The breakfast was excellent. The location is very central with many restaurants around. The receptionists are nice especially Quyen is very friendly, helpful and professional. I like her cheerfulness. The room is very clean.

Check in und out zügig und reibungslos. Großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Aufmersame Hilfe mit meinem Gepäck und rufen eines Aufzugs.

Fremde Haare im Bad. "Balkon" eine Unverschämtheit. Hatte schon schmale, aber das war nur ne Brüstung um sicher Fenster zu öffnen. Stehen fehl am Platz. Derzeit Baustelle. War nur 1 Nacht da, aber um 10pm haben sie noch gebaut.

Отличный отель, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, всегда можно обратиться и получить помощь. Номер стильный и современный, очень комфортная и удобная рабочая зона. Быстрый и стабильный wifi. Кровать вообще отдельная радость, словно большое облако, спать на ней было одно удовольствие. Хороший завтрак, каждый день было что-то новое, всегда было из чего выбирать. Отель расположен в деловом районе, со множеством различных магазинов, кафе, ресторанов, ТЦ, хоть и в некотором отдалении от центра, но это абсолютно не портит впечатлений (можно быстро добраться на байк такси), наоборот можно увидеть Ханой с другой стороны. Снова выберу этот отель когда буду в Ханое.

Поставила 9 только из-за того, что в отеле еще не были закончены строительные и отделочные работы и утром можно было проснуться от звуков дрели, которые могли продолжаться в течение дня. Т.к. я работала из номера для меня это было критично, для тех кто в отеле только переночевать это вообще не должно быть проблемой (все работы заканчивались в 17-00). Как только все закончат с отделкой - отель будет 20 из 10.

It’s a bit away from the tourist area.

I was given a newly refurbished room in the adjacent building. I was very happy there, clean, nice people at the reception, price was great.

The bed was okay

My room was pretty much in the middle of the housekeeping department and the local storage. See the photos of the room.next to me, and direct next to my door. Besides that no window at all.

It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manhattan, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended.

Brand new, exceptionally comfortable bed, wonderful staff. Interior room had zero traffic noise.

Construction noise. This would be a 10 star rating, but I was awoken 2 of 3 mornings with noise from workers. Do not stay here until it's finished if you don't arise before 9am.

Le personnel etait au petit soin, ils n’ont pas hésités a nous changer de chambre quand on l’a demandé. Les chambres étaient très très propre et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Juste histoire de dire quelque chose, les équipements pourraient être modernisé mais honnetement c’est déjà très très correct !

Lhotel est en 2 parties cette nuit là nous avons dormi dans l’hôtel principal dont les chambres sont basiques propres mais avec une salle de bain très ancienne Je pense qu’il ne faut pas mettre des baignoires mais plutôt des douches qui sont plus pratiques J’ai payé un supplément très cher pour avoir une fenêtre ! Et je n ai pas du tout aimé

Les petits déjeuners sont très moyens même si le personnel est très sympathique

Cet hôtel où nous avons séjourné a une partie ancienne et une partie nouvelle encore en travaux mais nous y avons séjourné aussi Si dans l’hôtel principal notre chambre était vieillissante et triste dans la partie récente les chambres sont très modernes avec une literie très confortable et une belle salle de bain

The hotel is not the one in the photos. When we complained to the manager he said that the photos were from a new hotel they are building. Nice scam!

Some issues with Booking.com payment not coming through although my credit card was already charged.

The room was beautiful and fully equipped, with daily housekeeping done carefully. I was very satisfied with the spa service at the hotel – a perfect way to relax after a long day!

I only stayed a night at Luxeden Hotel Hanoi, but I wish I could stay more! I was greeted with a big smile at the reception, which was just what I needed after my flight! It is a lovely hotel, the room is clean and comes with complementary water, tea, and coffee. The bed is super comfortable and breakfast offers authentic Vietnamese dishes. I will definitely return when I'm travelling through Hanoi again!

I booked this option especially because of the bathtub, keen to take a warm bath after coming back from the colder north. However, unfortunately there was not enough water to fill the bath. I just took it as a reminder of the importance of saving water. The bathroom light is a bit too dim for my taste; the mirror light could be a bit brighter to see how the makeup turns out.

What a ripper hotel! The room was spotless and had everything you need. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Top location to get around and explore Hanoi. Absolutely stoked!

I have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi, but I keep coming back to Luxeden for its cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The breakfast may be simple, but it’s high-quality, with fresh and tasty food. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach popular attractions. The staff always welcome me with a smile and are ready to assist at any time, making me feel right at home.

Giá hợp lý, dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng rộng rãi và giường cực kỳ thoải mái. Điểm cộng là có bữa trưa tại khách sạn, rất tiện lợi.

Luxeden impressed me right from my first stay. The facilities are complete, the room is quiet and spotless, and the staff are enthusiastic in recommending great attractions and delicious local restaurants.
