It was a bit of a walk to get there. A bit of a walk to town to get food.

駅近でベットなどの設備は一通り揃っており、スタッフの対応も良かったです。

部屋が狭いです。寝るために帰るだけならよいですが、日中部屋にいると圧迫感を感じます。

スタッフが親切で気配りもあります。 常盤台駅に比較的近が便利。

周囲ば住宅という環境で、200m位先にセブンがあるだけ、食事等は駅前で。 個人的なことですが、車椅子介助者無しで利用、玄関前に段差有、ドアは自動にあらず。ゴミは分別し所定部屋に出すシステムですが、コインランドリーへのルート含め段差有り車椅子では不可。常盤台駅までは登り坂。 真ん前が幹線道路なので夜間もうるさいです。

The staff were exceptional, helping me out with everything I could. I had to send packages back to my home country and had a few issues and was soon to fly out of the country but the staff truly did everything they could to help me out! The bed was also quite big which was nice. The place was near both a konbini and post office.

The property is a little bit far from the major hubs of shinjuku and shibuya requiring you to take at least 2 trains, however it is only just a short walk from the train station. The room is also small but nothing unbearable.

Check-in process was easy, and the host was very communicative. Front desk area was modern and clean.

Room was especially cramped even for one person. My shower interior had a ridge coming down, which made it especially uncomfortable to shower as a tall person. There were no shelves in the shower, so I had to reach down to the floor to grab bottles every time. The sink is outside of the bathroom. The lighting and walls are yellow and definitely don't look exactly as advertised.

常盤台駅、中板橋駅に近いこと。 スタンプは、みな気配あり親切です。

(介添人なしの車椅子椅子利用) 段差がところどころにあり、車椅子に乗ったまま通過できない。ゴミ出しは、利用者が分別して館内の所定場所に出すのだが、その場所への経路に手すりなしの階段が2箇所あり、自分にはゴミ出しは不可能でした。（燃えるゴミはフロント前にゴミ箱を置いて頂き、その他は部屋に置くことを容認してもらえました。空缶は出来るだけ買い出しの際にコンビニ等で捨てました）。コインランドリーにも行きづらい。 近接の飲食店はほとんど営業していなかった。コンビニはセブンが200m強の位置。300m強のときわ台駅前でなんでも揃うが、坂道が難儀。

One of the worst toilets I have encountered in Japan. Bidet was barely working. Really need some renovations unfortunately.

Location was perfect, it's 5 minutes away from Tokiwadai station, close to a McDonalds and a 7-11, and many more stores i should had explored. I wish i could had explored more near the area since it was had a residential feel as it has local people around but i really liked how it was away from the city, yet transit is very close.

I didn't like the garbage system, but that's just japan. the bath/shower is a bit small and i'm already a small guy 5'7, or 167 cm. so if you're a big guy or big girl, it might be uncomfortable, but once again, it's japan, its designed for small people, not big tall people or obese people to begin with. staff is friendly.

Great location near the station with good links to ikebukuro, comfortable bed, and great air con! Also vending machines near the lifts and a code to come and go as you like is great

The curtains weren't the best at stopping light and I never was able to figure the kettle out, maybe some English instructions for it would be great!

Llame al número de la recepción para una emercia, no hablan inglés. Tuve dificultades para usar el servicio de lavandería y recibi poca asistencia a pesar de explicar varias veces mi situación.

Ogólnie jest to budżetowy hotel i to czuć dość mocno, stare mieszkania przerobione na pokoje, dość małe, czystości w niektórych miejscach nie spełniała standardów. Ale myślę że w tej cenie nie ma też zbytnio co oczekiwać. Tani i w miarę dobry nocleg.

ホテルの予約がとれず、かなり高騰している時期にコスパよく、1週間も予約をとることができました。スタッフの皆様も親切でした。

設備は全体的に古いですが、レンジなど必要なものは揃ってます 掃除機がついており、ゴミ出し、掃除も自分で行いますが、逆に自宅で過ごすような感じで自分は安心感がありました。

Lo mejor es el precio y lo relativamente '' cerca '' que está de shinjuku

No me gustó como olía la habitación a tabaco por lo visto todas las habitaciones son aptas para fumar ( yo no lo sabía ) la limpieza no es de lo mejor y menos para ser Japón, las sabanas con manchas, etc... Aunque en los comentarios se diga que es muy buena ubicación yo pienso que depende... Para ir a shinjuku tienes que coger 2 metros y si quieres quedarte hasta tarde por shinjuku, shibuya... Deberás coger un taxi de vuelta que es lo que acabe haciendo yo con lo cual no renta, en mi opinión si piensas estar de vuelta en el hotel a las 23:00 cada noche está bien por qué es un hotel barato pero si quieres como yo estar hasta tarde por shinjuku que es mi barrio favorito no merece la pena para nada es mejor pagar algo más por un hotel más céntrico, por cierto te cobran por la limpieza del hotel !

Very nice place with good location. It seems to be far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get away to the quieter neighbourhood. Moreover, the train station is very close, and you can get to Ikebukuro in 10 min. We also like the availability of kettle, fridge, and kitchenware at the room. Despite we booked smoking room (only one available at the time of booking), there was no smell (and we really appreciated it as non-smokrers).

The place is seems to be rather old based on the state. Still, it's kept well.

This is actually a really nice place to stay if you want to be making your own food or doing your own cooking. The room I got was a twin, which had sets of dishes for 2 people, including plates, bowls, cutting board, knife, frying pan, electric range, refrigerator, and several other convenient appliances. It was really nice being able to walk to one of the nearby grocery stores or convenience stores and get something to make a meal, it kinda lets you get a taste of what it's like to live in Japan rather than just a standard tourist experience. So this place might be good if you're looking for something like that. The room overall was a bit dated and superficially a little beat up in some places, but that didn't bother me in the slightest. The bathroom is a little cramped and has a step up to get into, so if you're on the taller side, you'll probably have to watch your head. Other than that, the space in the twin-size room was really nice to have and may even be worth considering if you are travelling solo and going to be staying for a while. There are also washers and dryers for doing laundry, and if you don't have enough coins, you can exchange bills at the front desk. Since there is no room service, you have to take care of that yourself, but I didn't view that as a downside. There is a fee if you want an extra set of towels from the front desk, but you can just wash the ones you have yourselves. My room had tissues, paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for my stay. I honestly didn't check at the front desk to see if they had a price for refills because I just bought what I needed (which wasn't a lot) at a nearby 100-yen store. The station is less than a 5 minute walk and there are also some nice nearby places that can be easily walked to. There's an onsen nearby (Maenohara Onsen Sayano Yudokoro) that is really nice, especially on a rainy day.

Great space. Nice bathroom. Fridge and microwave are nice. Great staff. Great location. Very quiet and safe as well. Cookware and electric stove is nice. Didn't smell like cigarettes. Great price for the value. Will book again.
