I'm from the US. If you haven't been to Hanoi before, you will quickly realize that 95%+ of the hotel ratings, scores, reviews and PICTURES of hotels, are bull$hit. Totally fake. Fugazi. But A25 is better than the pictures show. I have now booked stays here on multiple trips to Vietnam. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the French Quarter.

Great location! Very clean! Excellent staff and help. Clean, very bright bathrooms. Toilets and water pressure were fantastic! I’m an American, and this met or exceeded my expectations.

The reception staff were very helpful when I requested a change of room due to traffic noise all day and night. I was able to move rooms the next day. They were very accommodating and in general responding to queries. Daily servicing of rooms. Good powerful shower and bath.

The location of the hotel. As it was away from the central area (Train St etc) and opposite a park, I thought it would be quiet. In fact, it was the opposite. Possible the noisiest stretch of road in Hanoi! If you want to get any sleep in this hotel, make sure you book a smaller, cheaper room at the back of the building, where it is quiet, although quite dark.

El trato del personal. Especialmente en el desayuno, no había apenas comida y si pedías decían que no había. Todos los espacios son muy pequeños, especialmente habitación y zona para desayunar. Desafortunadamente se nos infecto toso el equipaje con hormigas que venían de la habitación, al menos nos cambiaron de habitación al.hacer la petición...

Great location. Only a 15 minute walk to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in one direction, and Hoan Kiem Lake in another. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. All kinds of shops and eating places surround the hotel, including pharmacies, a WinMart and a Highlands Coffee is attached to the hotel. The staff are fantastic. I know I already said this, but I need to say it again.

The A25 hotel that I booked through booking.com told me that foreigners could not stay at the hotel, so they took my bags to this nearby A25 hotel. This was inconvenient, and booking.com should not have accepted the booking with this being the case. The hotel rooms can be booked for 2hr periods and have condoms in the drawer. Breakfast is not kept warm. On 2 occasions I just had toast and jam because it was hot.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean with enough equipment, staffs are friendly giving us great advise for the city tour. We loved "Pho" served at Breakfast, good taste. We definitely choose this hotel again if we come back Viet Nam. Thank you very much!!!

This is not an hotel for turists. The rooms are small, dark and smell like cigarrette. The staff in reception can't understand a single a single word of english. You can tell what kind of hotel is this just knowing that the rooms can be rented by the hour and condoms are provided in the mini-bar. We had 4 nights reserved there by the tour agency, we changed the hotel after the first one paying from our own pocket. Hanoi has plenty of acomodation at very reasonable prices. Please stay away from this.

There are at least two A25 hotels in Hanoi. I had the misfortune to spend two nights here, because a vietnamese colleague booked a room for me not knowing the profile of this one. It was on the cheap side, but one can easily find much better for the same price. There were several issues, which added slowly up. First off, most of the staff was unmotivated and spoke no or very poor english. Easy to notice that this hotel offers bed hours for prostitutes, condoms are gratis at the minibar, window is darkened and colored, louder-than-necessary music is playing non-stop in the hallways, and of course you'll see girls. The room was small, bed OK, smell of cigarette, the noise from draining water and the continous loud lobby music. There was plenty of hot water, but the bathroom window was broken and impossible to shut, this wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't January in Hanoi. Breakfast is minimal in a basement that resembles a rundown nightclub. The receptionist at check-in said they can arrange a motorbike, but the next morning he refused. Oh, and they didn't make up the room. I decided to move out asap when I met a histerically crying prostitute in the elevator.

シャワールームの水はけが悪い

We came to this hotel to freshen up between segments of a tour, and ended up checking back in after we returned, for half a day. It was super-basic, but was ultimately clean and safe. And if you came with nothing, there is one of everything in the room.

My room has a broken sink, but it has hot shower and a window. The AC in the room was not powerful... I could hear the people in the next room, and people walking down the lobby. But I really liked reception here. Her's name Bih Nhoc. She's very cute and kind of

Good hotel if you want a bed at a low price. Rooms are a bit old and Need a little facelift and a bit more cleaning but overall okay stay. Didn’t eat the breakfast , staff is friendly and helped with airport pick up.

I stayed there 3 nights during my transit from ho chi minh to hanoi-ninh binh-sapa-ha long bay. On the very first check out I gave more than 6M Vnd to front desk and she is so lovely girl that gave it back to me and took only the required amount and also spend some time to explain to me about vietnamese money with a lovely smile. Staff was always smiling and cheerful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms towards the street side are noisy due to night club at the ground floor was playing loud music.

I have heard that this hotel has the chain at Ha Noi, it was also my good experience with the service and the employee. the most great thing is that it was also convinient if the staff will help me to buy some thing if i dont want to get out

A standard hotel with standard price. all were good here except the poor breakfast, good location, not too close to crowded street and enough to enjoy the Hanoi night. If I had another chance in Hanoi, I will still choose this hotel.

初日から部屋のカードキーが壊れていた為、交換をお願いしたが交換してもらえず、部屋に入る度に開けてもらう必要があり、非常に面倒くさかった。 バスタオルが2日間続けて部屋に用意されていなかった。 チェックアウトの際、身に覚えのない100ドル程の精算をするよう言われた。その時に英語を話せるスタッフもおらず、詳細が不明の為、結果的に払わずに済んだ。 有料の水を1点しか購入していないのに、2点購入したことになっていた。これは後日気が付いたため、お金を余分に払ってしまった。 対応も非常に悪く、身に覚えのない支払いを要求してくるため、おすすめしません。

Just off the lake, great location. Good amount of variation for breakfast. Staff attentive and friendly. Bed large and extremely comfortable, centralised air con so you can actually control the temperature. Inside facing rooms are quiet

The reviews on this Hotel do not reflect the service or Hotel. I stayed here for business for 3 nights and the staff were so rude and unaccomadating. Steer clear of this Hotel.

Hospitality at its finest. Even though we weren't staying at the hotel. We were stranded in the rain at 4am in the morning waiting on a bus for Ha Long Bay. They saw us standing in the rain and offered us shelter and allowed us to hang out in the lobby for a few hours until our bus arrived. Very clean lobby and nice decor.

Generally pleasant, language is a challenge

Tucked away in a side street this hotel is impressive. It's only a 3 star hotel but the room and amenities are better than I've seen in 4 star properties. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and their English is good. Great staff! Breakfast was ok to not good. Closer to a 2 star hotel and it does not represent the flavors of Hanoi. If that is the standard, than rather not serve breakfast. The room had everything you needed and was very comfortable. Apart from the bad breakfast, the floor was noisy with other guests. Stay here, yes!

Good location, central to everything, especially the old quarter and the market, within walking distance to lots of landmarks. The room was pretty clean. Staffs were friendly, service-minded, breakfast they say would start at 6.30 but it was a little bit late than that , plus some sausages were finished at 9 am and they couldn't fill it. The gym looks good but we didn't use it though. On the first day we stayed on the third floor but the hot water shower didnt work. We asked for room change and they moved us to the new room right away. Other days we stayed on the second floor and it was a bit loud. Another annoying thing I can say is that theres a smell of smoke all the time and even on our blankets. However I would say it is good for this price. But going back? Maybe not.

A wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff, nice room, close to dong xuan market, old quarter, 10 minutes to hoan kiem.Also close to all the night life. recommend and would stay here again!

Great location, i can walk to almost every famous place in Hanoi. Alot of restaurant and street food around. 2 mins walk to night market. Room is clean and tidy, very good service with helpful staffs Highly recommend

Stayed here for 1 night. (+): Gret location in the old quarter. Nice bed and good tv. Friendly staff. (-): The hotel is old. It was some wierd smells in my room. The bar and restaurant was closed in the evening.

we (couple) really enjoyed our stayed at this hotel ( Time Square hotel now), The staffs are very friendly and very helpful with organised our tours, money exchange and sim cards. Our suite on the 10th floor was beautiful with the city view. The hotel location is very convenient we walked everywhere ( Dong Xuan market, West Lake, old quater ete). Over all we had a wonderful time in Hanoi and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Vietnam.

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a travel tour package. Its location in the old part of Hanoi is ok but feels a bit dirty. Rooms are ok, with all the usual amenities. Brieakfast is up on te 13th floor. The views are lovely but the breakfast room is small. Get there early as seating is limited. Free wifi but it is somewhat erratic.

My friends and I got pushed here from another hotel after Agoda overbooked them. The hotel is average. Breakfast was average. Service was average. The shower was hot but didn't seem to last long. Room is carpeted, which in my opinion is never good for mid-range hotels in SE Asia.
