Location is wonderful and fit my trip.

Room not as expected. Facility not fully in good condition.

Floor under sofa are dirty and not cleaned even after the sofe was moved to the side. We can still smell cigarette on the non smoking floor

Location is very strategic. Walking distance to mall. Also variety of restaurants nearby. No need to go far to buy things. Parking also okay la can park at the basement. It is connected to Imago mall.

A bit noisy. Maybe because of the hotel location is next to the Imago mall. Plus can hear flight descending down. Also i think the wall is pretty thin. I can hear next room guests singing. They try to do harmony voice but cannot. Their voice is so horrible like a group of frogs calling for rain to fall oh my god.

The location is surrounded by blocks of restaurants and convenience shops. The female Chinese receptionist and the male staffs were friendly and full of smiles.

The female Malay receptionist who received us upon check-in was not welcoming at all. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job in cleaning the room, especially under the beds and by the window. Discovered piles of dust on our second day. Android TV had no channels at all.

My underbed is dusty and not clean when i arrive. The aircon is not cold but bearable. Room is dark and i was charge 5rm per day for a towel. 😅

The location is excellent...very close to Imago Shopping Mall, with plenty of food options and cafes nearby.

However, I booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready upon arrival. We had to wait about 1½ hours because it was still being cleaned. There were also some noticeable differences between the two rooms. In one room, the TV was not working at all, the lighting was very dim, the air conditioning was not cold, and the bed was not very comfortable. In the other room, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked well (I understand it had a new Android TV installed), and the air conditioning was cold. As for cleanliness, I would rate it 2/5, as there is room for improvement. On a positive note, the reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was very excellent next to Imago. The parking was very safe.

The facilities was abit dissappointing such as the bathroom’s ventilation was not working or maybe broken. The ironing board was old and hard to request due to limited supply. The surrounding was noisy during at night due to renovation and maintenance on going which disturbing our sleeping moment.

Its closer to shopping mall and retail shop like orange and 7-11. It also closer to mamak restaurant which is 24hrs open. We move from deluxe room to family room. The family room is amazing. Its clean and quite spacious for a family of 5 The bathroom is spacious as well especially the bathtub tub. We love it.

The deluxe room abit dusty and the bathtub is rusty, my kids didnt want to use the tub. We had to use wet tissue just to wipe the room floors and clean it. Because we keep on sneezing non stop in deluxe room. Then we move to family room. Everything was amazing. I recommend staying in the family room. Its a big difference. However, I was quite disappointed with the bathroom layout. The shower area is see-through, and guests have to pass through the shower and bathroom area, which is separated by transparent glass, in order to access the toilet. For a family room, this design lacks privacy and can be uncomfortable, especially when staying with children or family members. A more private bathroom layout would greatly improve the overall experience. The bathroom door doesn’t have any lock, so it can be open anytime

Its nearby to any shop big and small. Very convenient. Just few steps you can go anywhere closer to imago, closer to 24hr restaurant, closer to 24hr retail shop. Love the location

Its just we have to go through stairs (just some steps) first to get to the elevator. Family like us with kids and big luggage is very challenging. The deluxe room that we checked in was a bit dusty (bcos im sneezing non stop) and the bathtub is kinda rusty and have few mini holes (and its black colour, big contrast with the white colour) and my kids dont want to get in.

Very dusty, stuffy nose every morning due to dust and triggered eczema. Need an upgrade of the room. wall paper all torn out. The bathtub needs to change. I don't dare to use it.

Stay for 3 nights. Family room. 2 adults 1 kid 7yo Spend almost Rm$1500 Dirty dusty sink , microwave not functioning, dirty lol pmmini refrigerator (foul smell) no hair dryer. Night stand not functioning No telephone. The only amenities. 2 Bath towel 2 Tiny soap, 2 tiny shampoo Not even hand soap provided.

Our room choice was replaced due to shortage of water.

- Close to Imago shopping mall. - Spacious room.

- Outdated room. - Some leaked at bathroom ceiling at toilet bowl area. - Relaxing chair need to replaced or fix, cause the spring almost come out and almost felt when trying to close the chair. - My room was 505, beside emergency stair at the corner, then there's a piles of white cloth (blanket/bedsheet). Give me a shocked and surprised. - The bedroom light need to replace cause some not working. - TV need to fix cause flickering. Unable to watch TV.

no dedicated parking. the TV was not working. Very noisy, house keeping room next to our rooms and they were talking very loud. have to wait until the next day to get iron to my room.

i like the location was very close to imago mall, and food vendors are also closed nearby.. for those people having a day transit are very very welcome to join, i believe it is one of the good hotel where groceries, foods are located nearby

i was assign at level 5, the design looks old, the towel need to be replace to a new one.. and i feel like the room is has that haunted vibe.. haha yeah they should renovate it to more modern,because big wooden frame make it more creepy i believe.... AND NO toothbrush and paste!!!

- Parking was not arranged by the hotel (we have to look for the parking enforcer for 30mins) bare in mind were travelling with 2 toddlers - the room was not properly clean. Dust everywhere including hair strands especially underneath the bed (shud have taken of few photos of acummulated dust!) - during our stay there were men at work next door / next to our room the sound was loud with sounds of drilling, nailing u name it up until 1am!! Made our complain everyday. - aircond was not serviced and maintain regularly as water dripped from the aircond - tv dint have anyting to watch and it just shows no channel at all - late night around 10pm, we call for asking to have bottles of water as we dint ask for our room to be make up during our stay, the hotel says "store locked and housekeeper already went home"

The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago.

1. The toilet was so small. Since they separate the shower and the toilet with the glass...the toilet became so small. its tiny. 2. The view....bad. It was suppose the street view but what i got was the back shop view. 3. The socket was not functioning. Sad. Should i recommend this type of room especially room no 307 to anyone? NOPE. Dont ever want this room number... avoid it at all cost or you will be in pain using the toilet.

Rooms nothing like pictures shown on the website. Completely run down and old. Towels worn and dirty, with an air conditioning system that wouldn't shut off. Other hotels in the same area for the same or less price in better condition.

I was on a business trip on 1 Oct 2019. Everything was fine. Location is good room is clean. Just poor WiFi at my room that's the most I need and the problem wasn't solved in the end And the ironing board was dirty placed outside my room.

Next to Imago Shopping mall. Many options to eats. Nearby self laundry shop. Worn out furniture. Too much dust causing uncomfortable nose. If stayed longer, can lead to fever. No free internet connection.

overall a good hotel. near to imago shopping mall and the staff were friendly. wifi was the poorest as i cannot even login. but everything else is just good. bathroom was a bit small but the heater is nice.

Overall good with friendly staff, the room is spacious, clean toilet and good locations for reasonable price. Would give better rating if not for the smell of the room (but not too bad) and more welcoming hallway.

Made a last minute booking for a one night stay. Location Not too far from KK Airport; approximately 10 minutes. Hotel is located next to the IMAGO mall. So food is easy during 10am - 10pm. Also there are several restaurants around the hotel. The hotel Arrived in late noon. Check in was fast; yet you need to pay deposit MYR50.00. Got the room on the 5th floor. The room Entry to the room is located outside the hotel. Safety? Questionable i guess. The room is on the 5th floor; got a room facing another building. So no view. Room layout is ok; pretty big for budget range hotel. All seems to be in order. Limited TV channel. Lighting is OK. Toilet layout is OK too. Overall; this place is OK if you dont have expectation. Also moving around is easy via GRAB.

THE GOOD: Right across the street from Imago Mall Hotel TV has Astro Supersports 3 (ASSP3) so if you might get to watch your EPL team play Room has minifridge. THE BAD: Hotel only lets you check in a 2 pm regardless of whether any room happens to be ready before then. Counter staff should at least open their mouth about "registration" which can be done before 2 pm - it will expedite check in later on! Hotel adamantly insists on providing only 1 key card. If you need to get in while you room mate is out with the card, they will ask housekeeping to it open for you. Not great security-wise. Hotel lift is actually outside the hotel lobby and so in theory is open to the public. Also, a small flight of steps lead up to it, which isn't great if you have heavy luggage. Hotel's (free) wifi is hopeless. You're connected but there's no internet access! They are always "fixing the problem"

I've been to this hotel several times. I liked the interior and the fact that it was located next to Imago. Staff was not friendly and served with a smirk. Perhaps it was because we were locals. Their shower was not working properly and no matter how long we tried to find a sweet spot, it came out scalding hot. I ended up not showering. We checked out and informed nicely that the shower seems to have an issue and the reception shouted to another staff regarding the issue. I no longer want to revisit the establishment.

The room we get is super hot , air conditioning not functioning well , but the front desk n rearrange another room for us and very good service .

Nice hotel

Location is good but everything else Is really bad — dirty, noisy (outside the door and overhead with planes flying past), poor wifi, tv won’t come on, help on wifi didn’t come after reception said they would, etc.
