental. Pero no había leche ni bollería. Si lo sé, no cojo la opción de desayuno.

the breakfast has less or no vegetarian options, so good luck if you are a vegetarian. I asked cookies or cereal from staff but they did not know english, usually in japan basic english is spoken almost everywhere, specially in hotels yes. They have these useless clothes refreshing/ironing machines in room, ours was not working.

Sehr gemütlich, hell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll, dass Getränke inklusive waren.

変なホテルと書いていたので、普通の部屋にしたためか、受付以外では変なことはなかったです。

Gostaria de sugerir que o ônibus para a Disney volte um pouco mais tarde.. O show de encerramento ainda não tinha acabado e o ônibus já tinha saído. Tivemos que pegar um taxi. Um ônibus mais tarde seria melhor.

Frühstück und Lage des Hotels waren Super. Die Reception ist sehr Cool gemacht und die Zimmer sehr sauber und mit sehr guten Komfort. Das Personal ist Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Die Abwechslung beim Frühstück, es war jeden Tag gleich.

Schönes Hotel

Prinzipiell ein gutes Hotel, aber die Entlüftung ist sehr laut und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück

L’accueil par des dinosaures est très rigolo. La chambre était très propre, idéal pour quelques nuits.

Short leisurely walk to metro station. Nearby grocery store and numerous marts were convenient. Lots of eateries nearby, though very few late night ones. Daily complimentary breakfast and drink hours were nice. Comfortable beds with fridge in room helps with cold drinks.

Knew room would be small, but smaller than how it appeared in pictures - for our international travel with a teen, we had a couple large luggage cases; worked it out but something to consider. Bathroom had a persistent odor, so had to keep the vent running. Complimentary breakfast was good, but it's the same every day. Complimentary shuttle to theme parks was nice and helpful, but scheduling and pick up can be hectic and confusing.

Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner exclusivement japonais. Riz, salade, curry… Un peu de sucré n’aurait pas été de refus Les matelas sont un peu fermes. Celui de notre fils était très très dur.

Very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff are very attentive and polite.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were two convenience stores and a parking area nearby, which made our stay very convenient. It is approximately 10 km from Tokyo Disneyland.

The property was near a rail station.

They didn’t really have anyone that could speak English. So the language barrier was a small problem.

TVでYOUTUBEが見れなかった。Wi-Fiの入りが悪かった。

子連れで行ったところ、恐竜モチーフに喜んでいた。 料金も安く、かつラウンジで色々無料だったのはありがたかったです。

É um hotel típico japonês. A experiência cultural e o excelente tratamento recebido pela equipe que fez de tudo para nos atender. Café da manhã muito gostoso e disponibilidade de máquina de bebidas quentes e frias.

タオルに茶色いシミがついていたり サイトで他の部屋が当日空いてたので、部屋を変更したいと言ったらもう空きがないと言われました。

Not a lot. My daughter loved that there was a shaved-ice machine that she could use in the 'lounge' area. And the free drinks and miso soup were nice.

The location is terrible. Don't make the same mistake we did. This was our last day in Tokyo and thought we would have all the necessary shops to do some shopping nearby. Not the case. This is a fairly empty, residential, neighborhood. There is a mall and a Don Quijote but they are both extremely small and shopping options are scarce. This is also very far from other areas like Asakusa or Kappabashi or even Narita airport, which we were departing from. Rooms are small and old - the wall-paper was coming off in various places in our room and the rooms lacked the basic amenities we found elsewhere in all the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. They were also not particuarlry clean. The beds are not great and the pillows especially are extremely thin. The staff is non-existent. Sure, dinosaurs on the front desk are fun for like 5 minutes, but the check-in experience is quite bad. We selected this hotel to treat our daughter to the fun dinosaur experience. This is extremely overrated. Hard pass for us but I guess your mielage may vary.

La navette pour Disney Sea (quoiqu’il fallait venir 1/2 heure à l’avance pour avoir sa place) les équipements toujours au top. Le déjeuner typiquement japonais ne vous attendez pas à des croissants.

Always clean and tidy for the duration of our stay. The hotel is about 3 minute walk from the train station and breakfast is basic but good value. Check in is also entertaining with those dinosaurs!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was ideal for links to the subway to move around tokyo with ease and the area was safe and peaceful. Lots of food options by restaurant or takeaway also on the doorstep.

We were a family of 5 with 2 rooms. One room was perfect, good sized and comfortable. The double room was very, very small, couldn't move around other than being on the bed or in the bathroom. This was our only downside.

恐竜が楽しかった。スタッフが親切だった。お部屋が綺麗に整えられてあった。ホテルの立地場所が、とても治安がよく女性でも安心して駅からホテルまで歩けました。

ディズニーランドからの、帰りの送迎バスの現地での待機場所がわかりにくかったです。「変なホテル西葛西へのバスはこちらです」の一文でも構わないので、C-3の場所に貼っておいて欲しかったです。

恐竜たっぷりで楽しかったですー！子供も大喜び、朝のカレーが美味しかったです。

特にはないのですが、ベットのクッションは固めなので、好みが別れるかもですが、快適でしたー。

The location of this hotel is a little out of the way for many travelers, but that is largely what I enjoyed about it. The hotel itself is located in a quieter part of Tokyo, where most traffic came from locals headed to and from work. The novelty of the dinosaurs was fun to experience, but I do think the overall price was a little steep considering there were not any humans interacting with us throughout our stay. Still, the property was clean, the breakfast was good, and it was fun that they had a happy hour where you could serve yourself some cocktails included with your stay. It also seemed convenient to have the shuttle that took patrons straight to Tokyo Disney, though we didn't utilize this feature.

The check in process was slightly confusing, and probably took longer than a traditional check-in would take at a hotel. I still appreciated the silliness of robots checking you in, as it was a smoother introduction to a foreign country than interacting with a human may be.

I loved that it incuded all around lounge area for drinks and snacks. I loved the animatronics, and they're welcome when checking in. The tablets were an easy process, and it was cute. Theyre breakfast was good, and the cocktail hour was very cool. It was an incredibly clean area, and they had a cute mini shelf with dinosaur things and mini claw machines. After a certain hour, as well they lock the doors, so you would need a room key to get in and I thought that was really nice and safe!

I don't really have many complaints about this hotel. The only thing was we didn't get a themed room like in some of the photos, and I didn't know how to click an option or see an option to be able to book a cute themed room, so we just got a plain room, which wasn't bad, but we were excited to stay in a room with plushies and themed curtains or wallpaper.

We had an amazing stay in Tokyo, the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Its location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around. The staff were friendly, and everything about our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Dinosaurs are a fun novelty, location is good - away from the hustle and bustle and not many tourists. A short subway ride to get back to the action of Tokyo if desired. Station is a 5 min walk. Breakfast included which was nice, limited options though.

Beds were extremely hard, room was small - but expected.

Perfect stay for family and friends. Quiet and complete neighborhood with GU and Don Quijote nearby, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies nearby. Beds are comfy and we slept well after a long tiring day exploring Tokyo. My friends and I plan to return with our families.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Henn Na Tokyo. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a wonderful experience, with a great selection of delicious local dishes that gave us a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine each morning. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the Disney shuttle bus service. It was incredibly convenient, reliable, and made our Disney days completely stress-free. Being able to travel directly to and from the parks without worrying about transport was a huge bonus. The location was also excellent. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and travel around the city. Having a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby was another huge plus, especially for grabbing snacks, drinks, breakfast items, or anything else we needed at any time of the day. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel, its cleanliness, convenience, and great amenities. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially those planning a trip to Tokyo Disney Resort.

It was adorable, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, snacks and beverages, they were the highlight of the stay.

The rooms were much smaller than described. I requested a run with 3 beds and was given 2 beds and a hard lounge chair as a 3rd bed. There was no dinosaurs or decorations in the room as described. We were there for 5 days. The cleaning service did not clean, they only took out the trash and gave new towels. The sheets were not changed only fixed back on the bed and the bathroom was not cleaned.

It was a fun hotel. The reception is hosted by dinosaurs. Very different from all the other hotels I stayed at. Facilities were great. Good bed, clean bathroom and a pretty big TV considering the room. There is also the complementory breakfast, coffee, thee and biscuits at lunch and a do it yourself cocktailbar in the evening. Also the trainstation was only a few minutes away. All by all it was a great stay.

We loved staying here! They allowed us to store our luggage the day we arrived until check in, and as we were on our honeymoon we walked into our room to the cutest towel dinosaurs making a heart with a sign in English that said “happy honeymoon”. That little touch was so kind and we’d absolutely stay again!!!
