Gentillesse et serviabilité de nos hôtes, délicieux petits déjeuners servis de manière très ponctuelle, chambre agréable avec armoire de rangement, literie très confortable, jolie terrasse équipée devant la chambre, situation au calme et proche de tout à pied, wifi très fonctionnel. Super rapport qualité/prix!

La famile a deux maisons qui se situent dans le même quartier mais à 10mn à pied l'une de l'autre: Praety homestay 1 et Praety homestay 2. A notre surprise, nous avons été placé au Praety homestay 2 et nous y étions les seuls locataires ce qui était un peu dommage. Les chambres étaient par contre toutes neuves. Chaque chambre a sa terrasse aménagée mais il n'y a pas de jardin.

I am sad to leave this place. Very lovely balinese hotel in the very center of Ubud. Near everywhere by walk. Very nice, cute and helpful family run this hotel. Rooms are clean and look new. There isn’t any bug or mosquitos. My room was upstairs, little bit difficult stairs there, but it is okay. I felt safe thanks to this family. Highly recommend.

La familia es increíblemente cariñosa, mamá prepara el mejor desayuno de Bali. El lugar es hermoso, su casa, con un jardín balines, cerca de todo, estas al lado de el centro caminando, fui realmente muy feliz en este lugar y lo recomiendo para que conozcan su hermosa cultura. Verlos todos los días, limpiar su jardín, armar sus altares escuchando mantras, era realmente inspirador. La habitación es perfecta, cama cómoda, hermosos muebles, todos los días te limpian y están atentos a lo que te falte. El internet funciona bien y en caso de cualquier cosa tienes los mejores cafés y restaurantes en la misma calle. Espero volver y estar más tiempo con ustedes, un abrazo y gracias por todas las atenciones, son una hermosa familia.

Помогли поднять чемоданы , разрешили выехать позже и оставить чемоданы рядом с кухней, За сытные завтраки большое спасибо , но увидела что кокос режут на ступени, а не на столе , попадалась скорлупа от яиц , кофе некрепкий , местоположение , но к сожалению стройка , коты кричат , постоянно какой то шум, просыпалась в 6-7 утра из-за этого , устала и не выспалась

Чистота, пол подметают только в середине , с другой стороны кровати попросила подмести , не стали, полотенца меняют если только попросишь, пыль не протирают , вода не горячая (еле теплая) в один день отключили даже холодную, ванна неудобная все капли летят на пол потом по мокрому и разносишь грязь, я в шоке от таких высоких оценок, к сожалению больше не вернусь

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! Waking up every morning in this beautiful, spotless place surrounded by lush greenery and enjoying the delicious breakfast prepared by the lovely family who run the hotel was such a wonderful experience. The family were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right in the center of Ubud, peaceful and surrounded by nature. A truly special family-run hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud!

Soggiorno a Ubud delizioso! Impossibile trovarsi male: questo homestay è un piccolo angolo di pace in cui rifugiarsi e scappare dal caos del centro di Ubud. La famiglia che lo gestisce è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Una cosa che fa iniziare bene ogni giornata è sicuramente la buonissima colazione che preparano, davvero deliziosa! La posizione è ottima: defilata dalla confusione, ma allo stesso tempo centrale. La sera, se non vi va di spostarvi troppo per cena, si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi tantissimi ristoranti e warung. Un posto davvero piacevole, dove sentirsi a casa e godersi Ubud con un po’ di tranquillità. Super consigliato!

Il posto è incantevole, curato e immerso in un'atmosfera di pace che mi ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale il mio soggiorno sono stati i proprietari: una coppia di persone dolcissime, gentili e premurose, sempre disponibili con un sorriso e una parola gentile. Mi hanno fatto sentire accolta non come una semplice ospite, ma come una persona a cui fare piacere. E poi le colazioni... semplicemente meravigliose! Ogni mattina mi hanno preparato qualcosa di diverso, con una cura e un'attenzione che difficilmente dimenticherò. Colazioni buonissime, abbondanti e preparate con tanto amore. Sono arrivata al punto di pensare che avrei voluto portarli con me in Italia per farmi preparare la colazione ogni mattina! ❤️ Lascio oggi Ubud per proseguire il mio viaggio e mi dispiace sinceramente andare via. Porterò con me un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto e soprattutto delle persone che lo rendono così speciale. We had a fantastic stay at Praety Home Stay 2 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Ubud. The location is excellent, close to the centre of town, within easy walking distance of Ubud Palace, the market, and plenty of warung and cafés, yet once you step inside it feels peaceful and calm. What truly makes this place special is the incredible hospitality. The family who runs the homestay are genuinely warm, kind, and always happy to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well looked after. Their friendliness and care really make the stay feel personal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely traditional Balinese atmosphere, plenty of hot water and no problems with the WIFI. Housekeeping was okay, and the garden setting adds to the relaxed vibe. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The breakfast was a real highlight, fresh, delicious, and satisfying. It was such a nice way to start each morning, and you can really feel the care that goes into it. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Overall, Praety Home Stay 2 offers exceptional value for money: a great location, peaceful surroundings, lovely rooms, amazing breakfast, and some of the friendliest hosts you could hope to meet. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud, whether solo travellers or couples.

Family/hosts were so kind and welcoming. Daily breakfast was good. Location is good. Bed is comfortabe and AC is good. Spa across the street is very affordable with good massage. Small but beautiful classic central courtyard with fountain. My friend and I enjoyed it overall for an authentic experience.

The room was not that clean, lots of dust and there was a lot of tiny flies in the shower that grossed me out. Also heard rats in the ceiling and saw them on the porch (I guess thats normal here but still a little cringe for me). Water wasn't hot. They made my bed everyday but definitely didnt clean bathroom. Lost power sometimes. After this stay, I moved to another homestay nearby also with breakfast and same amentites for exact same price with pristine cleanliness and hot water, great family and location.

A magnificent room, friendly hosts, and super delicious, aesthetically pleasing breakfasts delivered right to your balcony! The hotel grounds are beautiful.

My stay at Praety Home Stay left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, breakfast was very good — tasty, fresh, and served quickly. The place itself had charm, with a nice setting that gave a pleasant impression overall. For the price, the value is fair, and the staff’s friendliness made the stay easier. Still, clearer communication about room changes and some updates in the facilities would make a big difference. I’d recommend Praety Home Stay mainly to budget travelers who want a simple stay with breakfast included and don’t mind a few imperfections.

When I arrived at the address given, I was redirected to another property about a 10–15 minute walk away. The people there were kind and welcoming, but not being informed in advance felt unprofessional and a little unsettling. The room could use some refreshing. The mosquito nets definitely needed cleaning, and while the air-conditioning worked, it came with multiple remote controls that made adjusting the temperature unnecessarily confusing. These are small details, but they affect comfort after a long day exploring.

The owner was welcoming and always friendly. The breakfast was exceptional every morning

The room is super basic but clean. The owners are very kind. The little courtyard is very beautiful and feels like a little escape from the hustle and bustle in Ubud. The breakfast is very delicious!

The hotel is down an alley and initially difficult to find. When we arrived at night, it seemed a bit sketchy. Afterwards, it's all fine. One evening we only got hot water in the shower, no cold water. Someone helped us the next morning and cleaned the filter of the shower, so that we had normal temperature water again.

Great breakfast, staff was very kind and respectful, the lush gardens were beautiful, great walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

There was nothing I didn't like. A bit of construction next door that was loud in the morning and insulation is not common so it sounded like they were coming through the wall at times but that is not against Praety and the noise was during business hours so can not complain.

The property is on a quiet road and you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is exceptional. Rooms are really clean, and all with a really comfortable porch.

La chambre était un peu humide, il y avait un peu de moisissure sur les murs et mes vêtements étaient humide également j'ai pu me constater dans l'hôtel suivant en touchant mes affaires.

The breakfast was served with vegetarian option, it was fresh and delicious. The room is away from the main road so it is quite at night time.

The room is a bit smelly so it could use some air freshener to help get rid of the smell. The toilet with bath tub is not conducive to use - the water pools and slow to drain even when having shower. Small insects inside the rooms especially mosquitos at night time.

Todo, habitación súper cómoda y limpia, personal amable y atento. Típico alojamiento balines con mucha vegetación y fuentes de agua. El desayuno hecho por los dueños simplemente espectacular, muy variado y sabroso, además de que lo sirven en la terraza de tu habitación lo cual brinda una atmósfera especial. Recomiendo 100% alojarse en este hotel

I really loved my stay at this homestay in Ubud. It’s tucked away just enough to feel like a peaceful escape from the busy main roads, yet still super close to everything. Waking up to the jungle views each morning was such a highlight. The location is perfect — it’s just a short walk to the Yoga Barn, which made it really easy to catch classes without needing transport. There are also plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding good food was never a problem. The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and were always happy to help with anything I needed. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable spot in Ubud with nature around and a great location, I’d definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at Praety Home Stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk from Ubud Palace and the market, yet the place is very quiet and peaceful. One thing I really appreciated is that the room stayed pleasantly cool even without using the air conditioner (I personally don't like it, so I kept it off the whole time) — and I still felt very comfortable. The breakfast was great every morning, and the garden is such a beautiful, calming space. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and quiet place in the heart of Ubud!

The place was in the center of Ubud so you can walk anywhere if you want. Also, even the Main Street was full of traffic and loud . When you enter the Praety home hotel all the bad sound goes away and you just feel relax and calm. The family was so nice and they ask us everyday how we feel. The breakfast was good especially the omelette was really tasty. We didn’t see bugs and it was a clean property.

They clean the floor everyday however they don’t change the bed sheets or the towels they gave you in the first place.

Praety, nach ihr ist die Unterkunft benannt, ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits des Trubels sind die Zimmer schön geräumig, umgeben von Pflanzen und einem kleinen Hausschrein. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, allerdings sollte man auf den Kaffee verzichten wenn Kaffeeliebhaber ist 😋

The room really needs repainting there’s loads of stuff on the walls. The air conditioning makes loads of weird sounds and there’s no other tables to put bags on. The staff are also impossible to find outside of morning hours.

On the Homestay’s page it says shuttle service is available, this is one of the main reasons I booked here. The owner is not quick to respond and left me on read for many hours. Not only that, I did not receive shuttle to my homestay. I spent 425,000 rupiah (~27 usd)to arrive to the Homestay. Other homestays have specifically been very proactive and messaged me firsthand to ask if I need a airport shuttle free of charge. When I confronted the owner, she said there is no airport shuttle offered and she was going to ask me how much they wanted me to pay for taxi service…..I could have saved over 27 usd on the taxi ride and spent it elsewhere. Very disappointed with this aspect of the stay. They did offer a 100,000 discount…. Which is only 6 usd. It’s misleading to say there is airport shuttle service if there simply is not!

Gezellig gastverblijk op een rustige en toffe locatie. Iets buiten het centrum van ubud. Heel lekker en compleet ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel.

I was in Praety 2, a few mins up the road and had two huge suitcases which had to be dragged along cobbled streets to get there. Would have been so nice to have known the address before I arrived. The bath tub in the bathroom is wobbly, so when standing for a shower it can tip. It's away from the road but there's building work happening right behind the room and if you have noisy neighbour upstairs you hear everything. That being said, it's hard to escape building and noise anywhere in Bali sadly, and this was incredible value for money in comparison to a place I stayed at before.

This place was absolutely incredible. I would have stayed a month easily. The breakfast was insanely delicious. The room was gorgeous, everything was new and impeccable.

During my stay there was noise because of constructions next door.

I liked the location as my main purpose in ubud was to do a yoga retreat at yoga barn. I picked the option for room with bath and breakfast included. Keep in mind breakfast is from 730am, so if you have an excursion where pick up is earlier, you may not get breakfast. Breakfast is delicious, I chose the omlet and fruit salad with coffee and milk.

Breakfast wasn’t earlier as some excursions have an earlier pick up and there was no flexibility to get breakfast earlier or later in day.

The view from your balcony is terrific. You can take some very good Instagram photos here. The room was super clean. Our breakfasts were amazing. The family who owns and manages this homestead they are so friendly and kind and nice. I was bitten by a bed bug, they literally tried every possible way to help me relieve it.

- The facilities are old, our sink plug was broken, the staff helped us to pull it out but from then the pipes brought a smell. - We stayed 4 nights and the sheets were never changed! RED FLAG: there are bed bugs and unfortunately we didn't even get changed beddings after talking to the owner. He insisted it was an ant that bit my finger. The fact is only bed bug bites are distributed in a Z-shape and clustered together. That caused me big pain honestly. My advice is that if you have allergies like me, please be sure to prepare at least two EpiPens before going to Indonesia, and avoid staying in similar environments. It will be safer to choose an apartment or hotel. - Wifi is not working 99% of the time. - There’s no kettle in the room, you have to walk downstairs to refill your water bottle - We stayed in a different location what they called Praety 2. It’s in an alley and grab delivery can’t come in. - There’s always a machine noise (someone else also mentioned and honestly I don’t know what that is. Can be the central AC?)

Se fanno scegliere, prendere camera al piano superiore, quella al piano terra è un molto umida e se non si tengono le finestre chiuse entrano gli insetti Bagno così così, la vasca era molto instabile e si intasava spesso L'ultimo giorno c'erano molti rumori al mattino per via di alcuni lavori ma non avevano dato alcun avviso

Cadre authentique et paisible situé dans une impasse non loin de la ville mais sans le bruit Possibilité de louer un scooter juste en face ,avec pas mal de resto aux alentours. Pour les Warung pas très cher mais excellents il faudra rouler un peu dans les rues transversales à la rue principale Chambre conforme au photo et petit déjeuner délicieux

Dans la chambre on nous étions près de la ruelle dehors il y avais une machine qui faisait un peu de bruit attention aux réveils matinaux
