The pictures of the rooms were nothing like the actual room we were given( double room partial sea view annex) Some of the staff come across as rude and abrupt.

Nice location, Annex building which is on the left side is very good.

we had little problem on payment. Property cancels preauthorization and asks for repayment, which was a problem for non EU citizens because money is not refunded automatically, depanding on the country it might take 10-30 business days, so it is smth you should consider that you mings need to have the full alount woth cash or on card and than wait for the refund.

Top Lage, sehr gutes Essen, Personal sehr freundlich, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig, wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Viele Bars und Restaurants

Im Badezimmer hat es extrem nach Kanal gestunken. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Shampoo usw vorhanden ist. Ist aber sehr mangelhaft. Mussten Körperpflegeprodukte kaufen

Wir haben Stadtblick und bergblick gebucht hatten aber eher ein hofblick Das Hotel ist niemals 4 Sterne das essen schlecht gefühlt fast jeden 2 Tag das selbe Frühstück schlecht immer das selbe jeden Tag Zimmer stinken nach Kanal und teilweise schmutzig besser man zahlt bissl mehr und nicht was besseres dieses Hotel buchen wir nicht mehr

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und das Zimmer okay ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch der Reinigungsservice.

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und neben dem Aufzug und wir konnten die ganze Nacht Gäste hören. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, das war vor Ankunft für mich nicht ersichtlich, was problematisch für unsere 4-jährige Tochter war. Überhaupt sollte das Hotel den Beisatz "familienfreundlich" entfernen, da es überhaupt nichts für Kinder gibt. Auch keine Freiflächen die bespielt werden können. Das Essen war leider nicht abwechslungsreich, generell sehr fleischlastig und die wenigen vegetarischen Speisen konnten geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich. Eine Essenszeit ab 19 Uhr war für unsere Tochter schwierig, als wir 5 Minuten früher beim Restaurant waren und sichtlich alles fertig und vorbereitet war, wurden wir sehr unhöflich ermahnt, den Bereich noch nicht zu betreten.

Allitolag minden klasszikus,reszleges tengerre nezo szoba egy kategoriaba esik. Ki ki szerencse alapjan kapja a modernebb,vagy kevesbe modern szobat. Az epuletek kozott nagyon szemetes a terulet. A kukakra lehet ralatni. Borzalmas a kornyezet.

Hôtel bien placé sur Hersonissos : proche des plages, des restaurants, magasins et des transports. Vous pouvez réaliser des excursions facilement depuis cette ville (Heraklion, l’île de Dia, plateau de Lassithi, Agios Nikolaos et même La Canée / Balos / Elafonissi avec un départ très matinal et un retour tardif mais qui en vaut la peine). Le personnel était très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon et salle de bain relativement grande - les serviettes et draps étaient changés tous les soirs pour notre part. La demi-pension est correcte. La piscine est petite mais largement suffisante avec un grand nombre de transats et des serviettes de piscine vous sont données à disposition et changées tous les 4 jours.

L’isolation - nous avons eu des légers problèmes au début de notre séjour avec des voisins assez bruyants mais le problème avait été réglé avec l’aide de la réceptionniste et le bruit en extérieur la nuit avec les passants mais cela est normal en raison du positionnement de l’hôtel dans un quartier très animé - pas problématique à ce point

La pulizia apparente . Abbiamo avuto ragnatele sopra il condizionatore e polvere sotto il letto, il balcone non spazzato. Apparentemente in ordine ma non perfettamente pulita.

Camera vista mare, climatizzata, grande e pulita. Letto comodo e ottima mezza pensione. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi passi dalle camere. Una bellissima esperienza.

Essen war OK. Leider war das Lunchpaket (anstatt Frühstück) nur zwei Scheiben trockenes Toastbrot mit einer Scheibe Käse (ohne Butter, Salat o.ä.) Banane und Keks. Strand ist im August bis auf den letzten Platz voll.

Na plus zdecydowanie można zaliczyć dobre jedzenie oraz miłą i pomocną obsługę.

Niestety hotel ma również kilka istotnych minusów. Obiekt składa się z kilku budynków, które znajdują się po różnych stronach ulicy. Żeby dostać się z naszego budynku do restauracji, trzeba przechodzić przez ulicę, na której samochody jeżdżą dość szybko i nie zawsze zwracają uwagę na pieszych. Nie jest to szczególnie komfortowe. Sama droga do restauracji również nie należy do przyjemnych – po drodze znajdują się śmierdzące pojemniki na śmieci, a w okolicy jest sporo bezdomnych kotów. Podczas obiadokolacji koty również pojawiały się w pobliżu stolików, co było dla nas niekomfortowe i budziło wątpliwości dotyczące higieny. Rozczarował nas również lunch box zamówiony na śniadanie, ponieważ wcześniej wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczkę. Otrzymaliśmy suchy chleb z plastrem szynki i sera, który smakował tak, jakby był przygotowany wcześniej i przechowywany w lodówce. Kolejnym minusem są napoje. Sok jest dostępny tylko podczas śniadania. Przy kolacji otrzymuje się natomiast wodę z niewielką ilością koncentratu, co nie spełniło naszych oczekiwań. Jeśli chodzi o plażę, hotel podaje, że znajduje się ona blisko, jednak naszym zdaniem jest to jedna z mniej atrakcyjnych plaż w okolicy. Znacznie ładniejsza plaża znajduje się około 25 minut spacerem od hotelu. Dodatkowo basen który jest umieszczony przy ulicy, nie daje odczucia pełnego relaksu wakacyjnego. Jeśli słyszysz ciągle przejeżdżające samochody. Podsumowując, dobre jedzenie i miła obsługa są zdecydowanymi zaletami hotelu, jednak kilka kwestii związanych z organizacją obiektu, jego otoczeniem, jakością lunch boxu, napojami i plażą sprawiło, że nasz pobyt nie był w pełni satysfakcjonujący.

L accueil et le personnel

Es war nicht so wie es in den Bildern bei Booking dargestellt war. Wir haben ein völlig anderes Zimmer bekommen als es auf den Bildern bei der Buchung dargestellt war. Außerdem bestand Personal meistens aus den Auszubildenden, die noch ziemlich unfähig waren.Die Unterkunft verdient auf keinen Fall so eine gute Bewertung, wie die gerade bei Booking angezeigt wird. Und für einen Preis von über 1700€ für 10 Nächte mit Halbpansion erst recht nicht!

Досить гарне місце знаходження, поруч є супермаркети, зупинка автобуса, до пляжу треба трошки пройти, але це приємна прогулянка. Дуже здивували сніданки та вечері, своєю різноманітністю та було дуже смачно.

A bit dirty, dead bugs in the room, marks on the bedding. The pictures of the room also didn't match the ones on the website. We only needed the room for 1 day and I feel we were overcharged as we laid over €100, and the room wasn't even that nice.

The pros of this hotel are: - the view from a room - food was good quality - clean towels every day - location

The cons: - not possible to refill a water bottle during breakfast/dinner - no juices for dinner, all drinks apart from water should be purchased - no allergen labels on food. on one of the days we had chinese themed dinner and due to my soy intolerance i could not eat any warm food and there was no alternatives either. - some staff seemed very arrogant and disrespectful toward customer requests. It’s not customers responsibility if you’re having a bad day. - all cups in the room were single use which is clearly not very environmentally friendly - every breakfast was exactly the same as well as desserts so the variety of food overall was very poor - the pool next to the hotel is clearly not for the capacity of guests at the hotel

Розташування дивне. Вздовж дороги розташований басейн, і лежаки, відчуття, що ти лежиш на дорозі(, де постійно ганяють машини. Номер дуже маленький, прибирали не дуже, постіль змінили 1 раз за 8 ночей. Шампуні і гелю для душу в номері не було, а пляжні рушники можна було змінити лише 1 раз на 5 днів. Щоб позайматись в спортзалі - треба було попередньо записуватись на ресепшн. Ми приїхали дуже пізно о 22.00, але нам навіть не запропонували вечерю в боксах( як це буває в інших готелях). Ціна /якість - не відповідають.

La posizione era perfetta, il cibo buono, le stanze nei due edifici molto belle, nel terzo pero non si presentano come nelle foto, la reception era 24h aperta, i pasti si possono mangiare anche al aperto (vicino alla piscina).

Lo staff della reception non era accogliente, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la stanza, perché non si presentava come nelle foto e non si chiudeva la porta del balcone, lo staff non si è presentato comprensivo, a tratti maleducati. Molto differenti pero dallo staff della cucina, il quale era molto gentile e accogliente.

Petit bémol sur la salle de bain, pas de point d'eau qui se trouve dans la chambre, et surtout la douche délimiter par des planchettes au sol, pas de rideau, ni de fermeture....l'eau va partout, d'ailleurs la porte de la salle de bain coin toilette est abîmée par l'eau....quel dommage

Дуже сподобалось якість обслуговування, привітний персонал, дуже смачна кухня, гарне обслуговування, номери чисті, зручні, ванна велика.

Не вистачало пари скляних стаканів у номері та чашок для кави ( не паперових). Також не вистачало приватності в зоні басейну, він одразу біля дороги і нема більш закритого розмежування від дороги, враження що ти лежиш на проїжджій частині.

L’établissement était proche de la plage, des différentes magasins, à 20min seulement de l’aéroport et il y avait tout à proximité

Il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas aimé mais il faudrait faire un effort supplémentaire sur le nettoyage des chambres et notamment du linge de lit car il y avait des taches sur le linge de lit

Ввічливий та дуже привітний персонал. Мали номер з видом на море. Дуже гарно Смачні сніданки, вечері Басейн теплий та чистий Завжди було поруч місце, щоб припаркувати авто.

Єдине що не сподобалось, що басейн працює лише з 10 до 18:00 Але це повязане з тим, що за столиками біля нього, харчувались.

The staff in the restaurant are amazing and there were a few good dinner nights. Muscles, seafood spaghetti, and fish and chicken fajitas. The cleaning lady is lovely too! The beds were comfortable.

Everything else about this place. I booked a partial sea view, which you can not see as the balcony is not fit for purpose. We couldn't even sit down to see it as the balcony is tiny and can only fit the table and chairs. You would have to squeeze yourself or move the table to sit down. The room itself is extremely dated with no long mirror and a sink in the main room. The shower is small with a squzzed in toilet. There were several issues with our TV. The safe kept beeping during the night, and the overall experience was poor. I have used Booking.com for years, and this is the first time I can say we had a horrible room and hotel experience. The hotel is actually a series of buildings. Which wasn't clear initially. So we leave our building to go to another building to eat and another to swim. Whilst they are close, it's not what I expected. Also, this is not a four star hotel. This is more like a 2/3 star - not four! The bedding and towels aren't changed until after four days which is shocking and disgusting. Pool towels are the same. This is wild as I just stayed at a four star in Montenegro last week, booked via Booking and the standards are so much superior. If you want a basic room, budget hotel then cone here.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, il personale gentilissimo, molto professionale, disponibile ma nello stesso tempo tutti simpaticissimi. Le camere sono pulitissime e il personale addetto è molto discreto(complimenti a Maria). Il cibo è molto buono, vario e cucinato molto,molto bene. Avevo una persona intollerante al glutine e lattosio e il cuoco ci ha seguiti molto attentamente( nn ricordo il nome ma applausi). Il capo cameriere vassilli( si scrive così?) davvero bravissimo e attentissimo a tutto...il barman( Ben) affabilissimo e simpaticissimo. La piscina sempre pulitissima...che dire... tornerò sicuramente!!!!!Lo consiglio vivamente

Se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio la TV nella depandance non funziona,a al giorno d'oggi con il Cell non sei fuori dal mondo .mancherebbe anche un piccolo stendino...per il resto tutto okkkk

A fotós nagyon feljavította a szállást, ezért megérkezésünkkor picit csalódtam is. A felszereltség picit hiányos kávé van papírpohár van de amivel megkavarjuk az nincsen.

Das Essen war gut, gut gekocht, Frühstück war auch gut, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr zentral, man ist schnell am Meer und schnell im Zentrum, der Abholservice vom Flughafen ist super, zum Geburtstag bekommt man eine Torte und eine Flasche Wein

Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht auch nach Meldung

Malgré un personnel plutôt agréable, certains sont restés froids, presque désagréable et rudes à notre égard. Ce qui est décevant. Réception peu « aidante » alors que nous avions des enfants en bas âges. Nous avons reçu à 2 reprises des remarques de la part d’un des soit disant patron et d’une nouvelle recrue, au sujet de bouteilles d’eau acheté en supermarché alors que nous avons consommés plus que régulièrement au bar. Nous avions des enfants et avec cette chaleur l’eau (en quantité) était non négligeable ! Sans parler de la compagnie de taxi avec qui l’hôtel travaille pour les trajets à l’aéroport. À notre arrivée nous avons attendu 1h avant de pouvoir partir suite à un problème du système du van. Il nous a été proposé un prix pour le retour à notre départ. Au moment de régler celui-ci, personne n’a voulu agir et nous faire payer le prix fort. Nous avons également été accusés par le chauffeur d’être à l’origine de son problème de voiture à l’arrivée ! Inadmissible

Гарне розташування, майже на набережній, посеред усієї інфрастуктури. До моря 50м, до найближчого пляжу 100-150м. Різноманітні смачні вечері, кожен день щось нове і тематичне якоїсь національної кухні. Дуже привітливий персонал, особливо адміністратори та бармен.

Відсутність напоїв на вечерю, лише вода. Кожного ранку о 4-5 годині, прям під вікнами приїжджав сміттєвивіз який кричав і шумів (бо сміттєві баки стоять прям у вікон готелю).

Nulla da ridire, tutto perfetto

The staff were really kind and helpful, always at your disposal. Hotel is both close to the main street and the beach, but it is in the quiet area at the same time, which was great. Truly a unique experience.

Gostei da situação, mesmo junto ao mar e à marginal.

A alimentação era muito pouco agradável. Pouca variedade e sobretudo um absoluto ignorar de uma dieta mediterrânica. O quarto não tinha cortinas opacas e deixava entrar a luz da rua e do sol. O ar condicionado, além de mal posicionado, deixava cair água para o chão do quarto sendo necessário desligá-lo.

Az elhelyezkedés és a személyzet. Még a különböző ételintolarenciáimat is csodásan kezelték és gondoskodtak róla, hogy a nyaralás alatt is változatosan és jól étkezzek. Személyzet nagyon kedves, a szállás gyönyörű. Nem tudok negatívumot írni.

L Hotel ha una perfetta posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare e un minuto dalla strada principale dove ci sono tanti supermercati,bar,ristoranti e tantissimi negozietti souvenir. Colazione e cena molto buone in particolare modo per le cene entrambe a buffet ma ogni sera c’era un tipo di cucina diversa che non ci ha mai fatto annoiare (italiana,greca,orientale..). Ringraziamo in particolare modo il ragazzo che si trovava al bar (non sappiamo bene il nome forse Tim o qualcosa del genere scusaci😅) ci ha fatto dei cocktail che dovete assolutamente provare per quanto erano buoni! Abbiamo provato anche ad ordinare l ultimo giorno il pranzo con i club sandwich con porzioni molto grandi (un piatto bastava per due persone) e come ultima cosa ma non per importanza l hotel ha anche una piscina con ombrelloni e lettini perfetta per fare un tuffo quando fa eccessivamente caldo. Per gli italiani consigliatissimo!!!!

Стильний та дуже красивий готель, у якому продумано все до найменших деталей. Особливо хочеться відзначити кухню - неймовірно смачно, великий вибір страв і різноманітне меню щодня. Кожен прийом їжі був справжнім задоволенням! Номер комфортний та сучасний, є капсульна кавомашина й усе необхідне для безтурботного відпочинку. На рецепції видають пляжні рушники, які можна змінювати раз на чотири дні. Зона біля басейну дуже затишна та доглянута, завжди можна комфортно відпочити!

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und es war herrlich. Familiär, nahe am Strand und wirklich gutes Essen.

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber dennoch ok. Es ist aber nur ein winziger Punkt.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was delicious. Breakfast was almost the same every day, but everything was tasty and there was a good variety of options. Dinner was different every evening, with a large selection of dishes, so everyone could find something they liked. Everything was very delicious. Beach towels and umbrellas could also be borrowed from the reception, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was excellent – shops, the beach, and many places to walk were all nearby.

The room was not very clean. There were stains on the bed linen and towels. The shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken throughout our stay, so we had no shower gel. The room was cleaned regularly, so the staff must have noticed the issue, but it was never fixed. The TV was also not working.

Molto bella la posizone, 50 mtda mare. Molto bene il ristorante e la gestione del personale dello stesso. Devo dire non altrettano valida la cura della camera: letto non fatto e un po' abbandonata a e stessa.

Отель находиться в пешей доступности до кафешек, клубов, экскурсий и проката машин. В 5 мин находиться остановка в аэропорт. К морю идти 10 мин, лежак платный 8 евро. Завтраки однообразные, фруктов мало, сладостей много. Ужины сытные и разнообразные, есть мороженое 4 вида. Туристов много, но при этом комфорт присутствует. Бассейн чистый, лежаки в достаточном количестве. Бармены были вежливые, коктейли вкусные. На 4 звезды отель соответствует.

Слишком маленькая душевая комната, нужно включить шампунь и Боди крем, так как отель 4 звезды .

Le personnel rien à dire, le buffet était correct et la situation géographique top, il y a tout à proximité.

-La propreté à revoir, les chambres sont faites à l’arrache et ils changent jamais les draps. -Piscine trop petite -Stationnement un peu compliqué en journée car quartier tres fréquenté. -chambres très petites par rapport à la moyenne en Crète -aucune attention pour l’anniversaire de mon fils contrairement aux autres hôtels.

Camera spațioasă, dotată cu aparat cu cafea, cana ceai cu capsule și pliculețe aferente. Deși nu am solicitat, în fiecare I s-a făcut înlocuire de prosoape și lenjerie. Masa EXPECTIONALA. Fiecare cina a fost cu tematica :greceasca, italiana, asiatica, mexicana, cina cu fructe de mare. Un plus la desert-înghețată, baclava/kataif, plăcintă cu lamiie, mouse de ciocolata (doar ce mi-au plăcut mie) 😃 Personalul de la restaurant și barul de pe piscină - excepțional. (servire prompta a băuturilor, debarasare rapida. La fel și la recepție - băiatul de acolo a venit după mine să mă îndrume spre stația de autobuz pt aeroport - la plecare. O vacanță peste așteptări, comparabil cu prețul platit

Le.manque de rangements , d'étagères dans l'armoire de la chambre et aussi dans la salle de bain. L'étagère est soit trop haute et difficile d'accès, ou au ras de terre où il faut se mettre à quatre pattes pour y accéder aussi!! C'est le seul bémol

La taxe de 30€ supplémentaires par chambre! Pour 3 nuits et 3 chambres nous avons eu un surplus à payer de 90€ et en cash bien sûr…

Ottima esperienza! La stanza era sempre molto pulita e l’hotel nel complesso è davvero bello e curato. Anche la posizione è comoda e strategica. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti forti: ottimo, vario e diverso ogni sera, con una buona scelta di piatti. Un piccolo aspetto da migliorare riguarda la privacy durante i pasti: a volte i camerieri, non avendo molto da fare, tendevano a osservare spesso i tavoli, mettendo un po’ a disagio. Inoltre, qualche volta gli asciugamani non erano perfettamente puliti, ma con un po’ più di attenzione il servizio potrebbe diventare davvero impeccabile. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto piacevole e hotel sicuramente consigliato!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, einfach top! Total zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung durchweg positiv. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Essen und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Чудове розташування, буквально декілька хвилин від пляжу. Смачна кухня: сніданки були зазвичай однакові, але хороший вибір страв. Вечері завжди були різні, були десерти, фрукти, морозиво. Дуже приємний та ввічливий персонал, який допомагає в усіх питаннях. По приїзду нам дали два купони на безкоштовний напій в барі біля басейну. У номері чекали фрукти та вода. Також якщо ви не маєте можливості поснідати або повечеряти - надають невеличкий бокс із собою.

Ми проживали у додатковій будівлі на цокольному поверсі, усе гаразд. Єдине що нам не вистачало - балкону, щоб сушити речі. Проте, це не критично

La pulizia e la posizione della struttura

La camera aveva un balcone piccolo e mal organizzato, così come all’interno della stanza gli spazi erano mal gestiti. Il frigo posizionato nell’armadio. Mancanza di una cassettiera e lo spazio nell’armadio non poteva essere sfruttato al meglio. Ho dovuto togliere il frigo dall’armadio e posizionare all’ingresso il tavolo del balcone ed un puff presente nella stanza per poter consentire all’altro ospite di poggiare le sue cose. Accappatoi non presenti, così come un solo dispenser stitico nella doccia per il bagnoschiuma. Materasso scadente e senza topper. Il ristorante è posizionato in un seminterrato. C’è poca varietà di alimenti ed il cibo è di meglio livello. Impresa impossibile poi per richiedere una colazione al sacco, mai avuta neanche il giorno della partenza, la reception mi aveva assicurato di poterle ritirare alle 7:00 ma ciò non si è verificato. Piscina molto piccola.
