Bridgehouse Lodge

Greeted and helped with parking our Ute. Think his name was Ian. We had bikes and backed them in to keep them dry on Ute. Fantastic start. Clean tidy room. Could had a toaster but we managed just fine! The mist wonderful thing was the fish and chip dinner we had. It only took 5 mins and was served and such a fabulous atmosphere. It's a lovely homely Lodge, the food is great the staff are friendly and he accommodation is good. The bed was super comfortable. We have stayed here several times and it's consistently good.

Location is awesome. Great restaurant and bar onsite. Bed was comfy. Bathroom has seen better days and is well overdue for renovation. Lots of water damage and mould in places. Second time staying here, will stay here again.

Not a fan of the steps up to the rooms or the badly potholed driveway.

I love old buildings and its well maintained. Very nice and clean. Our room upstairs was lovely and has everything you need...even a little comb amongst other things was a nice touch. The beautiful fireplace in the restaurant and bar, good food. Great customer service. Thank you

The pub downstairs was a perfect place to rest after a huge day of driving. Two open fires and a really tasty dinner menu with friendly staff.

The rooms were a bit dated and both our rooms were upstairs - not an issue for us accessibility wise, but our suitcases were a little on the heavy side.

Other people in the accommodation being very loud past 1:30 in the morning. There's a leak in the bathroom. Water pools in the center of the bathroom floor.

The room was slightly on the smaller side and a bit too close to the roadside.I think it didn't help because they were doing roadworks on other side of road and so it was quite noisy.We would have preferred a room on the quieter side or maybe the outer rooms,rather than in the hotel.

Beds badly need new mattresses. No hot water in the morning and hair dryer didn’t go, had to borrow room next doors one.

Location was excellent and we could even park our old 1930s vintage car under cover - especially good as it rained hard 1 night

Windows not double glazed so could hear some noises and heat not maintained due to standard windows, but did have a heat pump which helped.

The Services were excellent esp the staff members. The food was simply delicious and perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The ambiance in the Restaurant was warm homely and friendly.

The staff were exellent. There was a young man, didn't grab his name - but he took care of us through the two days we were there, both at check-in and during dinner. My son mentioned 'he was really cool'. And an older man who was really engaging and friendly. Both gave exellent service. And because of that, we will stay again next time we're in Warworth.

Only a little thing, but it would have been good to have a microwave in the room to heat our cold chips up lol. Other then that - no complaints. I know this is not standard in all hotel rooms however.

Great location to stay, very convenient. The restaurant was great!! Excellent food, especially the apple pie 🥧 !! Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The pub was a bit noisy on Friday night (to be expected), but once it closed, a very quiet place to stay.

Room was very cosy and good value. Dinner in the hotel was excellent the seafood chowder was sensational. Staff are wonderful. We were very impressed with this booking.

The stairs to rooms. Difficult for an older person to haul a bag up or down. The bathrooms are tight. Also need a good scrub, more than a cleaner can do. It would be nice to find a bottle of water in the fridge. The tap water smelled chlorine & horrible. I had to go searching & the bar staff gave me a bottle.

Location was excellent, easy walkimnhg distance to town, and 2 very pleasant bush walks on doorstep.

Not a dislike, just a comment. Room was on the ground floor beside a hallway door and stairwell, and we could hear very clearly any time someone came through the door or went up/down the stairs beside/above us.

Location is fantastic! Staff super friendly and food at the bar very nice!
