De lange haren van de vorige gast lagen nog in de badkamer en in de douchecabine. Ook lag er vuiligheid in de kamer. Er werd geen water in flessen op de kamer verstrekt, maar er stond een grote waterdispenser op de gang, waar het 30C was: zeer onhygiënisch. Deze dispenser staat er dagenlang, waardoor er allerlei bacteriën en ziektekiemen in het water kunnen gaan groeien.

Jauh-jauh hari saya sudah memesan kamar "non smoking" non refundable. Saat check in mereka berusaha menawarkan "smoking room", namun saya memohon dengan sangat supaya diberikan non smoking room, beberapa menit kemudian mereka memberikan "non smoking room" kepada saya. 🙏 Ketika hendak memasuki kamar 1204, saya baru sadar bahwa saya hanya diberikan 1 pcs "key card", ketika saya meminta tambahan key card ke petugas hotel mereka tidak memberi saya key card #2. 🙏 Pengalaman ini hanya saya ceritakan kepada Anda, saya tidak pernah dan tidak akan memposting tulisan ini ke media lain, hanya di media ini. Stayed here while attending an expo as an Accor member and deeply regret it. On the second night two cockroaches crawled across the floor toward my suitcase. I had to grab a shoe and squash them, leaving a disgusting smear of cockroach guts and pus-like fluid across the floor before calling reception to help clean it up. It was late and I had an early morning so I just slept hoping there was no more. The following morning I clearly asked reception not to spray insecticides in my room because chemical sprays trigger my asthma, and requested they use bait only. They agreed. When I returned later that day the room reeked of insect spray. Within minutes my eyes were itching, I developed a rash across my body, and my breathing became difficult. The staff said their engineering got ‘rid’ of the other cockroaches in the room. ‘Other’s’?!! They did not move me or communicate/warn me of this when I returned that day. Reception moved me to another room facing the side of a deteriorating building with visible mould and peeling paint. My symptoms continued. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights so I could move to a cleaner, more modern hotel. Staff verbally agreed but said the refund could only be paid in cash and refused to put anything in writing, which is highly questionable. Other issues- Breakfast is very basic and by around 9am most items are already gone. The hotel is also extremely noisy — doors slamming, people filling water bottles at hallway refill stations (no bottled water provided), corridor conversations and traffic all clearly audible from the room. Cockroaches, insecticide exposure despite a medical request, mould views, poor breakfast and constant noise. Avoid.

I like the bathroom style. Minimalist but so good.

Location is strategic, in the centre of summarecon serpong. It is suitable for your leisure time as staycation, shopping even for your business

clean room, service ok, but there is issue with one of the lift, and there was issue with the key but it solved fast after complaining.

I stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at front desk and restaurant were friendly. Facilities were decent, though the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. Great location and affordable price. Worth it for a short stay ✨

Great team at the FO and restaurant officer, the services, and the food is really good, especially to ms. zakia. The room is also clean, overal all is well

Many thanks to Ms. Winda and Mr. Heri for their kind assistance from check-in to check-out. Their service was warm and professional throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was cozy and beautifully arranged. We also truly appreciated the kids' corner located near the restaurant entrance — a thoughtful touch for guests traveling with young children. Special thanks as well to Mr. Fuji and Mr. Bima for their excellent service at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our stay at Ibis Gading Serpong and hope to return again in the future.

The location is good.

But the facility of the hotel is very disappointing, even for a small thing like the amenities. No shampoo, moisturiser, just one soap for all. They said we can ask some amenities but when when we ask a razor they don’t have. We ask for sugar and took a long time for them to drop it off to our room. Poor clean in the elevator area and the hotel needs a good maintenance in all areas.

Im coming with my family.. this hotel is really good for ur advice if want to stay .. especially the breakfast.. the service is good, kind, n always asking whats you want.. I hope the service always like thats.... thanks ibis for the good service treatment.. im fully enjoyed ..

I asked quiet room, they gave me the room just next to the street and it’s noisy. The room was in bad condition: the shower is broken and dirty. AC was hot even though I put on minimum temperature with maximum fan

I asked to have quiet room and they prepare it for me. They give surprise one slice welcoming cake in the room

it was pleasant experience, not long stay but I've got nice sleep, nice breakfast. The services was good, clean room with pleasant pillow, good lighting, safety box, good food, good coffee, clean resto, also there is carpark. Recommended for long or sort stay.

We hosted a family party here, and it was very good. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Everything went smoothly, making it a great venue for gatherings. Highly recommend for parties and family events.

The building seems old, there was a smell in building, room was okay if you are solo traveller, the aircond was not cold enough

overall good for business trip or work trip but not comfortable for holiday stays i guess, the restaurant quite nice but limited food and there is no omelette? maybe better add one next time, the lobby nice, the room also good but sometimes i smell smoke

Only there was one complain against me when I open the toilet door at 3am and close it the other room hear the door and they call the reciptionest for that , they let me feel like they pay one hundred dollar per night, I didn't complain when I smill smoking cigarettes on toilet , my room is non smoking

best of the best for the relax side, a comfortable place to relax or rest with friends or anyone, the room is quite impressive making it very comfortable, the parts of complete facilities also add to the aesthetics of this hotel, and of course also good service here

I think they upgraded their breakfast. The food so muuuch more delicious than months ago.. now, they have additional menu like indomie and some traditional food like lontong, nasi kuning, ikan palembang. Have a good service from mas Adit.. thank youu mas !! 😀 P.s. One of kids friendly budget hotel because they have a mini playground.

The breakfast is super crowded and limited choice. Long Que for porridge, fried egg and info mee. Only 1 server and unable to support such big crowds in peak hours
