I stayed in non smoking floor but i could smell cigarette from one of the rooms. The walls are too thin that i could hear someone talking outside my room

I visit this hotel with my friends in 29th-31st October. The hotel has a very strategic location at the center of the town so getting anywhere was pretty easy. For a Budget Hotel it's a decent one. Check in and check out was easy and fast. We arrived earlier so we decided to spend some time smoking outside while waiting for our rooms. There's a security personel that greeted us and offered to arrange some table and seats for us, I personally thought that it's a very nice gesture from the staff. He was also the one that helped us carried our luggage to our rooms. The hotel was practicing covid protocol so anyone without face mask was not allowed to go in. Hand sanitizer was provided at the receptionist and at elevator entrance. Water for drinks was provided in each room, and the room was clean. The Wifi connection was good+fast and available throughout the hotel area. There's a water dispenser cold/hot in each floor near the elevator. Bathroom was also clean, towel, toothbrush, and haircap was also available. But there's several things needed to be improved such as the towel was stained I think the hotel needed to replace them, and the drinking glass was dusty so we didn't use it, instead better to drink straight from the water bottle. The bathroom in our rooms didn't have any exhaust, we were wondering why. We also stayed in smoking room, so without at least a bathroom exhaust and without any windows that can be opened its a bad idea to have a smoking rooms. In these covid times the hotel probably had less staff to operate at their best, but there was one staff here that caught our attention, it was that earlier security personel Tri Mulyono. He greeted the guest, helped carrying their luggage to the room, helped finding car lot, even act as a valet, and we remembered he was the one arranging table and chair for us earlier in front of the lobby. He was the most busy staff we seen in this hotel. And although he was so busy at that time, he still served the guests with a big smile and very friendly. We asked several things and direction to him and were given a good suggestions to where we can find our needs. The hotel was lucky to have him. Breakfast taste was average, sometimes the food ran out before they finished preparing the new one, and the dessert usually already gone when we came down for breakfast. There was a time when the spoon and plates were all gone and causes the guests to wait. And there's this strange nasi goreng which they didn't put it along with the other menu. The nasi goreng was being handled by a staff behind a table with a high partition making it impossible to be seen by the guests, I can't even see if there was a stove+pan+someone was cooking something behind that table partition. Many other guests that had just found out about it from other guest immediately ordered it. The lack of staff was also felt when the guest leave their table, no one immediately clean it, no one spray any disinfectant for the tables. The breakfast area staff seriously need a lot of improvements. The guest already booked the room several days before checking in, the hotel should have prepared themself well to face the numbers of occupant. I hope the management can reflect on my writing and making some improvements.

Another budget hotel 🏨 from ciputra group. More large room size than another. Clean 🧼 bed 🛏 room and 🧼 bathroom 🚽. Better choose mountain ⛰ view than mall view. No smoking 🚭 room. Receptionist not really helpful and minus on hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend. I booked this hotel earlier as per advise by a local friend. Honestly I didn't expect too much before I arrived at this hotel, but to my surprise, considering that I got relatively low rate, this hotel is just beyond my expectation. Great room with air con & hot shower, great view from my window, good quality bed, and they even provide water dispenser right next to lift for free. I will surely consider to stay in this hotel the next time I travel to Cirebon city again.

Good enough hotel. Clean. Room is rather small. I'm not sure why they don't have room service for food. When reached at night I have to go out to eat. It's quite hassle. Otherwise it is ok hotel. Can just ride Becak from train station.

hotelnya menarik, suasananya asyik, kamar juga luas dan bersih. tetapi sayang, dari pengalaman pribadi mengatakan, klo kamu ingin mandi saat siang. better siapin air mineral, krn airnya semua panas. informasinya karena tempat penyinpanan air berada di atas hotel dan cuaca cirebon yang panas. semua enak kecuali kenyamanan mandi siang dan sore. interesting hotels, with cozy atmosphere. room bigger than other budget hotels. but honestly, my self experienced say if you wanna take a shower or clean ur body. please prepare mineral water. coz shower hotel in noon will give you warm and hot choices. the information, its cause their water tank place in top off hotels, which means the weather of cirebon quite hot make the water hot too. so if you will have a noon shower, im not recomended this hotel. but if you looking for bigger rooms with nice atmosphire. this the great choice.

Room was bigger than Citradream in Jogjakarta and Neo hotel Cirebon . Walking distance to big mall and local food stall in the corner of street junction . Reception was polite and check in /out process was fast . For extra key, we need to put deposit of IDR 50 k which was returnable when we checked out. Breakfast cost IDR 50k per pax Bathroom only had 2 tooth brushes and tooth paste . Soap came from dispenser . As we stayed on 7th floor, shower water pressure was not strong . My card key was locked when I came back to my room around 1 pm on the next day ( we stayed 2 nite ) and reception needed to re program it. The room was not sound proof. The noise from the busy street always came into my room . Everytime my neighbour take a shower, the noise of water running also came into my room. In addition , the noise from people chit chat while walking in hotel aisle also came inside our rooms . Parking space was limited

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus karena terletak di tengah kota dan ada beberapa mal di dekatnya. Wifi juga cukup baik. Sarapan pagi sangat standar dan kurang bervariasi dari hari ke hari. Hotel juga menyediakan penjemputan dan pengantaran dari hotel ke stasiun kereta free. Sayangnya, kasur sepertinya sudah waktunya untuk diganti karena sudah tenggelam di bagian tengahnya. Respon dari pelayan juga lambat karena ada sisa-sisa makanan yang berhamburan di lantai tidak mereka bersihkan. Piring dan sendok setelah orang makan juga tidak diangkat tapi dibiarkan saja. Mungkin mereka akan mengangkatnya setelah waktu breakfast usai sehingga dibiarkan saja di meja. House keeping juga mempunyai respon yang sangat lambat. Di hari pertama mereka membersihkan kamar tetapi tidak memberi tissue dan penambahan body shower soap. Untuk meminta hal tersebut, saya perlu menelpon ke reception sampai 3 kali. Begitu juga saat minta pembersihan kamar dari pk 15:30 hingga saya balik ke hotel pk 21:30 juga belum dibersihkan. Service di hotel amat sangat perlu ditingkatkan.

I think the hotel is okey.but the receptionis just only 1 man and looks like very tired and give me a wrong room key.but still oke the service.and the room is okey too.just the water shower. The water come out so small.but because i am tired already didnt have energize to complain

Saya menginap 1 malam beserta keluarga dan memesan 2 kamar. Kekurangannya tidak tersedia connecting door, AC salah satu kamar tidak dingin (akhirnya dicarikan kamar lain), kamar mandi perlengkapannya minim & airnya kurang deras, parkiran sempit, dan breakfast walaupun rasanya cukup enak tp tidak bervariasi. Kelebihannya kamar bersih, kasur empuk, pelayanan ramah dan responsif, dan lokasi hotel dekat dgn tempat2 makanan. Semoga dapat diperbaiki & ditingkatkan.

I visited this hotel at dec 23. I was on my trip from jakarta to bandung and cirebon. While in bandung i stayed at citradream bandung and had an okay experience. I had BAD experience in citradream cirebon. I already booked one room and paid for it. They said the check in time is 2 PM. By the time i booked the room, they already gave me the room number for me. But when we arrived at 3.40 PM, the front line girl said that our room was not ready and they will look for pillow case for our room since it was not available. What the.....? It has been almost 2 hours since the check in time. But they was not ready for my room. In short, they assigned me to other room, which is DIRTY, still had popcorn on the floor, wet hair sticked on the floor and even the bathroom was wet. I think maybe they just clean it but not properly. To make thing worse, the day after which is the day we would check out, a lady again called me at 11.55 am saying that the check out time is 12 pm and i will be charged for extra if i didnt leave by 12 pm. Which of course made me confused. Since i just stayed at citradream hotel in bandung and they said the check out time is around 12-1 pm. I called again to receptionist and had a conversation with a guy and he said that it is okay to stay in our room until 1 pm and he apologized for the girl he claimed to be just a trainee. I will go back to citradream bandung for sure. But, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO CITRADREAM CIREBON. Since there are many options and nicer hotel within the same range price with better staffs. I have been to cirebon many times and always tried to stay at different hotel each time and had good experience and will be back to the other hotel except this one. Ps : i have been trying to reach and complaint to them through private message in their Instagram account before going public and give bad rate to this hotel. But they didnt respond and reply. So, here we are

I went to this hotel for transit 1 night during my road trip to Jogja. This hotel offering you a strategic location in the city center with the affordable price. Its located near 2 big malls in Cirebon (Grage Mall and Cirebon Superblock Mall, the receptionist is friendly and the food is ok. The room is quite spacious and clean. The downside is only about limited area for parking, if the hotel is packed with guest then it would be difficult to park the car or get the car out of the parking area.

For you who want to stay at Cirebon city, this hotel very recommended ! The location very strategic between 2 biggest mall at Cirebon. The room is awesome, Air conditioner cold, Toilet clean, Wi-fi very good signal, TV Cable so complete, and the service is awesome. Yesterday me and my husband go out after 7pm at night, and I request for housekeeping make a clean room, and He is agree. The roomservice also so warm.. 😊

The hotel location is so strategic. Close to grage mall and also must try food spot. Cleanliness was good, staff are ok, room are ok. worth the price But the drawback is from the limited parking lot. Its not car friendly as the parking lot is very limited. Breakfast also average. Input to the hotel to put more attention on utensils cleanliness. Repeatedly always stay at this hotel everytime I visit Cirebon and have never been disappointed. It is situated in the middle of Cirebon. Close to Grage Mall and Cirebon Superblock. The hotel price is very cheap, if booked through a direct website can even get a price much cheaper than booking through online travel Rooms are spacious enough and fit to add an extra bed. The Parkeet Floor makes it comfortable and did not make the floor to cold Mineral water on each floor is a plus poin for this hotel Little suggestions, Citradream need to enlarge the parking lot, Improve thw wifi because is not up to the room and make the room soundproof. People who walk the hallway or talking in the next room could be heard clearly.

nice location, not so far from from shopping centre, culinair place (ie: nasi jamblang). The staff are nice, responsive and welcome. the room pretty spacy for the price we pay, its worthed. I was coming with family and my litle kid was love to stay in this hotel ( even this hotel have no pool ) breakfast are good, various, tasty, just one minor it was gas smell. overall I recommend this hotel for the one who one to stay close to center of town.

Yesterday, me with some friends go for a short weekend trip to Cirebon and decided to stay at Citradream hotel, since its price comfortable, near every culinary vibes and seems okay due to some reviews. The staff all are very nice and helpfull , even the front reception staff help us when there was no porter around to take our luggages.When we enter our room in 3th floor, the room smelled odd and the towel seemed not new and smelled like cigarette's smoke. So we ask room service to change with the new one. Second one, there was a small cockroach appeared in the morning. So, for the management pls concern with this matter so that all the people that stayed in this hotel feel more comfortable and convenience.

Super Hotel! Einzig, dass man morgens 4 x gestört wurde - 2 x läutete das Telefon (ab 08.30) und 2 x klopfte der Zimmerservice vor 10.00 Uhr schon an die Türe. Doch das Positive überwiegt in der Freundlichkeit, in der Sauberkeit und in der Stimmung des Hotels.

The location in the heart of city.... nasi jambang... tahu petis.. empal gentong is nearby the hotel. Walkng distance. We are still here now. When we check in yesterday, a fast process..... There was a woman steady beside reception area and observe the staff who proceed our check in. I asked the reception staff, is there any Citradream and another city? The woman answered very clearly and offer some brochure to me.... very up-selling. She know well the property within their group. I asking the name of the woman this morning by phone to reception staff. She is Ms. Imelda. Less greeting from operational staff. But it is covered by reception staff and Ms. Imelda. I will extend today. And go back to the hotel again...

Citradream hotel Cirebon have good location is near two mall in Cirebon ( Grage Mall and CSB Mall), this hotel near gramedia and many restaurant. service, food, and room is average, but price is quite expensive. for pokemon trainer, we can get many pokestop near this hotel.

Room is good for price. Breakfast need major improvement.

This hotel is located just across Grage Mal and also nearby Cirebon Superblok, as well as local food restos and food trucks. Nearby cirebon kejaksan train station. The price is all rite for a popular brand budget hotel. Room size is just nice, clean and neat. Must try some of the popular tradtional cirebon cuisines: nasi jamblang, nasi lengko and empal gentong.

Poor ventilation on the bathroom, when we arrive there's no remote for the TV, and the breakfast menu has not enough variations. But, the staff is nice and friendly. The parking area is not large enough for all guests, so better come early. There's a shopping mall close by, and there's an area of local food too.
