Hotel Zara Milano

The location is perfect, close to the metro. The breakfast is very good. The whole staff is very friendly and simpático. It was a very pleasant stay there.

Amazing staff, very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The location isn't in the very center, but the metro is right across the street, and the famous Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest) towers are very close by.

The room was fairly small, but everything else was well organized.

They prepared stuff for me, gluten and lactose free products. Room was great but bathroom can be improved, like more hooks and place to put makeup and toiletries.

Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Genel olarak Milano’nun ulaşımını çok karışık buldum. Ama otel sarı ve mor metro hattı Zara duraklarının neredeyse önünde. Duomoya ve Havaalanlarına giden otobüslerin kalktığı Centrale FS durağına ulaşım kolay. Yakınlarında yemek yenebilecek mekanlar da var. Kahvaltısı da oldukça zengindi. Hem resepsiyon görevlileri hem kahvaltıda görevli kişiler çok güleryüzlü idi.

Tek kişilik oda biraz küçüktü. Özellikle duş yeri çok dardı. Yan odadan banyodan çok ses geliyordu

Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sur route sont un peu bruyantes et l'on entend le passage de chaque tramway.

Le personnel a été très agréable. L'hôtel est situé près d'une station de métro desservant le centre le Milan

La chambre était située au niveau -1 c'est a dire à côté des garages. La fenêtre donnait au niveau des garages couverts sans aucune vue. La chambre sentait l'humidité. Il n'est absolument pas normal de vendre une chambre qui s'apparente davantage à un garage. Très mal insonorisé puisque nous entendions le métro ainsi que tous les faits et gestes de nos voisins de chambres ou ceux situés au dessus. Le petit déjeuner laisse a désirer. Le prix est cher payé pour une telle nuitée.

Goed te bereiken met de auto. Elke werknemer is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert snel op vragen. Het hotel ligt wat buiten het centrum maar vlak naast een metrohalte.

We zaten langs de kan van de straat waardoor er wel wat lawaai was. Met oordoppen goed te doen

Very convenient location, just a few steps away from the metro station Zara. Single room is small but practical. Staff members were always really friendly and took care about everything needed. Different stores are nearby and also a pharmacy.

Nice location, hotel clean and the staff is also nice

Staff was friendly and helpful. 2 minutes from metro station, in 6 minutes you can arrive to Milano central station and in 12 to the duomo . Also pretty close to the airport ( Malpensa ) Room was clean and comfy . Big TV and big bathroom. Perfect value.

We didn't know how to use the AC and sometimes it was really cold but we could turn it on and off so it wasn't really a problem in the end . Just be aware the train and tram is on the same street so expect to hear it often . From 1 am till 5 am usually there's no noise .

Tutto ottimo, in primis la gentilezza del personale (sia reception che la signora della sala colazioni). Hotel in posizione comodissima, si dorme bene, è pulito ed è dotato di tutti i confort. La colazione è davvero ottima, e questo è davvero raro in hotel che non siano 4/5 stelle. Mi è dispiaciuto restare solo una notte, tornerò sicuramente!

Cómo y moderno, con recepción 24 horas y cogiendo el Metro a unas 5 estaciones del Centro y la parte más turística de Milán (Duomo y alrededores). El desayuno (incluído) completo y suficiente para empezar con energías la jornada.

El barrio donde estaba que era una zona un tanto deprimida y alejada de los puntos turísticos. Lo bueno, que no estaba lejos (a 20/30 minutos andando) de las dos principales estaciones de tren de la ciudad.

Świetna lokalizacja obok metra. Okolica bardzo klimatyczna, spokojna. Pokoje wygodne i dostarczają wszystkiego czego potrzeba. Śniadania włoskie - na słodko. Dla mnie to nie problem. Jedyny minus to hotel sąsiaduje z linia tramwajowa, czasem słychać i czuć przejeżdżający tramwaj (zwłaszcza te stare składy)

Odalar çok temizdi, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Ben normalde üç gün için kalacaktım ancak o kadar beğendim ki tatilimi uzatmaya karar verdim. Kendimi adeta evde gibi hissettim

Solo una notte! Troppo poco per giudicare, ma non ci sono Stati problemi.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, metró 2 perc sétára, éttermek-bárok szintén pár perc sétával megközelíthetőek. Felszereltségben, személyzetben, kényelemben teljesen jó. Finom volt a reggeli is, főleg édesebb opciókat kínáltak, de mindig volt pl. gyümölcs is.

Es gibt einen Parkplatz, auf dem das Auto augenscheinlich sicher geparkt war.

Die Klimaanlage hat alle paar Minuten so laut gerattert, dass wir uns entschieden haben, die Fenster zu öffnen statt die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen. Obwohl unser Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet war, war es nachts extrem laut. Es gingen jede halbe Stunde Auto-Alarmanlagen, rasende Motorräder oder die Straßenbahn, die das ganze Gebäude erschütterte. Unsere Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Rom war überhaupt nicht erholsam. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Der Kaffee war gut, Aber die Auswahl an Essen war sehr gering. Der Parkplatz kostete für unseren SUV pro Nacht 30€! Noch dazu war das Parken eng, aber machbar. Wir wollten uns Mailand auf unserer Durchfahrt nach Rom anschauen. Leider war die Übernachtung in dem Hotel so wenig erholsam, dass wir auf Mailand nur noch wenig Lust hatten. Ich kann dieses Hotel ehrlich gesagt nicht empfehlen. Auch ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre eine Zumutung.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Zara. Accueil très chaleureux. En pleine canicule, la climatisation et les bouteilles d'eau offertes dans le frigo sont très appréciables. Excellent rapport qualité prix, chambre confortable et spacieuse, propreté irréprochable et accès par un petit ascenseur. Petit déjeuner simple proposant tout de même assez de choix que l'on préfère le café ou le thé, le sucré ou le salé et les fruits.

Le parking était cher et étroit (25€ par jour) et le stationnement compliqué (places réservées aux résidents ou payantes). Le son de la télévision au petit déjeuner était un peu fort. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la télécommande de la télévision mais ce n'est pas très grave.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The room was quite small, but clean, tidy, and well maintained. You can hear the tram passing by, but it wasn't a problem and didn't disturb our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

La colazione, in termini di scelta, dovrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto per quanto attiene alle opzioni senza glutine. Per il resto, si è trattato di un piacevole soggiorno.

La posizione è eccezionale, super vicino alla metro lilla e strategico per andare ai concerti a San Siro. In più il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Ambienti puliti e personale molto gentile. La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti dalle fermate della metro, perfetta per spostarsi verso il centro e per San Siro. È presente un parcheggio interno (costo di 25€ al giorno). Lo consiglio pienamente!
