We had an unfortunate situation when our room flooded around midnight one night. We had to change rooms after the front desk determined they needed a plumber. This was handled very poorly in my opinion. Compensation was a free breakfast. I asked if we could sleep in the new inferior room that night and return to our room once the plumber had completed the work so we didn’t have to pack all of our belongings. I was told that was not possible, despite the new room being 3 floors lower with more road noise, a safe that didn’t work and no coffee maker. Very disappointing
