Reviewed Sep 16, 2026It’s in a good location to get to places quickly. I stayed in the penthouse with the pool and the idea of the room was unique.
Unfortunately the penthouse smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom fan rattled really loudly which made sleeping really uncomfortable as there was no way to turn it off. I also felt like the pool area could’ve been cleaner particularly the tiles. We also were NOT informed to prebook breakfast so when we wanted to get breakfast before our flight we were not able to, therefore went hungry.

La chambre n’avait pas vraiment de fenêtre , donc aucune lumière naturelle le matin, ce qui rend difficile de se remettre du décalage horaire. L’hôtel est légèrement bruillant, c’est à dire que le bruit ne vient pas de la ville mais des installations de l’hôtel.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Konumu çok güzel. Odalar gayet geniş. İstenilen olanaklara sahip. Özellikle kahvaltısı kültürel anlamda farklı olsada hazırlayan hanım efendi son derece kibar ve ilgili. Ona ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim.
Resepsiyondaki kişiler güler yüzlü değil. Fazla direktler ve iletişimi minimumda tutuyorlar.

It advertised as family friendly with a family room 3 story penthouse, but the second floor has a stripper dance cage along with an open door frame that people can easily fall off of with no guard rails, no safety nets, and no safety measures at all. Just a straight free fall onto the first floor. A fall from that height could result in death or at the very least getting severely injured for anyone especially young children and toddlers. The pictures for the hotel penthouse are very misleading. I expected a white spacious room with an open pool area, and we got a dark room with a cage and a huge safety hazard area with a pool that’s nothing like what was shown in the picture. Only after I brought the cage to their attention did they change their pictures to portray what the room actually looks like. We booked for a family of 5 and they only had one bed available and placed two mats on each side for additional “beds”. The mats were soiled and covered with only a flat sheet. The biggest issue was the dangerous open free fall zone and the hotel staff’s disregard for the safety of the families staying in that room. I asked to cancel our stay because we didn’t feel safe having our kids stay in a room like that. Their response was that there’s nothing wrong with the room and nothing they can do for us and claiming that they’ve never had an accident happen. Just because you got lucky with nobody getting hurt so far, doesn’t make this a safe space. This area is just an accident waiting to happen and I’m not willing to let my kids be the first accident. They weren’t giving us a solution or any other options. The female staff just kept repeating there was nothing she can do at the moment because the manager wasn’t on site and he wouldn’t be coming in until the next day. So since she wasn’t giving me any other choice, I asked if my kids accidentally fell while staying in that room are they going to take responsibility for it.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Our room was very spacious like ma dream house. One of the best hotel room I have ever been in. Fresh cooked breakfast every morning. I don't know the hotel is just 3 stars. With some little tweaks it should be 4/5 stars.
The floor wall papers are too much. Something simple and classy will be great. And a bigger lift would very helpful.

If anything it was only the small thing of not having a waste disposal in the food eating area which guests could access but other than that, it was a pretty positive stay!

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Sehr schöne Ausstattung, jedes Zimmer ist anders. Tolle Betten! Super großzügige Badezimmer, riesige Dusche. Für mich war die Lage vom Hotel perfekt. Übrigens habe ich mein Zimmer in der Zeit gewechselt, was kein Problem war und sofort gemacht wurde. Also der Service ist hervorragend.
Es gab keine Früchte oder Blumen oder andere Kleinigkeiten wie eine Postkarte oder ähnliches im Zimmer.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025På rummet finns en vattenkokare och några få tepåsar. Fina produkter i duschutrymmet som för övrigt var mycket vackert. Gott om kaféer, bagerier och enklare restauranger i området. Det är ett enkelt hotell men ändå ett bra sådant.
Tyvärr kan man inte få frukost på hotellet. Man tillhandahöll inget kaffe bara tepåsar. Lite snålt.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025芸術の殿堂に一番近いホテルだと思い予約しました。 実際に徒歩でコンサートに行けたのでその点では最高です。しかし、受付のあたりがとても暗かったのでなんとなくもしかしたらこのホテルはラブホテルだったのかもしれないな、と思いました。 周辺にはお店もたくさんあり、駅も近いので立地はとてもいいと思います。

Something was off. Looked better in pictures but in person the space was worn and not very well maintained. Ripped furniture, dirty wallpaper in hallway, very few amenities and a thick blackout curtain that didn’t open fully. View was advertised but the window opened up to a backside of a building. Booking.com price also seemed higher than what’s listed elsewhere online.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024皆さまの口コミ通りラブホテルでした。一人なので気になりませんでしたが、部屋は広くてベッドも快適でした。ただ一つ残念なのが洗面台が小さ過ぎて顔を洗ったら水が足元に落ちてきます。部屋もいろいろなタイプがあるみたいなので、次回は洗面台が大きくて浴槽のある部屋がいいと思いました。

There is a window in the room, but when you open it, the wall of the next building is right on your face. That makes it difficult to wake up in the morning.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2024Beautiful hotel with up-to-date facilities although no breakfast. Everything you need is in there. Very modern and nicely decorated. Lobby a little dark as first impression due to black paint but it gives a romantic vibe. Location near Seoul edu university, cafes and restaurants. Around 5-10mins walk to nearest metro nambu bus terminal. Free system based parking.
Sound proofing - heard some "noises" quite late at night probably the customer forgot to close the windows 😆. Also can hear heavy footsteps people walking occasionally from above.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2024Great stay. Beautiful room. Lots of fun due to 24/7 access to the pool and jacuzzi. The only con is that there is an amazing stereo that has magnificent sound. When we play it, we always get complaints and get asked to lower it a lot. I feel it is meant to be there to be played loud, it compliments the pool vibe along with some wine.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2024立地とお値段でよく見ず予約したのですが、作り的に完全にラブホでしたwベットサイドにゴムも置いてあります。 ホテルズドットコムではスノーホテルという名前ですが、ホテルの看板にはHotel小雪と書いてありますし、他サイトだとブティックホテルと記載があるサイトもあります。ブティックホテル＝ラブホなのかはよく分かりませんが…。近隣にも同じような作りのホテルがいくつかあったので、そういう地域なのかもしれません。 地下鉄3号線の南部ターミナル駅から近く、周りにはコンビニ、飲食店等もあります。 ホテルにはありませんが、近くのコンビニCUがあるビルの1階にコインランドリーがあります。洗濯には5百ウォン硬貨×10枚必要でしたが両替機はなかったので、CUのおじさんに頼んで両替して貰えました。 私が泊まった部屋は広さは充分でしたが、デザイン重視の作りだからか洗面台の洗面ボウルは顔を洗うには適さない為、バスタブ側のシャワーを使いましょう。バスルームは大理石なので濡れるとめちゃめちゃ滑りますので、滑り止めマットの上を歩きましょう。バスルームにドアはありませんが、バスルーム、洗面、トイレスペースとベッドスペースを仕切れるスライド式のドアはあります。玄関を入って目の前のスペースは何の為にあるのか謎でしたが、そこにある窓が唯一の窓です。開けても隣のビルの壁しか見えないので、部屋に居ると外の様子は全くわかりません。 フロントスタッフさんは韓国語か英語しか喋れませんが親切です。 部屋の清掃については昼の13時頃外出する際フロントスタッフに掃除をどうしますかと聞かれたのでお願いしますと行って出掛けましたが、夕方になっても終わっておらず、結局タオルの交換と水の補充だけして貰いました。水は1日3本貰えました。クローゼット内の金庫は壊れていて使えませんでした。着ませんでしたが部屋着もありました。 広さ、立地は良かったですしほぼ寝に帰るだけの短期の観光旅行でしたので私はさほど気になりませんでしたが、リピートはないです。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2024立地とお値段でよく見ず予約したのですが、作り的に完全にラブホテルでしたwベットサイドにコンドームも置いてあります。 ホテルズドットコムではスノーホテルという名前ですが、ホテルの看板にはHotel小雪と書いてありますし、他サイトだとブティックホテルと記載があるサイトもあります。ブティックホテル＝ラブホテルなのかはよく分かりませんが…。近隣にも同じような作りのホテルがいくつかあったので、そういう地域なのかもしれません。 地下鉄3号線の南部ターミナル駅から近く、周りにはコンビニ、飲食店等もあります。 ホテルにはありませんが、近くのコンビニCUがあるビルの1階にコインランドリーがあります。洗濯には500ウォン硬貨×10枚必要でしたが両替機はなかったので、CUのおじさんに頼んで両替して貰えました。 私が泊まった部屋は広さは充分でしたが、デザイン重視の作りだからか洗面台の洗面ボウルは顔を洗うには適さない為、バスタブ側のシャワーを使いましょう。バスルームは大理石なので濡れるとめちゃめちゃ滑りますので、滑り止めマットの上を歩きましょう。バスルームにドアはありませんが、バスルーム、洗面、トイレスペースとベッドスペースを仕切れるスライド式のドアはあります。玄関を入って目の前のスペースは何の為にあるのか謎でしたが、そこにある窓が唯一の窓です。開けても隣のビルの壁しか見えないので、部屋に居ると外の様子は全くわかりません。 フロントスタッフさんは韓国語か英語しか喋れませんが親切です。 部屋の清掃については昼の13時頃外出する際フロントスタッフに掃除をどうしますかと聞かれたのでお願いしますと行って出掛けましたが、夕方になっても終わっておらず、結局タオルの交換と水の補充だけして貰いました。水は1日3本貰えました。クローゼット内の金庫は壊れていて使えませんでした。着ませんでしたが部屋着もありました。 広さ、立地は良かったですしほぼ寝に帰るだけの短期の観光旅行でしたので私はさほど気になりませんでしたが、リピートはないです。
