Poolen borde göras ren varje dag, gjordes inte en endaste gång vi var där, på botten var de mycket smuts.

Very well maintained and nice fresh decor. Wonderful place to chill out around your own pool. We would also highly recommend the cafe as food was fresh & delicious with lots of options.

The hospitality is good with a clean comfortable pool, also feature a nice coffee shop. Recommend to book with breakfast. In room massage is also very convenient.

Everything at this villa was pristine! Clean, tranquil, and peaceful.

Villa propre j’ai vu aucun insecte. J’ai vu uniquement des moustiques et c’est normal comme partout. Personnel gentil souriant. Néanmoins la villa est quand même loin 30 min de patong ( sans compter les bouchons qui peuvent vous bloquer pendant des heures). Il y a vraiment rien de spécial autour il faut prendre un scooter si vous voulez aller plus vite mais au moins c’est calme pas de dérangement durant la nuit. La piscine je n’ai vraiment pas aimé par contre aucun escalier n’est installé et la piscine est profonde cela ressemble plus à un bassin on ne connaît pas les mètres exact de profondeur c’est marqué nulle part franchement pour le prix c’est vraiment dommage car la piscine c’est l’une des raisons principales du choix de cette villa mais bon c’était quand même bien mais pourrait être mieux. La piscine pas agréable super froide.

Piscine sans escaliers et sans marquage des mètres de profondeur ressemble à un bassin. L’emplacement de la villa est vraiment loin pas évident pour les déplacements en taxi et le système de clés et portes pas pratique.

We stayed at this villa during our last trip to Phuket and had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing stay. The private space, peaceful atmosphere, and overall design made it feel like a real home away from home. The staff/host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything easy.

the property was as advertised and met all our expectations the staff were marvelous and very helpful, and the breakfast included was great and diversified

there were no steps or ladders to get into or out of the pool, this was the only downside for both of us.

The room service was good. Everything could be checked via the WhatsApp they provided. Easy to communicate with the staff.

The pool is 1.5m deep, not sure if I missed out in the description but it was too deep for kids. The walkway to other rooms made it abit tough to get to the kids in another room.

Location was close (20 mins) to beaches and 5 mins from SiamSports tennis club.

Facilities such as bathtub and kitchen exhaust fan weren’t functioning. A technician came but not totally fixed.

Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit

There was hardly anything to like about the Property. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The Room sizes were OK but there was hardly any space to keep the Luggage. The Bed was comfortable but very inconvenient because it had 2 vertical posts in the middle of each side, making it difficult to get in or out of the Bed. The Crockery and Cutlery etc had only just 2 Nos of each item, like 2 Cups, 2 Saucers, 2 Dinner Plates, 2 Forks, 2 Knives, 2 Spoons, 2 Glasses, etc. which were barely adequate for 2 persons. The 2 Chairs in the Living Room were OK in size, but they were Rocking Chairs, hence not comfortable to sit in.

There was nothing to like !! Check-in took 2 Hours on 15th September Evening, because the Reception Clerk Mr. Ismael insisted on seeing my Credit Card and Bank Statement to prove that I had paid for the Room in advance, otherwise he would not allow us to Check-in, even though payment had been made through my Credit Card on 25th August itself. On asking him to verify from his own Accounts reg receipt of my payment, he said that his Accounts Office was elsewhere, and he cannot contact them. 15th Sept being a Sunday, I was unable to contact my Bank Branch in Trivandrum. Then the Clerk insisted that I could Check-in ONLY IF I PAY AFRESH through another Credit Card, & that, later, they would refund the earlier payment. All this caused immense humiliation, embarrassment, inconvenience and delay. Somehow, I was able to contact my Bank Manager in India, and he could guide me in locating and displaying my Credit Card / Bank Statement through a Mobile App. Only thereafter, we were allowed to Check-in. I have stayed in Hotels & Villas in 112 Countries over the last 25 years, and THIS STAY WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AND INCONVENIENT OF THE LOT!! There was very limited Room Service from a Part-time Cafe (Origami) on the premises, only from 8 AM to 5 PM, whose Menu did not have any items for Lunch or Dinner (Only Breakfast). THERE WAS NO TELEPHONE OR INTERCOM SYSTEM IN ANY VILLA. Worst of all, THERE WAS NO STAFF IN THE HOTEL FROM 8 PM TO 8 AM except a Caretaker, i.e., throughout the Night. The Furniture & Bed in the Villa were very inconveniently designed. The Mirror in the Toilet was on a different wall at a height of 5 feet, hence my wife could not even see her face. Each Door had 2 halves, of which one was difficult to unlock, so we had to enter sideways through a gap of 13 inches only. There was a bulky set of 3 keys to carry around because they had to be shown for Entry into the premises.

The staff

The electricity went down and there was no water for the 2 straight days because of strong wind and rain. The doors are always shaking during wind, makes it difficult to sleep.

A little hard to find

The villa is very nice, clean and peaceful. There is cleaning service everyday like in a hotel and we don’t have to pay extra for that. The staffs are very helpful and polite.

My only concern is the sun loungers are very uncomfortable and need updating along with patio furniture to allow to enjoy the outside space

Spacious Villa, amazing breakfast at Origami Restaurant, very big pool, beautiful bathroom, good internet and strong AC. Parking infront of the villa. Amazing value for price. We will be back for sure.

No proper entry to the pool, impossible to use for older people. Thin walls to neighbours. No Smart TV, bring your Laptop and HDMI, otherwise you cant really use the TV.

Beautiful villa. You can spend time alone, I really liked it. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were polite and very pleasant.

The villa was really spacious with a large bedroom, living room and bathroom plus a good sized pool. All the staff there were extremely friendly and thoughtful and helped to make our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Well, the only food outlet on site, the Origami Cafe, where breakfast was served (although you could also have it delivered to your villa) was pretty good but it closed at 5pm each day, so if you didn't stock up with supplies, then you had to get to a restaurant for dinner, which was generally fine with us. My only other slight gripe is that the pool was quite deep and there were no real steps for easy entry and exit and this could be problematic for elderly or less mobile guests.

I arranged airport pick up through the property. When we got to the villa, security let us in. The property host spoke with me over the phone and told me about where to have breakfast. The property, itself, was big, clean, and very nice. WiFi worked great. Great place to book!

Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere

Wasn't close to anything important, such as 7-11, and the 4 post bed had a post in the middle of the bed.

Swimming pool is fine. The place is quite good for relaxing. The Cafe is absolutely amazing the food is awesome and the sweet is really good. The staff are amazing when we have a problem with the hot water they came quickly and fix it.

The location is far from the services and the Cafe closes at 5 pm and the room service is closed at 3 pm so we have to communicate with them to clean out villa before 3 pm which is hard for the afternoon person you have to wake up early. Also the staff ends their duty at 8 pm so after that if you have any problem let's say with AC it will be a problem because no one will answer your call Until 8 am which is not good. I would say if you have your own car you will be fine other then that you have to prepare for the night buying all you food or dinner. The ancets are there so don't be afraid of them I would say buy a mosquito spray because you gonna need it.

The privacy, it is very suitable for muslim women who wear hijab, the staff were friendly respectful and quite. Breakfast variety was nice and customizable as per your taste. Cleaning staff are well trained, trustworthy and fast. Appliances are very helpful for people who likes to cook by themselves.

Great place to stay, relatively local to main centres - easy taxi, tuktuk or motorbike ride to wherever you need to be. Amazing staff here - extremely helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay amazing! Rate this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Pool was an additional plus in the heat!

Well managed closed complex of villas. Very good reception service. Available breakfast on-site. Parking lot. Everyday cleaning in villa. Nice private plunger pool and small yard. Mostly quiet neighbouring villas. We were a family of three and are very happy with our 12-days stay in Wings. Reception was very polite and fast in helping us in any way possible to have a pleasant stay. The complex is well serviced by maids and gardeners. Except on one or two occasions, when new clients enjoyed too much and too late the private yards and pools in the neighbouring villas, it was very quiet and you could hear only the sound of crickets and birds in the evenings. I have absolutely no regrets for staying in Wings and would definitely come again. Also, very importantly, the price was very fair for the setup.

Our villa could get some little repairs here and there, but nothing really disturbing to point at. Part of the furniture in the living room could probably be replaced soon for better comfort. Next to the complex's entrance is apparently a temporary living camp of workers, with some garbage and a mix of cars, tents, domestic animals that should not be there.

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I loved all the amenities and facilities at Wings. Most importantly, given that each villa had its own privacy, I loved how quiet the property was; especially when you sit outside or laze by the pool.

The staff were very friendly in particular the cleaning staff were exceptional, cafe staff were friendly with limited English making communications complicated. Good value for money

The property is looking tired however, the owners are undertaking refurbishments at the time. Negatives - pool had no steps or ladder making it impossible for someone with limited mobility to access (not advertised) Shuttle bus advertised but ceased making it difficult to get around without a car. No on-site laundry but included in advertising, cafe advertised hours 0800 -1800 but closed 1700. Need to update guest literature to avoid guest confusion.

Lovely and friendly staffs, valued for money for staying in this property but small tiny cons are no mirror in the main bathroom and odd that having a pole/frame on the side of a bed..

Vi dro dit med yre små barn og de koste seg virkelig i bassenget. Rommene var flott og alt var rent. Vi fikk god hjelp i resepsjonen for det vi trengte. Stedet ligger litt utenfor allfarvei, så man trenger moped eller bruke hotellets shuttlebuss til sentrum

We just took a only one day in the this hotel. However, the room was cozy and realy clean. The morning breakfast meal were served to your room by staff hotel, the taste was quite good and we would say we love everthing here.

Love property very clean ,nice staff at front desk, very helpful, the only thing they took a little long on checking inn since our arrival was late and we were tired we just wanted reat and they took long yo take us to our village

풀빌라 정리나 청소. 조식. 수영장 관리 수준이 가격과 비교했을 때 합리적인 수준이며, 직원들 또한 전반적으로 친절합니다. 5박하였는데 9살6살 두딸과 함께 수영장에서 안전하게 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 주변에 나무가 많아 벌레들이 많이 보이니 실내에선 문을 꼭 닫아주시고, 밖에서 음식을 먹을때는 신속히 치워주어야 벌레가 모이지 않는데 이건 열대기후 공통 특성이라 생각됩니다. 빌라가 체옹탈레 마을에 위치하여 좀 외진곳에 있으니. 자차가 없을 시 불편할 수 있으나, 차만 있다면 10분 내외 거리에도 식당이나 과일가게 로컬마사지샵. 테스코 로투스 등이 입점해있어 많은 시간 투자하지 않고 이동 가능합니다. 공항과는 약 25분 센트랄 푸켓과는 약 30분 빠통비치는 약 35분 찰롱사원부터 라와이비치와는 1시간정도 소요되니 참고하십시요ㅎㅎ

價錢雖然貴有點，但多人住平分後合理。地點較遠，除酒店預訂local tour外，大部分須加錢才肯接送。

Nothing around the area. Very slow check out procedure, unmindful of guests rushing with flight schedules. Worst experience: waiting for checkout clearance as staff check the room with missing item/s, it took more than 15mins, claiming a fruit knife was missing from our room! But we never saw a fruit knife when we got in! Do we have to do stock check before we accept the room?! Crazy

It was great staying this hotel! The staff is really kindness, especially Care and Chompoo. We wanna visit again next year!! Just one thing we want to to do is to set the Bluetooth speaker! Thank you so much.

Villa au top, magnifique rien à dire. Seul bémol c'est qu'il est nécessaire d'être véhiculé ou alors d'emprunter le taxi pour se déplacer. Il propose cependant quand même 3 navettes pour se rendre aux premières nécessités (petite plage, supermarché) Sinon le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins.

Clean, serene villa with well-mannered staff. Could have a few more staff during busy hours of the day. There was however a problem with sewage smells in both bathrooms and that was very unpleasant throughout our stay. We informed the Front Desk staff but I don't think the problem was resolved. ;-(

What a nice villa this is! My partner & i booked a 1 bedroom villa for 4 days 3 nights & it was beautiful! Clean living room & bedroom, nice furnished bathroom & my personal favourite....a private pool just for us! The staffs there are very friendly & helpful & they brought us breakfast every morning without disturbing our sleep. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city but you can easily book a taxi from the reception. But if you're looking for a quiet place to relax with your love ones, this is the place for you. I will definitely come back here for my next trip. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!

If you are staying at this hotel make sure your flights land and you arrive here between 8am - 8pm as reception is only manned at these times meaning a wait to check in should you arrive outside of these hours. However they are polite and kind and very welcoming to guests. Housekeeping is second to none, they even washed our dirty dishes and folded our clothes when we left our place messy. Overall and excellent stay, clean villas, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything worked. Iron TV umbrella Negative point - this villa is very far away from the main beaches and attraction areas. Despite being priced at a good rate for rooms, being so far out meant we had to pay an awful lot for a taxi to get anywhere away from the village where the villas are located. We were often refused rides home from the town drivers as it was to far. This hotel should have more destinations for the shuttle bus not just three and also more times in the day for pickup as the 10-4pm hours were not enough to go out and return to collection points. Food was lovely, our breakfast was always fresh and delivered on time or early and beautifully presented. Tasty and satisfying. Pool clean and lovely.

The villa is located a bit far from the town, where is apart from the noise. Link at the reception and all the staffs are very nice and helpful. The breakfasts are also good. Everything is good here, can enjoy and spend time in the villa

Very good villa for family or group of friend to chill. Spacious, the private pool was great, rooms were clean and comfy. Gecko and small insect did show up but it wasn’t a big problem for me given that there were a lot of trees. One thing that could bother you is that the villa is a bit too far away from those famous night markets. Overall I enjoy the stay and would definitely come again and recommend it to my friends

I broke the shower gel container which is made of clay. Seek the staff for replacement and charges was waived. Environment is overall nice. U can have drinks by the side of the pool.

Highly recommended.. if u rent a car, is better to choose this villa. U can park the car outside your villa. Good service and nice customer services.

I love their pool villa, its big and clean. Every amenities in it. Either you want to chill and eat or just spend time in the pool, its beautiful and cleAn. Their services is excelent. We definitely fell in love with the villa we stayed in.

The environment is peaceful. The facility inside is sufficient. The house is big and pool is clean. The only disadvantage is the location is inconvenient.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking wares and some simple condiments and seasoning. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have no problem going to sleep at night. Air cons worked well. Tub was of good size for two people and shower was strong. Basic amenities in bathroom excwpt toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Highlight was the private pool. Well kept and easy access from all parts of the villa. High level of privacy. Service from all staff was great. Very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was immaculate. Will definitely be back.

自選早餐豐富美味，有專人每天送入房內。Villa 位於郊區，離機場很近，大約25分鐘車程，Villa 寧靜舒服，隔音設備不錯，開車去景點或購物中心大約只需要半個至一個小時，還算方便。員工有禮，面上常掛著笑容。我們一家四人(兩大孩子)三套房，非常寬敞。大家不用爭用洗手間。 其中一間房的冷氣機曾經出現小問題，但工作人員很快便把它修妥，效率很高。 整體來說，這間酒店很適合自駕人士 ，性價比高，值得推薦。

地方寬敞，自成一角，擁有自己的私人泳池，實在太好了，兒子特別喜歡的一間別墅，他每天早上，一起床就去游泳，才吃美味的早餐。美中不足的是地點比較偏遠，一定要自駕，會比較好些。整體評分都好好。

The property is very quiet and the staff from front desk to housekeeping are extremely helpful and friendly.

Villa was located at an isolated and quiet location, guests with own transport are highly recoomended. Breakfast was cold when served every morning and no microwave available to reheat the food. Our 2 bedrooms unit was a bit run down and need some repair work. There is only one small pot and a small pan which were rather old with lots of scratches in the inner section and when we asked for replacement, we were told that there is none available.

第4次入住，房間依舊整潔舒適，員工親切有禮，特別嗚謝前枱職員mang和House keeper 主管jar 的照顧。此獨立屋非常適合一家人渡假，性格比高，唯一要注意是此處較適合自駕遊旅客, 因附近沒有購物地方。

Expensive taxi fare 470 baht for a 2 mins trip to town for meal at restaurant and shopping

The private pool is great, large enough for swimming. Also it is clean, large hotel. You can enjoy whole day inside the villa. Services are also good, you can order meal to the villa and enjoy.

酒店整潔，服務員態度親切，泳池夠大...酒店地點需要自駕出入比較方便，唯一不足是酒店燒烤爐套餐預訂比較麻煩，要下午兩點前確定並只供應晚餐（5:30pm)後，想係酒店燒烤成日落空了，有點失望

地點易找，一定要自駕遊，幾分鐘車程，會有生菓店及大排檔，大型商場就要三十分鐘車程先有！ 員工態度親切，環境非常寧靜，客廳樓底好高，唯獨房間冷氣唔夠凍，如再去布吉會再次入住。
