スタッフの笑顔が少なかったように感じます。 また、ガス管かなにかの故障で冷水が出ず、同じホテルの別の店舗にホテル側が往復のタクシー代を出してシャワーを浴びに行くことになりましたが、それに対しての謝罪や追加の対応が無くとても不快な気持ちになりました。追加の対応がないとしても、せめて謝罪の言葉は欲しかったです。 お部屋にもチェックインをした時から少しゴミが落ちていたり清潔感があまりなく、宿泊するのを楽しみにしていたのに悲しかったです。

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026I got the exact room I wanted. Friendly, efficient check in. Front of house and back of house staff are very polite, helpful and guest friendly. I booked another 2 nights as I was very happy with my stay.
The bathroom a bit small but it is typical of many Japanese hotels but not a major problem. I will come back again.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026駅前のマイステイズより広かった。 ワンルームマンションの感覚で落ち着いてゆっくり過ごせました。駅から少し離れていますが、周りにコンビニや飲食店があり便利でした。
ホテルマイステイズが五反田に2カ所あるとは知らず、以前利用した駅前のホテルと思って予約していた。行ってみたら『もう一つの方です。8分ほど歩いて行ってください。』と説明があった。台風の時だったので、少し気分が落ち込みました。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026シングルを予約したはずだが、オフシーズンのためか広いダブルの部屋に宿泊ができ嬉しい誤算。 シックで落ち着いた内装で居心地がよい。また清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在できた。 化粧用テーブル以外に、ビジネスホテルでは珍しい丸テーブル＆ソファーがあり、ゆったりと寛げてありがたい。 そして、特筆するのはベッドとマクラとの相性がすごく良かったこと。旅行中いつもあまりよく眠れないのですが、今回はグッスリで寝起きも気持ちよかった！ マンションをホテルに改装したような印象があって、各階の部屋までの通路がオープンエアーなのが気持ちよい。 大通りに面しているが、最寄り駅から程よく離れているので、エントランス出ても雑踏ではないので落ち着いていて良かった。防音もしっかりとしていて夜も静かに過ごせた。 スーパーや飲食店も徒歩圏内なので便利。
シャワートイレが故障していて、シャワーが出ないのが唯一の欠点。 ランドリー設備がないので連泊には向かないかも。 欲を言えば、スーツケースを広げるためのスタンドが欲しい。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Stayed here few times, so easy to get to and I like the area. Requested "non-smoking" and the room was totaly fresh :) Not too busy like some parts of Tokyo. Lots of reasonable places to eat and shop. Good transport links.
Price is typical Tokyo price, so not cheap.

La habitación olía mucho a moqueta y había bastante polvo. No tenía vistas y estaba poco resguardada, ya que al salir de la habitación de salía a un pasillo abierto que daba al exterior.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. The location was pretty good, near the shops, also not as busy as some other areas, which offers a nice change after a day out in the bustling areas such as Ginza.
We had issues with our room - the air conditioning was faulty and it took 2 nights before the hotel offered a change. Both rooms were not satisfactorily clean, there were visible dust layers on the tissue box and also in the toilet. There was also a guest toilet on the 1st floor, which was very dirty - with the bin overflowing with tissue. We had clean sheets and clean towels every 3/4 days, as per our room category booked. If not for the location and the limited availability of hotels, I would rather choose another place next time.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Het hotel zit op een goede locatie metro, winkels, restaurants op loop afstand. Leuke plekken om te ontbijten ontdekt.
De kamer was vrij klein, al weten we dat dit in Japan heel normaal is. Tijdens onze reis hadden we het geluk dat we vooral in ruime kamers verbleven, waardoor het extra opviel dat juist dit hotel, waar we het langst verbleven, de kleinste kamer had. De douche was ook aan de kleine kant en de opstap om in bad te stappen was behoorlijk hoog, wat minder prettig kan zijn. Toch hebben we er het beste van gemaakt en verder geprobeerd van ons verblijf te genieten.

Reviewed May 15, 2026無駄のないお部屋のつくりで、わりと機能的だったような気がします。五反田駅までも徒歩圏内ですが…夏は少し辛く感じるかもしれません。まわりに飲食店がいっぱいあるので、食事には困らないかと思います。
清掃が行き届いていないように感じました。見えるところも所々薄っすら埃が溜まっていて、可動式の椅子の下は…少しビックリしました。しばらく使っていなかった部屋に当たってしまったのかもしれません。 また受付のスタッフの中に対応が何というか…とてもクール？な方いました。個人的には手が空いているのなら最初と最後の最低限の挨拶くらいはした方がいいと思いますが、ホテルの中には色々な接客スタイルやコンセプトがあるのだろうなと感じました。
