تجربة جيدة جداً كعادة فنادق مجموعة راديسون اي حاجة هم فيها بالتاكيد تخش مغمض فيما يخص النظافة والاكل. الموظفين الأتراك خدومين جدا وعندهم فرع استاربكس كافيه بخدمه جيدة.

عيب هذا الفرع للفندق انه في الجانب الآسيوي بعيد جدا من كل المزارات السياحية والمعالم والأسواق . كنت مع العائلة لذلك باخد تكاسي فقط وأقل تاكسي ومتوسط اسعار التاكسي 1000 -2000 ليرة لذلك انصح لو في فرع تاني .

Номера просторные, сын поступил в Университет, гостиница прям рядом, что очень удобно, в номере имеются все удобства, вплоть до утюга. Чисто и уютно, вкусные завтраки.

Персонал на ресепшене не очень приветливый. Но вот девушка уборщица очень приятная, убирает бесшумно и очень профессионально.

Барлық жағынан ұнады. Рақмет барша осы қонақ үйде жұмыс жасап жатқан жандарға. Тазалық, кухнясы, күтіп алуы, жалпы қызмет көрсету жоғары деңгейде. Алғысымыз шексіз

Her şey üst düzeydeydi. Tüm otel personeline teşekkürlerimizi sunmak isteriz. Karşılama, temizlik ve yemekler; hepsi mükemmeldi

Amcam için yaptığım rezervasyonda kendilerine çok yardımcı olunduğu için teşekkür ederim amcam İstanbula yabancı olduğunu anlayıp gece vakti kendisinin önemsiz sigara ihtiyacı bile karşılanmış özellikle mahmut bey veya Muhammet bey e teşekkür etti kendisinin adından emin değilmiş ama kendilerine ekstra teşekkür ederim misafirlerime uzakta olmama rağmen çok iyi davranilmis

При бронировании оплата завтрака дополнительно на месте указывалась 10$,на месте это стоило 20€

The only positive aspect was the easy transportation.

We checked in late around 9:30 PM and immediately sat at the restaurant. It took the waiter 20 minutes just to come to our table, only to tell us that the kitchen closes at 10:00 PM and they couldn't serve us anything. We were too exhausted to go out and had to sleep on an empty stomach. Furthermore, we explicitly requested a large bed, but they just pushed two twin beds together instead. There was an incredibly uncomfortable gap right in the middle, and we couldn't get any proper rest. This place is overpriced and completely fails to deliver basic hospitality. I do not recommend it at all.

Micul dejun este bogat si variat, cuprinde o multitudine de fructe si legume proaspete, alimente proaspete si sanatoase si deserturi delicioase. De asemenea portiile sunt generoase si mancarea foarte buna chiar si la restaurantul a la carte din cadrul hotelului. Camerele sunt spatioase, amenajate elegant, iar paturile sunt confortabile. Am beneficiat si de serviciile de sauna, hammam si sala de fitness, toate sunt dotate corespunzator pentru a petrece in mod placut timpul liber. Personalul de la receptie este foarte amabil si comunicativ.

Hotelul este situat departe de obiectivele turistice, avand in vedere traficul aglomerat din Istanbul.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann für einen Aufpreis von 16 € pro Tag dazugebucht werden – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut, es war frisch und lecker. Ein großes Lob geht an die sehr netten Mitarbeiter, die immer hilfsbereit waren.

フロントスタッフが親切だった。急遽１日前からの宿泊希望となったが、即座に対応いただいた上に、部屋もアップグレードされていた。居室は快適で広すぎるくらいだった。朝食も品数が豊富で、３泊したが毎日楽しむことができた。タクシーの手配も迅速で、現地での移動にも困らなかった。

After driving all the way from the UK and crossing the Turkish border, we headed straight to the Park Inn Istanbul. We were greeted by Muhammed, whose friendly and professional energy was exactly what we needed. He looked after us from the moment we arrived until we were settled, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the hotel. We also want to give a special mention to Mahmut, who was a standout presence and clearly a key part of the team. He ensured everything was running perfectly and contributed to the high standard of service we received. All the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautifully clean. We are super happy and would highly recommend!

Location : far enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Istanbul but still close enough to enjoy it . Staff : the wonderful team and their energy (thank you Mahmut , Muhamed and the smiley ladies at reception and serving at the lobby)

An der Rezeption spricht man nur sehr schlecht Englisch

Las instalaciones modernas , bien decoradas y habitaciones amplias con buen baño. Desayuno fantástico y cena de calidad a precio inmejorable. Tanto el personal de recepción, Yusuf, como la persona que me acompañó hasta la habitación, Muhammed, fueron súper atentos y profesionales. En resumen, un muy buen hotel, aunque no tiene una localización turística, cosa que yo tampoco buscaba.

Profesjonalnie działający hotel niedaleko zjazdu z autostrady. Piechotą do dobrego, lokalnego Kebapa. Przestronny, wygodny, czysty pokój. Czajnik. Lodówka. Duże łóżko. Miejsca parkingowe przed hotelem. Śniadania z doskonałym wyborem. Anglojezyczna obsługa.

Puste ściany w pokoju, aż proszą się o powieszenie jakiegoś obrazu, zdjęcia. Nadania mu charakteru i klimatu. Kawa na śniadaniu niesmaczna. Jakiś miks kawy rozpuszczalnej z cukrem. Fuj.

Personalul de la recepție și de la restaurant este foarte amabil și receptiv, am comunicat foarte bine. Micul dejun este variat, totul este proaspăt si foarte gustos; am apreciat in mod deosebit varietatea de fructe proaspete si faptul ca omleta putea fi pregătită la cerere si in prezența oaspeților. Mâncarea pe care am servit-o la restaurantul à-la-carte al hotelului a fost delicioasa iar porțiile sunt generoase. Camerele sunt spațioase si luminoase. Vom alege acest hotel ori de câte ori vom reveni in Istanbul pentru ca oferă servicii la un nivel superior față de alte hoteluri la care ne-am cazat in zonă.

Este cel mai bun hotel la care am stat in Istanbul! Este a treia oară cand am ales acest hotel, pentru că ofera servicii la un nivel superior celorlalte hoteluri la care am stat in Istanbul. Meniul de la micul dejun este variat, mâncarea este proaspătă. De asemenea, am servit masa la restaurantul à-la-carte, au multe opțiuni de meniu, totul a fost preparat repede, cu ingrediente proaspete si a fost delicioasă. Persoanele de la recepție sunt foarte amabile, zâmbitoare și comunicative. Camerele sunt foarte curate si amenajate cu bun gust. Am avut parte si de o gustare in camera, din partea hotelului, cand ne-am cazat seara târziu.

Otelin konumu oldukça avantajlıydı, ulaşım açısından rahat ettim. Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı, yataklar konforluydu. Personel ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Genel olarak tesis düzenli ve sessizdi, konaklama sürecinde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

It is practical hotel that you can find best in Kavacik. The room were okay to spend couple of days. They provided towels everyday and clean the room. The room size is very good and bed were comfortable.

While we were taking shower, water comes out from the shower cabin. We had to clean the water everytime we took a shower. The windows are very poor - you hear all noise from traffic. I don't know why they did not put any noise cancelling windows.

W toalecie śmierdziało moczem a w pokoju papierosami. Później w recepcji powiedzieli mi że dwa lata temu było to Polo dla palących i że pokój nie przeszedł remontu i serwisu wentylacji. Na drugi dzień zmieniono mi pokój i wszystko było ok
