Dass man selbst als Hotelgast für die Nutzung des Waschmaschine bezahlen muss – andere Hotels bieten diesen Service kostenlos an, und gerade in der heißen Jahreszeit nutzt man ihn häufiger, als man eigentlich wollte. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber gemütlich; da wir uns in einer Notsituation befanden, empfand ich das nicht als negativ – Nur Vorschlage/ Verbesserung

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La ubicación al lado de Sunshine City fue ideal para poder hacer mis compras aparte de todos los servicios cercanos al hotel. Los empleados fueron muy amables con nosotros en todo momento y nos ayudaron a enviar nuestras maletas al siguiente hotel fácilmente.
Las camas eran un poco duras.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026이케부쿠로, 오츠카, 마루노우치선 신오츠카 역이 걸어갈 수 있는 근거리에 있다. 주변에 편의점과 로컬 식당이 많다. 후기에 좁다는 의견도 이만하면 괜찮다는 의견도 있었어서 조금 걱정을 했지만 우리 기준에서는 훌륭한 사이즈였다. 두 명이 3일 묵는 동안 방 크키 면에서 전혀 불편하지 않았다. 에어컨이 빵빵하게 잘 나옴. 어메니티가 훌륭한 점. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 폼클렌저, 녹차, 커피포트, 전자레인지, 작은 버너가 내장된 키친, 헤어드라이어, TV 모두 좋았다. 창문도 사진과 다르게 크기가 있어서 개방감이 좋았다. 다음 이케부쿠로에 올때도 이곳에 묵을것 같다.
창문을 열고 있으면 자동차 소음이 아주 잘 들린다 창문을 닫으면 괜찮음.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Sunshine City Mall. Per U-Bahn ist das Hotel bequem über Otsuka zu erreichen. Wir haben sowohl zu Beginn als auch zum Ende unserer Reise hier gebucht und durften unser großes Reisegepäck gratis für eine Woche einlagern. Das hat die Reisezeit sehr erleichtert. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich waschen ist günstig und die Zimmer sind nicht sehr hellhörig.
Während unseres längeren Aufenthaltes von zwei Wochen wurde keine Zimmerreinigung angeboten. Lediglich Handtücher und Bettwäsche durften wir selbst wechseln. Unser erstes Zimmer in einem der unteren Geschosse hatte trotz Nichtraucher Deklarierung einen leichten Rauchgeruch.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La camera dispone anche di cucina e microonde. La posizione è molto favorevole siccome si trova a pochi passi dalla yamanote Line, una delle linee principali di Tokyo. Molto comodo il servizio di lavanderia, che costa solo 400 yen Alla reception vengono fornite tantissime “amenities” per il corpo e per lavarsi.
Lo staff è carente con la lingua inglese e spesso non si trova, scompaiono letteralmente. Durante il soggiorno NON È PREVISTA la pulizia della camera, se la vuoi devi pagare oltre 2000 yen aggiuntivi, cosa che non era affatto specificata nel momento della prenotazione. Nonostante ciò, ci è stata fornita una sola asciugamano per quattro notti. Condizione davvero disagiante. Abbiamo chiesto il servizio takkyubin per spedire i bagagli al nostro hotel successivo, tutto funzionante, ma ho dovuto compilare di mio pugno la scheda, mi è stata fornita soltanto una scheda illustrativa di cosa dovevo scrivere in ogni campo, ma era tradotta male. Ho avuto davvero il timore di spedire i miei bagagli al polo nord piuttosto che al nostro nuovo hotel. Negli hotel precedenti in cui sono stato in Giappone mi ha compilato sempre tutto lo staff. Ci sono stati dei momenti in cui più che un hotel ci è sembrato di aver prenotato un appartamento. Anche per i rifiuti ti fanno vedere la planimetria dell’hotel per farti capire dove andare a svuotare AUTONOMAMENTE i rifiuti accumulati nei nostri cestini in camera

The elevator is small and dated. The rooms looked old and the bed has like a creaky sound (I dont know whats the right word), there is no housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeping you have to pay extra.

Maybe its just the location is not so close to train station of ikebukuro but if your prefer few minutes walk and you need a stay affordable and spacious this is a good to try.

El alojamiento cumple lo justísimo necesario para una estancia austera.Las habitaciones huelen a cerrado, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y aunque se sabía que la limpieza no estaba incluida en la estancia de 7 noches, no se dignan ni a recoger la basura de la puerta de la habitación. Es decir tienes que bajar cada día a tirar tu propia basura a una cochera cercana. Por último,la cama y las almohadas eran terribles .

Het bed was denk ik een twijfelaar/140cm, dus voor één persoon heel fijn, maar afhankelijk van wat je als stel gewend bent wellicht te klein. Ook prettig was dat het raam open kon en de gordijnen goed verduisterden.
De kamer zelf was erg schoon, maar de algemene ruimtes hebben ondertussen aardig wat gebruiksporen, waardoor het er wat smoezelig uitziet.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026L’hôtel est conforme aux photos et la chambre que j'ai choisie. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare Otsuka et à 20 minutes de Ikebukuro. Un supermarché et plusieurs konbini se trouvent très près. La chambre était propre est me convenait très bien, mais peut-être un peu juste pour 2 personnes. Aussi, il faut jeter ses poubelles sois-même !
L'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes d'une gare JR, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel MYSTAYS Higashi Ikebukuro. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel a toujours été très accueillant, souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des transports en commun, des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui permet de visiter Tokyo très facilement. Malgré l'animation du quartier, l'hôtel est calme et nous avons très bien dormi. Un grand merci également pour le service de bagagerie. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel pendant quelques jours pour visiter Kyoto et avons pu y laisser toutes nos valises en toute confiance. À notre retour à Tokyo, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise de retrouver tous nos bagages directement dans notre chambre. Ce service nous a vraiment facilité le voyage et témoigne d'une organisation et d'une attention remarquables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Tokyo !

地點距捷運站(地鐵站)有些距離, 走路約要十分鐘, 對於第一次拉著大行李箱及背著行李袋的旅客而言, 走到時真得流汗了。(如果不背著行李走是還好)。

Nada, es un hotel ideal para ir a dormir y hacer alguna parada puntual para descansar. Ideal para turistas.

Que no disponga de un espacio fuera de la habitación donde poder descansar y tomar algo, aunque fuera de la màquina expendedora.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The room is very clean, quite big too. There is 24 hour reception desk, in case one needs something. Mattress is comfortable, though, could be softer; the memory pillows were wonderful. A lot of free necessities available - tea, coffee, cleansing and toning creams, even hairbrush and razor. There is a fridge, microwave and a kettle in a room. The staff also has a scale if one needs to weight the luggage. Location is pretty good, the area is quiet, but there are several metro stations within 10 minute walk radius. There is a Sakura line also for those who want to walk even less.
The walls are pretty thin, so if the neighbors are not quiet, as it was for a few nights in my case, sleep can be disturbed.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026I had a pleasant stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Higashi Ikebukuro. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for transport and nearby amenities. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, good value and I would stay again.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026객실 내에 전자렌지가 있어서 숙소에서 편하게 식사할 수 있었어요. 위치가 번화가랑 좀 거리가 있어서 짐이 무거우면 낭패긴한데 다른 서비스 이용해서 해결했습니다. 평소에 일본 자주 다녀서 지하철이나 전철에 익숙한 사람이라면 숙소 바로 근처에 있는 토덴 노면열차 이용해보시는 것도 좋을 거 같아요. 선샤인 빌딩이 근처고 큰 슈퍼마켓이 많아서 이것저것 이용하기도 좋았습니다. 정말 있을 건 다 있어서 큰 불편함 없이 지냈어요.
크게 아쉬운 건 없었어요. 어매니티도 필요하면 추가로 갖다 사용할 수 있고... 굳이 흠을 잡자면 주요 노선과 거리가 좀 있는 부분이겠지만 그만큼 가성비가 좋아서 별로 불만은 없었습니다. 아 와이파이가 조금 약한 느낌이 있었어요.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Super lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości naprawdę dobry. Pokój jak na japońskie standardy wcale nie mały. Fajnie że w pokojach jest mikrofalówka. Plusem jest na pewno wcześniejsze zameldowanie i późniejsze wymeldowanie w stosunku do innych hoteli w Japonii. Byliśmy w recepcji 14.40 i zostały nam przekazane klucze do pokoju.
Widać że hotel ma wyposażenie sprzed kilku lat ale patrząc jak tani jest zupełnie nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Excelente ubicación cerca de Yamanote Line y a 15 min caminado del centro de Ikebukuro y a 5 de Sunchine City. La habitacion me pareció espaciosa, comodamente pude abrir mis 2 maletas y empacar. La cama muy cómoda y las amenidades excelentes. El staff muy amable y me ayudaron a enviar mis maletas al aeropuerto para poder viajar tranquilamente.
Debido a las nuevas medidas ecologicas, no se limpia la habitación durante la estancia, pero puedes pedir nuevas toallas y sabanas si necesitas.
