CM Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

It’s a lovely, quiet hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, really good food and an extensive wine list. This time we only spent four days here, but somehow I feel more relaxed and refreshed than after two weeks of a normal holiday. Exactly what we needed! It was our second time staying at this hotel, and it was really nice to see that the management continues to keep the service to a high standard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un vrai coup de cœur ! ❤️ Excellent séjour au Mallorca Palace pour l’anniversaire de mon mari ! Une équipe adorable, accueillante et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale à Amanda, qui, malgré le buffet, est venue à notre table pour nous demander si nous souhaitions manger quelque chose en particulier 🥰. Une adorable attention également avec le gâteau et le champagne sans alcool offerts pour son anniversaire 🎂🥂. Et pour moi, gros coup de ❤️ : le burkini est accepté à la piscine ! Le top du top ! Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bel hôtel , calme , propre et avec un personnel aux petits soins et d’une extrême gentillesse . Les repas sont vraiment délicieux et avec un large choix À recommander .

Manque de variété dans l’animation le soir . Même si les chanteurs étaient vraiment de qualité .

Magnifique hôtel avec joli jardin. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine immense. Contrairement aux autres hôtels il ne ressemble pas à une grosse tour. La chambre double est très spacieuse. Grand buffet petit déjeuner très varié.

Le seul petit bémol est que les touristes réservent les transats de la piscine très tôt avant d’aller petit déjeuner. C’est très agaçant. La direction devrait l’interdire.

La gentillesse du personnel, la literie.

Odeur de cigarettes dans la salle de bain, pas assez d'accompagnement pour le soir et la faible diversité des légumes pour le soir. À prévoir davantage de légumes à la plancha serait un bon point à améliorer.

Meravigliosa esperienza di 3 giorni in questa splendida struttura. Staff cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Molto comodo in quanto situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ma anche se non avete voglia di mare vi potete tranquillamente rilassare dentro la struttura grazie alle piscine e la SPA interna. Inoltre, per gli sportivi come me c'è anche una palestra spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il Buffet sia a colazione che a cena ci ha soddisfatto, c'è ampia scelta e la qualità è alta. Se volete rilassarvi questo è il posto giusto

La stanza molto grande, confortevole e silenziosa, letto e cuscino comodi, ottime sia la colazione che la cena, con molta varietà e scelta.

Tudo. Gostámos de tudo. A Amanda que prepara os pequenos almoços é muito querida, todo o staff foi incrível. Serviço muito eficiente. Pequeno almoço perfeito, jantar perfeito. Ambiente tranquilo, e deu para repor as energias sem crianças por perto que era o que procurávamos. Adorámos!

Os colchões da cama poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Eram muito moles e ficou-nos a doer um bocado as costas. O preço total para uma semana foi bastante alto, no entanto. Fora isso tudo incrível!

Meravigliosa struttura e atmosfera. Una vera perla rara. Accoglienza e gentilezza strepitose da parte di tutto il personale, sempre disponibile e attentissimo a ogni esigenza. La camera stupenda e spaziosa. Tutto l’hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il buffet è di altissimo livello: davvero ricco, costantemente rifornito e con piatti ottimi, di alta qualità, sia a colazione che a cena. Grazie per averci fatto vivere una vacanza da sogno!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a four minute walk from the beach. The hotel was beautifully maintained, very clean and well looked after. The food was excellent, very tasty and offered a great variety of dishes, so there was always something different to enjoy. There was also entertainment every evening, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel. Highly recommended!

Alles was top . Ik zou als organisatie van dit 5 sterren hotel wel mensen beter informeren over handdoeken leggen bij het zwembad dat dit echt niet kan. We zitten toch wel met een geselecteerd publiek in dit hotel ,ik vind dit eerlijk gezegd niet netjes. Tot 11.00 lag er niemand maar de handdoeken wel .

Nos gusta todo de este hotel, sobretodo la paz y tranquilidad que se respira, idoneo para descansar y desconectar de todo. La atencion y amabilidad de todos los empleados es impresionantemente buena, hoy en dia se encuentra en muy pocos sitios. Este año hemos repetido y volveremos seguramente en proximas vacaciones.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Tolles Ambiente. Der Service im Hotel und im Restaurant waren erstklassig. Das Essen war schlichtweg fantastisch und bot ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf absolutem Sternenniveau. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Hay muchas cosas a destacar. La amabilidad de todo el personal desde el primer minuto al último. La comida del desayuno y cena es la mejor que hemos probado en un hotel, comparándola con otros de 5 estrellas, no falta un detalle, es muy variada, los postres caseros de calidad, y no se hace repetitivo porque cambia cada día. Para ser agosto, nada en el hotel está masificado; ni la zona de piscina ni el comedor. La playa está a un paso y es muy buena. La habitación es amplia, moderna y limpia. Cama comodísima, balcón amplio igual que el baño que tenía una ducha perfecta. Para terminar, encontramos sitio para aparcar muy cerca del hotel todos los días, no tuvimos que pagar el parking del hotel. Una experiencia formidable.

No encontramos nada negativo. Por poner una pega, la animación nocturna podría ser mejor, y también añadiría algo más durante el día.

Unser Aufenthalt im CM Mallorca Palace war einfach nur perfekt. Es hat alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gepasst. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und top gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig, frisch und lecker. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Staff were brilliant, friendly and only too happy to help. Swimming pool and room facilities were clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a great choice and was well organised. Prices at the bars were very reasonable for this quality of hotel. Highly recommended.

Only negative was people were allowed to "reserve" sun loungers by putting out towels in the morning. Many of them did not actually use these facilities until later in the day. There were always a few spare spots, but I personally don't like this way of doing things.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rundum zufrieden – absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment rundum zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, unser Auto wurde direkt auf den Parkplatz gefahren und man hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und spricht sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Jeder Wunsch wird schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Selbst als uns die Matratzen etwas zu weich waren, wurden sie am nächsten Tag kostenlos ausgetauscht – ein Service, den man heute nur noch selten erlebt. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend! Jeden Tag gibt es abwechslungsreiche Themenabende, von Sushi bis italienischer Küche, und eine riesige Auswahl an frischem Fisch wie Schwertfisch, Hecht oder Dorade. Qualität und Auswahl sind einfach erstklassig. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Hotelmanagement und die Rezeption, die sich Zeit für persönliche Gespräche nehmen und echtes Interesse an ihren Gästen zeigen. Außerdem erhält man tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, den Marktplatz und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist beeindruckend. Für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat, sucht wirklich nach Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Familie Chaaban

Tranquilite Gentillesse du personnel

Piscine trop profonde

Confort, literie de qualité, espace, équipement, décoration, propreté. Piscine superbe, atmosphère calme et détendue, Salle de gym et espace spa disponibles jusque tard, le tout entretenu et propreté irréprochable. Demi-pension de qualité, fraicheur, Viandes et produits de la mer à la plancha savoureux, cuisson à la demande. Desserts gourmands et généreux,. La restauration est un parfait équilibre entre qualité, saveurs et visuels. Soirées animées par des chanteurs correspondant au standing de l'hôtel. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et très professionnel. Tous aux petits soins pour nous sans en faire trop. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié Marcela, Sara, Santi au service qui s'activent et sont à l'écoute des clients pour répondre à leurs besoins (voire les anticiper) également la dame de la plancha, un grand merci à eux ! Cet hôtel et son accueil chaleureux a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Majorque.

Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer sind groß, Betten komfortabel, Bad sehr groß, Smart TV sehr groß - Zusatzprogramme möglich.Zimmer waren sehr sauber, als kleines extra gab es eine Korbtasche, die man zum Pool und mit zum Strand nehmen konnte. Kleine Terrasse mit Liegen, Stühlen und Tisch. Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und kleiner Poolbar. Hotelanlage nicht zu riesig, Angebote am Tag und am Abend sehr schön und niveauvoll. Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend, sehr große Auswahl. Es gab zum Abendessen immer frischen Fisch, verschiedene Fleischsorten die man sich frisch braten lassen konnte. Tolle Auswahl an Käse, Salaten und Obst. Zum Frühstück gab es auch eine große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Bohnen, Kartoffeln, etc. und eine große Müslibar bei der man sich viele gesunde Sachen zusammenstellen konnte. Man hatte jederzeit eine große Auswahl an gesundem Essen. Man hatte die Möglichkeit drinnen oder draußen zu sitzen, konnte bei Bedarf auch einen Tisch reservieren.

Am Freitag wurde ein Galaabend angeboten, unter diesem hätte ich mir mehr vorgestellt. Es gab einen zuckersüßen Begrüßungscocktail anstatt ein Glas Cava, was für einen Galaabend passender gewesen wäre. Die Essensauswahl hat sich von der restlichen Woche nicht unterschieden. Man hat Abends von den all inclusive Nachbarhotels das laute Programm gehört, wenn man jedoch die Fenster geschlossen hat, war es nicht hörbar. Man muss wissen, dass man sich hier mitten in einem Touristen Hotspot befindet. Das Hotel grenzt sich sehr von den umliegenden Hoteltempeln ab, aber natürlich bekommt man trotzdem immer was von der Umgebung mit. Das ist jetzt natürlich Kritik auf hohem Niveau und jeder bewertet solche Situationen anders.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Kaffee wurde täglich nachgefüllt. Superior-Zimmer mit eigenen Liegen auf dem Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen. Strand fußläufig erreichbar, viele Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Liegen am Pool bereits am frühen Morgen in typisch deutscher Manier mit Handtüchern reserviert; das Personal hat hier leider nicht eingegriffen. Bügeleisen auf dem Zimmer sehr verkalkt. Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionieren zum Teil nur, wenn das Zimmerlicht brennt, sind jedoch nicht entsprechend beschriftet.

Table débarrassée beaucoup trop vite. Réservation des transats le matin à la piscine par les clients… Manque des prises électriques auprès du lit, pas pratique. Pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre (on est quand même dans un 5*****)

El alojamiento es muy bonito , muy bien ubicado y con un personal amable .Las instalaciones están muy limpias , nos dieron un capazo al llegar para llevar las toallas que es todo un detalle . En cuanto a la comida , es buena con productos de calidad . El horario eso sí , enfocado más al cliente extranjero .

Por ponerle un pero , la animación durante el día me pareció escasa . Un ratito de Aquagym con la música tan bajita que ni te animaba … pero dicho esto , es un hotel que busca la tranquilidad y seguro que es por eso . También , hacían yoga y pilates alguna mañana .

Staff were fantastic. All great in this hotel from food to people and facilities. Only 1 issue was subbed and waking up to all beds with towels and no one on them ! You must sort this as I should not have to fight for a bed I. This type of facility at this level.

A needs were a big challenge and woke at 8 to find them all taken with towels but none sitting on them. Every day is a challenge and not something you expect for this quality facility. Everything go else is of a very high standard

The staff were fantastic, the facilities were terrific and the food in the restaurant was absolutely five star.

The only thing I would give a negative comment about, is the practice of hotel guests putting their towels on the sunbeds at 6.30-7.30 in the morning. It’s a pathetic practice that is solely down to guests who do it, which only forces other guests to do it to get a bed, but a hotel of this rating, should have a policy that stops this practice. It ruins the hotel vibe.

Hoe ontbijt was super, heel uitgebreid en alles was heel lekker, ook veel variatie en iedere dag andere extraatjes. Personeel aan de receptie waren enorm vriendelijk, ook de hardwerkende mensen in het restaurant waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goeie ligging op wandelafstand van de vele winkeltjes en van het strand.

De warme maaltijden van het avondbuffet vonden we wat tegenvallen, de desserts daarentegen waren ongezien lekker. De snackkaart aan de poolbar viel tegen. Cocktails werden altijd anders bereid door de verschillende mensen waardoor je steeds een andere cocktail kreeg maar wel dezelfde bestelde, en niet met vers fruit, wat je van dit hotel wel zou verwachten. (Zoals bijvoorbeeld de strawberry daiquiri)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer als Terrasse - und daher guten Zugang zum Pool mit Liegen. Die Begrüßung und die Freundlichkeit war einfach nur gut, Entertainment auch an 3 Abenden gut. Die Pools sind fantastisch und wirklich das man erwartet

Das Buffet am Abend war gut aber könnte besser sein. Die Umgebung - ehrlich das ist keine Reise wert. Das Hotel liegt in der zweiten Reihe und einen Grund zum Stand zu gehen sehe ich nicht. Die Getränke sind preislich schon am oberen Rand aber noch vertretbar. Das Spezialitätenrestaurant ist sein Geld nicht wert, da gibt es ein oder zwei sehr gute Restaurants direkt am Stand

Tout le personnel est attentif à votre confort et sont super chaleureux. La piscine extérieur est superbe pour se rafraichir. Les repas (matin et soir) sont assez variés et pour ce qui est des desserts régalade assurée. Je recommande pour les séjours à 2, cette établissement est top.

Les boissons payantes le soir au repas est un petit point négatif et le confort du lit est ok mais peut être mieux

Von Österreichischen 5* schon weiter entfernt aber grundsätzlich solide in der Nebensaison. Garten schön angelegt und Tennisplätze direkt daneben. Frühstück und a la carte Restaurant waren top.

Essen vom Buffetrestaurent war keine 5* aber trotzdem ok für Preis/Leistung

- Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen (vor allem für Fisch- und Fleischesser und esserinnen) - Gesamter Check-in (Informationen, Willkommensdrink) - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Pool- und Gartenanlage - Das Hotel als kleine Oase in Mitten der Touristenmassen

- Geruch im Zimmer (abgestandener Zigarettenrauch und alte Möbel) - In die Jahre gekommene Möbel im Zimmer - ständige Musik beim Essen - Reservation der Liegen am Pool durch andere Gäste (noch vor dem Frühstück!), die dann über Stunden nicht genutzt werden. Dadurch wenig Platzwahl, wenn man da nicht mitmacht. Müsste vom Hotel dringend reguliert bzw. verboten werden - Etwas störender Lärm der lauten Lüftung der riesigen Nachbarhotels

Funcionários muito simpáticos. Pequeno-almoço e jantar muito bons, com várias opções, menu variado todos os dias. Hotel muito bem cuidado, quartos limpos, espaço exterior (piscina e jardins) bem cuidados. Muito perto da praia. O estacionamento é pago mas existe estacionamento gratuito na rua.

Não é propriamente um ponto negativo mas de acordo com a excelente qualidade do hotel o ginásio poderia ser um bocadinho maior.

Jedyny mankament to hałas agregatów klimatyzacyjnych z hotelu Hipotels po drugiej stronie ulicy, aczkolwiek nie jest to wina hotelu.

Muito bom atendimento de todo o staff sempre disponiveis a ajudar. O hotel é bastante confortável, funcional, com um bom swrvico de restauração.

The hotel is one of the best we have experienced. Everything is professional and all of the staff are incredible, happy, helpful and smiling. The gardens and pool are like a paradise.The restaurants and food are of a high standard.

Les regalamos a mis padres por su aniversario de boda y quedaron encantados, especialmente por el personal que fue un encanto ! Seguid así !

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Dinner is usually great with lots of options and variety, particularly gala night .

There were a few small issues / details that should be adressed. - the mattress cover that is used for children to prevent “accidents” is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and serves no purpose. - the cleaning of the rooms was done rushed, one of the cleaners even apologised as they had not left towels nor coffee nor soap and she just said they had too much work and had no time. - pool closing at 6 pm , with plenty if sunlight is a bit too soon, should stay open until 19:30 or 20:00 during the summer months.

The hotel offered a really good choice of food both for the breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very hard working , friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble . The room exceeded expectations it was large and had plenty of storage , furniture and a fabulous shower. I was very pleased with the condition the hotel was kept in , it was spotless. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and I did book a Spa treatment using the discount voucher given on arrival, which again was delivered very professionally. Overall it was a very enjoyable and satisfying stay because of all the above.

The only couple of niggles was the fact that although it was a 5 star hotel you did not include a bathrobe as a given as other 5 star hotels do but wanted extra payment for one and there were no tissues on offer in the bathroom .

Publikum - Wellnessbereich ist nicht wirklich gut I

It was a clean place at a great location near a lovely beach. It was quiet and peaceful with well kept pool and amnesties. It was next to the bus stop with access to Majorca town.

We had the half board and the food was really not great! We mentioned it to the hotel and the manager came and spoke to us which was a nice gesture. I’d book it without the board if I wanted to go again.

Tout était super ! Hôtel idéalement situé, repos total et prestations.de qualité. Merci à tout le personnel à l'accueil ( Alvaro, Jenny, Monica), en cuisine (repas matin et soir tres bons) , aux serveurs d'une grande gentillesse ( Santi, Vanessa etc..), propreté des locaux, qualité des animations le soir. Vraiment on a passé un séjouŕ super et reposant avec deux piscines, bar etc...on a hate de revenir merci à toutes et tous.

Sofort beim Check-inn Nachfrage nach Intoleranzen/Allergien auf Lebensmittel. Nach 1. Nacht problemloser Austausch von für uns zu weicher Matratze zu einer härteren. Absolut TOP Service innerhalb von 20 Minuten erledigt, hervorragende Koordination zwischen Rezeption, Hausmeister und dem Cleaning Service. Parken am Hotel für 10€/Nacht. Frühstücksbuffet wunderbar, bestellte Kaffeespezialitäten hervorragend.

Fitnessbereich nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

Location, cleanliness, great buffet options and super helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Beds were not comfortable and the mattress protector was made of nylon which made a lot of noise. A better noise insulation of the rooms will be a plus.

Clean hotel with excellent food. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Lots of little extras freebies IF you book with the hotel direct. Cleaners were great (Kenia in particular)!

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias, la terraza con vistas a la piscina muy agradable. Tanto el bufete como el gastrobar son muy buenos y abundantes. Nos gustaría agradecer a Miguel, Martina, Sara, Abdel y German el trato recibido, su profesionalidad y su simpatía, que hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia.

Lo único que no echamos a faltar fueron toalleros.

Manque d organisation du grill lors du diner et du petit dejeuner : il faut faire la queue car tout est cuit au dernier moment ! De quoi decourager certains clients.. C est dommage !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und respektvoll. Die Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren sehr schön angerichtet, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker!

Im Wellnessbereich war der Dampfbad nicht schön. Wirkte runtergekommen und ungepflegt.

4 night stay in the CM Mallorca Palace. The welcoming on arrival with free drinks whilst we were checked in was a lovely touch. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and could not find a fault with anything. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and make you feel very welcoming. Upon arrival we upgraded to half board which didn’t disappoint as there was plenty of food to choose from, all prepared to a very high quality. This hotel is definitely recommended to stay at. Everything you except when booking a quality 5 star hotel. Thanks for having us.

Traumhaftes Hotel mit unglaublichem Essen! Frühstück und Abendessen waren eine 10/10. Das Personal war so freundlich und zuvorkommend, bereits beim Empfang. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Toller Wellness- und Poolbereich, super Spa Öffnungszeiten und sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym (für ein Hotel).

Die Lage ist nicht ganz so top. Der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht der schönste von Mallorca, man benötigt bestenfalls einen Mietwagen.

Frühstück war super, abwechslungsreich und alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir haben für 4 Tage das Abendessen hinzugebucht, das war die beste Idee, denn das Essen war einfach mega. Preis/Leistung überragend. 5 Sterne sind für dieses Hotel absolut richtig. Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals/der Angestellten ebenfalls top, richtig motiviert. Man sieht hier das dies auch im Umgang untereinander gelebt wird; wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, nah zum Strand, nah zum Fahrradladen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich nebenan, Geschäfte/Läden ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einem seperaten Raum abstellen. Also alles in allem Super :) ... und natürlich hatten wir auch tolles Wetter
